After doing the needed hand seals, the user will do one handed hand seals if holding his weapon, the user causes for wind chakra to manifest itself on either their hand or a weapon they are holding in the form of ten four-inch wind senbon. These form at [Control] Speed and [Control] strength. On their next attack with that hand/weapon the senbon attached to the blade will be launched for up to [Strength x2] meters away impact moving at [Strength] speed. These transparent senbon needles of wind carry with them the normal Fuuton passive and can exist on the hand/weapon of the user for up to four posts before the chakra fades.

In order to properly control the tail or tails this requires intense training physically and mentally in order to develop the extra tails to the same level as their natural limbs. This discipline allows for a Tsukino member to utilize their tail(s) to their fullest extent just like any of their natural limbs.
