Up and Rising

Post by Sia » Fri Mar 10, 2023 11:13 pm

It hadn't taken terribly long to find a new prospect, as it had turned out. What was an up and coming rising star to be was another Kaguya, a fact which had delighted Hisayo and Kayoko when they'd heard the news. Not too fresh out of the academy, eager to learn and eager to be of use to the village. What more could one ask for in a candidate for greatness in Kirigakure? Kayoko read over the notes that were given to them by Maido and Shuichi with a scowl across her face. Another Kaguya? Perhaps this one would be more useful than the others.

Hisayo walked calmly from the Head Hunter's office building into the streets of Kirigakure with Kayoko by her side. They had set up a meeting, a little test of wit and mettle, something to do to ween out those that might not be fit for advancing through the ranks. A training exercise was in order, she would test a few jutsu she'd been wanting to flesh out, and her genin prospect would show what they were worth. It seemed simply enough. Li should already have had the summons, it would have been at his door when he woke up a few days before. It would have told him exactly which training grounds to be at and exactly what time.

It was still early, the sun hadn't quite come up yet and the village was as quiet as it could be under the circumstances. It was quite dark and the ever present mist just made it even more so. Making their way to the training grounds, Hisayo and Kayoko waited patiently for Li to arrive. They both sat, cross-legged, and meditated for a while, listening to the stillness of the area around them. It was not an hour that Hisayo and Kayoko were usually awake, but they had to admit there was an odd tranquil peacefulness to it.

Jutsu used

[Reaper]
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
The user has trained themselves to become perfectly attuned to all manner of sounds in a wide vicinity of their person, and can focus their hearing to up to 150 metres to identify and track targets. This passive technique allows the practitioner to accurately identify and differentiate people, animals, and all sources of noise within 50 metres of their person, even in the face of loud complicated distractions, noise, or interference. Over 50 metres, the accuracy of the technique suffers slightly and hearing at such an extent requires fewer distractions. Over 100 metres, the user requires silence in their immediate vicinity and can only gauge an approximate direction, distance, and quantity of noise sources, but can still identify the type of creature. The maximum range of this technique is 150 metres. Additionally, the user has learned to interpret vibrations through the ground as a rudimentary tremorsense, and is able to accurately track sources of movement through vibrations within 50 metres of their location.

Hisayo did not have to wait very long sitting in the darkness and the mist of the village before their senses quickly picked up on a person walking directly towards them at one hundred fifty meters away and closing fairly quickly. Not super quickly all things considered but quickly enough for a genin. It didn't take too much longer for the young ninja to get past the one hundred meter mark and then the fifty and then the ten. At the ten meter mark the youth began to slow down and begin walking at a normal pace rather then running as they appeared to have been before.

Eventually the person she expected would appear in her sight, someone that appeared to be around ten to twelve . They were wearing a bone white, loose fitting, long-sleeved, zip-up shirt, black pants cut off around the mid-calf with bandages wrapped around his ankles and traditional shinobi sandals. His stark white hair, that goes slightly past his shoulders matched the extremely pale skin that showed through his clothes, almost like he had never seen the sun before or that he was fighting off an illness. Li had arrived in the correct location and at the correct time, nearly down to the second as he walked towards the location.

Li did eventually spot the two women sitting and mediating, and Li knew better then to say anything at this moment and remained quiet until he was told what to do. He simply stood there like a statue, at attention and waited to be told what to do. He was in the presence of one the Seven Swordsmen, some of the greatest fighters that the village hidden in the mist had. They had apparently taken the time and effort to attempt to train him or assess him or something. The note wasn't fully clear on what they would be doing today but either way, Li was not about to be disrespectful or late.

"He's here, Kayoko." Hisayo said softly as she listened very intently to the disturbances of the mists. She heard it all, the shuffling of his feet, the swishing of his clothes, she could hear what direction he came from, and it wasn't terribly long before he graced her with a visual presence, she opened her eyes to see him. She stared at him and tried to get a read on his mood. He was rather silent, so perhaps he was nervous? But he didn't look nervous at all. She wondered what he was thinking, what was running through that little genin head of us, but it didn't really matter.

Hisayo didn't move from her spot just yet, she just continued to analyze Li where he stood with a cold stare. She wasn't much for talking, but Kayoko always had something shitty to say. "We've been hearing good things about you, a new prospective prodigy from the Kaguya." Kayoko began, but Hisayo cut her off. "We're looking for people that might be a good fit for some of Kirigakure's more, how do you say, special forces?" Hisayo said. "People with real grit, real passion for the mist. People that see the world the way it truly is."

"If you think that may be you, then show us what you've got." Spoke Hisayo softly as she took ahold of Kayoko's hand and rose from the dirt to stand. As they stood, Kayoko began to melt away, channeling chakra throughout her body to form into a large broadsword of sorts that dwarfed the height of Li and Hisayo herself, it was about two meters in length and was entirely black except for red lines that ran along the length of its blade. Her form melded and shifted and at the end of it Hisayo stood alone holding Kayoko as a sword in her hand.

"Whenever you're ready." Hisayo said, taking a stance and opening her senses.

Hisayo Used:

[Skitter Step • Senses Open Variance]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
The main jutsu of the Skitter Step, Senses Open does exactly what the name states. The user takes a moment to focus their bodies, then releases it. While in this stance, the users sensory input is increased, allowing them to receive more information quickly. This stance will remain in effect until deactivated by [Stop]. Practitioners of this technique will find themselves fidgeting and constantly moving, which can make it difficult for them to use this style while on stealth missions.

Kayoko Used:

Doton: Claymore
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling, Kayako will change her body into that of a claymore sword over the course of a post, up to 15 meters long with a 20 centimeter guard, her core being the handle, covered in a thin layer of stone. This will last until she changes shape through another jutsu.

Li stood there in quiet silence as he took in what the jonin infront of him was saying. The words prodigy, special forces and real gri and passion were thrown around. Li wasn't about to let his ego blow up, he had heard similar praise from people before only to have that beaten out of him for thinking he could be anything other then what he was. Li was now given the chance to prove himself in combat, and the first thing he knew was that he stood zero chance of winning this fight. He had trained against another jonin from another village, but that one was where she wasn't fighting back and apparently was incapable of being really hurt by anything. This time he was fighting against a Kirigakure ninja, someone that wasn't afraid to fight back and cut, or kill him, if he didn't meet up to the standards set forth. Li closed his eyes for a moment as one of the women turned into a blade, a massive claymore, nearly six feet in length. Taking a very deep breath, Li opened his eyes and his eyes turned into the one of someone who was willing to kill.

Li attempted to make the first move by lunging forward, before jumping back quickly to see what Hisayo would do with this information. Unsurpisingly, she attempted to spear Li right though with the tip fo the claymore. If Li hadn't stopped, or didn't move to the side he most likely would have been impaled on the sword. Now the question was, did she truly intend to stab Li through or was this simply a way of testing his speed and reflexes. Li knew that she was faster then him, she wasn't even playing in the same league as Li was.

Li didn't really have much of a choice but to keep on the attack if he was going to try and complete the assignment. Li quickly tried to figure out what the possible moves of the claymore was, and while Li didn't know all the secrets of this weapon he made some general assumptions. A weapon of that size, even if you were insanely strong, still took a second to stop moving and turn into a different direction and it wasn't flexible enough to flick, like a rapier or some other thin stabbing swords. This was a cleaving sword, which means that more then likely the likely moves are up and down and left and right. Even to move it midswing might give Li enough time to attempt a dodge or atleast not get totally cut in half, maybe only half way cut in half.

Li attempted again, this time trying to guess what Hisayo was going to do based on her stance, but while it was not relaxed, she was twitchy for some odd reason, it didn't really give him an idea of what direction she was going to swing the sword. So Li just kinda had to make a best guess. He 'lucked' out as Hisayo attempted a downwards slash, attempting to cut Li from head to crotch, but she was clearly moving slower then she normally would as this was still able to be dodged, if only barely by Li by moving to the swords right, his left.

Li continued his push forward, but didn't get too much time as with a twist of her wrist the claymores blade went from straight up and down to side to side. Li wasn't close enough to be cut by this, luckily but he still had a problem. Hisayo began to do a sideways slash, running it just at Li's knees making it impossible for him to dodge under the blades so he had one thing he could do. Jump. Li jumped directly into the air, his sandels barely touching the top of the claymore and as Li watched the claymore he didn't see the next attack coming. A round house kick from her left foot, directly into the side of Li's chest. Li not even expecting an attack, didn't brace himself at all as the wind was knocked out of him and he was sent flying, rolling on the ground until he slid to a stop gasping for air as he tried to figure out what had just happened.

Li slowly got up, gripping the kicked side, felt a rib might be broken or fractured, which honestly for a Kaguya was only a minor annoyance as they would normally repair it quickly but Li wasn't that skilled yet at that kind of work. So he just kinda had to suffer for a bit until he could get back into a non combat situtation. Li realized what had happened, he had been kicked and the claymore attack was used as a way to get him into the air so he couldn't dodge as easily and he got punished for it. Well at the very least the kick wasn't strong enough to simply take Li out in one blow, though he was sure that she was quite capable of doing that if she wanted to.

So Li supposed the lesson of that was that he needed to be more aware of this surroundings, must because someone has a weapon, doesn't mean that they are also not a weapon. That kind of mistake could have gotten him killed in some other cases, but it was good to learn this while training with one of the Seven Swordsmen. Still, he wasn't sure how well he was doing all things considered.

Li stood away from the Seven Swordsmen for a moment as he continued to try and figure out what the hell he was supposed to do. There wasn't a great way to handle this problem given the fact that she was clearly much faster then Li and most things that Li would try would simply not work against her. If she ever felt she was in real danger she would just take off the kiddy gloves and really hit Li. Though that might be the point of this excerise, to force Li to do something that made her put her foot on the gas and be serious even for a moment.

Well that is generally the goal of everyone that Li has trained with so far, and all of them have gone insanely wrong for what they were supposed to be and Li supposed this would be much the same. Li at this point had regained his wind back and was getting ready for the next stage of things. Li didn't really have a plan at this point because every move he saw he couldn't get past the Claymore and then deal with the person wielding it. There were couple of options that Li had thought of but at the end of the day, those weren't exactly viable and would only annoy his trainer rather then do any serious damage.

" How am I doing so far?" Li called out to his trainer, hoping to get some kind of idea of how well he was doing, or not doing.

"Not as bad as I thought, but definitely still room for improvement, which is to be expected." Hisayo said to him bluntly, then Kayoko spoke up as well, her voice emanating from the hilt of her claymore form. "Let's step it up a notch." Suddenly, the bladed form of Kayoko extended rapidly growing an additional three meters in length, and Hisayo swung Kayoko the blade straight overhead, turning the angle of her wrist slightly just before impact would occur, should he not move out of the way. This would cause the flat side of Kayoko to be struck against him if he didn't move, rather than the sharp edge, but Hisayo immediately followed up by bringing the blade back, then swiftly performing much of the same maneuver but from a diagonal angle, again changing the angle just in time to insure she didn't actually cut straight through the child, but rather would cause brute and blunt impact damage.

Kayoko suddenly grew another three meters in length, now a daunting twelve meters, and Hisayo swung her in a wide horizontal arc, all the way around her body, which she hoped would cause Li to jump back and begin to create some distance. Kayoko then set herself on fire, causing flames to ebb out around her as Hisayo performed another overhead slash, again she made sure to change the positioning of her hands so as to not cut the poor boy in half but instead rather attempt to slap him atop the shoulder with the flat side of the blade, even if the blade happened to be on fire now. Kayoko grew another three meters, becoming fifteen meters in length, and Hisayo very deliberately and suddenly did a lunging attack, spearing the area nearby Li in such a wide grace that it was blatantly obvious that the stab would miss, but as it travelled through the air towards him the flames that surrounded Kayoko would widen, making the area of which he had to avoid become larger. She followed up this lunge by immediately dropping her hips and pivoting on the balls of her feet, spinning around in the opposite direction from before and skirting Kayoko the flaming blade along the ground, causing Katon to ignite the area around them in flames as it spun against the ground. Then, Hisayo began to move incredibly quietly, in fact, she began to make no sound at all.

The bladed form of Kayoko then grew even longer, gaining an additional three meters, and Hisayo swung with her again, and she wondered whether or not Li noted how easily she handled the transition of Kayoko's increased size. It bothered her none at all, truly, Kayoko was not heavy in the slightest. She could manipulate and maneuver Kayoko in her bladed form as easily as she could a Kunai, and took the moment to show off a little bit, suddenly leaping backwards before lunging forwards again, sending flames about as she performed a series of three quick slashes from different directions towards Li from a considerable distance away, but each time she was very, very careful to adjust her movements just enough so that she would never actually cut him, only slap at him with the flat side of the blade, and causing some burns if he were unable to evade them. She picked up her speed, just enough for it to be challenging for him, but not impossible.

She then picked up her speed again, her motions becoming an absolute blur and attempted to overwhelm him, but did not but much strength into her blows. They would be incredibly, horribly fast, but they would not do much in the way of immediately incapacitating him by any means. No, there wasn't much strength thrown into her strikes now, she channeled all of her power and focus into pure speed as Kayoko again extended in length, now becoming a full and flush thirty meters, when suddenly Hisayo reached into her pocket and produced a white senbon in her off-hand. "Have you seen one of these before?" Hisayo asked, giving Li time to breathe and letting up on her assault. After a moment, she then tossed the senbon with her off-hand whilst she was mid swing with the thirty meter long flaming Kayoko, and, mid-swing, both Hisayo and Kayoko suddenly turned invisible.

Invisibly, they performed a few more strikes, slapping in Li'a direction with the flat side of Kayoko's bladed form first from Li's right, then his left, then from overhead, then did a wide sweeping arc, causing the ground to become ablaze even more as Kayoko's form skirted near the ground in an attempt to hit the side of his leg, just under his knee, with the flat of her blade in an attempt to trip him up. After this, Hisayo broke her invisibility.

[Ghoststep]
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Featherstep] or *Fuuton • Wind Skating
The user has learned to move with exceptional care and finesse, lightening the tread of their feet and stepping with extreme care or by marginally levitating their feet with a subconscious application of fuuton chakra. This allows the user to move without detriment while eliminating all traces of their passing, leaving no physical sign. Additionally, the user can move as normal without triggering physical traps such as pressure plates or tripwires. If moving via fuuton, the swirling chakra additionally scours away any scent left behind by the user. If moving via careful physical steps, the user leaves no residue of chakra use. The lightfooted nature of this stance can impart a boost to speed of up to +12, at the cost of a corresponding debuff to Strength as the user primes their muscles for swift and gentle movement rather than power.

[Blurred Movement]
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Having undertaken intensive training sessions to drill the body into extreme high speed movement, the user has mastered a method of moving and fighting which makes their motions highly confusing to an opponent. This causes the user's movements and attacks to become extremely blurred and impossible to see or follow for anyone without a visual perception technique of equal or higher rank. Even those with such a technique will find it harder to determine the user's attack patterns or where they are aiming to strike.

Hisayo threw 1 of:

A set of 5 specialized Senbon imbued with special chakra. giving the set two different effects. When thrown it will cause for the thrower to become invisible to the naked eye for the next four posts as long as the thrower does not exceed 1/3 of their [Speed]. The needles themselves are able to alter their course of flight to home in on their intended target for the next two posts but are unable to make radical changes in their course of flight. Able to swerve left and right up to forty-five degrees in flight to respond changes from the target and to bypass objects that come between the target and the weapon.

Li was quite happy to hear that he wasn't as bad as thought, but like Hisayo said there was a lot of room to improve for him. Then the words "Lets step it up a notch" made Li instantly realize how far out of his league he was if they were going to step it up a notch at this point. It was at that moment that the blade extended another three meters, giving even more of a distance advantage to his opponent and there was no chance he could close without getting punished in some way shape or form. At that point Li got slapped in the side with the flat of the blade of this massive claymore. Li looked to his side and put his arms up in a blocking motion as the blade hit him in the side, he was doing his very best to block these hits, but with a blade this wide it wasn't like blocking a normal strike, it was basically hitting his full body at this point and he wasn't sure how to best defend against this kind of assault.

Li was surprised about how much weaker these strikes were then the one that hit him before, but this was apparently just to see how much damage Li could handle at this point. And Li sure did wish he had the ability of his clan to create armor around himself or something of that nature, that would sure help him at this moment in time. Li would see that the claymore began to grow even longer! How much bigger does this sword get! This is completely insane in how large this weapon as at this point, like how was it even possible to wield a weapon of this size. Well none of that mattered as Li had to jump back, far a little bit beyond fifteen meters at this point just putting more and more distance between them and then the claymore started on fire. Of course the Claymore was now a flaming claymore! What else could go wrong in Li's life right now!?

Li did his best to dodge the next lunge that came for him as the area around him began to light on fire. The flames and the heat of this caused the mist to raise into the air as the grass and other flammable items started to burn quickly from the heat. Li then saw out of the corner of his eye that the sword had grown even longer again, not even worrying the wielder at this point and Li did his best to deal with the waves of fire that were coming towards him, including jumping up and into the wall of flame in order to spend the least amount of time inside the flames. Li did this only to then spend the short period of time he had putting out his clothes, rather then watching his opponent. Li was slapped around three separate times, his clothes catching on fire and burning him anyway from the hits. Li was still able to track the Seven Swordsman but not for much longer as she seemly vanished to him. He couldn't track her at all, she appeared to be a blur in his vision and the heat from the fire around him made it hard to figure out where she even was but none of that mattered as Li got hit over and over again from this training.

Li couldn't help but feel completely defenseless, because he was. He had nothing to do here, and he only had a moment as he heard the words " Have you ever sen one of these before" being said to him. Li was given a moment to breath and that was a mistake for Li. Li now felt the pain his body had gone through, as various parts of his body were cut, bruised and he could feel a rib or two was broken along with the various burns over his body. Li's loose fitting shirt was ash at this point, leaving Li naked from the waist up and he felt blood running down his face. He knew it was blood because it felt cool against his skin compared to the heat around him.

Li didn't even answer the question as his current objective was to stay awake and conscious, and not black out but that was getting harder and hard as Li followed her throwing something into the air and then vanishing. Li then felt something hit him on the right side, and he felt a rib finally give way and break as his skin burned. He then felt a strike on his left, his left arm becoming burned and his radius cracking under the pressure of the repeated blocking and assaults. He then Li felt the top of his skull get hit, and he lost consciousness at that moment and didn't even have time to fall to the ground before he was knocked onto his back from the sweeping strike.

Li was left there, surrounded by fire, smoke and mist with most of his body now covered in burns, as blood ran down various parts of his body. Any place that wasn't bloody or burned was bruised purple at this point. Li had taken one of the worst beatings of his life, worse then any beating he took from the Kaguya and Li was out cold at this point in time. He had no real chance to fight back against shots he didn't know where they were coming from nor the ability to deal with the heat from the attacks in general.

Li wasn't out cold for long, maybe ten second before his eyes began to flicker back open and he shot up at this point. A mistake as the rib that was broke screamed at him for his stupidity. Li held his side as he looked around to try and figure out how long he was out for, hoping he didn't fail the test.

The boy had lasted longer than she had expected him to, which was a good sign. There were eyes on him, eyes that pryed and had questions and wanted answers. She considered his abilities for a moment. A little rough around the edges, for sure, but she knew there was potential there. It would be mighty fine if their were a potent and powerful Kaguya within the Head Hunters, and she thought to herself about extending an invitation to him at some point, despite the results of this current predicament.

Hisayo tossed Kayoko the blade into the air, where it came back down after soaring for a bit and slammed into the ground before melting back into Kayoko's human form. The sword itself had become visible the moment it had left her hand, and Hisayo moved quickly, causing her invisibility to break, and found herself by Lii's side as he lay on the ground unconscious. "Do you think he has what it takes, Kayoko?" She asked her cousin. "Needs some work, but we've turned babies into gods before." Kayoko said with a shrug. "That we have." Hisayo responded.

Lii shot up suddenly, and Hisayo encouraged him to lay back down for a moment. "No sudden movements, I may have overdone it. My apologies, I thought you were a little hardier than that or at least would produce some bone armor to cushion the blows as I sped up my strikes. My mistake, I should never assume anything." She began, but Kayoko scoffed and added, "Well he's not dead, so clearly you didn't hit him that hard." Hisayo stared at her for a moment, then back down at Lii with a grin. "Well that's true at least." Still kneeling down next to him, she offered her hand to help lift him up properly. "Come on, let's get you to the headquarters, they'll have you fixed up in no time."

Kayoko piped up, "You don't want to take him to the hospital?"

"No, the hospital won't heal him quickly the way the doctor would." Hisayo responded. Hisayo performed a quick series of hand seals and summoned Substiwolf, whom materialized before her. "Tell the doctor he has work to do." Substiwolf immediately disappeared. Her intentions were to take him straight to an associate of hers and get his wounded healed in what she suspected could be under an hour, but maybe two hours if the damage was severe enough. "I know a guy." Hisayo said to Lii, "He'll have you good as new in no time." She helped Lii to his feet. "Can you walk? We'll carry you if you can't." "At the least we should get you checked for a concussion, you kinda hit your head there." She said and began to lead the way to the headquarters.

It wasn't terribly far to one of the hidden entrances, they would get there in no time at all, and Hisayo and Kayoko pressed their palms against the door panel and allowed them access to the building, causing a secret door to suddenly appear in the side of a wall that otherwise looked incredibly ordinary and as though it were just part of a local bar. The door shifted and opened itself, and Hisayo walked in first, with Kayoko trailing behind Lii, gently prodding him in the spine with her fingernail and encouraging him to walk ahead of her. Once they went through the doorway it melted shut behind them, chunks of metal and stone moving around in a slurry to seal off the entrance as the lights came on and they found themselves in a dimly lit corridor.

"Second door on the left, Hisayo." Kayoko spoke up, gazing at a small watch she had pulled from her pocket. "Right, okay." Hisayo said, and knocked on the door twice before opening it anyway. It was a rather small room, the one they entered into then, but it had tons of equipment lining the walls. "Ah yes, I've been expecting you." Said the doctor, with Substiwolf at his side, whom trotted over to Hisayo to receive pets. "Good girl." Hisayo said, then turned her attention back to the doctor, a rather fine medical shinobi whom had trained under Maido and eventually surpassed her as a master of Iijutsu. "This is the patient, check him out please, I may have over done it when I was testing him for candidacy." The doctor peered at the Kaguya and said, "Have a seat," motioning to the examination bed next to him and putting on a different pair of glasses than the ones he had one when they'd walked in.

When Li shot up and looked around he quickly found the people that had beaten him so soundly, which wasn't a surprise to anyone. While Hisayo spoke kindly to him, he couldn't help but hear the insult in what she was saying. She had assumed that he should have been better than what he was, including having more abilities then he currently had. Well there wasn't too much Li could do about that now, and he felt shame stir inside of him before forcing it back down. Li knew that he had a lot left to grow and become better and stronger for, and that this shouldn't be taken as a slight against him. These were simply facts as there stood right now. Those facts could easily change quickly. Li looked over and took the hand of the women before standing up and brushing himself off. He did feel dizzy but it wasn't bad enough for him to fall over, but he knew that he must have taken a major blow to his head and the two ladies seemed to agree with that assessment.

"Yes I can walk. You didn't break either of my legs luckily. " Li said dryly. This could be taken as a joke but Li was serious, if they had broken his legs he would have had to spend time then and there repairing them as he would refuse to be carried if he was still conscious. As they walked eventually they reached a wall and the twins placed their palms against a normal looking wall as a door opened up. It was clearly masterfully cut into the wall as you couldn't see any cracks in it, or at least Li couldn't see them. Li then felt a finger in his spine, prompting him forward, and Li didn't need much more then that to move inbetween the two of them down this dimly lit corridor.

Eventually they entered a room, small but it appeared to be functional for it's purpose. This was a medical ninja's room. Li looked around the walls as he attempted to identify the objects in this room, and for anything outside of the basics he could not. At least not with any real level of understanding, and the things he did recognize appeared to be slightly different from what he knew. Different shapes, sizes, thicknesses of glass, colors and so on. Li heard the words " over did it" before not looking at them said back. " If you over did it, I would be dead. The fact that I am still breathing tells me that you did just the right amount of testing." Li was use to harsh and brutal training, his clan specialized in it. Given that he was also the outcast among his clan, it was no wonder that his training was barbaric compared to the normal Kaguya.

Li still took the seat as requested and sat and relaxed. Li wasn't in any more danger here then he normally would be, though if they did kill him here they could possibly take his abilities but that seemed illogical to Li. They wouldn't need his abilities as he was sure that they could easily go get bodies of dead or dying Kaguya and do the same thing for experiments. This was a secret base after all, with a lot of medical equipment. Li didn't know how bloodlines were stolen off of bodies, but he did know that it could be done.

Hisayo and Kayoko merely watched for a moment as the doctor adjusted his glasses, which turned blue, then purple, then red, as he gazed at each of them and then reached over into a drawer. "Take these." He said and produced a few pills in the shape of beans, giving one two each of the three of them. "They'll have you feeling better in no time." He said seriously and Hisayo and Kayoko took their and examined them before shrugging and taking them anyway with a little bit of water. "Oh they're kinda spicy actually." Kayoko specifically said and Hisayo nodded. They both immediately felt incredibly invigorated and rejuvenated, as though they'd been well rested after a mighty good nap. "Interestng." Said Kayoko aloud, and Hisayo again nodded.

The doctor moved over to the young Kaguya and his hands surged with Chakra, and he placed them about Lii, running them along his abdomen and chest first, and causing light green iijutsu chakra to flow into the boys body and begin to repair his wounds. The brusing, the blunt force trauma, all of it would, very quickly be healed in combination of the medical mystical palm super rejuvenation chiton resuquencer technique along with the super duper spicy wooper gooper bean pill. Hisayo scoffed at the name, which surprised Kayoko, whom had also scoffed, but usually saw Hisayo as far more composed. "Well, what would you call it then?" Said the doctor, nudging Lii lightly with a chuckle.
