Chisaki had set the stage for Ryoko's recruitment in to HHD. After their previous encounter Chisaki had actually been impressed with Ryoko's intuition. She'd figured out from a subtle hint that Chisaki wasn't human much like herself, on top of that her innocent demeanor and her earnest questions made for a great interrogation tactic. Chisaki herself preferred to use more violent means, but Ryoko's approach was certainly effective.

Earlier that morning Chisaki had sent a letter laced with a contact poison. It was a nonlethal poison mostly used to put people to sleep similar to chloroform but it acted via sedating the chakra network. Very effective on elemental beings like Ryoko or the former Mizukage even. After the poison took effect one of Chisaki's clone wouldve retrieved her.

The young girl would find herself upon waking up in a bare, plain 30m by 30m by 10m room. No decorations or color. Just white walls and floors with the exception of one black wall that hid a control booth and observation deck. The lights on the ceiling were very bright giving the room a bleached out sterile appearance. Vents were hidden behind white plates on the walls controlled via a mechanism in the control booth.

Chisaki would be leaning against the wall waiting for Ryoko to wake up from the effects of the knockout poison. Only Chisaki wasn't in her normal lithe femme fatale form. Her body was that of a male. The viral beings hair was the same color however. His face had been morphed into the guise of an HHD mask. Though the eyes weren't visible his clothing shared a similar theme as the clothes she'd been wearing when he and Ryoko met.

"Wakey wakey. It's time to play little mouse." A male tenor voice would ring out echoing through the empty room, his voice eager as if a child waiting to play with a new toy.

If there was one thing Ryoko never would have expected, it was to be kidnapped within the village. The day had started normally enough, breakfast followed by morning exercises. Upon returning home was when things had gone south. She had received a letter but mere moments after opening it she had begun to feel extremely drowsy. She attempted to resist but the poison made quick work of her, not leaving any time to even question what was happening before she fell unconscious, totally unaware even as she was lifted up and carried away.

Who knew how much time passed before she finally stirred, groaning as her eyes fluttered open. "What happened to me? I remember opening that letter and then.. nothing." she muttered to herself, her confusion only growing as she took a look at her surroundings. It was a large room, plain and bare with boring white walls. It was all frankly unsettling, made worse by the fact that she had been brought here upon being kidnapped.

Suddenly she heard a voice, shooting up to her feet if allowed. In either case she would turn to find a masked man, whom was gleefully taunting her. The hair color and clothes both eerily reminded her of Chisaki, whom she had met just the other day. She briefly recalled how Chisaki had shown off her transformation abilities, frowning at the thought. Could this be related in some way to the other day? Her mind was working a mile a minute even as she stared down her potential kidnapper.

"Where are we? What do you want with me?"

"Tick tock little mouse you're running out of time. Didn't you read the letter? Or perhaps there was too much poison and you missed the chance. Hehehe. Well you're in luck little mouse I have an extra copy for you." The masked man's voice cackled with glee as he performed a series of hand seals then pointed his hand at the ground by Ryoko's feet. The hand held a note as it launched off his arm, implanting itself in the floor releasing a red mist. The mist was sticky and clung to what it touched before seeming to swell. Should she grab the note it would read:

"I'd hurry up and grab that note or you won't even know why you died. Hahahaha!" He threw his head back and laughed. As he laughed the stump of his arm swelled bright red before changing shape into a hand. After the shape was established it slowly took on the appropriate coloration as the rest of his skin. He performed another set of seals. Suddenly, the mouth of the mask opened to show sharp black teeth in a wicked grin. He'd begin circling the girl making sure he kept a difference between them, like a wolf watching its prey. "Don't think I'm just going to stand here and wait. I'm feeling absolutely famished. Hehehe"

With that his hands would seem to warp into to sharp blade like claws as he pounced towards her (at a speed of 16). He was going to play with her first keep the pressure high, do his best to keep her from thinking. His goal was to wound and maim, not kill... at least not yet anyway. After all this would be no fun if she died too soon.

After forming the proper hand seals, Chisaki will point her left hand at a surface within 3 meters. Her hand will then shoot out disconnecting from her body and embed itself into the surface it hits as a new one grows in it's place. It digs in with a strength of [2]. After planting itself, it will begin to release spores that will cover every surface within a 3 meter by 3 meter by 3 meter area, with a 20 centimeters thick layer of viral biomass over the course of 2 post. The biomass slowly pulsates almost like it has a heart beat. The soft rubbery tissue is red and covered in a slimy clear mucus making it rather slippery. In an enclosed space the air becomes hot and humid.

After channeling her chakra into one of her hands Chisaki's fingers will change into white blade-like chitin and extend 3 inches and sharpen to a point turning her hand into a claw. The claw has a strength of [20].

Chisaki will charge her target at a full sprint to build speed and when she gets within 2 meters will pounce towards her target aiming to drive her claws into their chest.

As she took a brief glimpse at the note in front of her Ryoko couldn't help but click her tongue in frustration. So that's what this was about. She was either being tested or toyed with... probably even both. Well fine, if that was how they wanted to play this then so be it. If anything she wanted to wrench that damn mask off and see what that man's face looked like. Deep down she had a vague idea of what she might find given the circumstances and the fact that he had demonstrated abilities that only an inhuman could have. Of course it could all be a coincidence.

In any case she took a breath to clear her mind, channeling chakra and dashing off to the side as she did, an orb of electricity forming and circling around her body . Of course he was a good deal faster than she was but in this case that was just fine. She would let him get within a few feet and fire off her orb, aiming towards his face. Even with that done however she didn't let up, attempting to make use of any openings to funnel chakra into both arms causing them to transform into blades of electricity at which point she would dash forward and stab the right into his chest while swinging upwards with the left, attempting to simultaneously deliver a real shock and to try and slice open that mask.

After performing the necessary handseals or channeling Ryoko funnels chakra towards one of her arms causing it to form into an elongated blade of electricity about two feet in length and a half foot in width at a speed of Control and with a strength of the same for the next five posts, this blade upon making impact causing electricity to surge through the target's body, each strike causing a -1 to speed for the next three posts.

After performing the necessary handseals or channeling Ryoko funnels chakra into the formation of a baseball sized sphere of electricity floating around her body at a speed of Control. At any point within the next five posts she can direct it to fly in a single direction at a speed of Control, striking with a strength of the same.

Chisaki would cackle his face splitting in half showing a mass of wriggling red organic tissue. There was no brain, no skull, no internal organs or body structures of any kind. Just a mass of red goo as the orb shot between the two halves of his face.

Seeing the oncoming blade arms he'd respond with a strong (14 Strength) backhanded swipe with his left arm. His whole arm would stiffen on contact with the electric blades, whilst also taking some shallow cuts as he attempted to launch her back. Separating he'd shake his arm as his head reconnected from being split. "Maybe I don't want to eat you after all. I wouldn't be able to taste my sweets for a month! Kekeke."

He backflipped away from the slippery biomass and shook out his arm noticing the numbing and stiffness. The claws would retract and be replaced by strangely corded arms with five dagger like points."Little mouse has some zing! So how will you handle being kept at a distance? He'd begin lashing his arms out 3 meters each thrashing the tendrils towards her. (Strength 14 Speed 14)

Seeing an oncoming attack the user creates a gap or hole in their body for the attack to pass through. This gap is restricted in that the body can't split completely or risk losing the separated portion of biomass. It must also be a straight line without curving.

After channeling her chakra into one of her arms, her fingers will sharpen into sharp points while the rest of her arm divides into 5 lengths of fleshy rope that's wound together up to her elbow into a fleshy rope. The arm is capable of stretching out an extra 3 meters from her elbow when lashed as well as unwinding or winding up at will much like a rope, able to switch between one length of tissue or five.

Given her nature Ryoko couldn't help but be simultaneously unnerved and amazed at the method that had been used to dodge her attack. Some part of her wondered if she could do things like that, it would certainly be worth looking into. Maybe not entirely the same but surely something similar should be possible.

In any case this was no time to be impressed as she was soon backhanded, grunting in pain as she was sent flying. "Owie." she groaned, getting up from the floor. She was growing frustrated as he continued to taunt her but she knew she had to keep her cool. Any amount of recklessness could easily get her killed. She did notice something strange about the contents of said taunts however. The delivery was a bit unusual but...

There would be no time to think about it as the man's arms shifted into tentacles. As they came towards her she made a short hop backwards while releasing her jutsu, her hands returning to normal. Once done she began channeling chakra while making a few more hops back. Once she was done channeling an area just a couple feet behind Chisaki would become infused with chakra. Now this was a jutsu she could hold but in this case she would release it immediately by forming another quick seal, a fairly sizeable pillar of electricity rising once she had, capturing, shocking, and even hopefully restraining her target should it hit.

"You know, you remind me of someone I recently. You seem to have... similar quirks and tastes." she spoke, all the while keeping her eyes open for any surprise attacks. She was after all up against an opponent a good deal stronger than herself, who knew what he (or even possibly she) had up their sleeve.

After performing the necessary handseals or channeling Ryoko funnels chakra into a point on the ground within a fifteen meters of her. At any time within the next five posts she can release the built up chakra into a pillar of electricity up to fifteen meters in width and height with [control] speed and strength. Upon impact with a target the electricity binds them in place with [control] strength and continuously shocks for the duration.

Chisaki began channeling a large amount of chakra in her left fist as his limbs made Ryoko dance around dodging his strikes. When the girl jumped out of range of his whips he slammed his fist into the ground releasing a torrent of biomass into the floor. Shortly after, beneath Ryoko massive spikes would suddenly erupt from the ground. He'd hear about it later for wrecking the containment room and yet he didn't have much choice the girl may have been lacking physically but her jutsu abilities were an outright nightmare.

Chisaki had been planning on holding back a bit, keeping to the small scale jutsu attempting to just put pressure on the potential recruit. After all, whilst Ryoko didn't know it, her life wasn't in any actual danger. In reality, Ryoko had her weaknesses covered and Chisaki was the one wracking his brain to come up to a solution of fighting a person he couldn't eat, it was certainly an interesting challenge she'd not yet faced before. The biggest issue Chisaki recognized was that his core was in danger as she could pierce through his body with those powerful ninjutsu.

Chisaki himself immediately followed the spikes by performing two sets of seals and sending his core into the underground tube of biomass that now spanned between the two of them. The original body became a clone as the core left it behind. New plan was to keep the core safely hidden in the ground whilst barraging the girl with clones till she ran out of chakra or figured out the actual mission objective. The clone stood would begin to charge forward only to get trapped in a blast of electricity. The clone wouldve responded to her however locked in the electricity its jaw was forced shut. Electrical burns could be seen forming over the whole body. Its "clothes" and skin turning black.

After channeling a large quantity of chakra to one of her fist, Chisaki will punch the ground sending biomass into the ground. The biomass will rapidly grow and expand beneath the ground, then burst through the ground in the form of 5- 3 meter spikes. The spikes will burst through the ground, after traveling beneath it at a speed of [17], within 10 meters of Chisaki and share a base that's 2 meters in diameter, each spike branching off is 1/2 a meter in diameter at the base tapering off. The spikes rise with a speed of [17] and impact with a strength of [10].

After using the required hand seals, the Chisaki will form a perfect copy of herself out of her biomass. The clone will have the exact same stats as Chisaki herself.

After performing the proper seals Chisaki is able to merge with an existing source of biomass. Her core can travel through the biomass at speed/2. When exiting the biomass will automatically reform her body.[/color]

"Eep!" Ryoko squealed as spikes erupted beneath her, the girl attempting to leap out of the way only for one of the spikes to impale one of her legs anyways, cutting her even as she made her escape. "Damn that hurts." she winced in pain as the wound crackled with electricity rather than blood.

Between now being in pain and having let off numerous full powered jutsu she was already growing visibly tired. She had been putting her all into trying to defend herself and didn't know how to hold back. The thought was enough to give her momentary pause, despite the man's bluster all those attacks had been rather weak. That in itself was a bit frustrating but that was besides the point. She had briefly considered this being a test earlier but had dismissed the notion as silly. Now she had to wonder again... Why would someone stage a kidnapping only to then start a fight and keep holding back?

Unbeknownst to her Chisaki had escaped and the one standing before her now that had been caught by her jutsu was a clone. She honestly hadn't expected it to work so well, which added to her suspicions. It was in that moment that she recalled the note she had read and for the first time she found herself hesitating as to what to do. The more emotional less rational side of her said to continue pressing the assault and normally she would have been inclined to agree but for once rationality and reason began to win out. "Am I being tested after all? Have I been going about this the wrong way?"

The captured Chisaki groaned trapped in the lightning beam. He struggled to move through the beam his jaw locked shut in a grimace. His hair would be sticking out in all directions as his body convulsed. Mean while after channeling the dwindling amount of chakra she had left Chisaki would create an eyeball on one of the spikes that had previously erupted from the ground. Seeing what was happening on the surface, she'd move her core towards the spikes.

The clone would struggle trying to move through the electricity holding it in place. The most it succeeded was being able to speak. "Tsk tskk. Trying to kill me? Kekeke. That wasn't the mission objective. Kekekekeke..." His words would be slow and forced, often interrupted by surges of electricity. Didn't stop him from releasing his pained laughs however. With those words said the chakra maintaining his form would disperse, causing the clone to melt in to charred red goo.

The true Chisaki would emerge from the opposite side of the spikes crouched down hiding behind them. After performing the required hand signs a mouth would form on the pile of biomass created from the initial biomass generator launched. The mouth would begin laughing manically. "Kekeke. Worry not little mouse. We have plenty of time to play. You haven't failed your mission just yet." In reality the real Chisaki was getting incredibly tired herself from using up chakra. So many transformations did take a toll on her. However she still had some physical reserves left over should it come to it. Hopefully, Ryoko would have taken the break to find the solution to her task.

After performing the required hand seals, a small mouth will appear with in 10 meters of the target and whisper Chisaki's message to the target. Can only be formed on a source of pre-existing biomass.

The last couple of days had been full of strange events for Ryoko. Just the other day she had been given the mission of accompanying Chisaki and today she had been drugged and kidnapped to a strange building where she was being attacked and continuously taunted. Even now it was continuing as the clone managed to speak before exploding into a mass of goo, Ryoko frowning at the sight. So that had been a clone... she thought to herself as she wondered where the real thing had gone.

That was when she heard a voice coming from nearby, a quick look around revealing there to be a mouth on the spikes that had assaulted her just moments ago. Well, it was a relief to know that she hadn't failed her task yet. In which case... "Yesterday and now today... It's all been so weird and too much is matching up to be a coincidence. You've been testing me." she began, taking a moment to think on her next words. "I know that you're here Chisaki. I'm not totally sure why you kidnapped me and then transformed yourself and started attacking but I'm clearly being tested for something." she continued speaking. Now, she wasn't totally confident in her answer but she was confident enough to at least say it all out loud, clearly and without hesitation. There was of course a chance she was wrong but she was tired and...

"It wouldn't be good for either of us to keep this up for much longer."

Flipping over the spikes between them Chisaki would charge out full speed his body quivering as it morphed. Taking her normal female form she smiled and picked up her new trainee holding her in a hug that would likely have killed a normal human due to lack of air. "You passed! I'm so proud of you! I knew you could do it my lil lightning bug. So first things first, having passed this selection examination you are officially drafted into Kirigakure's Head Hunter Division. This change of assignment is involuntary and you are unable to refuse!"

Chisaki would go through the boring promotion and reassignment details doing her best to make it sound appealing. In her mind it was a double edged sword. Those drafted into HHD lately were high risk members of the village. All so HHD itself could keep a closer eye on them. In Ryoko's case however, Chisaki was sure they brought her in as a potential counter to her own abilities. After all, Chisaki was most effective on conventional troops, e-bodies and inhumans like Ryoko and Katsu, not so much.

"Soo now that that's out of the way ... Any questions? Oooor would you like to celebrate over some cake? My treat." Chisaki would try to weasel out of giving an in depth explanation by dangling a treat of sweets over Ryoko's head. If they were as similar as she assumed she'd jump for the cake. Regardless, Chisaki would be getting cake after nearly being killed during a recruitment test. She very much needed to relax.

A tiny squeal escaped from Ryoko as Chisaki revealed herself and suddenly embraced her in a tight hug as if they hadn't just been fighting. More surprising though was the truth of just why they were here. It was a bit unbelievable but... she had been recruited for the Head Hunter Division. She wondered if it truly was involuntary but it made sense considering the methods that had been taken. There was no telling what they would do if she so much as tried to refuse, not that she really wanted to.

A bit of time passed as Chisaki explained the details of her new position to her, potential duties and expectations for her among other things. She listened in total silence, giving Chisaki her full attention. Nonetheless she would be unable to hide the slight smile that came at the thought of being endorsed to inflict pain on others. There was a part of her that enjoyed giving people a good zap and watching to see how they react. There were some that felt it to be a sense of mischievousness that she would grow out of while others feared she may grow up into something of a sadist. She herself wasn't sure which side was right, only knowing that she got some kind of thrill from it.

Soon enough the explanations came to a close, Ryoko feeling as if there was still something she wasn't being told. However... "I do have some questions still but right now cake is more important. I need some sugar to relax and refill my energy tanks, I'm sure we both do." Her eyes practically sparkled as she giddily responded, any other thoughts or misgiving she may have had forgotten for the time being. She was sure she would get to learn more at some later point.
