It was time, Yuuto needed to train just a little bit more before he was ready to take on Hitachi, it was time that he let go of the Dagger moniker, especially the "Weakest" Dagger, which frankly wasn't true. Yuuto's abilities had just been hidden from him and once he learned where to find them he made sure to use them, he was soon ready, he knew it in his heart, ever since he saw Mondai fall, he knew that he had to rise to the occasion, for if he didn't then he would never become one unless he continued to abide his time, a sigh rolled off the boys breath, he was seated on top of a shanty rooftop, shirtless enjoying the sun near a waterfall.
The forest was desolate, so that meant that he was alone for now, the others would either come or not, he knew that Shinjiro would want him to train jutsu to be aware of his surroundings and that was something he was going to do, but not right now, no, he needed to focus on controlling his Ninshu, he held the armor at full strength and just basked in the sun. He heard the birds tweet and the water rush like a pack of buffalos hunting a lion, the world felt safer, he could feel that the cloak wanted to boost his regeneration but that it wasn't there, unfortunately, he wasn't here to train his mastery but his chakra control.
Yuuto took a deep breath as he continued to channel chakra into his armor, he had inspected it before and was astonished by the details that were hidden within his armor, his chain mail, Triforce marking on his left hand, and the green color exchange, it was sort of strange to him but he wouldn't complain, he knew that if he was forced into a fight then he would need some kind of protection. Reflection was powerful but there were too many angles one could be attacked, Kozan had proven that Yuuto could lose his shield, what then?
Relying too much on one weapon or shield leaves you vulnerable, I am lucky that I am able to cast this jutsu in order to protect not only myself but also my allies. Yuuto took another deep breath before he let it out slowly, still focusing on controlling the armor.
No, he needed to work harder on his defense and make sure that he never got in such a position again, he also thought about how he had upgraded his weapon, possibly inspired by Kozan as well, but he did have a blueprint for it before he ever met the monster. One day. Yuuto knew that he had to be brave, no matter how terrifying his aura was, what he did to Mondai was excessive, Yuuto shook his head.
He had to go back to focusing on controlling his jutsu and maximizing its potential, slowly but surely he felt how the armor grew stronger, it seemed that he was finding the slipstreams that allowed him to control his chakra better. With time he would become a master and perhaps learn more hidden tricks, who knew, Yuuto had just started his journey and he was willing to see how far this took him.
I have to make sure that I balance my duties between being born a Karagata, working for the Swordsmen, and owing him favors, nothing comes cheap huh? Yuuto hoped at least that he would learn something and become powerful, so he didn't feel crappy for going behind Shinjiro back, he only did what he thought was necessary.

Yuuto conjured up a genjutsu that he would like to cast, but seeing as he had no one to cast it on as of now, he would have to memorize it, and train it within his mind's eye so that when he has the opportunity to cast it he will be to appear like he already knew the jutsu by heart, which would be rather fascinating as he had never trained like that before, how would he be able to if he added enough chakra to the jutsu, or if he was even adequate enough to cast such a spell? Yuuto pondered as he medicated with the Cloak on, he wondered if he could perhaps use Courage to deter the enemy, perhaps cause them to feel some awe, or fill them with doubt that they are facing off.
There were plenty of ideas that he could play around with and he was sure to find them all if he continued the way that he was, his mind started to feel ready to fight Hitachi, to prove to Shinjiro that Yuuto was indeed a ninja-worthy of being called a Seven Swordsman, he had to prove that Mondai had done something, Yuuto was going to be his living proof. Ever the Hero, he pushed on as he continued to channel chakra into his cloak. This got him thinking, what if he created a quick cast genjutsu that triggered once they saw his cloak?
What if it made his enemies question if they should fight against someone as Heroic as Yuuto, that was the idea at least, hopefully the execution would work out as well. Yuuto sighed with a large smile, he knew better than to think that he would be able to just think of a jutsu and not perform it for it to be perfected. So he began forming the necessary hand seals to cast the genjutsu he had conjured up in his mind, forming set after set over and over in order to train his body to do it naturally if his hands were ever free.
He then switched over to channeling chakra instead in order to train it while he had his hands busy, he then cast the genjutsu on a poor bird that flew away in fear. I think it worked! Just a couple of jutsu and I'm good! This genjutsu would do him good especially if used correctly.

A simple but one that can be used for devastating effects, Yuuto channels chakra to his cloak and makes it dance wildly activating the trigger, anyone who sees the chakra cloak dance on his skin will be caught within the Genjutsu. Seeds of doubt will start to spread within their psyche, maybe they shouldn't fight Yuuto? This jutsu is rather weak unless the enemy has low Will compared to the casters.
Yuuto felt satisfied with his current level of training, he was slowly moving forward, creeping closer to his goal, his armor was growing stronger by the minute and he was learning new jutsu on the fly. He listened in on the waterfall play its repeating drums, the endless crash got Yuuto to think of another jutsu, one that could perhaps cover one of his current flaws, he knew that there would be moments when the knight needed a bit more speed, and what would be a better time to train it but now?
He lept up to a standing position and then flipped down to the grass, the shanty building shook and kicked up dust thanks to the force exerted by Yuuto, though he never saw it as he pushed to run as fast as he could. His heart raced and his mind almost went blind as it was hard to keep up with what was happening around the world, the colors almost blended together and everything became lighter, it was almost as if he was catching more light.
He not only ran but also flipped and used other acrobatic moves to train not only his body to be able to move so fast for the period of time he would be graced, but also train his mind to be able to see and react to things that were faster than his natural speed. He was sure that this Jutsu would be rather helpful in future situations as well, especially if he continued to train his speed.
With one leg pushing for the other to respond until he finally crashed next to the waterfall, he slid 15 meters on his chest before he rolled over, his legs dipped in the water while his burn wounds immediately began to regenerate. He could feel his legs pulsating, he could feel how he was barely able to move them while his regeneration was working double time to heal all muscle fibers that were torn. Had it not been for his use of being wounded then Yuuto would've probably been crying right now, instead, he tried his best not to make any sounds as it still hurt.
I hope no one saw that. Yuuto chuckled but stopped as the pain was getting to him. I need to train my pain tolerance, though I don't want to be tortured... What a dilemma Yuuto hoped he would learn through actions and perhaps he would pretty soon.

Yuuto trades 5 posts of +10 speed for - 10 Endurance for 5 posts as his legs become severely damaged and put his legs in a critical state. It's a heavy trade-off for a strong boost, the leg Injuries can be healed via Iijutsu to speed up the debuff period but has to be focused jutsu and not Regen.
Yuuto felt the pain but still continued through the struggle, he picked up Liberation and started imagining that Yamato jumped him, he lept to the side and rolled to get out of the way, blocking his imaginary blood laser with Liberation to train his mind not to focus too much on relying on Mirror, no matter, the boy twisted and used the force of the attack to boost his speed, albeit imaginary extra speed as he was still training the technique under the guise of his mind, Yuuto had reached that level where he could immediately create a jutsu on the fly, but he dared not to try it out in a battlefield, due to one wrong move could lead to ones dead.
The boy struck the invisible foe before rolling once again as he imagined that it was a clone, he slashed towards center mass and destroyed another clone before backflipping over a bloodshot and slamming his sword on the clone's back, holding it down before it exploded, he lept away from the imaginary acid blood before flipping over yet another shot, this time he missed, blocked a knife strike with the sword and followed with a counter to finally take down the "real" Yamato. This was all fantasy but enough practice to learn a new jutsu, one that would help him immensely.

A-Rank Stance Taijutsu
Having mastered the art of defending oneself Yuuto has managed to learn the perfect stance to counter foes, he stands in a bit wider stance with one leg behind and hunched a bit forward, his mind at this point also focuses on reading the foe and calculating the best counter move. During this stance, the user has an easier time countering the enemy that doesn't exceed 5+ speed, the crux of this jutsu is that Yuuto focuses on a single target for the duration.
Yuuto sat down next to the waterfall and took a deep breath as he knew that no matter how long it would take for the other daggers they would eventually show up, that was how they had been taught, to always show up when the opportunity arose, for one wasn't allowed to stagnate, not in the Seven Swordsmen program, the Legendary warriors known throughout the world, so no, Yuuto wasn't afraid that they wouldn't show up, in fact, the long it took for them the more he could train techniques that they had no idea he carried, such as the accidental cloak he had cast on himself and Abari when he was in his previous training.
That was also sort of the reason why he had chosen to train in a remote area, he didn't want to get jumped again but if they tried then at least this time he had jutsu that prepared him for incoming threats, Nishiki had helped him become a better warrior and in the future he will attempt to ask Hitachi if he has any tips or tricks the boy could learn, for if he wanted to become one of the best then he had to learn from them. See, Yuuto wasn't out to become number one, but a Sword would be something, that's for sure.
Yuuto's chakra danced around his skin, the green cloak started to kiss his skin, fiery and wild until it tamed itself and formed the Heroic Cloak that he had pushed out when his body was stressed. Yuuto had checked his inner mind for the feeling he had that faithful training day and searched for the trigger which helped him push it out. Ideally one would put oneself in such a position but since Yuuto had already cast this jutsu once, he was able to produce it again, this time with ease for the trigger was that he had to be heroic.
He didn't know why but when he thought about himself in such a way, he became hyped, and when he became hyped he started leaking chakra and this with his high control turned into his heroic armor. A green chakra cloak that appears like a tunic, hat, leather and chain armor that protects the user at the strength of [Control], the beauty of this is that it protects his face and other exposed areas as well, the cloak makes his skin appear almost ethereal as the armor can peel off a little when he gets excited for battle.

[SSM Training] From Daggers to Swords
Nozomi would be very disappointed after her loss to hitachi yesterday, so as soon as it was the crack of dawn she got up urgently and would quickly head over to the seven swordsman of the mist arena. There she would stay anxiously training the best she could so she could do better and win next time. Would be currently doing her best to focus on the various training such as chakra control exercises. As well as thinking of ideas for new jutsu.
As she was in the arena training, practicing fuinjutsu removal when all of a sudden she heard of the training session in the forest. So she would quickly head there at top speed anxiously hoping to find a distraction from the frustrating sense of defeat. As she ran hoping that his training session will make her feel better after the fight, she began to think of different ideas on how to next time win. As well as anything she could’ve done differently, maybe she should’ve started off with the mist jutsu instead? She would then notice the feeling of the breeze on her body as she ran and the sun was out most people would consider this a nice day but she didn’t really care about it or the weather. She actually prefer it raining since it made it easier to train suiton jutsu as well as fight. Plus since she didn’t have a human body she wouldn’t get sick like most people would in the weather.
As all these thoughts run through her head she decides to check the surrounding area to see who else is here or nearby. So then eventually as she starts to get close she uses her blood sensory jutsu to check for people. She then sees the outline of yuuto body and the blood flowing through it. After that she then sees him get injured performing some jutsu, causing her to wonder what was going on? Did the jutsu fail? Or was it just part of the jutsu he was using? Regardless of what was the case it seemed like he was in a lot of pain and was struggling with it for a short bit.
She was surprised he didn’t train to avoid that better, though it wasn’t like it was her problem so it didn’t really matter to her. Though that did give her a idea and would take out her sword and would then start cutting her arms as she practiced using her virus body to heal and would try to make a jutsu that lets her heal body parts. If possible she even wanted it to be able to heal her whole body from the core. Since it could be very useful to have that for when she rechallenges hitachi. As well as if she fights someone as strong as him. As she continued running towards Yuuto she would keep practicing waiting for the cuts to heal.
As she continues heading towards him while occasionally cutting herself and trying to heal it. Once she was able to heal any cut on her body at a good speed she would proceed to the next step. She continued to observe him watching the various movements of his body as she was about to move on to the next step of her jutsu training but then before she could she realized she had finally arrived. When she did he would see her holding a sword with blood on it and lots of cuts on her arms. Nozomi would wave at him and says “hey good morning has anyone else shown up yet or been here?” After that she would blitz through hand seals at blinding speeds and her hand would shoot off into the ground causing her jutsu to activate and cover the ground in strange looking organic tissue.
She would then respond to him and continue the conversation if he said anything then afterwords would cut her arm and head off with the sword then flash through some hand signs again before instantly regrowing them. She would then respond to any comments Yuuto may have after seeing that as she moved her neck and arm checking to see how the jutsu worked. Once satisfied she would stop and start to think of the next idea.

Yuuto felt how his legs still screamed out in pain, his lungs were also burning from all the running and due to Courage being cast he felt how his chakra was being drained, which was all perfect, he needed to go through this torture in order to grow stronger as not only a ninja but as a man. If Shinjiro had taught him anything then it was that the Karagata family were soldiers who never gave up, he knew better than to question the figureheads and due to Mondai's defeat by Kozan he knew that if he stagnated in his growth then he too would perhaps suffer a bad loss, no matter, the boy was now determined and nothing on this earth could stop him from reaching his goal.
He had already defeated Hitachi in a spar, but if they were going to go for the challenge for real then he would have to make sure that he won when the officials were there. He wanted his "swords" as he had planned on attaching them to Liberation in order to add some explosive concussion damage to his enemies, which probably would make his strikes even more dangerous against foes he aimed to knock out, with that determination on mind he would focus on channeling chakra to his legs, his Regen wasn't exactly helping him but his high pain tolerance was enough to make sure that he didn't break apart.
I need to train my endurance so my legs don't shatter like that next time, heh... Man, this hurts... I can't even imagine how painful Mondai's wounds must have been. Yuuto looked down at his busted legs and sighed, he knew better than to think about his mentor whenever he was training, he also knew that Mondai was a man who hated being pitied so Yuuto had done the best he could not to react to his prosthetic arm and leg but couldn't help but to tear up every time he thought about how Mondai screamed in pain when Kozan almost killed him.
A fury rose over the boy as he spun around and began performing push-ups, he needed to train his endurance and he couldn't let these thoughts cloud him, he could only get so angry before he did something dumb. He knew that he had to be patient because he stood 0 chance against Kozan and he didn't want to embarrass Mondai any further than he had already done by not becoming a sword a long time ago. He continued to push himself until he heard a familiar voice call out to him, stopping mid-push up he looked up and saw Nozomi's feet, legs, then body then head.
"Hey Cousin, nice of you to join me on this little exercise day. I would've loved to say that someone else was here but unfortunately, you are the first... Or perhaps that is a fortune?" Yuuto chuckled as he continued to perform the set of push-ups. Once he was satisfied he would roll over and perform a kip-up and face Nozomi. A smile grew on his face as he gently attempted to hug her, he made sure to keep her infected blood from him then once the hug was initiated (If Nozomi accepted) he would pat her on her shoulder and then nod. "I saw your fight yesterday Nozomi, you were close to winning, you just need to train a bit and I am sure you will become a fine Swordswoman." Yuuto revealed a bright smile before he started performing jumping jacks.
"I had no idea you could turn into an eldritch being, scary." The heroic boy chuckled, trying his best to lift her mood up, he knew that loss could be handled in different ways and as of now, he wasn't certain how his younger cousin would react.

After he talked to her she looked on a little surprised and curious at his comment then says “how is it a fortune? Is there something good about us being the only ones here?” She would stare on in a mixture of confusion and curiosity as she waited for his response completely forgetting about her anger and disappointment thankfully. But she also forgot about finishing testing out her new jutsu. After they were done talking about that as well as after her cousin finishes his excercise she would feel as her cousin hugs her and having no reason to currently say no she would let him.
Though when the topic shifted back to the fight her mood would instantly sour she would then say “thanks though just being close to winning isn’t much of consolation as for needing to train I agree which is why I am here.” as she’s about to say the rest of what she’s thinking and how badly she feels about the loss she decides to stop herself in case it could be interpreted the wrong way.
Then as her cousin started jumping jacks she would casually jump back to gain atleast a meter or so of distance though if possible more. Between her and her cousin then she would blitz through hand signs (speed 40) then her hand would pop offer and fuse with the ground causing the ground around her to turn into strange eldritch mixture of flesh and stone. Immediately after she would use her sword to cut her arm off at the shoulder causing her to grit her teeth and tense up a little from the pain. She would then quickly after that cut off her head. After that a few seconds later her body would start to glow as she channeled chakra. As she glowed trying finish her new jutsu that she was working on before arriving, the jutsu would activate and would cause her severed head and arm to disappear into the ground and the she would instantly regenerate the decapitated head and the severed arm.
Afterwards she would try moving her head and arm around like nothing happened checking to see if she had full range of motion. Once she is satisfied that it worked perfectly as she planned she would start to try working on a new jutsu. If this was around the time her cousin brought up her true form she would say “according to my mother the eldritch from is actually what we really look like and this human appearance is just a disguise.”
As they talked about that Nozomi would think about her next jutsu idea but because of how this one was vastly more complicated and difficult to figure out let alone perform she figured she would need to be able to to heavily concentrate to do it which is different while talking. So would try figuring it out partially while talking trying to move her insides around while she stands there continuing talking to her cousin

Once the hug had been shared he watched how Nozomi leaped backward before continuing her speech, he nodded and listened to what she had to say, he could tell that she had calmed down but was starting to become upset over her loss, he then realized that he would probably have to explain what he meant. "You survived the encounter, you get to live another day and use that loss to learn what you need to do to win the next time, that's what I meant. Not everyone is lucky to get out of a challenge unscathed." Yuuto looked away as he once again thought about Mondai.
A heavy sigh was released from his breath as he continued his jumping jacks, the training was going superbly and with the cloak on he still felt how he was burning through his reserves, if this was chakra training then he would probably grow in strength as well but right now he needed to focus on fixing the hole created by his speed boost technique, for if he truly wanted to beat Hitatchi then he would need to be able to handle more damage, last time he was lucky that he was fast enough to dodge but he was certain that this time things wouldn't be so clear.
He stopped his training for a brief second to inspect Nozomi as he started to cut off her own limbs and even dismembered herself, which to him was rather insane, until he realized that she too was an immortal just like him, albeit different. She used some sort of virus to take down her enemies, something which Yuuto was unsure if even he could regenerate, perhaps he could find a way around it by training Iijutsu with Naohiro, though he would have to do that in private as he wasn't sure what Shinjiro would think of him if he found out that he was secretly working with HDD in order to repay Naohiro for saving Mondai.
"That's pretty scary, it's rather insane that you and I are cousins and our abilities are opposite, yours makes you an eldritch monster who can curse people with your blood while I can protect my allies and regenerate them via this cloak." Yuuto chuckled as he continued doing jumping jacks, he was almost done with that excessive and was beginning to plan for the next set of physical training, he wanted to run up and down a large tree or perhaps the waterfall as it would provide him with enough length to exhaust him.
I like talking to Nozomi and it would be a bit weird if I just started running now... Yuuto wondered if the time would come when the others arrived which would allow him to focus on his own training, so for now he would just try to keep his cousin company through their training, seeing as they both had the same goal and that was to become a sword.
"Do you mean that when you were born you came out like that?" Yuuto had never before questioned the being that stood before him and he was increasingly becoming a bit confused as to how they were related, especially if she wasn't human in her true nature. Well at least we are not on opposite sides... Shesh... Yuuto shook his head in disbelief. "Well, just remember, when the battle royal happened I was on your side." The heroic boy laughed but still reminded her that Yuuto was in fact not her enemy but an ally she could depend on, in fact, he might be one of the hand few people in Kiri who would never conceive the notion of backstabbing her, he stood to gain nothing and only lose everything, for she was after all his beloved younger cousin and the daughter of his favorite psychopathic uncle Shinjiro.

Nozomi nodded as she hears him saying “you’re right if I wasn’t born like this then I most likely would’ve had suffered a terrible injury most likely. “ after she finished healing her head and would finish her second jutsu temporarily going into a trance like state to activate her jutsu during the trance she practiced using it to move her core around, to a new location once she confirmed she could use this jutsu to quickly move her core. She would begin in the second aspect and carefully begin checking the mobility of her body after making sure of that she would finish testing the jutsu.
Once she was done she would pop out just in time to hear Yuuto comment on her abilities and would think about what he said it was a very interesting topic. She was also curious if she wasn’t born from her two parents what would her abilities be? As she thought about that for a bit she realized she was getting side tracked from her training so would focus on it again trying to remember what was the next idea she wanted to have then would say “you do make a good point I wonder about the same things myself I’m guessing it was because of who are parents are?”
Having no idea that he wanted to go running and thinking he just wanted to stay here and talk so she would stay here also to continue talking with him and then would begin to focus on a nearby puddle of water and try to focus on infusing it with her chakra while listening for anything he has to say on the previous topic and responding. After awhile of focusing on the water practicing on it she would finally manage to figure out how to infuse it with her chakra. So she thinks to herself <it seems that step one is done it didn’t seem to difficult though getting to this point did take awhile so hard to say?> Nozomi would then shrug and move on to the next idea
as the conversation moves foward and she hears the response to another of her comments and says “I can’t remember being born but my first memory is of me as a baby seeing my mother and as far as im aware it’s more like this we have the human form until we reach a certain point mentally since our bodies age at a unnaturally fast rate normally I looked this old about a minute or so after being a baby but my mind was still that of a baby if that makes sense? So the moment my mind had advanced enough to think like a normal person of this age my body transforms then I just have to choose to stay in this form? I think that’s how it is but would have to ask mom to be absolutely certain.”
She then nods as she hears him say the final comment and says “I remember, “

Yuuto dropped down and performed another set of push-ups, he felt how his legs were burning from jumping right after running so intensely, he figured that if he switched to his arms and focused on his chest then his regeneration would at least start taking care of his legs. Yuuto listened to his cousin speak and started wondering about his own past, where he was born and what he truly remembered, it had been a long time ago since the kid had really pondered his past as he was set to become something the second Shiv layed eyes on him.
His focus had always been on the bullies that trashed his ideologies and looked down on him for being different, they thought nothing of him and wanted to discard him from the get go. He remembered well how Inpa, Shiv and the rest of the Karagata looked down upon him, Shinjiro was different though, he had somehow managed to create some sort of understanding between the two, in fact had it not been for him then he wouldn't have been allowed into the Seven Swordsmen, seeing as Chiane had failed him for choosing to sacrifice himself for Mondai.
A sigh rolled out his breath as he continued to push up and down, the burning sensation had quelled a bit and now moved over to his chest, even though Yuuto was pushing himself hard his body didn't sweat, refusing to breaking as it was a work of wonder, he didn't know how strong he truly was because he never pushed himself, for he never wanted to be put in such positions but with his Dagger role and mission protocols he had been forced to take on harder and harder tasks, so his body and weapons needed to follow suit. Yuuto continued to listen to Nozomi, nodded and said yes to where he felt needed to show that he was still following her.
"That's interesting, you made me realize that I don't really think about my past, that I don't even know who both of my parents are. I am the proud son of Karagata, Shiv, the man that everyone respects, that Kirigakure raised to be the ultimate weapon, I have the outmost respect for my father and forgive him for his wrongdoings but I don't know who my mother is, I don't even know if I have any recollection from her... I have been so focused on trying to prove my point that I realize that even though I am around my father, I know little of him..." Yuuto continued push through the push ups until he felt it was proper time to go back to the jumping jacks.
"Perhaps I should train with him someday?" That would probably be a good idea, especially now that he was getting closer to being able to challenge Hitachi, once he became a Sword he figured would be the prime time to face his father man to man, how could he not respect him then? If not, then he would come from another direction and meet him as Echo, and see if that could get him to be proud of him. A sigh rolled out his breath as he was still unsure, he had managed to not kill a single person as of yet, at least not by his hand, Mondai took that bullet for him and for that he would make sure that he would do whatever he could to help him.
And Nozomi, heck, he would make sure for the rest of the Seven Swordsmen as well, they were a family, Elite Kiri ninjas from different parts of the corner, family ties meant little for their united swords could tear down countries. He continued to push through his jumping jacks, even though his legs were screaming for him to stop, he could regenerate but it wasn't as fast as he had hoped.

After she managed to infuse the water with her chakra she would proceed to start trying to manipulate it concentrating and trying to move it in any way she could. Once she could do simple movements she would proceed to try more complex ones as well as manipulating it so that it looks like a female outline and figure of herself that still as the color and texture of the water is dancing. Once she has confirmed that she would start having the water use her body for push ups, as she hears Yuuto speaking so replied. “Happy I could help though if you have no memory of your mother does that mean she was gone soon after you were born?”
She would continue practicing manipulating the water by having it use her body for all sorts of excercise’s. If Yuuto saw her doing this she would put her finger to her mouth and say “shhh it’s a secret”
As she continues to play around with the suiton kinesis basically making the kinesis controlled clone made of water do push ups while she sat on its back watching Yuuto excercise. Her conversational skills left a lot to be desired on top of that they were never useful back at the academy so saw no need to improve them. But it was situations like this that made her wonder if the ability to have conversations with people would be useful.

Yuuto stopped performing jumping max and fell on his rear, his Courage cloak was still activated, so that plus the Regen on his legs was working his chakra system in overtime, he could feel how his pool was slowly growing or perhaps it was because the kid had never pushed himself this hard before. He was learning a lot about himself lately, especially post going all out on his training, he knew better than to stop now, for he needed more power to never feel so powerless again. If he truly wanted to be a hero then he would have to inspire people, he would have to be able to stand up for what was right, no matter how challenging the task at hand would be! Yes, this was Yuuto's new motivation.
"I don't know about that, it doesn't feel like she is dead, but for all intents and purposes she might as well be right?" Yuuto tried to fake a smile but his eyes told another story, a second later he would look away from Nozomi and if she continued to look at him she would notice that there was this great sadness that rolled over the boy. Who is my mother? Is she alive? Will I ever meet her or at least be able to visit her grave? He wanted to sigh but instead, he would take a deep breath and force himself up to his feet, no matter the pain. He would dust off his pants and then take a deep breath as he continued to pour chakra into his cloak.
He inspected Nozomi pull off another amazing jutsu and let a grin take over his hardened face, he would nod at her request before returning the response, "Don't worry cousin, your secret is always safe with me." Yuuto felt proud of his younger cousin, she hadn't let her defeat stop her from growing in strength and seemingly being close to Yuuto seemed to inspire her, or at least that was what he hoped, he swallowed that thought and would attempt to fist-bump Nozomi.
"Besides, us good folks need to stick together." Saying that got him thinking about Mondai's family and how they had to stick together through thick and thin, and how he felt that it was his turn to return the favor, "I... I wanted to ask you something... Would you be willing to help me and Mondai with something? It's a secret." Yuuto would wink, hoping that he could at least intrigue her, he knew that they would eventually be able to get it done just Mondai and Yuuto but with his recent injury it wouldn't hurt to have some help from someone he felt he could trust, and who could you trust better than family?
If Nozomi helps us then we could probably set Mondai's family house back in order after I defeat Hitachi, heck, we could save months if not years with her help, especially if she continues to grow as she has been doing lately. Yuuto eyed his cousin, he couldn't say anything other than he was impressed with her, he felt a little guilty for looking down on her when it came to the Battle Royale but quickly remembered that it was because of Kozan's fear ability, otherwise truth was he would probably have teamed up anyway and taken down both Kozan and Asuna, but that didn't happen as he planned and instead things went sour rather quickly.
But no matter, that was a thing of the past and the Karagata were all about the future, and together they could perhaps create a better one.

Nozomi would look on a bit curious at his comment wondering why he interpreted what she said that way, after thinking for a bit she would say curiously “I never said she was dead though considering she abandoned you before you had any memory of her I could understand why you would think that way and it is definitely a good reason why she wouldn’t be with you now.”
She would then continue to sit there on her kinesis clone her finger wagging up and down to control its movements. When she saw her cousin get up and wondered what training he was planning next? She noticed him motion to fist bump her so would use her right hand to fist bump while her left continues to control the clone. She figured that was his way of confirming the secret. Afterwords he said something really surprising and confusing causing her to look on in shock and utter bafflement for a few seconds before regaining her composure and saying in a mix of hesitant and curious manner “why do you think I’m good? Also now I’m wondering what do you consider good?”
As she wondered about why he said that while waiting to see what his response was, after a bit of thinking on the subject. But the next time he opened his mouth to speak was to ask a request of her which made her even more confused. Did he say that only to try and manipulate her into listening to his request and possibly accepting it? As many different scenarios and possible outcomes rushed through her mind. She listened carefully to his request.
When he finished she figured could definitely hear him out, she would’ve done so normally any way but now her reasons for doing so were more self motivated than before. So would say “you can ask if you want up to you but personally depending on the secret I would be careful of what you are trying to hide because certain things can be tricky here. That said while I wouldn’t mind keeping your request a secret as long as it isn’t something that would be considered treasonous or have a lasting negative effect on Kirigakure. I personally only want to keep my new jutsu a secret until I have a rematch with a different swordsman so I can try again. What is the secret you want me to keep?”
As she waited for his response she would decide to try a new jutsu out and use the water from the clone to wrap around her entire body engulfing it. Afterwards after a bit of waiting inside the body of water and some fiddling with its shape and chakra the water seemed to form around her into a suit of armor. This armor was identical in appearance to her previous armor jutsu. But it had an additional ability she wanted to try. So would make a clone of herself then have the clone attack her with a punch only for the clone to be destroyed the moment it punches the armor. She would then continue to sit there on her kinesis clone her finger wagging up and down to control its movements. When she saw her cousin get up and wondered what training he was planning next? She noticed him motion to fist bump her so would use her right hand to fist bump while her left continues to control the clone. She figured that was his way of confirming the secret. Afterwords he said something really surprising and confusing causing her to look on in shock and utter bafflement for a few seconds before regaining her composure and saying in a mix of hesitant and curious manner “why do you think I’m good? Also now I’m wondering what do you consider good?”
As she wondered about why he said that while waiting to see what his response was, after a bit of thinking on the subject. But the next time he opened his mouth to speak was to ask a request of her which made her even more confused. Did he say that only to try and manipulate her into listening to his request and possibly accepting it? As many different scenarios and possible outcomes rushed through her mind. She listened carefully to his request.
When he finished she figured could definitely hear him out, she would’ve done so normally any way but now her reasons for doing so were more self motivated than before. So would say “you can ask if you want up to you but personally depending on the secret I would be careful of what you are trying to hide because certain things can be tricky here. That said while I wouldn’t mind keeping your request a secret as long as it isn’t something that would be considered treasonous or have a lasting negative effect on Kirigakure. I personally only want to keep my new jutsu a secret until I have a rematch with a different swordsman so I can try again. What is the secret you want me to keep?”
As she waited for his response she would decide to try a new jutsu out and use the water from the clone to wrap around her entire body engulfing it. Afterwards after a bit of waiting inside the body of water and some fiddling with its shape and chakra the water seemed to form around her into a suit of armor. This armor was identical in appearance to her previous armor jutsu. But it had an additional ability she wanted to try. So would make a clone of herself then have the clone attack her with a punch only for the clone to be destroyed the moment it punches the armor. Figuring this meant the armor was ready she would try testing its mobility to see if it’s as good as the previous versions.

Yuuto didn't know how to answer her and instead focused on stabilizing his chakra expenses as he was surely burning himself from both candles using Courage and regenerating his wounds, which fortunately were almost all but healed, this got him thinking about how his armor was not only useful to him to his allies as well, therefor he really needed to make sure that not only was his chakra pool up to scratch but also his control, for one could never be too certain that their enemies would be stronger, so he entered his minds eye and focused on spreading his chakra over to Nozomi.
When he had activated it on Abari it was a fluke, but he needed to make it an active choice, so here he was focusing on spreading his green chakra to his ally as she spoke and had to stop a little once Nozomi asked what made him think she was good. "It's a gut feeling I have. Killing people doesn't make you bad, killing innocents does. I don't presume that you do that unless someone has forced you to do it. Yuuto wasn't here to spread propaganda, because he knew that ninjas needed to kill when push came to shove, but Yuuto considered himself more a hero than a ninja, hell, he was probably closer to a chivalrous knight but that was neither here nor there, especially since the concept didn't exist yet.
Yuuto then continued to channel chakra onto Nozomi and spotted how Courage started to flicker around her skin, Focus on the spot and make sure that you trade enough chakra for the armor to sustain itself, hopefully, one day I'll be able to make it so that they pay the chakra cost, that would be swell. Yuuto chuckled under his breath as he continued to channel more chakra onto Nozomi, his quest to become stronger was continuing and he wasn't going to stop, he couldn't, his fear of losing lives had been activated and therefore he needed to become strong enough that death of civilians could be pushed down to a minimum, as he knew he could never stop a random murder or accident.
Yuuto stopped for a brief moment as he listened to Nozomi speak, he rubbed his chin as he continued to channel chakra onto his cousin before he nodded once she finished her speech. "Oh, no, It's not what you think it is. Though it could rub your father the wrong way if we don't do it correctly. But if we do then I bet we will gain a lot of respect from him." Yuuto continued to keep it vague for now as he wanted her interest to push her into wanting to know more, the philosopher had learned that the best way to invite people into discussions or ideas was to push the thought in their heads but in a way that makes them want to know more instead of forcing information upon them.
Once he finished his speech he noticed that Nozomi was covered in 49 str courage armor that clad her at 1 speed, due to Yuuto not having enough control, seeing as this was just training it didn't matter, but it showed that Yuuto clearly needed to train his control some more, or else he wouldn't be able to become the hero he saw himself as, he wouldn't be able to take down Hitachi. I have to grow in strength not just for myself, but for the good of the people in Kirigakure. By winning this fight I have taken another step to prove that my philosophy works. Yuuto wasn't an idiot, he knew that not many would follow his lead but perhaps they would start considering at least capturing their enemies as there was valuable intel they could gather that way, death didn't have to be the end goal every time.

Nozomi would continue to think of different jutsu ideas she could use to train while standing still the more she thought the more she remembered more useful jutsu ideas that could help that would also be useful later that she could do now while still standing still. So would begin trying to practice the shadow clone jutsu making sure she got everything right. She had made clones out of poison before so it shouldn’t be to much more difficult all she had to do was avoid the change in chakra nature. The tricky part was making sure they could remember what happened after she used them. That extra memory would be an important tactical tool. Plus in addition to that if they could share memory and experiences then a clone like that would be no different then her real body without a core. Only real difference is how fragile they are, though no jutsu would be able to make a perfect immortal body so it was a moot point. There was always trade offs somewhere, she was able to make the clone just fine but the sharing memories and experiences was proving tricky.
Then as she was practicing while talking to Yuuto he said something strange again so she looked on confused saying “what is an innocent? “ she also wondered why it was bad to kill these innocents? Maybe it had something to do with nobles and people in the ninja caste? Or maybe all people who were useful to kirigakure were considered an innocent? It wasn’t really touched on to this extent at the academy and she never heard the term innocent before. Maybe it was something more advanced than they taught at the academy? Regardless she was very interested and curious on what an innocent is now.
But as she was thinking about this another interesting topic came up what’s more an interesting green chakra cloak surrounded her after she heard Yuuto speak again so would inspect the cloak while replying. “Ok makes sense so why do you want to keep it a secret from everyone wouldn’t it be better to just tell him what’s going to to avoid that from happening or tell his brother and keep it secret from dad to make him happy when it succeeds? Usually all family matters are left to them to decide? Also is this strange green chakra yours? If so would you mind telling me everything it does?”
As she was talking the whole time she would be trying to figure out the strange green chakra cloak. It was definitely an interesting jutsu after testing what she figured was the most common usage of it protection. So tried attacking herself with the sword the result was the green aura blocking the attack it proved that it did indeed work as some sort of armor jutsu. It also seemed like the crest on his hand was part of the jutsu.
After she was done talking, she would continue to try and learn more about the strange armor jutsu. While she waited for his response when she ran out of ideas on ways to get more info on the green chakra cloak armor she was now wearing she would go back to trying to focus on figuring out how to make this clone work. Trying various methods to get it to work, though eventually she would indeed get it to work. After she had a good idea on how to get it to work properly she decided to give it one final test. She would begin to try to have the clone run away backwards trying to master a new jutsu. If when it disapeared she knew everything the clone did she would immediately know that the jutsu worked. If nothing happened when it poofed then she would have to find out where she went wrong with it.
But assuming it would work she could then begin solving two problems at once, so while the clone ran around in unorthodox and strange ways she would stay there to continue talking to Yuuto. Considering the conversation was getting good it meant she could focus on it more or think of additional ideas for jutsu while her clone did all the training. Eventually though, her clone would poof giving her the knowledge of everything it saw and worked on. Meaning that particular jutsu was a success now she just needed to work on the improved version so could hopefully use them more often for training.

Yuuto stopped his training once he felt that he had managed to control his chakra flow well enough, he reached for his pouch and pulled out a strange-looking hat that he had found information about him in HHD's library, once he gathered sufficient data he would set out to find this mysterious hat, it wouldn't take long for the boy to find what he was seeking, a bunch of bandits had tried to sell the hat in Kiri's black market, being the son of Shiv and due to him gathering a lot of ryo during Hearts invasion he could afford Petitish, or Red as he liked to be called.
Yuuto looked over at Nozomi as he put on the hat, "He means people who are not hostile towards you, you know? Civilians? People not trained to fight, your everyday farmer, your ol' moms and pops, children, and the like, come on now child you should know who's innocent and who poses a threat correct? Or has Kiri changed so much in the last 1900 years?" Pettish large eyes and beak mouth were running a mile a minute as the hat sprung to life, it stared at Nozomi with both curiosity and a little bit of disgust.
Red was an old magician turned cap, but even he knew that this young child was raised to be some kind of monster, though he didn't dare say anything about that yet. Yuuto just rolled his eyes and chuckled, he pointed at Red to indicate that he meant just that. "What the hat said" Nozomi would now be able to see Yuuto's Triforce of courage on his left hand as he pointed at the hat, a nod was shared between the boy and the hat before Yuuto poured chakra to it, Red, who usually was red, would turn green due to courage, which meant that even he was now protected by Yuuto's courage aura that was growing stronger by the minute.
All of this chakra and control training is draining my chakra reserves but with enough practice, I should be able to handle even a high-tier Jounin, come on, you got this Yuuto. Red looked at Nozomi and laughed as she spoke, not because he felt that what she said was funny but because he had both seen it all and heard it all before. "Perhaps there's a reason why Yuuto chose not to tell them?" Yuuto rubbed his chin before he nodded at Nozomi.
"Because if we fail then it's all the worse, then we will come out as weaklings, but if we succeed then we prove to them that we are capable of making our own decisions that could lead to strengthening the Karagata, that's all they care about. Besides, wouldn't it be better to have another house that works with us? One that can grow in strength and numbers along with the Karagata and spread their influences? For I believe that if we do this then the Yugana house will owe us... And that's precisely why I don't want to tell them now, I don't want Mondai's family to be in debt to us out of obligation but from gratitude for our actions, that way their assistance and trust come from their hearts, and not from force you know?" Yuuto scratched his head but forgot that Red was there, therefore the hat bit his hand which caused Yuuto to chuckle, Red didn't find it funny but he couldn't help but agree with Yuuto's plans.
With Nozomi being the first to see Red, Yuuto knew that it was time for him to start utilizing his hat for actions other than just nightly conversations, it was time for him to believe in Red and utilize him in combat for the great wizard would be of extraordinary help if used correctly.

As Nozomi thought over what they said she would nod and say in a reluctant tone “I never heard the word innocent before but that description does makes sense. So basically any person who isn’t a threat is considered innocent? And it’s bad to kill innocent people?” This definitely made sense to her if that was the case and avoiding killing innocent people was all it took to be considered good then she never killed an innocent person before so that makes her good. Though she wondered why it was bad to kill innocent people? She didn’t want to look like a fool or have the spirit hat scold her again. So just assumed it was because killing innocent people was either a waste of resources, or would cause problems for Kirigakure.
She looks on curiously at the hats question and says “as far as i am aware Kirigakure always been like this even 1900 years ago but could always ask my dad to see if Vorashu could confirm that since he was around then? “
After Nozomi finished inspecting the green chakra cloak around her she would hear Yuuto comment as well as the red hats saying “ you do have a good point but what exactly do we have to do? “ Since she finished the first step of making the basic shadow clone that was one step out of the way she would continue to the next step. While she waited she would begin to practice her next jutsu the upgraded version of shadow clone.
First she would begin to drink something to regain lost chakra then she would begin to work on a new Jutsu while she spent time talking and learning more about this strange plan Yuuto had in mind. First she had to make another clone like before then she would have to try and make it so that it would return chakra to her after poofing. Because this was such a tricky jutsu and because clone jutsu normally took large amounts of chakra to work she made sure to bring many of the restorative drinks with her in case she needed more chakra to train.
Thankfully having already completed the previous version she could use the other clones to help her train and figure this out. So she would try creating 2 clones at a time with different methods then have them poof. After they proofed and didn’t work she would drink a vial and then try again. On her 7th try including the two at the beginning, thanks to the experience and help from the previous version of the jutsu she finally managed to successfully regain chakra then on the next try since she already figured out how to regain chakra from the clones she manged to perfect the chakra restoration effect. Having finally perfected the upgraded version she would try to see how much it could improve the time it takes for her to train and master new jutsu.

Yuuto smiled as he heard Nozomi speak, he seemed to at least be able to get through to her, but before he could respond, Red would speak. "That's correct and double correct, it's a waste of your time and possibilities, you never know, one of those people could be of use to you or your family, lassie." Red wanted her to think about how unnecessary it was to remove a life that meant no harm, Yuuto, through osmosis had learned that sometimes people died to keep secrets as well and couldn't pretend that they couldn't spare everyone.
Fortunately, he had managed to keep his death count to zero, and he intended to keep it that way, he reached for his mirror shield and branded it, inspecting the craft for a moment before he took a protective stance. "Right... Perhaps things were a bit grim back then as well, but at least an... how old are you? (provided Nozomi responds he corrects himself with the right age) year old would know what an innocent person meant... Tsck... Tsck... No matter." Yuuto plants his feet wide before raising his shield, he pushes towards an incoming attack or at an enemy before a large wind gust envelops around him and his shield, blasting towards whatever he is aiming at [Strength], this jutsu is very effective at protecting the shield from strikes as he can lower the damage the shield takes.
Yuuto returned his shield to its rightful place as he quickly began to inspect the area they had been in, he wanted to find all the traces of action and start sweeping the clues in order to hide his and Nozomi's actions, it would take him a while, during which time Nozomi had finished her training, he had told her that they would meet again soon to discuss the plans further, but until then they needed to mentally prepare for what was to come, as they had no idea that the Civil War was just around the corner while they were going to scheme and plot for the greater good of the Karagata and perhaps Kirigakure as a whole, they were going to take out the trash and insert back the rightful owners of the mansion, no matter what!
So Yuuto continued to think like a spy, he thought as his new persona that he had been working on whenever he was called to train or work for Naohiro, Echo, was his name and he was different from Yuuto, he still didn't kill but he wasn't as nice as his Seven Swordsman persona, which was probably something that would irk Shinjiro if he found out, but there was a reason for it. Yuuto wasn't proud of that work, he did what he had in order to fulfill his obligation, it was the requirement for saving Mondai's life, his Seven Swordsmen persona was one he stood proudly behind, as he wanted to be seen as a hero, so he could spread his philosophies.
So here he was, training Echo's mind to be able to clear any signs of his or his allies' involvement, it would take time but with practice, he would be better at doing this, and he'd be able to do it faster but for now, he only focused on clearing the training ground as the sun began to set. It was a boring task, but fortunately Red was there with him.

This jutsu can also help the user find tracks from targets but it is generally best used outside of combat as it takes Echo around one full post to spot all the tracks before he begins to either track or erase them.
