This time things were for real, he was already waiting at the arena for the Karagata, he had already told him beforehand that this was going to go down and if this time he didn't bring a sword he would take his as a lesson. Yuuto picked out Amendment from Liberation and ignored to equip his shield and instead took on a wider stance, his sword in hand, speed ready and eyes on the price, he knew that there was no need for formalities, they had already fought once and both knew what was up, the only difference was that this time he was going to deal with the situation differently, he was going to beat him at his own game.

Yuuto wasn't afraid of death, Kozan had proven it to him yet again at the mission briefing, so this was why he wanted to test the situation differently, he was going to use his powers to his advantage, nothing was going stop him now that he knew that he could already win. If everything goes as planned then I might have even ranked up to Jounin, this time Shinjiro is watching, so I have to make him proud, Nishiki is here too, Nozomi... I'll beat him for you, and keep him alive. Yuuto smirked. Mondai, I will finally show Shinjiro that you due have worth, you have trained the next generation to uphold the swords, I hope this inspires you to not give up and become stronger! The Karagata revealed a full-blown grin, yet he didn't his eyes off his opponent, he himself slowly channeled some chakra as he mentally prepared for what Hitachi would do next.

He wouldn't let the same jutsu hit him twice, so he would have to figure out a new strategy for Yuuto was coming for his title, the game was on.

Having mastered the art of defending oneself Yuuto has managed to learn the perfect stance to counter foes, he stands in a bit wider stance with one leg behind and hunched a bit forward, his mind at this point also focuses on reading the foe and calculating the best counter move. During this stance, the user has an easier time countering the enemy that doesn't exceed 5+ speed, the crux of this jutsu is that Yuuto focuses on a single target for the duration.

Yuuto focuses on one target and begins to almost tunnel vision, dead set on keeping track of whatever the target attempts to do, by focusing on specific body joints and connections via jutsu, but it comes at the cost that he loses his visual awareness of other enemies, with this jutsu they can spot even foot tracks and make out a makeshift size on those using [Stealth] at this level and lower.

"This kid's is really amped up, eh?" A smirking figure slowly walked out of one of the entrances to the arena as his eyes were focused on the single sword wielding youth who had issued this challenge to him, my oh my how bold the younger generation was getting these days. "It's about time one of you dagger finally found your balls." He heckled at the opponent as he stepped into the arena, his bandaged hands reached down and took hold of each of his knuckle blades, as each arm raised up one could see the powerful arms of the swordsman as they bulged, his sleeveless shirt allowing everyone to see his bulky frame.

The hands came up almost like those of a boxer would have, resting just below the level of the chin as his dagger like blue eyes closed for a moment, his body shifting into a more aggressive looking stance in that moment, and after a brief period of time his eyes slowly opened as the world around him seemed to almost be moving slower than it should have, from his perspective. A sash on his left hip sported the symbol for the Mist Swordsman and on his left shoulder could be found the Focus of the Blade, also sporting the organization's insignia.

This puppet came for a fight, then it was a fight that Hitachi would give him. No matter who the opponent was, the Kaguya would also give them the respect of a swordsman, which was his full strength now as the judge for the fight took his place giving a few brief words about the fight and then held his hand straight up in the air, his hand in a perfect knife hand. "Show time, my little friend." The short haired Kaguya only smiled as he bent slightly at the knees with his feet seeming to dig into the earth. The hand of the center official dropped signaling the start of the match, Hitachi would start out with a bang as he instantly exploded forth to his top speed with no ramp up time to almost immediately close the gap on his smaller opponent.

The attack was one of his trademark techniques, the White Phantom Assault as he moved with such speed and strength that a literal air shockwave radiated outwards seven meters on each side of the man as he delivered two powerful, back-to-back style punches with his blades knuckle weapons. A true test to see the level of speed and strength that his opponent had brought to the arena with him today....

Through pushing their body's perception of the world around them through training and real combat experiences combined with almost inhuman accuracy with their strikes the Kiri nin has learned how to enter a trance like state that increases his battle prowess to its peak state. By closing his eyes for about half a post, he clears his mind of any additional thoughts and focuses on the task at hand, normally combat. When the man's eye reopen the world around him appears to be moving at half speed, while they still move at normal speed. This trance can be maintained for a period of time equal to their stamina stat divided by two.

After practicing for a long amount of time with the concept of using both of their hands with equal skill, the user has developed a level of ambidexterity that allows them to utilize their preferred weaponry without any sort of issue. This extends to other methods of combat or simple everyday life as well.

Prerequisite: 15 Instinct
A discipline involving the mental preparation for the constant movement and striking involved in Hitachi's fighting style. This enables the user to gather snippets of vision, sounds and tactile sensory information in order to be properly aware of the battlefield around them whether standing still or in rapid circular motion. The user is effectively aware of their surroundings within Instinct/3m of their person, able to recognize when attacks are coming and the body positions of opponents.


[White Phantom Assassination]
S-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: 40 Speed, 40 Strength
The user halts all of their movement for a moment, using that time to build up an immense amount of torque in their leg and arm muscles. After doing so, the user will release all of this built up torque in one explosive maneuver, dashing across the battlefield near instantly while striking the target it both fist blade simultaneously with such force that the ensuing slash can easily sever metal or flesh. The dash itself is made with such explosive speed that it creates a shockwave that follows the user to the end of their dash, pushing away anything within 7 meters of the user with 35 strength in an attempt to protect them should they miss the attack. The distance the user is able to cover is equal to the their [(Speed+Strength)/2] in meters. This technique is considered so fast that it consumes one of the two teleports alloted by the user per thread.

Yuuto watched his enemy close, studying his moves as he had already seen them before, he knew that this man would underestimate him, that was the whole point of the trap. Red hadn't even woken up yet but he was on his way, Yuuto, on the other hand, stepped forward and shouted before he bobbed under the swings and to the left of his opponent, if Hitachi saw him move then the genjutsu would trigger, and due to their differences in will power, Yuuto was sure that the clone would appear extremely real, giving the real boy a chance to duck under the explosions and swing for his knee, Amendment would boost his strength to 45 and cause the Kaguya's knee to crack if it connected.

But that wasn't the end, Yuuto would grab his shield while Hitachi would be airborne and slam him away, gaining a bit of distance, after all, they weren't just supposed to win immediately, they were here to put on a show. "Are you alright lad? Do you need my help?" Red's beak and mouth sprung to life, speaking with fear in his voice as if he wasn't prepared for this rude awakening. "Not really, but since you are here, we might as well put on a show." Yuuto placed Amendment within Liberation before he pulled out the fusion sword.

"You should've worked on your flaws since the last time we fought." Yuuto felt it in his bones that the guy was cocky, he knew that their last spar wouldn't yield him anything, while Yuuto benefited from it greatly, this time he was ready. Together the two of them would channel chakra to perform individual jutsu, they were ready for this fight but first, they wanted to see how great his regenerative skills were, they needed to assess the situation.

Within this genjutsu a clone will be created in his place, it will jump attack the target, its strike is wide open and is created for the target to attempt to strike it, only to find out that it was an illusion. This is an upgraded version of Knee Smack, where the user utilizes more power in the strike hoping to crack the knee bone in order to fracture the targets knee. If the users Strength is higher than the targets Endurance then their knee will fracture and cause severe pain (-3 Endurance, -3 Speed) until they have healed their knee.

The boy truly overestimated himself, a simple genjutsu might have been enough to fool someone of his own age and experience, but it was more or less child's play in front of the man as his attacks came in strong and fast forcing the boy to duck and sweep off to Hitachi's right side where he would be hit with the shockwave coming off the Kaguya's body enough to slow as he tried to move to the man's side. His clone was a visual one but the sensory given to him by the Swordsman Pauldron couldn't sense the clone through sound or feeling the movement of air that would have been there with a real body or more advanced illusionary technique. This allowed him to stay focused on Yuuto, the true one, only tracking the movement of real target as the kid dodged under the right knuckle blade moving to the man's right side.

But this was where the man's fighting style really shined, even with inches between him and the opponent the experienced swordsman was very comfortable, almost at home you might have said as he pushed off his front left leg from throwing the right-handed strike an instant earlier as his movement seemed to continuously flow, almost as though in a constant circle. Instantly, his body pushed right of the left front leg where most of his weight had been, changing his direction of movement to match his opponent and the legs of the man simultaneously became airborne due to the powerful push and twisting nature. His body rapidly turning to the left as it transformed into a literal swirling tornado as the blades in his hands swirled around his body added the destructive nature to this part offensive part defensive technique known as 'Swirling Shield'.

This action would slam him directly into the youth, body and blades both, crashing right into the dagger if he was unable to put up a strong enough defense or move out of range of the swirling tornado that was the Swordsman. Even though he had instantly changed directions, his attacks and speed still remained at their maximum. Yuuto was getting to experience what it was like to fight a swordsman seriously.

The user will swing their blades in a seemingly wild fashion without truly aiming to connect with a target, at least not with any real accuracy. While it seems to be totally uncalculated to the untrained eye, the user is in fact swinging their weapon in such a way to protect themselves from other attacks while making their approach. By swinging the blade in large circles around their body, they create a whirlwind of strikes that not only serves to bat away blows of lesser strength but can easily tear apart an opponent on a direct hit.

With this discipline, the practitioner has gained sufficient experience fighting in close quarter, tight spaces to the point that they are no longer hindered by the enclosed spaces, meaning that the practitioner will be proficient in making quick, deadly strikes without sacrificing any power.

Damn, things didn't go as he planned, this wasn't good but it wasn't the end, Red was already awake and channeling chakra through his body as his rude awakening had now been altered while Yuuto was now forced to think quickly on his feet, so he shifted his right legs foot plant to change the trajectory of the sword and allow him to dodge the incoming swing as Hitchi was now forced to shift his focus slightly, so was Yuuto but to a lesser degree. He had seen what the Kaguya was doing as he had kept a close eye on him, somehow the genjutsu had slipped through his mind and ignored it, no matter, this wasn't going to be his end, no, this was just one form of attack.

With Counter-Striker and his speed boost activated, he was quick to draw the blade upwards, so when the Kaguya was busy spinning in the air, he would sense how his move would take longer than Yuuto's he hoped that their strikes would clash and send them both flying back. Yuuto was already being forced back by his force field that would be destroyed by the initial swing, the second upward one would be in an attempt to catch the Kaguya's body and send him flying out of the arena with a broken hip.

If it didn't send him flying then at least it would send him twirling in the air, giving Yuuto ample time to do his shield strike and reset them back to where they once were or were supposed to be. Shield in hand, Liberation too, and Red ready to attack/defend. The speed and strength boost was already getting to Yuuto due to the speed boost but if all went well then he had now successfully gained some much-needed space between them, and unlike the Kaguya he wasn't in this game to win immediately.

In full rotation, the man's right arm came down as his snippets of vision from his own sensory technique made for his style of rotational combat added together with the enhanced senses from the Pauldron allowed him to see as though he was fighting standing still against the junior swordsman. His immense strength (45) collided with the second upward strike from his opponent, but Hitachi had made use that the angle he used would push the blade away from him across the curved surface of the knuckle blade deflecting it up and around. Which in turn fired off a direction explosion towards the body and blade of the dagger, nothing to impressive but enough to be a nuisance at best, as it brought with it smoke and a flash of fire from the explosion.

Hitachi's body rotation slowed slightly, but his body continued to twirl, and the left hand turned over as he spun around with his body almost up right at this point with a slight position change from deflecting the sword strike out and upwards, a gentle parry one might say. Spinning around the left hand came around in a back fist style of strike would towards Yuuto's neck region as the striking blade having been flipped over and turned into more of a dagger like strike with the backfist maneuver. But his body wouldn't stop as he continued to spinning rotation of his body with the right knee being brought up and around as the left foot planted ever so gently on its toes. Growing from the top of the knee was a bone kunai, seeming to almost instantly pop out of the knee area making the coming knee strike aimed for the boy's midsection that much more deadly.

Unfortunately for Yuuto, Hitachi had seen through his plan and hit his weapon out of the way and prepared to strike him in his neck, fortunately for Yuuto when Hitachi struck his blade, he used the added momentum to twist under the strike and kick him downwards as his sword would immediately follow. They were playing a tick-tac-toe game, where one was forced to be airborne while the other controlled the ground, he had hoped that the following move would buy him the needed time he required to reset the fight properly now that Hitatchi seemed to aim for his head. But that didn't mean that there wasn't a trade off, for there was always a price, dodging the neck chop would cost him a painful knee to the gut right as his foot would aim to connect with his head.

If successful, then once the man bounced off the ground Yuuto would launch him towards the back wall, letting him slide the last bit and regenerate for a bit as he pulled up his shield and prepared for the real battle for he too needed tor regenerate a bit. He couldn't maintain his speed so he would have to lower himself back to his original status if he had any hopes of winning this fight. He would sheath Amendment and equip Liberation, as he raised his shield. He was quick to channel chakra while Red cast his lightning armor spell over Yuuto, the fight was on and words need not be spoken. The wounds Yuuto inflicted wouldn't stop him for long, but it would be enough for him to finally place everything in order. Let's make sure we do this right.

Yuuto was quick to aim the light from his shield at Hitatchi's face once he had healed up a bit or showed any signs of trying to attack, otherwise, he would continue to channel chakra while Red prepared a new jutsu.

If Yuuto continuously cast the light on his targets eyes for the equivalent of one post then the target will require jutsu treatment for their eyes if they want them fully restored, their vision returns after 5 posts but requires [Perception] technique of same level to see what's fully going on if they don't heal their eyes.

After the correct hand seals are performed, the user coats themselves in a thick layer of lightning. This armour of lightning forms near instantly and requires [40 Control] Strength to break. During this time, the user's physical strikes apply the Raiton shocking effect.

His target ducked under the spinning left-handed backfist as the dagger like end of his fist blade sliced off a few of the youth's white hairs floated up into the air as the rotation on Hitachi's body brought around his right knee towards the other swordsman's ribcage from his lowered position after bobbing under the first attack. A kunai like bone jutted out of the leg just above the right knee as it swung around towards the similarly spinning opponent. Who found himself just out of range of the actual knee, but the tip of the sharp bone sliced through the muscle in the ribcage as one spun one way and the other spun the other way from one another.

Hisato spun on the ball of the left foot as his right leg and momentum from the spinning action carried him around while his left and right hands returned to almost like a boxer's position with each hand and the fist blade just below the jawline as he finished his spin to face the fighter. A near miss, the wound wasn't too bad, and a swordsman of Yuuto's caliber should be able to fight through pain. And the Kaguya wasn't disappointed as he spun around, and his senses alerted him to the motion of the younger man who delivered a powerful spinning axe kick that came from high right down on to him. He could have used his own blades to block but as this was a dagger, loping off their foot might be a bad look. With both feet firmly planted on the ground he pushed forward into the attack as a bone kunai jutted up out of his right trap as he shifted his body to intercept the blow at the man's calf onto his left trap.

Another bone jutted out of the bottom of his right foot as he stepped forward and attempted to stomp down at the foot of the opponent that was on the ground, if the foe wasn't able to identify the counter from Hitachi he would find his kicking leg speared through at the calf, and probably breaking the bone in his shin in the process, and a bone kunai from the man's right foot driven through the top of his planted foot pinning it to the ground. Being caught that close in with someone excelled being in close range like a boxer, it would be a terrible place to end up.

Parts of his chest, and ribs were cut by the bone kunai, not enough to stop him, especially not to stop the sword's momentum, hell, Yuuto couldn't do anything about it, so when Hitachi planted his feet and stopped Yuuto's leg from completing the axe kick, all it did was confirm his location as the sword was quick to follow, if the sword struck his opponent then the bounce would be instantaneous but instead of Yuuto flinging him away he would crash to the ground next to Hitachi.

Yuuto screamed out in pain as he began to roll away from him, Red cast the lightning armament around Yuuto as he finished his roll and pushed himself up on his good foot, his right leg wasn't injured and would have to support most of his weight as his regeneration kicked in. His speed had slowed down but that didn't mean that he didn't have tricks up his sleeve. There was a good chance that the strike didn't fully knock out Hitachi so he was ready with the shield and lit it in his face, he didn't care about playing nice anymore as the Kaguya had already shown that wasn't about to give him space.

Though Yuuto thought back to his younger days and chose to remove the light from the Hitatchi's face unless he was ready to fight. His leg was messed up but his chest wound was slowly closing up, which meant that at least his defence game wasn't entirely busted. He had eaten the two strikes in the hopes of one, he was worse off than when he started but he was at least on his way. His body regenerating but his mind was focused on channeling a specific jutsu, it was time to move towards the end part of the duel.

As the youth slammed the axe kick down on the spike blade it would puncture straight through lower leg of the fellow swordsman to the point that it would be sticking out of the other side of Yuuto's leg, both of the man's hands up at about jaw level still ready to follow up his unique 'block' as the left hand and its fist weapon punched up to bring the falling sheath that came over after the kick to a sudden stop as the right fist weapon came up and flipped over before coming down. This action would be causing the long-curved blade of the fist weapon in the right hand to actually trap the leg just below the knee that was currently impaled on his right trap with the boney kunai through its calf.

Trapping the younger Kiri-nin would prevent him from slipping away as he came in pushing his weight forward after he had missed the right foot strike due to having to deal with the secondary sword attack from above, driving the kunai in the bottom of the foot into the stone floor like it was soft dirt instead of stone tile. But he used this moment to spin to his right side now as the power from driving off his back (left) leg aided in this movement. Hitachi brough up a powerful knee strike (left knee) as his body rotated that was aimed right at the middle of his foe's spine, giving no regard for the damage it could cause as he believed the boy could take the punishment. This would happen before the companion would use the lightning armor.

The two blades pierce Yuuto's leg, causing the the young boy to tear up as he grit his teeth, once Hitachi pulled out the left blade to block the incoming Amendment he would quickly noticed that the sword was coming in way harder than he expected and to stop a strike that came at your max output with one arm when you were busy focusing on keeping Yuuto in his spot was a mistake as the sword would not only break his arm but continue its path to smash him in the head and bounce him off the ground, right as his blade would move to pin Yuuto's leg.

Yuuto's leg was entirely mangled as he lay on the ground right next to Hitachi, his hand was still clutching the blade but he wasn't standing on his leg as of now, it would have to be the one that wasn't injured but with the chest wound still closing he would have to figure out a way out of this situation. Luckily the strike would daze the Kaguya long enough that once Yuuto rolled away he would attempt to bring one of his weapons with him. The dangling leg was excruciating so for now Yuuto couldn't really focus on casting any jutsu on his own but Red would cast the lightning armament right as Yuuto finished rolling on the ground, giving him about 5 meters distance.

Red was already busy channeling chakra again while Yuuto brought up the mirror shield and combined Amendment with Liberation, Hitachi's blade was placed within his pouch for now for later usage. His leg would take around 2 posts before it would be useful and his chest wound was about to close up. His chakra reserve wasn't top and his endurance returned a bit now that his speed slowed down, fortunately, the bounce strike would keep the Kaguya dazed for a bit. The path forward is near. Yuuto and Red didn't share any words now, they knew that they had to just focus on the fight.

If for some reason none of that happened and Hitachi somehow managed to stop the full force of Amendement with one arm then Yuuto was pretty much done for as he couldn't do anything against the following combo, his endurance was too low to deal with such blows that he would just roll on the ground in pain, Red tried to get his attention but Yuuto was almost ready to cast his next grand finale jutsu.

Bounce strikes with 45 str due to Amendment boosting swings with 10+ str, so it's a 45 v 45 situation, I am willing to let Hitachi stay awake as the block would slow down the strike a little but there is no way the Kaguya stops a max strike with one hand right as he is technically still stopping Yuuto with his other arm lol.
