Delos stood behind the academy, leaning against its walls, waiting for his opponent to arrive. Time was ticking away and he was getting anxious. His arms were crossed and he was tapping his shoulder with his finger. His head was down as he looked at the floor, watching the shadows of the clouds move past his foot. He took a deep breath and let out the held air as he continued his boring wait.

[Sorry but i'm going to have to ask for technical stuff right off the bat. Size of room and stats of this person please?]

Naka simply walked into the arena with her hands on her head. She adjusted the ears and then simply stood there for a moment, sizing up who this person was. After a second she looked behind her and saw the gate slam close. "Dammit, now I have to beat him." She looked back at the man and drew her two short swords. "Please don't be boring. I've been bored all day long." With that, she began a dead sprint directly at him, swords drawn and ready to go.

Delos turned to look at who he was facing as they came around the corner. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped. He blinked a few times, then wiped his eyes, making sure what he saw wasn't an illusion. A girl? he thought, still a bit confused. He watched her draw swords and sprint towards him. He shook his head, knowing that he would still have to fight this girl. After all, he did ask for a ninja. Too bad for him, he had no weapons besides basic ones. He took out a kunai and held it in defense position and waited for her.

Naka continued her spring until she was within striking distance of the man. Her entire form did a full jump over him while dropping a flash bomb right below her. It would detonate directly in front of his face while she completed her jump. She was fast but not that fast. She landed, and kept an eye behind her.

Delos watched her continue to run, alert and ready to block. Suddenly she jumped in the air. He looked up and saw her drop something over his head. He didn't know what to expect, but he wasn't gonna take any chances. Taking the kunai he held, he tossed it at her while her back was turned to him. Sure enough, the flash bang exploded in Delos' face. A bright white light was all he saw and a loud, ringing sound was all he heard. Not knowing where he was going, he hurriedly dashed off to the right of the girl.

Naka got the kunai to her back but ti was not much. It mearly stick in her shoulder a little bit, causing a bit of blood to trickle down her shirt. "First blood huh?" She did a set of handseals and summoned for the wire from her gloves. With one she removed the kunai while the other went ofter the boy, attempting to ensnare his legs. The one with the kunai soon followed.

This is an enhancement of the wire manipulation tech. Instead of only being able to control one wire Naka can control up to 2 40 foot long lengths of wire. She must have direct contact with the wire's in order to control them. It can move in semibasic patterns, being up, down, and returning back, while also creating loops and the such. The total speed of these wires is equal to Naka's (control+ninjutsu)/2. Naka can keep this up for as long as she has chakra for or until canceled.

The flash slowly started to wear off as Delos thought he was safe for the time being. Still not able to see much, he hoped that the girl would get caught up with the kunai and do nothing. He started to rub his eyes to make the flash effects go away completely. As his eyes were covered by his hands, he felt his legs get wrapped with something. The flash wore off just enough to see that she was sending his kunai back to him. Guessing she was still holding whatever she wrapped him with, he bended his body and grabbed the air around his foot, feeling wire. Then he sent a little jolt of raiton chakra at her, hoping it would get her to let go.

This technique requires both the user and the opponent to be holding a metal object, usually a weapon. When these weapons connect, this technique can be used to transmit a quick electric shock through the weaponry onto the opponent's hand. It will cause this hand to spasm, potentially making your opponent drop his weapon.

Naka felt the jolt of electricity in her hand and she jerked. It had shocked the shit out of her hand and left it slightly numb. The wire in that hand went limp but the other wire was still coming at him. This one would try to shove the kunai it had into the back his leg. If it struck it wouldn’t be enough to actually do much damage, maybe make it buckle.

The remaining wire would do that and then try to wrap itself around his other leg, offering a means of tripping him up. This time she kept a close eye to make sure he didn’t go to get rid of her weapon again. ”Lightning huh? Interesting.” The now free hand reached for an explosion bomb to throw at him. If this worked the remaining wire would slow him down long enough for this bomb to blast directly at his feet.

His jutsu made her lose control of the wire. But the second wire still came at him and the kunai dug deep into his leg. He let out a cry, falling back to the ground after getting up. Keeping an eye on the girl, he slowly removed the kunai. After he got it out completely, he reached over and slashed at the air around his leg, hopefully cutting the wire. The bomb came at him and exploded when it reached his foot. The force blasted him away, sending him into the building wall. He slammed into it with a cry and fell to the floor. He got up slowly and looked up at the girl, staying down on one knee.

[Magma, I'm sorry to say this but I don't think this can really happen. A flicker is a straight line and she is throwing an exploding ball directly at him. That means he would be blow by the explosive in the midst of the flicker. I don't think he can react from doing his jutsu to falling to the ground and getting back up from the kunai to the leg, and then slash at the hoping to be rid of the wire, and then flicker before Naka threw the explosive.]

(You're right, sorry. Edits made lol. And Shunshin can be any direction really. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly.)

Naka had done it, she had the upper hand in this. It didn’t feel right though, it was too easy. Taking a single step before flashing to stand in front of the poor boy in she was ready to end it now. ”Can’t you at least make this interesting?” Rising a knee to slam into his face her words were spoken with a distinct tinge of anger. Her hands reached to wrap around his head, forcing the knee into the face much harder. She wouldn’t stop there, her other knee would come up in short order to catch him in the face or gut again.

Delos saw the girl appear in front of him and stood there. He looked up at her with a look of fear. He heard her words, but didn't bother looking down at her attack. The girl's knee went into the boy's jaw, having a harder impact since her hands were in the back of his head. He felt his head wanting to cock back, making the hold that much more painful. Before the second knee came up, he made a few hand signs. He finished just as the second knee hit him in his gut. As the force of the blow sent him forward a bit, he threw his hand out for a punch. It wouldn't be very hard due to the pain he felt. But the jutsu should still take effect if he were to hit her.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Requires: 4 in control, 3 in taijutsu.
The user will flood one of their hands with electric chakra that focuses on the opponent's optical nerves. A well placed blow to the head or neck will cause the target to have distorted depth perception for two posts.

Naka felt the electrical charge being sent through her body and into her eyes. Instantly she closed them and backed away from the shock. He had caught her in the side of the head by some miracle. A slight grin came across her face as she muttered ”finally”.

It took her a second to regain her sight to what she could. Everything was off and caused her to feel strange. It was almost like an over-powerful sense of vertigo. She looked up and saw him but knew that she was off. Naka closed her eyes as she did a short set of handseals. Two more wires came from inside her gloves to wrap themselves around her about six inches from her body. She wrapped them close enough that she would feel anything coming through if they touched. Each wire reached into her pockets and pulled out an exploding pellet, ready to launch them.

Delos looked up at his hit. Direct. Yes, just like he wanted. That should keep her held up for a while, he thought. He got up, slowly due to all the pain, and moved away from the girl. He also noticed the wires wrapped around her. They moved and reached for more of those bomb things she used earlier. His hands were a bit shaky, but he managed to form a few hand signs and take out a kunai. He held it up at her and narrowed his eyes, trying to get a good shot. "Yama No Jutsu," he said, as the lightning bolt shot out of the kunai.

C-rank Ninjutsu
After completing a simple set of hand seals the user will either focus chakra into their bladed weapon or index finger. He or she then points their hand (or the tip of their weapon) at the target and fires off a high velocity bolt of lightning. The lightning bolt itself will only cause minor damage, but due to the speed of the attack the impact is more than enough to knock the air out of someone or send them flying backwards.

Naka took the blow o the side of the chest and was sent to the ground with an oomph. It hurt like hell but the wires had reacted to it. The explosive pellets they held were flung off in the general direction of the kid that had shot her. When she regained her feet she moved with ridiculous speeds to place herself not but a few inches from him this time. Her eyes had gotten over themselves by now and her entire form seemed to have grown somewhat deadly. ”Is that all you can show me?”

She pressed her hands into her pockets and pulled out two smoke pellets to through them on the ground. The entire area would become engulfed in a thick purple haze. She wasn’t standing still either. She had run around to place herself directly behind where he was, her assassination blades drawn and ready to strike. ”Let me show you something now.” She aimed to catch him in the sides, just below the rib cage. This would finish him if he couldn’t dodge. It would end the fight, but his life would be intact.

The explosive pellets landed in front of him and each exploded one after the other, forcing Delos to back up a bit with each one. He covered his head, protecting it and then the smoke pellet went off, covering his sight. He couldn't see at and wasn't sure what to do. He heard her voice the first time in front of him where she was before, then behind him after his sight was cut off completely. He didn't wait either. The second he heard her speak from behind him, he hurried to where she was before the move. He felt a sword cut him slightly however. "Are you trying to kill me?" he asked, standing up and freaking out. "Forget this, I don't want to die. I give up." He reached behind him and rubbed where he was hit. Feeling a tiny cut, he let out a quiet ow and started walking off.
