Naka stood in an enormous library with a great many books on a great many things. She was interested in a single few subjects though. The first was something that she had always wanted to learn about and that was the human body. The second was about the monster that she held inside her. This was going to be a pain in the ass. She was not one for books but this was going to be a bigger pain than she had anticipated. This library was fucking massive and it would normally take her years to simply sift through all the information that could be locked within the covers of these books. ”Oh well, so long as this is going to help me get what I need I guess I really can’t complain now can I?”

Naka began to pull books from the shelves and attempt to make a rather large pile of interesting titals. She had never really liked to actually look at them all and see what they were actually about, having rarely been to a library before. But Reiha though this the best way to learn about the genma that she held and frankly there wasn’t anyone else in the villae that was going to tell her anything about the monster. And the books on human anatomy was little more than a bonus that would need to be taken in stride. If she got a little bit of everything out of this then that was all the better.

She had gotten a massive stack of things to read on and not many of them actually had anything to do with the genma that she was looking for. Most of those actually where being held in the tenma compound. She needed to find the means to at least force herself to actually focus on the books in front of her and get her to reading. At least the front covers of them all so she actually knew what each of them held. After some time she had finally mustered up the discipline to sit and read. After just reading the inside cover of over half of the books she had grabbed she put them in a separate stack that would be used to put back on the shelf due to irrelevance to the actual topic she was wishing to study.

Finally a particular book had caught her interest and held her there. It was a book of legends that held the legends of the genma. She sat and read it, taking in all the information that it held inside. Apparently ther were ten genma in the world and she currently held on of the ten. She had no actual way of knowing which of the ten she held though. This book didn’t have any details on the matter. But it did have other details that she could use to her advantage. She studied on the legendary beast for many hours, taking in the entire book for all it was worth. Funny thing was that this book didn’t make things extra boring either. The graphical references were great to look at and the many little tidbits of information was more than helpful. When she finally set the book down, she came away knowing that the 10 beast were once sealed and never to have been released. She also came away knowing that the people that they had been sealed in had become 10 of the most powerful shinobi in the known world.

She had spent so much time reading the book that she had nearly forgotten that this library actually had a closing time and it was coming up fast. Naka replaced a grand number of the books she had gotten down but took two of them with her. One was a book on the human body that was only slightly larger than a world dictionary and the other was the same book on the legendary genma that she had spent her day reading. It had more information about them than she had actually realized at first, because she had only gotten half way through the entire book to begin with. The call came out through the halls that the library was closing down. She made her exit and went home, only to return to the place the next day. She needed to learn more. As she left the building she found that she had her curiosity inflamed. ”Show me more.”

He next day held a surprise for the girl as she walked into he library and found a particularly odd man sitting at the table next to where she had been sitting. She moved to ignore him but it wasn’t going to work. He came over and sat directly next to her, placing a book right in front of where she was sitting. ”I think this s what youa re looking for Naka.” His voice was raspy and deep. It was almost like he had gargled gravel and then washed it down with acid. Oh well, that was how life was. She opened the book and began to read the pages that seemed to crack and crumble. The yellowing pages only made her think more on the topic of this man was a bit of a loon. But hay, in this world we’re all loons.

”The weapons forged in hells’ fire and released upon earth in a storm of destruction and furry. This is not something to be trifled with. You delve into the demons that once ruled this world and you put your very life on the line.” Naka simply looked up at the man and gave a coy smile. ”You talk to the house f one of them now. Although it seems that you already knew that.” He looked ino her eyes with a pair of black pits that resembled a monster. ”Indeed I did.” he made a simple gesture an placed a hand on her forehead. When his hand came back it drew with it a string of chakra that was her new color. Ah, you are the house of the Kaninseki. Do you know what that means?” Naka had to shake her head. She honestly had no clue what that was. ”The demon that controls the releases of blood and metal. The demon that has the ability to use magnetic waves of power as well as rust all that comes near. To draw things to each other and slam them as they are your toys. The blue dog of the super releases.”

With that the man simply got up and walked away into the night. It was not something that she wanted to think about happening at that moment. If this man was something that she had to fear thens he wanted to not know. But how he had figured all that out was something to be feared unto itself. With the new knowledge of the demon locked in her mind, she returned to thinking of the book the man had placed in front of her. What was his deal and why did he tell her what he did? Was he someone that the village had sent to simply tell her of her new power or was he someone that wad just known. Either way, if he as right then maybe this book would prove it. She opened the pages of the book and began to read every little details he could. It was extremely boring, up until she found the pages that confirmed what he had said. She was a demon with the power of super release. That was more than enough to keep her reading on. She kept reading on the subject for hours, taking in the entirety of what the book had to offer her. Nothing was spared as she simply poured over the pages for the entire day. The only thing that stopped her was the bell echoing through the halls and telling her to get the fuck out. She took only one book with her on her way out of the halls.

At home she was pleased that Reiha was there. She spoke with her for many hours concerning the book and what she had learned. She also conversed about the human body with Reiha for a short time before she got to tired to even think. Naka had studied for many hours only within the last couple of days and had learned a great many things that needed to be slept on. Even if it wasn’t a broad spectrum of stuff she had learned, she had grown more intelligent. Even the act of reading was enough to make her mind hurt right now. But with the ability to read for hours on end she had learned to calm her mind and simply allow herself to think on what was happening. Over all, even though her study was of a narrow thing it had brought her a broad array of nw thought. And now her curiosity was all the more inflamed.
