[Mission] Graffiti and Cake

Night in Iwagakure. The streets were slowly beginning to empty out as people closed their shops and began to stream towards their homes. Of course, there were still people out and about: teenagers out and about, adults creeping into bars, and modest crowds heading into restaurants for late dinners.

In northern Iwagakure, a few people were dumping buckets of soap and water into the street. They stuck their brushes in the handles and picked them up in their arms. Their silence reflected their irritation. They had been scrubbing the walls of buildings for hours, but no matter how hard they scrubbed, they could still see the faint outlines of the illegal drawings.

They stalked up, downcast, knowing that the perpetrators would likely strike again later in the night.

Ginjiro was on the same street, close enough to see the men walk away and close enough to get their attention, if he chose to do so.
