The suspect, wearing their elusive black hoodie, charged down the streets of Iwa. Chasing after were two of the shopkeepers. In the hooded person's arms was the item most recently taken. An antique clock. Breaking past people cluttered together, the thief went strtaight for a building. Using the basic Tree Climbing technique, the thief continued running, going straight up a wall. The shopkeepers were forced to stop the chase since they couldn't do that. They just watched as the thief took a rest on top of the roof.

Jinseie had been heading to the shop district of Iwagakure as soon as he got the mission and he didn't waste any time when he heard the yelling and calls for the thief to stop. Clearly that was going to work.

He had been traveling at street level but as soon as the call came out, Jinseie quickly leapt into the air and found the nearest roof, looking over the streets as best he could. He didn't see anyone until the man climbed up a wall using shinobi techniques, causing Jinseie to groan a little bit. This guy was a ninja? That was perfect...Not like he didn't expect it, but god damn. Why were people stupid?

Shifting, Jinseie took off after the suspect. He leapt from rooftop to rooftop, quickly advancing on the subject and as he completed the final leap he tried to keep his landing quiet, noticing the man was taking a breather. He ended up landing on a rooftop next to the one the shoplifter was on.

Putting his hand together, Jinseie quickly put his hands together to form hand seals, putting his hand to his throat and breathing out quickly. A cloud of smoke blew across the roof at his target, attempting to engulf him. If it did, it would trap him in place and hopefully end this quickly.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This is an offensive ninjutsu. To start this ninjutsu the ninja does the needed hand seals then puts their hands to their throat. They then cough up a small cloud of smoke that drifts over to their target at a speed of 4. If the cloud catches up to the target then it attaches itself to the target's arms and legs and immobilizes them. If the person captured has a strength higher than the control of the ninja using this technique then they can break the smoke. The smoke cloud can broken up by most jutsu that would do so.

Hearing the cough, the thief sprang into attention and turned to face where the sound came from. But it was too late. The smoke had gotten to him already, keeping his arms and legs in place. But he wouldn't be caught that easily. Struggling to get free, the person shuffled over to the side little by little before falling off the ledge. The hood came off, revealing the face of the thief. A young girl with long, flowing red hair. She smiled at the shinobi on the rooftops before disappearing into the ground as she landed. She then appeared a few yards away, in front of a food shop down the road and started to hop away. Damn binding technique, she thought.

An ability developed by the Hidden Rock Village. By using this technique the user disappears beneath the surface of the ground and appears somewhere else. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport him there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile.

Tsking softly as his technique failed to keep the person bound, Jinseie instead shifted his feet apart. His hands came up and he took in a deep breath as he watched the ground below, the woman looking up at him causing him to grin back at her. She was going to make this challenging wasn't she? Well, it was time to show her what he could do.

His focus achieved, Jinseie's form literally shot off the roof with a small cracking sound as his feet pushed off the tiles, visible dents in them. Chakra glowed off his feet as he focused on keeping himself stuck to the buildings he was running across. His speed was insane for a Genin and he covered the distance nicely, his arm stretching out to grab onto the back of the woman's shirt. Or anything he could hold.

Stopping suddenly, he flexed his arm and lifted her up, using his further more insane strength to attempt to haul her off the ground and literally fling her skyward, all while standing sideways on the door of a food shop.

The girl hopped frantically, trying to get away. Even though her movements looked desperate, she actually kept a calm composure. This would be fun. She planned to give him a good chase. She just wanted to be unbound. That way, it would be more fun. Still, her limbs being bound together wasn't all bad. She got a little surprise as she was grabbed from behind and flung into the air. She wasn't expecting that as she let out a yell and flipped in the air. Stopping her body from rotating, she boosted herself even more into the air using chakra from her feet. Then, she stuck to the nearest building and looked down at her predator. She stuck her tongue out in a mocking manner at him from the building she was on.

This advanced form of the Jump technique presents the user with the ability to make a second jump while still in the air. After performing the necessary handseals and focusing chakra into the feet, the user will leap into the air. At the peak of the jump, the chakra will be released in a small burst, allowing the user to jump as though s/he were on solid ground. During this second jump, the user can change his/her direction while still airborne. Otherwise, this technique works much like the Jump technique, giving the user increased vertical height, while all horizontal range is determined on the amount of speed built up before jumping.

Jinseie groaned unhappily as his prey dodged his attack once again and he bent his legs down, preparing a jump. He wasn't going to be able to travel the distance in one go, but he'd make due. He was getting annoyed though and soon, he'd just summon Kikei and catch the woman with his help...Or he'd start using Grave Creation to completely dismantle her. That'd damage some houses though...

Kicking off the building, he crossed the distance quickly but landed just short of the building she was on. But instead of stopping, he used his hand to hold as he spun and the momentum carried him upwards, Jinseie basically flying upside down in front of the woman as she stuck her tongue out.

His face was in front of hers as she stuck her tongue out and he adopted his best unamused face. Eyebrow quirked, arms crossed, he said "That's not very ladylike."

And then he twisted his body in mid-air, attempting to bring his foot down and turn himself right-side up while also kicking her directly off the roof.

The girl let out a gasp as he appeared in front of her. Rather quickly she might add. He swung his foot down and kicked her back, sending her down to the ground. She fell to the ground and found it hard to turn herself to land properly. Hitting the ground hard, the girl made a yelp along with the loud thud of landing from a high place. The bind seemed a lot harder to get around on the floor. It was like she was tied down.

His own landing was a little more graceful than hers, landing in the street beside her and Jinseie sighed as he relaxed his muscle control now. His hands came together and he performed several seals, then placed his hand to the ground in front of himself and a clone of Jinseie rose up from the ground underneath his quarry, grabbing her and essentially carrying her over it's shoulder. Jinseie smile at her now, rather triumphantly at this. "Now, maybe after they let you out of jail you'll just do missions and buy things next time. Because if I have to hunt you down again, I'm just going to summon my Nue." he said, grinning viciously.

"And he's a massive pervert. With claws. And I wouldn't put it past him to accidentally shred some clothing so you're running around Iwagakure naked. Which would be hilarious for everyone else, not so much for you."

The girl glared at him as he smiled victoriously. She squirmed around in his clone's hold, but wasn't able to get free. Her face turned red at the mention of shredding her clothes and she at him before looking away. She was finally able to move her legs as she started kicking, but she was already caught.
