[Mission] Chop Suey

[Ace Trainer]

The two men stood chained to a bar that was attached to the building they rested again. They made no struggle against their restraints, showing they were pretty tame. There was an older gentleman, and an even older gentleman, one with a full head of hair, the other balding in the middle. Their faces were surprisingly similar, and due to their prisoner status, they wore the same full black ensemble. The key to unlock them was in possession of a single shinobi, you.

It was reaching dusk, and you had until nightfall to deliver them.

[Nafan~]

Yuube looked at the two elderly men. He deduced that this was going to be pretty easy, as long as the older guy wasn't senile. Yuube walked up behind the two. He unlocked the shackles that held them to the pole. He then held up the other end of the shackles that had been on the pole and fitted it over their wrists again to lock them back up. When he was done, he spoke, "Start walking already, I don't want to be here all day." He stood and waited from them to get a move on, drawing a kunai into his hand to get the message across that he really, really wanted them to move. He just hoped they wouldn't make any trouble for him. He didn't want to have to blow them up.. Well, he did, he just didn't want to face the consequences of blowing them up.

[Ace Trainer]

This kid was annoying, that was the first thought that entered both of their minds. "Calm down kid. We're old, can't move as fast as you.", the older one said. "When you've got prison time ahead of ya, there's no point in rushing anything. YOu'll always have more time later.", the younger one said. Finally, their old joints came to life, and they got moving. Completely ignorant, or careless, of the kunai he had. They obviously wanted to enjoy their time outside.

[Nafan~]

Yuube disliked their slow pace. It was getting rediculous just how slow they were going, dawdling along, looking at every small delight of the outdoors. "Calm Down kid. We're old, can't move as fast as you.", the eldest of them said. "When you've got prison time ahead of ya, there's no point in rushing anything. You'll always have more time later.", the less old of them stated. Yuube was not going to take their slow, shuffling gate any longer, he was extremely impatient with them. He stepped up between them and took a hold of the chain connecting each of their shackles. He pulled them forward with force, but not enough to knock them over. "Considering I don't have prison time ahead of me, I would appreciate it if you would hurry up since I don't have more time later. You have to be there by nightfall, or I am going to have to wait untill the morning to get you in."

[Ace Trainer]

As the mention of having to wait till morning reached the ears, the men that had been unhappily going along with hte boys hastened pace dug their feel into the ground. Morning you say?", they grinned. Well that doesn't sound too bad.

[Nafan~]

Yuube looked up at them, and had instantly known he had said the wrong thing. He saw their intent to stay where they were on their faces. They wanted to wait until morning. His mission was to get them there before nightfall. He was going to get in some shit if they weren't there on time. So he decided he would give them a bit of insentive. Yuube threw the kunai in his hand right between the two men's heads. "Get moving, the mission might forbid me from killing you, but I doubt the village will really care if they had to stop feeding you for free or using their facilities on such petty criminals. You don't come with me at my pace, you will die. Got it? Yuube spoke in the same tone he would use to tell them just how much he was liking the weather they were having lately. He was itching to get away from them, he hated spending time with people. He much preferred blowing things up.

[Ace Trainer]

As the boy threatened them, the pair of them laughed. "Life sentence, kiddo. We don't care if we die.", the older one said. "You can threaten us all you'd like. I rather enjoy the idea of being out here all night.", he said with satisfaction.

[Nafan~]

Yuube was thoroughly unimpressed with the pair. He strode right up towards them and stared into their eyes. "You're starting to piss me off." While he spoke, he rose both his hands and slammed their old, hunched heads together, using his speech as a distraction. If it gave them insentive to walk, good. If it knocked them unconcious, even better.

[Ace Trainer]

As he reached for their heads, the two men ducked, causing him to miss. "Assault is no way to convince us. Remember kiddo, we've got nothin' to lose.", the pair said smugly. They were turning out ot be more trouble than expected.

[Nafan~]

Yuube kicked off the ground and lifted his legs up to bash them in the stomach. He then lifted his hands to drag their now ducked heads into his knees as he raised them after his kick. These ass holes were getting on his nerves, and he wasn't about to fail such an easy mission.

[Ace Trainer]

The legs in their stomachs tossed the men back before he could grab their heads, causing them, attached to each other, to slide across the gravel. Taking a moment to recover, the younger, slightly more fit one, leaned on his arms, "You're gettin' no where fast, kiddo.", attacking them clearly wasn't working. You'd need a new method.

[Nafan~]

He needed a way to move them quickly, and kicking them over wasn't working. However, now their legs weren't digging into the gravel and he could pull them along, at least for a while. He reached down and pulled on the chain, dragging their old bodies along. He expected them to try and get purchase on the road to stop his dragging them, so he needed a new plan fast. He thought as he dragged them forward. He decided on a course of action after he had travelled a mere ten meters. He turned around and walked up to the two men. He looped the chains around their necks twice, before picking them up again. Now, the further they got from him, the more they would choke themselves. Human instinct is to live, and the pain would make them walk to slacken the pressure around their necks. There was no way they were getting away from him now.

[Ace Trainer]

The men resisted, but came along. They were putting up a fight, and with the sun slowly descending farther and farther into the horizon, you didn't have to time for them to resist. If you didn't find some way to get them to comply, you'd be done for. They seemed to have stall just long enough.

[Nafan~]

As he walked, he realised the sun was approaching the horizon. The prison was too far for him to make it at this rate. There wasn't much he could do to hurry them up. Then he thought of something. He turned his haid and asked a question, "Do you have any family?" Just in case they said no, he had to think of a back up plan. He had one on his lips soon, while he awaited their answer.

[Ace Trainer]

"Of course.", one said. Answering for both. They looked at each other curiously, where was this kid going with this?

[Nafan~]

"Ask yourself this, what would you do to see your family once more before you died? Because if you die tonight, all your family will think of you is that you are dirty criminals. If you behave yourselves, you wont die. And you will be able to continue to see your families, from now and until the end of your lives, even if it is just through a visitors room. Would you rather give up on your families, or hurry up and see them again, many more times in fact, before your lives end? If you wish to see your families again, we must get to the prison before the sun sinks below the horizon, or you will be considered escaped criminals and killed, without being able to say goodbye."

Yuube had to convince them to hurry toward the prison. If they weren't in on time, he wouldn't be payed and they would probably lose their lives for an "escape attempt". This he knew was true. Iwagakure did not have time to waste on criminals so they would dispatch of them quickly. They also frowned on insubordination so he would recieve a scalding also. He hoped more than anything that he could convince them to walk.

[Ace Trainer]

They looked at him and smiled, it was a humorous attempt he was making. "Nah, kiddo. You're charged with us. If we don't make it to the prison, you're going to look like a failure of a shinobi. A joke, if you will. Unable to handle two completely normal and untrained gentlemen. Hahah.", they laughed together, then the older one shrugged.

"That was a cute try though. We'll go along with you. Just cause you're trying to hard."
