Akari, Tatsuo was hunched over his deep brown stained mahogany desk within his decorated office of the Jousai headquarters. He was scribbling in some paperwork, a report from one of their field teams down in the Catacombs. They had found something interesting deep below, something warranting his own investigation of the matter. For now, it would have to wait. Three loud knocks on his door signaled the entrance of his blonde haired secretary and fiance, Natsumi.

Her long hair bounced behind her as she walked up to the desk with a smirk on her face that reflected the playful look in her amber eyes and a basket on her arm. The Bannin stopped his scribbling and looked up with a frown that was instantly transformed upon seeing who had strolled through the threshold. He dropped the writing utensil and scooted the chair back just enough for her to slide in between it and the desk and plop herself down in his lap. He let out a small grunt which elected a glare from the woman. Tatsuo laughed loudly for a moment before pecking her on the cheek with a kiss.

"What'd you bring me?" Tatsuo asked, a smile coming across his face as his eyes caught the basket.

"Seems you have some admirers in Fur. Some little old lady stopped a chuunin squad and asked them to deliver some cakes and a note, just to you. Had the cakes tested before bringing them up, no poison in 'em." Natsumi started, plucking one from the basket and taking a small bite. "Apparently the note is from her daughter that you saved." She shot him another look, this one a bit more demanding of an explanation.

"Uh...haven't been to Fur in years. Haven't saved anyone or done any missions in Fur either." Tatsuo's brow immediately furrowed as his hand shot to the basket and rifled around before pulling out the letter. He tore it open and his purple eyes scanned it over. There was a simple cipher to the words and he had a name shortly.

Daremo. The auburn missing ninja he had met in Pebble. Based on the content of the letter, it seemed it was time for the two to meet up again.

Tatsuo crumbled the letter in his hand until it resembled a fine mist before patting the woman on her thigh.

"Seems my friend from Pebble Country is about ready for whatever and is requesting a meeting. You know the drill, my dear." Tatsuo told her, planting a kiss on her lips this time before ushering her off of his lap. Another pout was shot his way as the woman left the office and he got himself dressed in his armor and weapons. Once ready, Tatsuo exited the building and took off towards the clearing in Pebble Country where he had last seen the redhead as Natsumi trailed from behind.

phpBB [video]

Red petals wisped through the air, wrapping around Yoru encompassing him as he slowly walked through the fields of spider lilies. He paused for a moment looking towards the small wooden hut within his personal realm, he edged slowly towards it, his fingers running across the wooden frame of the door way, as his foot gently pushed the door open and there, bound, gagged and on his knees was Hyuuga, Soujirou. The man wanted for murder, slaughtering his teammates and running away in the middle of the night, betraying his country and his village.

Yoru would feel no remorse for what he was about to do, the Hyuuga’s white eyes glinted into Yoru’s own who let an unbenevolent smile run across his face, his lips turning up at the corners. Within a flash, Yoru had moved from the door and hand his hand on the Hyuuga’s face, who trembled beneath Yoru’s touch knowing what was about to happen.

Yoru’s thin pale fingers wrapped around Soujirou’s eye, slipping through his eye lid, his finger nails scratching along the eye lid. The Hyugga squirmed and struggled but it was no use, the optic nerve snagged as Yoru gently tugged, the screams were so loud it was as though the man wasn’t even wearing a gag. Warm blood trickled down Yoru’s hand and the face of the Hyuuga, whos screams stopped as quickly as they came, as he slipped away from consciousness.

Holding the beautiful white eye of the Hyuuga clan, Yoru’s own hazel eye fell upon it. Finally his desires had come true, it finally belonged to him and no one could take it from him. Weaving a flurry of seals, he inscribed a fuuin on the back side of the eye, so that if it was ever lost it would return to this realm. Placing the eye into a glass jar, with some kind of preserving liquid and fixed it onto his sash, hiding it from plain sight. The Hyuuga now laid out on the floor was of no use to Yoru, in all honesty he wasn’t of any use to anyone, he’d betrayed his village and only become interested in gaining wealth. Lowering himself down, Yoru pressed his kunai up against the Hyuuga’s throat, blood gently trickled onto the floor below.

Yoru wasn’t going to waste the other eye, it was always useful to get a spare. Ripping it from the Hyuuga and taking his equipment, he moved towards the lake of ice cold water that would preserve the eye and dropped it to the bottom, where it would be safe, if Yoru ever lost the eye he had. He’d dispose of the body later, for now he had more urgent matters to take care of. Transplanting the eye itself.

Their was a humid rain pouring down through the pebble country, it was just a light rain and was warm to the touch. A gentle pitter patter could be heard as the rain hit against the grass beneath Yoru’s feet. He slid them back underneath the tree he was sat underneath, shielding himself from the rain.

His nose buried into a book and a small pork bao in the other hand, one leg folded over the other as he gently shook it. He had no clue if the man known as Tatsuo would even arrive or even if those idiot Iwagakure Chunnin would deliver the cakes and the letter. He’d simply have to wait and hope he’d turn up.

The user will perform a sequence of hand seals, they will then inscribe an incredibly small seal on any object, organic or inorganic matter. This could be a kunai or an entire person, the seal will remain dormant whilst the user keeps physical contact or connected by the users chakra. The moment that neither of these is present, the seal will activate teleporting it instantly to the user’s Personal Realm. The organic will only be transported if it has less control than the user.

One-Eyed Wonder

The trip to Pebble Country didn't take nearly as long this time for the duo unlike their first venture through the area some weeks ago. Natsumi had placed a Jikukan fuuinjutsu in the same forest on the bark of a particularly sturdy tree before leaving and it was more than enough for her to teleport the two of them there when she wished. The disgusting humid rain of Pebble Country immediately began to pelt them as they stepped free of her portal, a grimace shooting across the man's face and a smile across hers. He really disliked humid places after living in the dry climate of Iwagakure no Sato for all his life but she didn't care nearly as much as he did. It didn't take them long to find the auburn haired missing ninja and even less time for Natsumi to open up a portal to her Personal Realm upon hearing what he wished for their help in. Transplanting a Byakugan eye into his currently useless one.

The three of them stepped into the the portal and out into the realm, a massive hospital. The portal had dumped them into the front foyer of the hospital and Natsumi immediately took to the stairs with the two men following behind her. She stepped out of the stairwell onto the landing of floor 11, the first operating floor in the hospital. She began to bark orders to Tatsuo and Yoru, telling Tatsuo to get the man prepped for surgery and for the missing ninja to hand over the eye so she could prepare it for transplant. In moments the trio had split with Natsumi taking the eye to the preparation room and Tatsuo hurrying Yoru into a changing room where he'd change into a hospital gown and Tatsuo changed into his own smock, mask, and gloves.

Once more they were on the move, this time Yoru laying down on a mobile hospital bed and Tatsuo pushing it towards the operating theater. The bed crashed against the doors and they flew open as the bannin navigated the missing shinobi into the center of the room where the lights focused on him. Natsumi was off to the side, the Byakugan floating in a tank of preservation fluid as she scrubbed herself down and disinfected.

"We're beginning. We'll see you on the other end." Natsumi told Yoru as she walked towards him, slowly going through hand seals. She touched his head and within moments he'd be asleep as her chakra sedated him. Tatsuo wheeled a cart of multiple surgical tools to her side as she began. First she began with peeling off his eyepatch and placing it off to the side, next to the medical tools. Her fingers probed the empty socket, trying to find if any of the damage previously done would prove to be a hindrance. Once satisfied it wouldn't, she performed the needed hand seals and touched the empty socket; Iijutsu chakra spread from the socket into the nerve as she prepared the area for surgery.

She picked up a scalpel and carefully began to began to cut incisions into the healed scar tissue. It gave away without little issue, the blade gliding through the skin as she cleared up the socket. Whoever had taken care of the initial injury had done just enough but there was plenty of scar tissue built up. As she cut through it, rivulets of blood began to form and Tatsuo came over with a suction device and rags. He sucked up what he could and dabbed off whatever stains remained. Once Natsumi had cut away the scar tissue and made sure the man's eye socket was once more empty, she waved Tatsuo over to suck up the blood while she performed another set of seals and touched the man's eye socket once more. More chakra flowed through the area and the blood flow stopped as the blood vessels were clamped off. An empty hole slick with blood and other fluids gently pulsed stared back at Natsumi before she moved away from the operating table.

Tatsuo moved up to table as she moved away, cleaning what he could for the woman both on the shinobi and the work space. Usually, eye transplantation took so long because removing the eye without causing any additional damage was tedious but in Yoru's case, the entire eye was gone and already healed up. The bannin moved away from the table as Natsumi came back with a fresh set of gloves and mask. The two swapped places again and Natsumi ordered the bannin to grab the container holding the eye as she located and prepared the man's optic nerve.

Her delicate gloved fingers gently probed around inside of the man's eye, her nose turning up as she felt the muscle shift under her touch. Finding the nerve she was looking for, she pulled on it gently to get a better look. The optic nerve had been basically killed upon the removal of his eye and it would be the most difficult issue of this procedure. Natsumi again ran through hand seals before grabbing a hold on the barely functioning optic nerve and focusing the chakra into it, the cells regenerating to a healthy state as she did. Beads of sweat rolled down her forehead as she concentrated and color began to come back to the nerve. Barking orders, Tatsuo appeared at her side with a tray held up. Atop the tray rested the container holding the Byakugan eye and its preservation liquid.

Natsumi grimaced as she plucked the eye from the liquid, its own optic nerve dangling. She took the eye gently between her pointer and thumb and she lowered it to Yoru's face before turning to Tatsuo and having it hold the eye itself. He gingerly gripped the eye in place as Natsumi leaned down close and began to fiddle with the two optic nerves. She brought Yoru's nerve up as far as she could before beginning to connect the tissue with the donors nerve. The two pieces of flesh began to meld together as Natsumi channeled chakra between them before lowering the eye into the socket itself. Tatsuo stepped back as Natsumi continued to work, hunched over the body of the unconscious missing ninja. She began to connect the other important veins and blood vessels to the eye, opting to use her chakra scalpel instead of an actual physical tool for this delicate work.

Tatsuo came back every five minutes to wipe beads of sweat off her brow as she worked. The blood vessels were small and delicate but the work was more tedious than harrowing as she had to be slow and steady to be sure there were no accidents. After she finished connecting the blood vessels, Natsumi gave Yoru a once over before sitting back and removing her scrubs. He'd be fine and able to see out of the eye in a few days and then after that, he'd be able to begin training to get used to it.

*Putting under Technique
B-Ranked Iijutsu
After forming the necessary hand seals and focusing chakra on a willing patient, the user is able to heavily sedate them. This sedation technique is used to perform deeply invasive surgeries on patients, preventing them from moving while under and also keeping them deeply asleep. This technique lasts for up to ten posts, and must be reinforced on the eighth post after performing this technique, or else the patient will wake up at the end of the tenth post. If a patient wakes up during the procedure, they will find themselves, depending on their personality, mentally scarred from the intense amount of pain the surgery causes, and their vitals will go insane while they are awake, markedly hard to control. Depending on the surgery and the patient's reaction, the stress could cause death. Note that this jutsu requires steady focus and proper supplementation of chakra to perform. If a patient were unwilling to receive the chakra, they could merely disrupt their own chakra flow in any way, and the technique would be interrupted and canceled.

*Soften Tissue
C-Ranked Iijutsu
While performing surgery on a patient, the user is able to put chakra within the tissues surrounding the area on which the medical ninja shall be operating. Doing this makes the tissues slightly sturdier and more malleable as well, providing them with a small amount of give before they break and also increasing the amount of pressure they can take before breaking. This technique merely helps minimize the risk of injury to the patient during surgery.

*Cellular Regeneration Technique
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Mystical Healing Palm Technique; 35 control
Using this technique, the user is able to speed along the healing process by precisely focusing on small clusters of cells, triggering mitosis and allowing tissues to heal more quickly as a result. This lessens the chances of infection, scarring, and opening of the wound, while also repairing damaged tissue in a transplanted organ or the surrounding area. This technique requires three posts to finish, but if this is used post-op, the patient may wake up from the sedation jutsu after the first post of this technique without the severity of trauma they would otherwise have felt (though pain will still occur.)

*Delicate Hands
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Arts of Medicine Concentration
A simple medical jutsu, the user is able to handle things with great care, minimizing the risk of bruising or tissue damage, and also of breaking a delicate object they may be holding. More a passive manner of holding things than an actual jutsu, this technique requires no chakra to use, but by utilizing it, one may handle with even greater care.

*Careful Cut
C-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: Chakra Scalpel; 30 Control
While Chakra scalpel is in use, the user is able to precisely control his/her chakra in order to make cuts in patients exactly where they need to be made. This allows the user to separate soft tissues with a brief touch, and, in the case of surgery, allows the user to cut only what needs to be cut, in exactly the way it needs to be cut, ensuring that the user may remove, heal, or focus on only the tissue in question.

*Vital Monitor
C-Ranked Iijutsu
Prerequisite: Diagnosis Technique
During various medical procedures, a Medical ninja is able to use this technique to keep a constant watch on a patients vitals, including but not limited to their O2 levels, temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing. This allows the medical ninja a chance to stop procedures or respond to patient's needs faster than they otherwise would be able.

*Tissue Connection
A-Ranked Iijutsu
After placing an organ or a tissue into it's proper place in a patient's body, be it a replacement or an implantation, the user is able to hold their hands over the tissue or organ in question, and connect the various other tissues in the patients body where it needs to be connected. Blood vessels, connective tissues, muscles, etc. will all be correctly hooked up to the organ in question, ensuring that once implanted, it will stay nourished and protected as if it were the body's own. (Note that this does not provide protection against the body's own natural defenses, I.E. the immune system)

*Eye Implantation
A-Ranked Iijutsu
Prerequisite: All Other Organ Transplant Archive Jutsu
The simplest implantation procedure of all, the user culminates all their knowledge of medical ninjutsu into one technique, becoming able to perform an Eye Transplant, potentially transferring a Doujutsu into a willing patient. Because the eye is easily accessible, removed, and replaced, this is the simplest of the Transplantation techniques. After all the necessary precautions are taken, the user will begin by removing an eye from the patient in question to create a spot for the eye to be implanted. They will then soften the orbital of the eye to make it more pliable, allowing them to place the eye within the socket. Following that, they will perform the actual placement, and then finally connect the tissues to the proper places, making sure that the ocular nerve is in the correct spot. The whole process, if things go smoothly, should take around twelve posts or so. This post is over 1k words, hopefully I won't have to break it down into 12 posts of Lacarix responding with 'He was in a coma.'
