In the morning, a scroll had been delivered to the home of the shinobi who would be accepting this mission. He is expected to be guarding the northeastern entrance to the village by nightfall; after the sun sets and the moon is high in the sky, the drug cartel will be arriving...

Upon getting the order to be there by nightfall, Mugen left immediately despite the time he had left until night. Upon reaching the location, before anybody could arrive or even give him information, Mugen went to a nearby spot and performed some hand seals.

A large amount of water appeared out of nowhere before settling onto the ground. The water created a type of lake, ammo for Mugens suiton jutsu if he ended up needing it. Just to be certain, Mugen walked about 50 meters from the new lake, and performed the same jutsu once more, creating another lake. Once he finished, he went back to entrance and sat comfortably on the ground. Patiently waiting for nightfall. Mugen hadn’t wasted much chakra but he wasted some, but this energy he wasted would be recovered by the time the drugs got here, considering how long he would be waiting.

*Suiton • Suishouha [Water Element • Water Collision Destruction
A-ranked Ninjutsu
Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Mugen does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target free standing, or be released onto the ground to create a shallow lake.

It was an excellent plan to prepare before the battle started! Luckily, Mugen hadn't wasted much of his chakra, and he would be ready to clobber the drug traffickers. Unfortunately, he had gotten there extremely early, and it would be hours until it even arrived. In fact, only at around 1 in the morning, when most of the village had fallen asleep, did they even show up on the horizon.

If he were to look closely, Mugen would see that a wagon was approaching from the northeast, winding up the treacherous mountains of Lightning Country. If he could somehow extend his vision to an extreme extent, he would be able to make out 2 people sitting in the wagon, and 2 people pulling it along, rickshaw style.

Mugen had slept for the majority of the day, waking up instantly whenever a sound was made nearby but soon going back to sleep. To do the mission correctly, he had to be rested. After night fell however, Mugen didn’t dare sleep, he stayed awake the whole time and only moved from his spot to stretch his muscles and then sit once more. Eventually, after much waiting, Mugen saw something suspicious coming from the mountains. Mugen could only see two dots and something that was obviously a wagon. He couldn’t see how many people there were inside the wagon, nor could he be sure that this was the drug delivery. It most likely was however, a large wagon arriving into kumo at 1 in the morning with nobody here from the village to pick it up? Suspicious.

Mugen performed a few hand seals quickly, wanting to hurry before they had a chance to see him. “Doton • Moguragakure no Jutsu [Earth Element • Mole Hiding Technique
“ Mugen sank into the dirt and out of sight. He traveled forward only slightly so he stayed directly in the path of the wagon and stood where it would probably have to stop before being able to enter the village. Mugen was close to the surface so if the wagon came near, he would be able to hear it from below.

*Doton • Moguragakure no Jutsu [Earth Element • Mole Hiding Technique
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Doton • Moguragakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to burrow into the ground and hide out of sight. This allows them to avoid attack or travel underground. Tobi used this jutsu to place Deidara's C2 Doragon spheres underground.

Indeed, it has turned out that this was the drug delivery. The darkness prevented the dealers from seeing the hole that Mugen had burrowed into, and therefore they did not realize that they were being listened to. "This shit better sell," One of them grunted. "We paid way more than we should have."

"Look, man, this is the highest quality coke on the continent," Another one snapped in return. "Any junkie would kill for it." The sounds of two people exiting the wagon interrupted the exchange.

Then the sound of somebody being hit over the head joined in. "Shut up, dick, don't you realize that just because we don't see anyone doesn't mean that we're alone?" He seethed with venom on his voice. "We're lucky if you didn't completely just blow our cover. Anybody who heard that would know that we're not actually delivering rice flour to our uncle's shop."

"Just be glad that I'm here," A final voice murmured authoritatively. "I can probably take on anybody who tries to attack us. Let's just try to get this into the Village while we can."

Mugen got ready to attack as he heard the information he needed to hear, they were the drug dealers. But he stopped once he heard the man say he could take out anyone that attacked him. Mugen cursed inwardly, somebody with such confidence could simply be one of those thugs that think they’re the strongest, but it could also be a shinobi. Mugen had to be sure so he could carry this mission out correctly.
Mugen remained underground but he burrowed quickly to the location where he had made the lake. He dug deep down until he was where the dirt was very wet and he exited from underground and entered the water.
Mugen obviously meant business, he was holding his breath as he performed a long string of hand seals. Such a long combination belonged only to strong A rank jutsu or… S rank jutsu. Before he released the chakra to perform the jutsu, Mugen kicked underwater, sending him rocketing up towards the surface before finally bursting out into the air. Once he first his first gasp of air, Mugen called out quietly, hoping nobody noticed him until the last minute.

All the water in the lake, except for a small circle around mugen, began to bubble and look extremely dangerous. The lake had been completely converted into acid. By now, Mugen didn’t doubt that he had been spotted, so he moved fast. He performed another set of seals and called out still quietly just in case he actually hadn’t been seen.
“Water Element • Water Dragon Projectile Technique”
A huge tower emerged from the lake before taking the form of a dragon. This dragon was different from most water dragon jutsu because the Water it was composed of was made entirely of acid. Mugen sent the dragon rushing forward towards the wagon, specifically to where he thought the potential shinobi was hiding. He planned on taking him down and leaving the weaklings for later.
If the dragon connected, the wagon and everything in it would simply deteriorate and if the people inside were hit, a lot of their skin would be burnt through and they would bleed profusely. The two that were carrying the wagon, if they were lucky, would not get it.

B-ranked Ninjutsu
Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target. The dragon can be maintained for 2 posts before falling apart.

Prerequisite: Suiton • Yuukitai [Water Release • Viper's Breath]
Range: Close (0~5 m), Mid (5~10 m), Far (10 m +)
The user transforms a large body of water into an acid danger zone, polluting even the purest of waters into a powerful acid that kills all unprepared life forms within it. Taking into account that most Kiri-nin turn their battlefields into water-logged arenas one way or another, this technique is incredibly potent and can easily turn the tide in the user's favor. Due to the corrosive nature of the acid, opponents are forced to leave the waters and attack from afar, giving the user a fair bit of advantage. All Suiton using the water from the transformed source are automatically deadly acid attacks that can easily end one's life. The user is, however, capable of producing a ring of cleansed water around himself, or even others if designated so.

*Suiton • Yuuken [Water Release • Viper's Sting]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0~5 m), Mid (5~10 m), Far (10 m +)
The user dominates an available source of water, forming a single projectile of strong acid capable of scalding flesh (A slight burning sensation at its weakest) and weakening metals. The relative strength of the acid grows as the user becomes increasingly potent in the various aspects of Ninjutsu, with the most skilled users able to concoct an acid so concentrated it can do away with the skin layer and significantly weaken steel.

Cries of pain were heard through the gushing and sizzling. Once the water cleared, however, Mugen would see a 4-walled structure of stone surrounding the wagon, and the Suiton technique wouldn't even phase it. Standing atop one of the earthen walls was a blonde man in a black cloak. The three non-shinobi were not so fortunate, however; their decomposed corpses were evaporating away in the leftover puddles of acid...

"Idiots. They're better off dead," Muttered the ninja with an indifferent scoff. He began another string of hand seals, and the ground right round the coast of the acidic lake erupted into sharp spires of stone, all heading straight for Mugen.

Mugen frowned as his attack was blocked by a stone wall and promptly, sharp stones were sent flying at him. Mugen waited patiently as the rocks flew towards him and when the timing was right, he leapt into the air. The rocks slammed into each other and created a sort of platform on which Mugen landed on. Mugen looked up at his new opponent, he looked strong and he obviously wasn’t the kindest person out there.

Mugen sighed, capturing this guy without killing him would be difficult. Oh well, had to attack. Mugen performed some more hand seals and slammed them into the platform he was on.
"Atsui Mizu Ryuuki no Jutsu"
The jutsu wasn’t being performed as it usually would, but it still worked. The water from the lake underneath shot out through the platform. The water shot out in the form of a large column, it was not only burning hot but ninja.also made of acid. It moved with impressive speed towards the

Atsui Mizu Ryuuki no Jutsu [Hot Water Rising]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Ryuuki Mizu no Jutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user strikes the ground. Upon striking the ground, they transfer chakra into the ground. Then the ground begins to shake, and a pillar of water rises up from the ground underneath the target like a geyser. This water is at boiling hot temperatures and can cause anything from a 3rd degree burn to a 2nd degree burn. This attack is very forceful and can be a devastating attack. It also can hit the target into the air and set them up for aerial attacks. This attack cannot be used in an area with little to no water.

"You're going to need some new tricks," Said the shinobi blankly, referencing the fact that his Doton affinity was superior to Mugen's Suiton. Performing a series of hand seals similar to the one he had just performed, he released his chakra into the earth, and another sharp pillar of earth came exploding from the ground. It intercepted the path of the geyser; when the water collided with the stone, it was dispersed and fell to the ground, steaming.

A smug smirk crossed the ninja's face as he began a new sequence of seals. After doing so, his hands began to glow with chakra, and he performed two chops through the air. A pair of sharp blades of wind tore the air as they sliced towards Mugen at two different angles.

Mugen frowned as his attack was easily stopped and another attack was sent straight towards him. Mugen ignored the man talking and performed some hand seals before slamming his hands into the platform. “Doton • Ishi Toku [Earth Element • Stone Shelter]” The jutsu worked a little different than usual where this time, the ends of the platform folded up and connected at a common point at the top. Creating a nice shelter. Mugen heard the thud as the slices of wind slammed against the walls but didn’t penetrate. Quickly, but quietly this time, Mugen performed some more hand seals and whispered. Suiton • Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Element • Water Clone Technique] and then performed some more hand seals and whispered. “Doton • Moguragakure no Jutsu [Earth Element • Mole Hiding Technique”
First, a copy of mugen formed itself out of water and appeared next to the original, then immediately after, Mugen slipped through the earth platform and sank noiselessly into the water.Sstill inside his cleansed ring of water, Mugen swam down to the bottom until he was at the very bottom of the lake and was touching earth once more. It would be difficult to see Mugen considering the platform blocked the ninjas view.
Once again, Mugen performed the mole hiding technique and burrowed into the earth, moving forward in the direction he knew the ninja was. All the while, he moved closer and closer to the surface. Mugen waited underground for the ninja above to make a move as his clone sat patiently in the shelter, waiting to be attacked.

*Suiton • Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Element • Water Clone Technique]
C-ranked Ninjutsu
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. The user distributes a sufficient amount of chakra equally amongst their Mizu Bunshin clones. The clones can use Suiton [Water Element] Ninjutsu depending on the rank of the user.
•Genin: E-Ranked Jutsu.
•Chuunin: E, D, and C-Ranked (One) Jutsu.
•Jounin: E, D, C, and B-Ranked (One) Jutsu.

By using their mastery of Doton, the user of this jutsu can cause a 3 sided shelter of stone to envelope his allies. This can be used to protect up to 4 people at one time. This technique is mostly used when the entire team is under heavy fire from projectiles.

Smugly, the shinobi began to chortle. 'Idiot.' He thought. 'He sees that I use Doton myself, and he's going to try to protect himself from me with Doton?' His arrogance clouded his thought, and the man formed hand seals, bringing a thick coating of stone around his fists, and then he leapt from the earthen wall to clobber the shelter in. The wagon was left behind, unguarded.

In the hazy nocturnal night, only the silhouette of the man's blazing fists of rock could be seen bashing away at the barrier, behind which Mugen's water clone waited.

Mugen grunted with approval as he heard a distant noise of rock slamming against rock. The man was attacking the shelter, whether he was doing it from close or long range didn’t matter, he would be distracted. Quickly, Mugen moved forward to where he expected he had come from and broke through the surface of the earth. His sense of direction was great because Mugen found himself inside the shelter that had surrounded the wagon earlier. Mugen reached into his pouch and pulled out his 5 exploding tags. Quickly, he placed the tags in the wagon, placing it above under and in-between the drugs. When he was finished, Mugen ran up the wall of the shelter like one would run up a tree and rested at the top once he realized the ninja was gone. Looking at the ninja attacking his shelter, Mugen finally gave a smile as it seemed like the mission would be ending soon. His main objective was about to be complete. With perfect timing too, Mugen didn’t have much chakra left in him.
Mugen performed a few hand seals before slamming his hand into the wall of the shelter he was on, sending chakra into it. Promptly, there was a rumbling noise that was soon followed by an explosion. The wall he had touched and the walls around it blew up into several large pieces while Mugen leapt off of it. “Tajuu Iwa Bakuha.”
The walls collapsed on top of the wagon, crushing it completely. To make sure the drugs would be in recoverable however, Mugen created the Kai hand seal. Immediately, there was a large explosion underneath the pile of rubble that sent pieces of rock and remains of drugs flying all over the place, definitely no longer usable.
Meanwhile..
As Mugen moved towards the wagon, his clone sat waiting. It could tell where the attacker was considering the loud noises his punches were creating upon hitting the shelter. The punches were strong and were working, the wall was gradually cracking. Once the cracks began to seem more severe, The clone performed a few hand seals but held the last seal and waited.
The shelter finally broke, just a few seconds before the clone heard an explosion. Meaning his creator had succeded. The clone finished the hand seals and looked at the ninja through the now shattered wall.
” Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Element • Water Dragon Projectile Technique]”
They were still on top of water, this was the clones domain. A large pillar of acid water rose from behind the ninja and took the form of a dragon. The clone suddenly ran forward, attempting to tackle and hold the ninja as the acid water dragon flew towards them. If the ninja was caught, he was done for.

*Doton • Tajuu Iwa Bakuha [Earth Element • Multiple Rock Explosion Technique]

Prerequisite: Doton • Iwa Bakuha [Earth Element • Rock Explosion Technique]
A highly skilled ninja can use the skills learned in Iwa Bakuha, but can also use these skills to make several rocks explode. By sending a wave of chakra through the ground, the user can insert his/her chakra into several rocks on the surface of the ground and cause all of them to explode. This causes the same effects as the original, just on a larger scale.

Just as he had broken through the stone shelter, the ninja heard an explosion behind him. Somehow, his opponent had managed to escape through the acid lake and get to the wagon, as well as destroy it. His surprise was such that, as soon as he looked back to what he was just punching, the acidic dragon had already formed and lunged forward, tackling him with full force.

Normally, because a Mizu Bunshin and its jutsu have only one-tenth the power of their creator, the shinobi would have been able to handle the weakened dragon projectile, but with his surprise, he had been hit dead on, and fell over--into the rest of the lake of corrosive fluid... His body didn't even hit the bottom of the pond before it dissolved...
