Mission: Let's start a riot

In the center of Kumogakure, right in front of the House of Tea, a fight has broken loose. 2 men bumped into each other to get it started and the other 4 were hit during the struggle. Now all 6 are attacking each other, hitting other people without their knowledge. Even a nasty bloodlust has developed in one of them, who now weilds a sword. It’s every person for themselves in this 6-man rumble.

Lacus had heard of a fight and knew that, this could be bad. Many people could lose their lives in bar fights, so she had to stop this. She ran from rooftop to rooftop, until she was at the House of Tea. Lacus did not know what to expect so she made some hand seals then blew a large cloud in front of the tea house. She also drew her chakram's in the process, not knowing what expect in there. Then she slowly walked into the cloud, looking to see what was going on. While releasing the antidote naturally in her body. "What is going on here everyone?"

*Hebi Ryuu • Doku Kiri [Snake Style • Poison Mist]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A skilled poison user can learn the Hebi Ryuu style. It is recognizable by the color of the poison that surrounds the attacking jutsu or item (be it a weapon or body part). The user forms a couple of hand seals and expels a large cloud of poison from their gullet. Any person that inhales even a small amount of the poison will be subject to its effects. It is a C-Ranked technique, so the poison will remain in the target’s system for 5 posts.

Mahi [Paralysis]
This poison and its antidote can be created internally by a shinobi who has undergone specific training with poisons. It can be secreted in either liquid or gaseous form. It is a yellow colored poison, and its effects vary depending on the manner of administration. If applied directly to a specific body part (direct attack, such as a cut or jab) it will numb or even sever neural connections to that area, making the body part difficult - often near impossible - to move. If inhaled or passed through skin pores, it constricts muscle capacity and a sufferer of this attack will have his/her physical strength reduced dramatically. The antidote removes the effect completely and takes fifteen minutes to work for each direct application, or half and hour if it was inhaled/passed through skin pores.

Ninjutsu
After training with poisons and creating ‘poisonous’ chakra, the user can develop this technique by training with antidotes. It allows them to create a number of different antidotes (the number depends on the skill of the user) within their body to be released in liquid or gaseous forms. Note that this only creates the antidotes - it does not expel them from the body. Each antidote has a unique length of time to reverse the effects of a poison.

By training herself in the routine of readying her weapon for use, Lacus has learned to draw and prepare her weapon within less than a second.

As the fighting continued, the struggle got more and more intense. One guy (green shirt) threw another (blue shirt) onto a table, breaking it. Another two (white shirt, black shirt) were ganging on the one with the blade (no shirt), attacking him with stools and poles. And the 6th guy (red shirt) was trying to pick fights with others. The guy wearing green went over to the one he just threw and picked him up, grabbing his neck and lifting him up. Suddenly the yellow mist was spread. The blade was swung, but stopped inches in front of the guy in white. Everyone fighting was paralyzed, but the one in blue had it worse. He was being choked. He would quickly run out of air. Seeing everyone stop, the guy in the red shirt saw the lady walk inside. He slowly hid behind a turned over table, hoping to not be seen.

Lacus had seen all the six men in the fight, and five of them were frozen. Out of the corner of her eye she caught a man in a red shirt go behind a table. He would not be mush of a threat if he a tried anything so she will let him be with a warning. "You in the red shirt don't move please or I will have to hurt you ok"

She was smiling as she said those words, and that is when she seen the one in the blue shirt being choked still. Lacus ran to the man's aid, and seen that she may not be able to free the man with her strength alone she knew what had to be done. She cut slightly into the arm of the man that was holding the one in the blue shirt. This was to relax the muscle in the arm so she could then pull the man away with greater ease. Lacus then put one chakram away and started to heal the cut she just made.

As she did so she spoke to them all knowing that they could still hear her. "Now everyone fighting will get you no where in the world. We must all work for a greater good of Kumo, and the world. When the one works for the needs of the many, and the many for the needs of the one the land shall prosper. So please everyone work together not only for me, or the others here, but for the whole world."

*Shousen Jutsu [Mystical Hand Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

The man wearing blue quickly started to run out of air. Then the woman came over and cut the arm of the man in green. It eased his muscle and released the hold of the other man. The other three were immobilized, and couldn't do anything but listen to what she had to say. Her speech was a touching one and it touched the heart of the man without a shirt. He almost teared up. The one in white smiled and the one in black sniffled, almost crying as well. The one in red however, glared at her. "Shut up, bitch," he shouted, throwing a chair. It headed straight for her and if she moved out of the way, it would hit the one in green.

Lacus seen the chair coming for her out of the corner of her eye so she tackled the green shirt guy on the blue shirt one. Wile making a hand seal and throwing her chakram at the red shirt guy. As she landed she made an additional seal to control the chakram in the air. She aimed it for the guys legs trying to stop him. That is when she seen the blue shirt guy might not be breathing and was a little to late. So she tilted his head back, and breathed for him like in cpr. In between breaths she spoke to them, "Please stop all the fighting I don't want to hurt any of you."

Chakram Throw
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
prerequisite: Chakram
After the right hand seals Lacus is able to channel chakra into her chakram, and throw it harder and further then she normally would. The distance the chakram is able to be thrown for is equaled to as much chakra is channeled into the chakram.

Chakram Control
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
prerequisite: Chakram
after the correct hand seal she is able to control her chakram once thrown. This is used so she is able to have it attack multiple times if needed, but more importantly to return to Lacus once thrown. She is not able to completely control it, though its able to make big turns in the air. This lasts for three posts before the chakram returns to Lacus.

The guy with green fell on the one with blue, crushing him once again. This pleased green, realizing it cut his air flow. The chakrams flew at the one in red. He hesitated, but soon after remembering he could still move, he dodged left and dove behind another table. Once there, he grabbed two more stools and chucked them at Lacus. Meanwhile, she was giving CPR to the one in blue while the one in green tried extremely hard to get his arm up. But to no prevail.

Lacus seen the other chairs coming for her again, since she was watching the red shirt one out of the corner of her eye. She made a hand seal and broke her chakram into three pieces, two of them went after the chairs. She tried to break them, wile sending the last piece after the red shirt guy. She this time aimed for his chest. Now seeing that the blue shirt one was breathing again she then moved the green shirt guy to a point where he could breath easier. "I'm sorry Mr. Green shirt guy, I'm sorry every one please stop all the fighting.

Chakram Break

After the correct hand seal Lacus is able to focus her chakra through her chakram and separate it. The chakram can separate up to three peaces that can be thrown, or used in hand to hand combat, or be able to fuse them together when needed.

The chakram split apart into three pieces and all flew towards different places. Two of them went at the chairs, easily cutting through them, while the third went for the man in red. He saw it coming and let out a yell. Then he ducked down onto his knees, letting it go above him. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he pleaded. "I'm sorry. Please don't kill me, miss." The man in green was moved off the one in blue and stood up. "Yeah, we're sorry. Guess we got carried away." He looked down on the floor, embarrassed that a girl stopped him. "Can you forgive us?"

Lacus had her chakram pieces reform and return to her. She seen the man plead for his life, and the others ask her not to hurt them any more. This made her so happy inside to see that the men have finally came around. "Of course I can forgive you all, now if you all play nice I will take you all out to eat on me mk." She smiled and tilted her head a little, and was so glad to see that all of them were fine.
