He stands at the top of the fifth highest building in the village, the eastern apartments. The one that overlook the Totatsu clan entrance. There it is, he thought, looking at it with a hatred in his black eyes. His name is Raiken. He stayed looking at it for a while, waiting for all the house lights to turn off. But suddenly, a large light shone in his direction. The guard lights no doubt. "Tch," he scoffed, jumping down. He fell all the way down to the grounf and took off running for the clan. "I swear on my life. Revenge will be served."

As the night darkened the area of the Totatsu complex a light immediately appeared roaming around the area. "Is something going on?", Kamaru spoke as he walked through the area. Kamaru didn't live in this area but he would oftenly go there to release whatever was on his mind. "Wha?" He seemed confused watching a shadow from the floor headed east of his way move as if it was a ninja. Quickly he ran towards that area while taking out a kunai to prepare for battle.

Dashing through the streets, Raiken took a mad sprint for the clan gates. But he had to stop abruptly because of the search lights that were looking for him. He hid behind a building and poked his head out. Damn, he thought, looking at where the lights came from. He made a few hand signs and pointed his index finger at the source of the light. "Yama No Jutsu!" He shot off a bolt of lightning, directly at the light. It took a few seconds, but when the light went out, he grinned and sprinted off again. And once again he had to stop because someone had come running through into the open. God damn it, he thought again. Seeing the guy hold a kunai in his hand, Raiken also took out a kunai, but hid it behind his back. I dare him to make a move.

C-rank Ninjutsu
After completing a simple set of hand seals the user will either focus chakra into their bladed weapon or index finger. He or she then points their hand (or the tip of their weapon) at the target and fires off a high velocity bolt of lightning. The lightning bolt itself will only cause minor damage, but due to the speed of the attack the impact is more than enough to knock the air out of someone or send them flying backwards.

Kamaru starred into the depths of the enemy's eyes as he approached him. The dark area that surrounded his eyes didn't cause any type of intimidation towards Kamaru but he watched the man's actions earlier to determine his destiny. He shut the light down from the security base ahead which was just a minor crime but approached Kamaru with such preparation. He noticed the strange body position as the enemy starred back into the eyes of Kamaru with such evilness. Not quite paying attention to the way the enemy dressed he quickly tossed his kunai. Aiming directly towards the expected area of the heart. A smirk was planted on his face as he tossed the kunai with a back-flip, quickly performing hand signs. As he landed the back flip ,he opened the palm of his right hand and shot an electrical current towards the enemy."Raiton Dageki Jutsu!"

A technique utilized by Raiton users to deliver a small but powerful shock to an opponent by focusing an electrical current into the palm of their hand. Can be used at a range of up to five meters, but is more powerful with direct contact.

Raiken eyed the person in front of him. He was standing in the way of him and his goal. Kill a Totatsu member. He was about to open his mouth and talk to the guy, but the guy fired a kunai at him and then a jutsu. Guess talking out of the way now, he thought, dodging the kunai. He rushed forward, looking to take the lightning attack head on. Then one turned into 2, then 4 as clones continued to charge at the opponent. One clone was hit with the lightning attack, leaving three to throw kunai with exploding tags wrapped around them. Once they landed at his foot, Raiken would make a hand sign and detonate them.

Kamaru quickly thought as his jutsu was wasted by a mere clone. He dug into his upper left pocket and smashed the floor with 3 smoke bombs, retreating from the kunai that were headed his way with backflips. He reached about 8 ft from his current position activating both jutsu and reappearing upon the high building that overlooked the clan's residence. Taking out his ink brush he quickly drew a symbol in an electric blue color that would allow him to view from that specific area, then he jumped back down. Now about 6 ft behind the smoked area he threw a kunai with a hikari tag towards the guard hut the wished for help from the totasu's guards.

The user does the needed hand seal, then creates a Bunshin that has Raiton chakra in it. It isn't able to interact with the environment, but once it gets hit or poofs, it poofs into a bolt of electricity, shocking anyone near.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Raiken smiled as the explosion occurred, thinking he got his target. When the smoke cleared, he saw that he was gone, but a tiny bolt of lightning hit him in the chest. His clones disappeared and he was stunned as to how the bolt knew which one was him. Then he looked around, trying to find his target. Raiken found him after a kunai was thrown down from the sky. It headed for the guard hut. Thinking this would be effortless if guards showed up, Raiken took out a kuani and threw it into the chuunin's kunai's path, deflecting it. "This doesn't involve you brat," he shouted. "Now stay out of my way." Making a few hand signs, Raiken dashed to the building his opponent was on and ran up the side. "Kakuhan no Jutsu!" he shouted as a long, electrical whip formed on his fingers. He lashed it outward, hoping to smack him.

This jutsu can be used through one handed hand seals. After the hand does the required seals the user creates a whip of ration from their middle and pointer fingers. The whip can cause severe and deep cuts as well as numb the area it hits. The whip can stretch as far as 15m from the user, however those with control<5, are prone to hitting themselves with the whip. Lasts 3 posts.

The kunai was deflected with the interference of another, then Kamaru's attention quickly rotated towards his opponent. He was hit by the shock of the clone but didn't seem effected by it, quickly preparing for another jutsu with loud outbursts. Kamaru quickly replied as he watched the man speak. "If you're planning to cause violence I will stop you.", His heroic voice seemed rather smooth and deep without any hesitations. As he spoke 3 men seemed to walk upon the scene. Kamaru figured they probably were security that envisioned the explosion below but he couldn't take his mind off this fight. The opponent rushed towards Kamaru preparing a jutsu and Kamaru was already prepared to defend himself. Easily dodging the first leash of the whip he charged a ball of chakra in his right hand. Running threw a few hand signs of his own secretly as his opponent was shocked, he tried his best to time the enemy's arrival accurately to complete his close ranged jutsu. "Zou Kobushi!" he screamed as his time had come to attack his enemy with a dash of speed to connect.

B-Ranked Ninjutsu
A ninjutsu that takes after the Chidori, but only in form. The user gathers pure raiton chakra into their fist, which causes their fist to spark and crackle. The user then has two posts to punch some target. If a target is punched, the Raiton chakra disperses into their body, and, in most cases, causes the target to fly back as if, as the name suggests, an elephant had hit them. Then, for the next post, they will have a hard time moving their body in a way that they want, due to the electrical signals still in their body, messing up their nervous system. If the user isn't able to diffuse the chakra, the Raiton chakra enters their own system, and causes their nervous system to go haywire for the rest of that post.

Raiken's eyes opened wide as the ball of lightning appeared in the chuunin's hand. The chuunin then dodged his whip and then threw the lightning punch towards his chest. The jutsu was connected and Raiken lost his balance on the building, flying back down toward the ground. He landed on his back hard, feeling the sting from the impact and the lightning. He groaned in pain and struggled to get back up to his feet. Standing up, he battled with his own body, still in pain from the jutsu, to stay up. D-damn it, he thought. My body won't move. What the hell was that jutsu? He could only look up at the chuunin while he held his chest.

Kamaru focused and caught his enemy with one of his most powerful attacks. The enemy startled towards the ground from the building letting Kamaru quickly become active in his plan." COME NOW, It's a Prisoner I have him"! He screamed as he pointed down from the building. The enemy seemed as if the he was paralyzed but Kamaru knew that this wasn't going to be for long. His conscious held the decision to kill this person but his heart wouldn't let him. He ran down the side of the building and approached the man around the same time as security did. Then as they cuffed him Kamaru smirked and wiped his hands with the other rapidly. "Whew," He leaned on the side of the building. "What a Heck of a battle."

"COME NOW, It's a Prisoner I have him"! The chuunin called out after paralyzing Raiken. "What?! You can't be serious?!" he loudly questioned. He thought the chuunin was gonna finish him off or something. Instead, he just called security on him. The guards came into the scene and surrounded him, cuffing him in various locations such as arms, legs, elbows, etc. Then as they dragged him away, Raiken looked back at his opponent. "This isn't over, brat," he yelled. "I'll be back, you hear me?"
