Hotaru couldn't believe that they had finally chosen a new Hell Genma handler and she was quick to make sure that she could inspect that person from the bottom up, the Jinrai had been chosen due to her ability to control her abilities, but from Hotaru's portfolio, she was someone that seemed to be a rascal, a problem maker, which was perfect. She would become a Black ops agent, no matter what her Kage's protest for she needed to make sure that the hell Genma didn't get sent out to the world without true training, nor did she want there to be another prankster like Aki, even though Hotaru had grown closer to Aki.

Aki was Hayate's project and Yukina was going to be hers, no matter how crazy her plan was, for Hotaru wasn't a freaking idiot, no, she was the leader of Black Ops and had been for the last couple of years, she was as important to Kumogakure as the Raikage. Every time he had stepped out of the village, she had been forced to work triple time to make sure everyone behaved and every time she had fucked up the Raikage had to work triple time to make sure that it didn't burn Lightning Empire to the ground, that's how they worked, father and daughter, problems or not they always wanted what was best for Kumo, even though they both held different philosophies.

Hotaru was going to take a vastly different approach to the Genma training, especially after reading her file, hell, even IF the Kage opposed then the only way to stop her was to actually try to stop her! Hotaru was going to make the hell Genma her pawn one way or another. Hotaru sighed as she finished her file, she turned around inside the gigantic pelican and looked over Yukina who seemed more interested in her... Guitar? An interesting instrument that Hotaru wondered if could work to create a magnificent cover for her whatever was needed.

Kirie, too was fascinated as she had never seen one, the Jinrai was a special clan to the Kumo ninjas but Hotaru was more interested in the fact that she wanted to be a musician, and from what she knew of musicians was that they loved to change their appearances, which jived perfectly with her philosophy. Akihiko was one of her favorite people of Kumo because he was an absolutely mad lad, but Yukina would become the most dangerous person in Kumogakure, one that could easily surpass Akihiko because the difference between having a teacher raise you to learn stealth and having the black ops leader personally making sure that you were an unstoppable beast was different.

Aki was raised by a multitude of people while Hotaru would apply all her knowledge to make sure that Yukina was the sharpest blade that ever walked the earth was different for Hotaru was pretty certain that there wasn't a single living person that could take her on in close quarter combat, hell even the likes of the mighty Tsuchikage would struggle if their powers were equal, so henceforth she would put all her efforts to not only making Yukina stronger but also make sure that she would surpass her somehow.

The paranoid freak was constantly expanding a chakra to sense the wind, taste the air, and even hear color with Clairvoyance, she needed to train her chakra pool, for that had been the reason why Hotaru lost the ring, Takeshi was a fearsome guy but she knew deep down if she let go of allegiance then she could smoke him but guilt had for some reason gripped her, she had chosen to not truly engage full out because of fear of what the Raikage would say, but that was a thing of the past, Hotaru was going to make sure that things changed for the better.
