As with nearly every day, Heidrun had spent much of hers in her forge. For the last week in particular she had been working on a piece for one Gerudo Zakuro. The day he had commissioned her for the weapon, the pair had shared a spar, and more. She had just finished that weapon this morning, and spent up until now cleaning the weapon thoroughly so that it would be ready for its buyer. She had left the forge itself and gone to her storefront, putting the weapon on a stand on a table in the middle of the room, covering it with a dark cloth as she waited for him.

Arms crossed and leaning against the wall, Heidrun closed her eyes as she waited. Her leather warrior dress had been set aside and she wore her simple dark pants, boots, and deep blue sleeveless shirt as she normally did when she'd been working the forge.

Zakuro approached the store with caution. He hadn't seen Heidrun since they first met, and he wasn't quite sure what was going to meet him when he entered. He swung open the wooden and stepped inside, his eyes first resting on Heidrun. He thought she was gorgeous when he met her. He thought she was gorgeous that night. He thought she was gorgeous now. He ignored what was obviously his weapon sitting in the center of the room. Instead he approached her with a smile. "Hey!" He had no reason to believe that she would be cold toward him, but for some reason he still feared it would happen.

Heidrun leaned against the table in the middle of the room, arms crossed under her chest as she waited. When the door swung open, she couldn't help the smirk that crossed her lips, moreso as he approached. She reached out with a hand as she greeted her, taking him by his hand and pulling him closer that she might lean in and kiss him lightly. "Hello." she finally replied, looking at him a moment. "We should spar again sometime." she remarked, winking before slipping away and moving to the longer side of the table. "But first I think this is what you wanted to see." she added, reaching out to pull the cloth off the weapon on the table.

She took a step back and took up a position leaning against the wall to watch Zakuro as he would inevitably look over the weapon. "I hope its exactly what you wanted... fairly certain it is."

With a small tug of Zakuro’s coarse hand, and warm kiss on his lips, the Chuunin felt the looming sense of fear that she would be distant vanish from his body. In fact, the simple act of kissing gave Zakuro a slight tingle in his chest and forced his lips into a smile against his will. The two separated long enough to let the word ‘hello’ escape Heidrun’s lips before Zakuro place one hand on the small of her back and squeezed their bodies together. With the other hand, he put a firm grip on the back of her neck and gave her another, slightly more passionate kiss.

He released the tension in his arms and let Heidrun move away from him. As she did so he looked her in her green eyes, and with a smile said, “It’s been a long and interesting week. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t I think about doing that more than a few times.”

Zakuro intently watched the sway of Heidrun’s hips with every small stride she took towards the swords, almost as if transfixed. The sudden movement of the cloth being torn asunder was enough to break Zakuro’s gaze away, but just barely. To say he was infatuated with the strong kunoichi was an understatement. He walked forward towards the odachi. He ran a finger along the top of the steel blade, feeling it's cool metallic touch. He could tell that if he did the same thing to the other side of the blade, the tip of his finger would be on the floor in a second. Upon reaching the hilt of the weapon, Zakuro inspected it’s guard. He didn’t give her any instructions when it came to this, but nonetheless it looked amazing. The hand guard itself was rounded, with five rounded in sections. Detailed on the guard was a dragon swallowing its tail. The amazing detail of this made the man grin. She truly was an expert at her craft. Now down to the handle. The wrap was nicely done, just as he wanted it. The minimum amount of fabric used. Just enough to allow a sturdy grip and to keep his hands from being completely torn apart.

He picked it up. Despite its skinny appearance, the sword was almost as heavy as the large blade he used to carry. He was almost shocked as he picked it up, but his arm quickly adjusted to its weight. He could tell by just having it in his hand that he was going to need a lot of training in order to properly wield this weapon, but the advantage of having a significant reach over his opponent would be well worth it.

Zakuro placed the weapon back down and turned back to Heidrun. He didn’t hesitate to untie a pouch filled with Ryo from his belt and place it on the table in front of him. The pouch contained more than what any blacksmith would ask, even for a weapon such as this, but he prepared it expecting to give her some of the money inside for the work. He decided she deserved the whole thing. “This is perfect Heidrun. Honestly, I don’t think anyone anywhere could’ve done a better job. Thank you.”

Heidrun couldn't hold back a slight chuckle as Zakuro returned for another, albeit much deeper, kiss and made his remarks about thinking about doing that for some time. She had certainly enjoyed her time with him when he'd returned to her forge in the evening a week ago, and couldn't help but to consider a second opportunity for such fun in the near future. She watched in silence as she saw him approach the weapon she had made specifically for him, smirking as she saw his clear appreciation for the work. Every detail she had made for him specifically, feeling she'd gotten a good feel for the man's tastes during their previous spar, and even later that night. She could see his surprise and fascination as he reached out to touch the weapon and even test its weight.

When he set her payment on the table she didn't immediately reach for it, though she eventually stepped forward and took it from the table, not bothering the count it. She could tell by the weight of it that he'd likely over-paid her and already her mind worked over ideas on what she could possibly make him to make up for that, but for now she didn't speak on the subject, simply smiled at him. "You're welcome." she told him. "Probably one of the best blades I have ever made honestly, I'm glad that it'll be you that wields it."
