The warm air was able to move in and out of the bedroom thanks to the open window. The individual was still in bed making the most of this amazing summer feeling, before the daily calling of chores and errands. The Sun was slowly rising and beginning to make its way into the room, this was an amazing morning atmosphere; ‘I love mornings like these,’ the individual whispered to no-one in particular. This morning atmosphere quickly took a turn, for one not so pleasant.

A sound came from the front door of the apartment and it seemed the front door was being fiddled with. The individual rose into a sitting position before standing up and gently moving to the open window. Leaning on the windowsill, the individual looked out to see what all the commotion was while remaining cautious to not be seen. At the door was a figure with pearlescent hair. A sigh of relief came from the individual and was followed by a twitch of a brow, a reach, a swing and bang.

The bang came from the impact, the impact the apple made when it came in contact with the individuals head after being launched at full strength.

‘Owww!’ the individual moaned as a hand was raised to massage the area of impact.

‘What do you think you’re doing; do you know what day it is!?’ Izakis mother roared down at him for trying to sneak out.

Izaki was slightly confused about the situation and looked up with a facial expression that read ‘???’

‘It’s bin day! Take the trash out!’ she continued and upon hearing this Izakis hand fell to the side.

‘Maaaaa’! I’m heading out!’ he screamed up at her, trying to use his deep voice to signal power and confidence.

‘Get to it now; or else!’ she returned, Izaki smirked as his had reached to his belt and returned with a scroll in hand. Upon unraveling the scroll, he pulled out a brush from the small compartment in the roll and began painting.

‘Don’t you bloody dare young mister!’ his mother continued and the response which was returned was that of a wider, cheekier smile. Poof, a large hawk appeared beside the boy onto which he climber and took off into the bright blue skies.

‘Love you ma’!’

‘The little shit…’ the lady let out before a small burst of laughter.

Kyogi had been practicing his Kunai throwing technique one of many training grounds throughout Konoha, forgoing the usual lessons given by his parents in favor of a more solitary approach. He didn't mind the extra help but..this was something he felt needed to be done alone. Focusing on his target, Kyogi slowed his breathing down and tried to steady his throwing arm as best he could. Okay...steady, steady...now! Kyogi's muscles torqued and his body twisted just enough to add momentum that would fuel his purpose. Trying to keep himelf Balanced Kyogi flung the Kunai with enough strength, he thought, to embed the knife into the thick tree post for a few seconds.

Before the first could strike home however, Kyogi was already fumbling with the dozen training Kunai he'd brought along for today's training and trying to strike again where he'd already sent the first dagger. The first dagger had struck its target with an audible thud while the second sheered the first Kunai knife's handle and veered off into the forest behind the training area, striking another tree not so far behind. Oof! Well, glad no one was here to see that! Kyogi sighed, recovering from his embarrassment. "Guess I'd better go and get that," he reasoned.

Now that Izaki managed to get away from his mother, he was now undoubtedly very annoyed at him, he was going to make his way to the training grounds. This was going to be him for the day, in the evening he would have to sneak his way beck into the house, he did not fancy being smacked by his mothers wooden spoon, that was one of his mothers most vicious attacks, smacking the victim on the outside of the hand with a wooden spoon. The youth shivered just by thinking about it, there were plenty of times where his mother left their dinner cooking, and Izaki walked up to it with a piece of baguette and tried dunkin' it in the gravy. BOSH, his mother would appear out of nowhere with the wooden spoon and BANG, smack the baguette out of his hand before he even managed to dunk it;

'WHAT DO YOU THNK YOU'RE DOING YOUNG MAN!? DO YOUR CHORES!' she'd moan at the youth for trying to eat before tea time. The shiver turned into a small chuckle, he loved winding his mother up, she was not good at dealing with it.

Izaki was now half way across the village and was able to see his destination; the training grounds. He would fly low over the canopy of the trees that surrounded the individual grounds, trying to select the one he would spend the rest of his day. However, suddenly he heard a thud, a noise that came from a projectile weapon being launched at a aiming board. He flew lower and hopped off Takashi and into the bushes, the bird dispersed as Izaki rolled into position. He wanted to see who it was that was training at such an early time. But, unpredictably, a kunai knife came hurling inches from his head;

'Oof! Well, glad no one was here to see that!' The youth operating these weapons let out before continuing;

'Guess I'd better go and get that.' Izaki was able to see the youth approaching, he grabbed the kunai and right before the other made his way into the shrubbery, he lifted it up, out of it. It was placed flat on his hand in an attempt that to communicate that he wasn't dangerous;

'I did.' the watcher said before letting out a small chuckle.

Kyogi eye the newcomer suspiciously, examining the Kunai knife as though he hadn't just thrown it moments before. Finally, an expression of dejection washed over him. "So you saw that then huh?" Kyogi asked with a hint of disappointment. It never seemed to fail: there was always someone, somewhere, watching. Kyogi hadn't spent much time scrutinizing the newcomer before eventually taking the Kunai knife from him and giving it one more look over; after all, these things weren't cheap. It doesn't look damaged, Kyogi reasoned. "Good, that's a relief!" He couldn't imagine what he would do if the knife had broken or chipped somehow and since Shinobi tools could be expensive, especially for beginner ninja Kyogi did his best even during training to try and maintain his equipment.

While he'd been busy tending to his weaponry Kyogi had almost forgotten about the stranger standing nearby and when he realized that the boy was still standing there, he stopped focusing on the weapon. "I take it you're here to train as well?" Kyogi asked, wondering what he should have been preparing for if there'd been anything at all to prepare for, that is.

'Yup, it missed me by about two inches.'The boy let out as he remained hidden in the shurb and waited for the kunai to be eventually taken off him. The youth remained in a crouched position until the kunai was taken from his hand before he then stood up, rising not much about the shrub itself, he watched as the other carefully inspected the kunai before he hopped out of the shrub and landed a few feet away behind the other. Walking around he assessed the area, looked at the aiming board which has been struck by kunai a few times already;

'So that was fluke.' The youth thought after noticing that previous throws were actually fairly well aimed. Then he looked around the entire area, taking note of all the surrounding trees, shrubs, and any other land features worth remembering. Finally, he turned back to his elder and said;

'Yup, fancy joining me?' and offered him a smile.

Kyogi was mildly apprehensive. He did not know this boy, he did not truly understand the strangers intent. To expose his weakest points through training seemed a bit...un ninja like? And to a stranger no less. It...miiight be better to play this one safe, Kyogi thought to himself. "I hadn't really prepared for a partner today, sorry." He admitted, honestly. As he returned to take his position in front of the post that moments earlier he'd missed by a few inches, Kyogi listened for the stranger's response. Not just his words but for more subtle things like his body language. How did the guy respond to being told no? Was he pushy, was he cool, was he gloomy or otherwise distraught? Kyogi observed for these things carefully and in doing so, believed that he might have been given a key of insight on just who he'd been dealing with.

Frankly, he didn't like the idea of people just popping out of bushes trying to start conversation, that by itself was weird. And now the guy wanted an opportunity to further study Kyogi's moves? As if he hadn't already. Kyogi steadied himself and prepared to resume his Kunai dagger throwing but stopped when he realized again, that the stranger was still there. "Working on anything specific?" Kyogi asked, bluntly.

'Well, I just make up my training as I go along.' The youth said as he met his eyes with the boy. It appeared that the both of them were doing the exactly same thing, in their mind, assessing each other by spotting any and all body language cues. But Izaki was pretty good at this, he wasn't planning on giving anything away, after all Izaki was here with peaceful intentions; there was no need for the other to be sussing him out in such a serious way. Eventually, when the time felt right Izaki softened his gaze and a little smile appeared in the corner of his mouth, just a little, subtle message for his older friend that he knew what was going on and that there was no point of continuing this due to the fact that now, anything done would be intentional, whether it was real or fake was another matter.

"Doesn't sound like a good way to really improve...but, to each their own!" Kyogi responded. Speaking of which, while he had planned on improving his shuriken techniques and other fundamental skills he did not feel comfortable with someone seemingly watching his every move. In fact, it was a bit unnerving how adamant this person seemed to be on sticking around. "Anyway, I just remember that there was something else I needed to do today," Kyogi lied. "I'll see you around!" And with that he turned to leave the training grounds - hopefully this kid wouldn't get the weird idea of following him through the streets and would stick to whatever training regiment he'd decided to take on.

Izaki scratched the side of his slightly confused about the situation. Not exactly sure what caused the flow of events in this direction he just watched as the youth turned around and disappeared out of the training grounds. Izaki stood there for a little while just contemplating the situation, trying to understand where he'd gone wrong. But then he realized, it did not matter one bit. That was just some lonely kid who obviously did not fancy gaining himself a training partner, his loss, Izaki would have been a good one. They both could have improved if he had just stuck around and hadn't ran over like a scared little boy that he was. Izaki let out a sigh;

'Remembered...' he said before letting out a small chuckle and proceeding to his training regiment.
