A new beginning training montage part 1

After the chunin exams had finished Haruka was then invited into Hokage tower though she was watched carefully to make sure she didn’t press any bad red buttons. She would there find out she was promoted to chunin. Haruka was over the moon with excitement and started jumping up and down. Though eventually collected herself a little after a aid made a coughing uhem noise. She was then told about her first new mission as a chunin and to get ready. Which she raced out of the tower and immediately got ready getting all her stuff. But the mission was very difficult and on the way they were attacked by a team of skilled ninja. After a lengthy battle and after many ups and downs twist and turns Haruka and her team managed to beat the team but she was badly hurt in the process

Haruka had just arrived back in the village having been carried back she woke up in the village having finished her first mission as a chunin after the chunin exams though again had trouble due to lack of physical endurance. Not only that but her lack of genjutsu resistance didn’t help either because of this she barely finished the mission with two other Chunin. She figured she would need to train a lot harder on her physical attributes as well as her mental attributes like the kind needed for genjutsu defense. but because of her issues with her opponents genjutsu techniques coupled with her lack of endurance she was currently in the hospital. She hated being stuck here injured it was so frustrating and so boring. She had some books but they couldn’t help her deal with her restless energy. She struggled constantly for what seemed like forever to contain herself. When suddenly she got the idea to use it as training for resisting genjutsu, so she would try to focus on meditating while keeping her Chakra calm. Though because of her injured state she had to mediate laying down instead of sitting up. She kept going but her first try last only 8 minutes before her concentration broke and she got bored. So she got frustrated but then tried again the next time she managed to only do it 5 minutes frustrating her further and getting her even more agitated. She wondered why this was so annoying and boring. She would then yell “STUPID GENJUTSU USERS! “

After this and a bit of minor fidgeting in bed she finally calmed down and tried again managing to get to 10 minutes. Happy that she at least improved that time but still frustrated at how hard the art of sitting still and concentrating was. She tried to calm down like before so she could try again but calming down without getting angry and fidgeting was proving really hard. She tried two more times but couldn’t beat 10 minutes sadly all that movement got the attention of the nurses where they scolded her. But she just complained they then argued back and forth for a bit before the nurse got fed up and threatened to knock her out before storming out. Haruka would then having let off some agitation so she tried again. But ended up falling asleep on her pillow for a few hours once she hit the 10 minute mark.

When she woke up she got mad and tried again making it to 15 minutes but then yelled “why is this so fucking hard!? GODDAMN MOTHER FUCKING GENJUTSU USERS! Get cancer sooner. Pathetic excuse for a human. Touch grass. Go outside and play hide and go fuck yourself. Go jump off a cliff and disembowel yourself. You needle-dicked fucknugget whoreson's excrement! You're taking off your pants to fart! I envy people who haven’t heard of you somewhere out there is a tree working very hard to replace the oxygen you consume now go Eat Shit pies and apologize to the tree.”

After her long and colorful rant on genjutsu users she finally calmed down and tried again but only made it too 17 minutes before she started fidgeting and a nurse came in with drugs to knock her out like promised. She then slept for the next two weeks before she woke up. Apparently they couldn’t keep her knocked out the whole time because it wasn’t healthy. Though thankfully for both Haruka and the nurses the drugs didn’t wear off for awhile and she was still loopy which was keeping her passive. So when she tried to train her paitence and mental acuity she got closer and closer.



Meanwhile the drugs kept her passive when she failed. Instead of fidgeting and cursing she would just giggle or something else. While the drugs were still active, she managed to try ten more times actually getting up to 30 minutes on her final try. Before they finally wore off making her sober which is when she started to get frustrated again. But thankfully she was able to heal more while she was still out of it. But she still wasn’t 100% so when the nurse noticed they came over when she started fidgeting again.

When they arrived they angrily said “ why do you have to be so difficult!? What if you hurt yourself!?“ but Haruka could only say “but I’m so bored! Plus it’s so frustrating being stuck here! I can’t help it.” The nurse didn’t know how to respond and was left speechless. So she sighed and then said “you leave me no choice I’ll have to restrain you.” She then got some straps and tied Haruka down to the bed. Which seemed to work for a bit little did the nurse know that she was still fidgeting a little under the straps when she tried to train.

Eventually the nurse found out though and go frustrated venting near her coworkers, “what’s wrong with her! I wish she could just lay still! I wish we could kick her out or drug her but those aren’t a option.” She then explains how the first thing they tried was to drug her but eventually they had to stop because it wasn’t healthy. So she tried strapping her down and that didn’t work also when one of the nurses suggested to use a different type of drug that doesn’t knock her out but still keeps her calm.

The nurse looked on surprised and super happy thanking her co worker a lot for the idea. She then rushed to get the supplies then would proceed to rush back and administer them to Haruka which this time managed to do the trick and she was calm and loopy until she was healed enough to move or fidget with her hands. This caused great relief for Haruka who would now be able to move her hands properly as well as other options. Now she could at least occupy her time with Chakra control practice as well as mental acuity practice.

Because of this things went a lot smoother for the hospital staff as now that she was able to fidget properly and get rid of her restless energy. Haruka would then spend the rest of the time healing. Until she was able to finally have healed enough to leave the hospital.
