Third Eye:
It's extremely easy to tell if someone is part of the Mitsume clan. All of them are born with a third eye on their forehead. This will take chakra to eventually open but however after it does it is a completely functional eye with no further benefits. Opening the eye or irritating it will obviously cause a great degree of pain for the user. They are usually the same color of iris too that of the other eyes but it has been known that some rare mutagens of three different colors or their pupils containing no color except for the white.

Can't be cut:
Mitsume clan member when cut, the blade completely travels through their skin like paper or butter without any resistance, afterwards without proper chakra control they have to reattach their limbs manually, Sometimes they can do this and it can look somewhat off so some of them can look a little jumbled up.

Traditions:

Triclops really do not tend to gather together in large numbers, They are usually in among the common people of Rain just working general labor work. Their clan once was quite famous however the amount of them that become ninja are very few due to the lack of teachers. It will be noted that most that end up gaining power over their Kenkai Genkai and their eye tend to end up staying alone or distancing themselves from others. Some have been known to enter circuses to earn cash due to their disfigurement.

Influence:

They mainly unheard of but sightings of them have inspired folk tales that dudes in pubs talk about, like meeting a freaky cyclops or an Oni that was immortal.

History:

This clan seems to be some form of mixed breeding of several different clans creating a strange mutation. The mutation carried over from their ancestors caused them to develop eyes on their forehead. After some time they would realize their Kenkai Genkai. Many were captured by aspiring ninja and experimented on due to their strange properties. Once such practices were seen as obscene they were released into the world and all accumulated around Rain due too it's relatively young life span and began mixing with the local populace. Some pop up here and there but they really are as unremarkable as their talent which is difficult to capitalize on. Most tend to die out due to lack of ability to treat their wounds without professional medical nin as a lot of common surgical equipment will not work on them.

Requirements: [Perception] is needed to preform more than one maneuver per turn with additional part, [Projectile Weapons] is needed to be any good at firing your limbs or parts as projectiles.

The Mitsumi clan has a unique property to their charka circulatory that is largely unexplored due to the clan's existence outside of the grand 5. Their chakra circulatory system is extremely malleable, able to stretch over extremely large distances. Due to this, the clan members are able to retain control of their body parts for up to [Stamina] meters away from their body, even if those body parts have been severed. When any blade meets their skin they separate and they can levitate these parts using their malleable chakra circulatory system expending stamina. This takes the control stat to accomplish and they can raise it inherently.

Prerequisite: 10 Control
By channeling a small amount of chakra to through a limb they can cause it to separate without need of outside forces with a degree of speed. There are multiple applications that this technique can be used for and does not require the hand seals.

Levitates part of their body then they bring it forth between them and the opponent's target to cause the attack to cushion or parry the blow.

The Mitsume clan member forms their body around an opponent trying to strike a target in the attempt to impede it's movement with all their strength.

Often used as a finishing strike, the user will reel their hands back for a finishing blow. They will then strike with one palm inverted over the other into the opponent’s abdomen. The enhanced velocity and momentum of the blow can cause the strike to make the target winded.[(strength+Control)/2]-5.]

Pointing at their opponent like they are holding a pistol they fire their finger nail at the speed they would swing any limb and it can cause it to pierce their target's flesh.

Mitsume user strikes their target within range of their limb control. This will not be capable if the user does not see their target.

Before striking their target they reel their attacking body part back several feet causing added momentum to the blow but with additional spinning during the travel time to add more of an impact to the strike.

The user swings and bursts their body part over a wide area causing a larger impact area than normal or going around an incoming object to hit target true.

The user fires a barrage of their hair pointed straight by chakra at the enemy capable of piercing flesh, the amount of hair is based on what they have at the time but it can be a lot depending on how much hair they are carrying.

The user spins their body mass around the surrounding area assaulting everyone within their range with whatever constitutes as being part of their mass. What makes this technique difficult is having the awareness to coordinate all of which the member may be composed of.

Prerequisite: 25 Control
Levitating their nail above one of their toes or fingers, pointing it at their opponent like they are holding a pistol they fire their finger nail at the speed they would swing any limb spinning like a drill and it can cause it to pierce their target's flesh and home in on a target, they can also continue the blow beyond initial impact for more damage. This more advanced variant can travel through solid ground without any hindrance making a small rope sized tunnel in their wake and also can be used to surprise the enemy.

Prerequisite: 25 Control
The user can seperate and form into a small rope like shape that can travel through small holes bringing along their feet allowing them to travel through the ground or infiltrate even the most fortified fortresses. They can travel at their base speed whilst doing this however they have tunnel vision unless one of their eyes are seperate.

The user spins their body mass around the surrounding area assaulting everyone within their range with whatever constitutes as being part of their mass. What makes this technique difficult is having the awareness to coordinate all of which the member may be composed of. The speed at which they spin will be capable of making a 360 degree shockwave capable of blowing people away.

S-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 40 Control [Perception]
The user spins their body mass around the surrounding area assaulting everyone within their range with whatever constitutes as being part of their mass. What makes this technique difficult is having the awareness to coordinate all of which the member may be composed of. The speed at which they spin will be capable of making a small tornado that persists for X rounds. X = Limb speed /4.

Seems cool but I want to point out that as the clan is not in a major village, you can't base the ability off chakra as no one outside of the 5 major villages can utilize it. If you want to keep it as is I'd recommend trying to join either Kumo or Isa as they have the smallest number of clans.

I appreciate your esteem of the clan and your criticism however regardless of it's synergy with ninjutsu, Control is being treated much like an extra stat here that gives it synergy with other builds. You do not need ninjutsu to make use of this, You could in fact keep gourds of your own hair and use them much like Gaara's sand style as an example, most of these techniques are just blue prints and a path to S.

Honestly though I do not feel it fits in many clans as of this moment. The only ninjutsu shown is the manual seperation technique and also yes, you could connect your parts to other things with something similar to tree walking.

What I meant is the site has a full on ban of anyone outside of the 5 major villages having any chakra use period, whether it's as a ninjutsu or an ability. "they can levitate these parts using their malleable chakra circulatory system" <--- this is not doable as a minor country clan. You'd be able to at most magically separate the body parts but there'd be no way to control them however after they were separated.

My own character has a dormant doujutsu that he can't activate until he's taught chakra for that very reason, even though it's inhereted as a Kekkei Genkai. A minor country nin can't train control, ninjutsu or genjutsu until all the basic Jutsu have been trained.

Also most of your taijutsu are nintaijutsu as they, using the ability, still manipulate the body via chakra.

But have you looked at the requirements for ki sabre? You can't start with it and it's not involving chakra it's a separate energy form from chakra. If you don't believe me post a question in discord. It's why all those other clans had to make their abilities tie into a different stat other than control.

They aren't Ninjutsu though, The only thing that requires chakra usage is manual separation. Levitation and control is like moving your body. You move parts subconsciously like you would an arm, The part of a malleable chakra system, I don't think you understand the intention of that wording. Basically, the chakra circulatory system is like a skeleton in the cannon and I'd assume here as well with the inclusions of clans that require them too be(Hyuuga), Chakra systems and how they work do not inherently have relation to ninjutsu and genjutsu or their intentional usage contrary to belief. You generate chakra in your day to day life sometimes by accident in this world, Even if you use some other pseudo chakra, you still use chakra to like lift boxs. Everyone has a chakra system(Mind you I think one clan doesn't), It's much like an invisible skeleton. Their stretchy skeleton is just how their chakra system is, Unlike all other people theirs is like a big laffy taffy stretchy blob, it just stretches without them trying or thinking when separation happens just their limb will feel numb if they don't have a knack for it. I think the sheer mention of the word chakra has confused you, I could just as easily rename Chakra, Ki or Psionic energy and it be taijutsu by your logic but I appreciate the input but this is not a ninjutsu clan.

Ninjutsu would involve creating a new energy or projecting energy or perhaps commanding the parts through use of Kugetsu, which is not involved here. I get that it doesn't make sense without ninjutsu rules but that is the point, this is a bizarre supernatural ability that is fascinating to people within the world and doesn't make much sense to them or people. Control in meta terms is being treated purely as a somewhat Synch stat like a swarm, Don't get it confused too much and I understand it kind of pigeon holes you to develop perhaps on that control later but hey ho there are worst stat sinks, like Synch stats.

You can say it's ninjutsu though but it isn't, if it was the intention of the clan would be entirely lost. Replace "Chakra" with "invisible strings" and it'll make it a lot easier to understand in your head. In fact, I could easily implement they have Kugetsu connecting them that works from Ki. The main reason I didn't though is I like this wording. I will also put emphasis that, the mention of chakra was purely in reference too the system and the tenketsu. Their is no kneading of chakra involved it's also mentioned simply to make exhaustion from excessive use to make sense as they would not be swinging their parts which would require no exertion which could be broken if not explained in this way so it makes sense it requires stamina for use still.
