Physical Features:

• Face/head: Short back and sides, with platinum coloured messy hair cover the youths head. Below his mop of thick hair is a well defined face with chiselled features which he gets from his dad. Black eyes from his mother that don’t reveal much about him other than the inner fury gently brewing within.
• Body: Athletic, well defined build with very little excess weight. There does not seem to be much fat covering his body.
• Notable Features: Seems to always have a plaster stuck to his right cheek, and his clothes always seem to be weathered and worn out, and so does his face.

Clothing/Accessories: With his mother being a leather worker, she has learned how to work with materials and so, all of Ryotos clothes are custom made by her. His left arm is firstly lined with bandage, to reduce the weight he carries in his pouch but also as a clothing accessory and most importantly in case he actually needs it. He wears a black t-shirt which is finished with white material running along the bottom of it in a ring like fashion. The t-shirt falls onto blue trousers which are supported by a green cord-style belt that has a ninjato, and a kunai holster attached by his right hip. Around the back of the belt, where it lies straight against his back, there is a pouch attached where he keeps all of his other weaponry. All of his trousers seem to have rips in them from usual shinobi wear and tear.

His ninja sandals are also custom made, and so they differ from the norm. They are not the open toe type. They are fully covered and offer better protection for the toes and ankle, vie the numerous extra Velcro style straps.

Over all of this the youth wears a green hooded coat which he can zip from both ends to offer him better access to his weaponry in austere conditions.

Personality: Disliking authority is one of Ryotas main personality features. Growing up in a home which allowed him complete freedom in his early youth caused him to develop an attitude which doesn’t fall in the normal area of shinobi, which follows orders without question. As long as the orders fall within his own agenda, he has no issue. But, when the orders given go against his personal beliefs or own goals, he can kick up a bit of a fuss. Especially when it comes to doing things which he considers a waste of time.

In turn, this attitude has developed into slight arrogance. Sometimes Ryoto has very little consideration for other people, regardless of their rank, status, or age. Speaking to anyone as if they were his equal.

• General: In his down time, Ryoto does enjoy a good meal. Omurice being his favourite dish as it has everything the body needs, and he prides himself on being fit and healthy. And as a result, he keeps a close eye on his diet, however subconscious it is, he is keeping track of it without having to actively think about what he is doing.
• Hopes/Dreams: Currently, his aspirations include becoming more proficient with the use of swords and weaponry, but most importantly mastering Raiton. This leads him to make sure his daily experiences are different, and prevents him from leading that mundane life he so fears.
• Fears: Ryoto still has a lot to explore, he does not seem to fear anything in the village. What he does fear is simply the thought of leading a mundane life. The life which he has witnessed his parents lead, and he will do anything he has to to get away from that kind of life.
• Combat Mentality: Is usually the one to make the first move. He is a strong believer in taking control of the situation, and as a result will do his best to narrate what is going on in any situation.

Ryoto was born into a non-shinobi family. Both his parents worked in a trade, his father being a blacksmith, and his mother being a leatherworker. They lived a simple life, but Ryoto wanted a different life. Shinobi always appealed to him, their lifestyle, what they could do, and especially the fact that every single day for them was different. So as soon as he was able to, he had his parents admit him to the Academy.

Learning quickly was an understatement, the youth learned what his teachers had thrown at him, but he had shown special interest in the use of swords; mainly a ninjato; and the chakra element in which that very country specializes.

Kage Projectile Jutsu
- You don’t need to be so specific about one of the three basic projectiles as you could for example do this with improvised weapons such as rocks and so on. ‘Wave’ I think you mean ‘Weave’, ‘remain for one extra post before they disappear.’ < So they last for one post? It’s not clear. Maybe re-read over this and just think about the wording, it’s structured a little funky. The speed would also be limited to the users control, as they aren't physically thrown before they are created.

Afaik you still need 2-Rank ninpou to get a C-rank tech--so you'll need to drop a couple of purchased stats and buy some techs I'm afraid.

your E rank Taijutsu is definitely too strong for an E rank jutsu. By comparison, this is a C rank archive technique from the "Flawless Aim" archives:

C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The practitioner first launches a projectile at -1 Strength. Then, they launch a second projectile at full Strength, targeting the first projectile. The second projectile ricochets off of the first projectile, capable of changing direction within 360 degrees of the location of the first projectile upon impact. The second projectile is treated as an attack with a -5 Strength penalty.

It throws two projectiles; The first for the sake of the second's redirection and nothing else. You're wanting to throw up to three projectiles at once that can alter their path up to 180 degrees, and not even explaining exactly how they do that. Do they bounce off of something, or are you throwing the projectiles with some kind of a curve or spin? Either way, 180 degrees as an E rank is definitely not gonna fly, the only other jutsu in the archives that's close is yet another C rank that allows you a "slight change to the projectile's trajectory."
