Hyuuga Tsuki
Tsu, Susu

Preserve life above all else

General Information Age: 20
Gender: Female
Height: 166cm
Weight: 60 kg
Physical Features: Tsuki's soft facial features, along pale skin and usually blush dusted cheeks worked in unison to allow drawing attention to her pale eyes. Signature raven Hyuuga hair framed her face and silky strands reached below her waist. Terribly inconvenient for a ninja. She was not tall, and most of her body was hidden under loose-fitting baggy clothing, colored in blue hues. Slender fingers, a slim, long neck, and soft-looking shins were all that was usually visible.

Clothing/Accessories: Baggy, loose-fitting, colored in blue hues clothing. On holidays and occasions, yukatas with the Hyuuga clan emblem.
Picture:
Personality: Timid and reserved, Tsuki usually spoke only if directly addressed. Usually. In no shape or form was she mean or stoic, rather the opposite, she lacked in self-confidence and trusting herself. Just like water, she could be shaped, re-directed and (mis)guided. In truth, Tsuki was selfless, however that posed challenges of its own.

While most of her time is spent in her clan's grounds, Tsuki could be found near forest springs, collecting medicinal herbs, and crafting different ointments to soothe small combat wounds. Each leaf, stem or root is extracted in a careful, meditative and methodical way, with an expressed gratitude under her breath after she leaves the fertile forest areas.

Above all else, she knows very well that as a shinobi, Tsuki is weak and that correlates not only with her combat skills but also with her personality. While exams were passed and she is a chūnin, Tsuki was never assigned a solo mission.
  • General:
  • Hopes/Dreams: To aid others when times are dire, and help others as much as she can.
  • Fears: To become cold-hearted.
  • Combat Mentality:Close combat, inflicting as little wounds as possible.

Abilities and Concentrations
Abilities
Byakugan Doujutsu
Born into the Hyuuga Clan, this shinobi is able to use the Byakugan Doujutsu and its related functions to see the chakra systems of their enemies. This also allows for other effects through the use of techniques related to the Byakugan.
Second Ability
Third Ability
Concentrations
Ninjutsu
Sensory:
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense. For the purpose of the concentration, only Mind's Eye and Empathy take up the concentration slot. Extension types of sensory do not take up a concentration.
Taijutsu
Jyuuken:

Jyuuken, also known as ‘Gentle Fist’ is the NinTaijutsu style the Hyuuga Clan has become notorious for. It’s moves appear like a graceful dance to the naked eye, though some of these moves can be quite deadly. Most strikes are aimed to close the tenketsu of the target’s body, limiting their jutsu use and damaging their chakra network.
Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Acrobatics:
The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Stealth:
The fundamental skill of [Stealth] describes the user’s proficiency in remaining silent, unseen and unnoticed as they go about tasks. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Medicine:
The fundamental skill of [Medicine] describes the user’s mental and physical ability to perform traditional and mainstream medicinal practices. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Close Quarters Combat:
The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiently to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body for example but not limited to, adv kicks, grapples, adv punches, etc.

Genjutsu
Sight:
One of the easier senses to initiate genjutsu with, sight is used by channeling the chakra through the user, through another person, or through an object, to instigate the genjutsu. Common examples of this are eye contact, seeing the hand seals, seeing a specific weapon, or seeing an action. The intend target(s) must place their eyes on the initiator for at least a brief moment to be initiated

Its understood that typically, the harder it is to get someone to look at something, the stronger the genjutsu is. This means that while “seeing the user perform the hand seals” is typically pretty easy to obtain “maintaining eye contact with the user” is much harder to retain, so the latter is likely a much stronger genjutsu, allowing for more strength the longer the eye contact is maintained.

Using sight to initiate genjutsu is one of the more commonplace genjutsu initiators found. Initiating through Sight requires one concentration.
Hearing:
Arguably the easiest sense to use to initiate genjutsu with, hearing is used by channeling chakra through a sound. This can be a sound made by the user, made by a weapon, or made by an ally. Common examples of this are the sound of clapping, whistling, a bell attached to a weapon, or even the sound of an exploding tag going off. The intended target(s) must hear the sound for at least a brief moment to be initiated.

Its understood that typically, the longer a sound lasts, the stronger the genjutsu is. The strongest sound based genjutsu typically require the user to maintain a continuous sound (typically playing some sort of instrument), that preoccupies them to some length. That being said “hearing the user clap their hands” is likely a weaker jutsu than jutsu that require ‘as long as the user continues talking’.

Using sound based genjutsu is the most commonplace genjutsu initiator found. Initiating through Hearing requires one concentration.
Sensor:
The sensor initiator is a very specific one that doesn’t find itself in use by many genjutsu users. The sensor initiator is initiated by the target sensing the users chakra. This is the only way to initiate these type of genjutsu. Due to their very particular use, and the difficulty of proper use, not many genjutsu users will delve into sensor initiated genjutsu.

However, it does fill a sense, and can become very useful in users. Due to the fact that it can only be initiated one way, genjutsu that use the sensor sense to initiate do not take into account the initiator for rank. Initiating through Sensor requires one concentration.

Jutsu
NinjutsuShow
D Rank
~Byakugan: Telescopic Vision
D Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling a small amount of chakra to the Hyuuga's Byakugan, the clan member uses their doujutsu to zoom in like a telescope, allowing them to see much farther away. In doing so, the Hyuuga member is able to see up to 250 meters away as though they were mere feet away. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings. This jutsu can be maintained as long as the Hyuuga channels chakra to their eyes.

By channeling a small amount of chakra to the Hyuuga's Byakugan, the clan member uses their doujutsu to zoom in like a telescope, allowing them to see much farther away. In doing so, the Hyuuga member is able to see up to 500 meters away as though they were mere feet away. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings. This jutsu can be maintained as long as the Hyuuga channels chakra to their eyes.
TaijutsuShow
D rank:
~Jyuuken :: Palm Dance of Divination
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
The fundamental basis of Jyuuken, the user will focus chakra into their hands. For three posts the user is able to inject the chakra within the opponent’s body upon successful contact, dealing damage to the internal structures of the body rather than the external. This has a painful effect on the muscles and blood vessels within the body, causing bruising at the touch.

~Jyuuken :: Palm Guard of Divination
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will guard a strike to them. If this strike is empowered by Ninjutsu of D-rank or lower, it will guard against the effects by the user bursting their own chakra into it. Otherwise the chakra will enter the opponent’s striking appendage and damage their chakra system, causing them to lose 1 control for 4 posts.

~Jyuuken :: White Haze Dance
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will strike harder than usually performed in Jyuuken. While normally the softest touch is enough to inject the chakra to damage the internal structures of the body, this technique is designed to accompany the user's attack with a blast of chakra, throwing those with a [Strength] less than the user's [Control] back 10 meters through the air.

~Jyuuken :: White Haze Dagger
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their hand, the user will skillfully dodge an incoming strike performed with an arm. The user will then strike the place where the bicep and triceps meet on that arm, injecting their chakra between the muscles for a painful effect. The body will then have its strength reduced by 1 for 4 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Twin Striking Palm
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Often used as a finishing strike, the user will charge chakra through their palms before they deliver the blow. They will then strike with one palm inverted over the other into the opponent’s abdomen. The chakra that is injected directly into the opponent’s solar plexus causes significant pain and stands a very large chance of winding the opponent providing their [Strength] does not exceed the user’s [Control]-5.
C rank:
~Jyuuken :: Pricking Lock
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Used as a method of immobilizing an opponent, the user will charge chakra into their hands before wrapping their free hand around their opponent's arms locking it in place before striking with the charged hand injecting it with chakra straight into the tenketsu temporarily locking their opponent's arm into that position. This move can be resisted if the opponent has more [Control] than the user. This arm lock lasts for 3 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Void Palm Strike
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will thrust their palm toward a target. This technique extends the range of their palm thrust by firing off a shell of chakra in the direction of the palm thrust, moving a speed and strength equal to the user’s [Control] moving up to 25 meters.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs Heavenly Rotation
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra through all the Tenketsu in their body, the user will begin to spin rapidly on the spot. This will cause an orb of chakra to expand from their body at [Control] speed, pushing away incoming projectiles, ninjutsu and people with [Control] strength. This technique can last a total of 2 posts, and the orb expands a maximum of 5 meters.

~Jyuuken :: Twin Lion Fists
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra through their palms, the user covers their palms in casings resembling two roaring lions. For the next four posts, whenever the user strikes an opponent the lions will strike also, closing tenketsu points to cause -3 control for up to 6 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs 32 Palms of the Hand
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Byakugan Active
The weakest form of Jyuuken’s Ougi, this technique combines a sharp mental image with precise strikes. The user first envisions the symbol of the eight trigrams on the ground beneath them to gauge the distance between themselves and the target with the aid of the Byakugan. The master of this technique then channels chakra into their hands and dashes in to engage with the opponent. Using their calculations and precise strikes, the user will then swiftly perform a combination of blows equalling 32 in number; each blow closing a tenketsu point. This technique causes widespread damage to internal tissues, resulting in a lot of pain and damage to the body; while the closed tenketsu reduces the target’s Control by 3 for 6 posts.

History
Historical AccountsShow
It was a cold night when Tsuki was born. Heavy snowflakes fell and covered The Hidden Leaf with a soft white blanket, lulling the village to sleep. One snowflake in particular, by invitation of the brisk wind, slowly danced its way to gracefully land on the now dormant Hyuuga compound garden, joining her icy friends. At the same compound, a child's cry could be heard, as Tsuki was born on a full moon winter night.

Being part of the main branch, the child from young age was required to attend to training lessons in art, crafts, then reading, writing, and ultimately training in the way of the Hyuuga. Being a single-born child, Tsuki made friends with her cousins, but soon child-like games and laughter was replaced with more lessons, curfews, politeness and etiquette trainings. Later in life, Tsuki wondered, how can one feel so alone in a house full of people.

Years went on, and as any other person, she developed an interest of her own. Medicinal herb collection and ointment crafting became the epicenter of her life, as most of her hours where spent in the forest. This allowed Tsuki to be resourceful in her missions, however, she not prominent in any healing jutsu. Once, on her trip to the forest, the girl heard something shuffle in the bushed behind her. Pearly white eyes blinked owlishly, as she masked her chakra and stayed still.

Soon, a deer took a few steps closer and lowered its head to drink from the spring. Tsuki stayed completely still, while her lips parted in awe of the magnificent creature before her... And just as the dreamlike view appeared, it was soon ended, as a kunai slashed into the deer's forehead, and the animal fell to the ground, doe eyes blurring as the last breath of life left it.

Stunned, a muffled sound appeared from the depths of her throat. Tsuki's palms turned to fists, as pools of water formed at the bottom of the ghostly eyes. Standing up, she looked away, and made her way back to the compound, promising the deer that she will protect those, who can't protect themselves.

And on every assignment in the Academy, if she had to make a reference or an example, or even draw something, it was always that one deer that never did anything to harm anyone.

Few quick things before I really get into it.

Could you link the Hyuuga clan page to the last name at the top?

Also, I notice your affinity is Water (Suiton) but you don't have the concentration. Do you plan on training this kind of jutsu, or did you just pick an element. Only reason I ask is because your affinity/specialization can be literally any concentration. So if you plan on training more of a certain type of taijutsu, it might be more beneficial for you to do that. Or if you plan on training more Fuuinjutsu, etc.

Thank you, I have linked the last name to the clan.

I was thinking of training that, and as I understand, in that case, I can't pick affinity and list it if it's not yet trained, right?

Yeah you can pick it, it was just advice in case you planned on training a different concentration more.

So first off, welcome to the site and great start on your app! Lets rip through everything to get it accepted as soon as possible.

1. you listed starter kit, could you just put the contents in the starter kit on your app? (5 kunai, 10 shuriken, 10m of wire , 5 exploding tags, 1 smoke bomb, 1 flash bang)

2. Power rank you put your stat total. Although it's technically not wrong, your power rank would be: C-Rank

3. As far as jutsu goes, you are well over the total amount.

Your main Jyuuken line is already at 74/85. Then with the line of Byakugan based jutsu you are at 112/85

So you just have to cut it down a little bit.

Thank you, I added the specific items, listed the power rank correctly and minimized the jutsus. I noticed, that I reached 60 ryo, my question would be, can I still purchase byakugan that is higher than C-rank as a C-rank ninja?

"You are assigned a total of Ryo based on your starting rank to spend on Jutsu, Equipment and additional Stats. This start up Ryo is lost if it is not used.

Below is the number of Ryo received for each rank:
Genin: 50
Chuunin: 85
Special Jounin: 120
Jounin: 155
Additionally, there are Jutsu rank caps for each rank at registration.
Genin: B-rank
Chuunin: A-rank
Special Jounin & Above: S-rank"

Yes, as a chuunin/c-rank you can get up to A-rank jutsu if you have the starter ryo to cover it.
