Qing has long, white hair that stops at her hips. She typically styles it with side-swept bangs and in a ponytail. Oftentimes she will have the ponytail slung loosely around her neck and over her shoulder, tied by a tan wrap. Qing has large, darkly lined golden yellow eyes. She has red face paint drawn along the bottom lid of her eyes that stretch to her temples in an oblong, half-circular shape; she also has two dots drawn on her forehead just above each eyebrow. Qing has a high, sharp nose and full lips. A tall young woman, Qing has a slender frame with modest breasts and hips. She is slim with very little body fat, though due to her training she has toned legs and torso. Qing has multiple fuuin that have been branded on to her hands, and forearms which are listed in her equipment. She has a large tan hip bag on her left hip.

When it comes to the garbs of war Qing wears, it is not as simple as it may appear. Her top consists of seven layers, beginning with the cloth wrappings to keep her breasts from moving, or rubbing raw on her clothing. On top of this comes a wool padding that has been soaked in a brine to harden it, it has also been marked with Xiao Li's More Power fuuinjutsu, to the point of it having twenty strength, and on top of this is two layers of tanned wolf hide, each marked with the More Power Fuuin Jutsu, to give her even more protection. And on top of this she wears three layers of a thick, mountain wolf fur, each marked with the More Power fuuinjutsu, that goes up her torso in an Asymmetrical fashion, meaning her left arm has no fur on it, however, it does have a Caribou skull acting as a spaulder, which has been marked with the More Power fuuinjutsu, while the sleeve on her right arm extends six inches past her fingers. For even more protection Qing wears leather vambraces on both forearms, which have both been marked with the More Power Fuuinjutsu, however, the one on her left arm has six-inch steel spikes on it to further guard against oncoming weapons. On her right hand is a leather glove that has no covering for the index or pinky finger, leaving the middle and ring finger covered. For her lower body, Qing wears tanned, mountain wolf hide pants which have been marked with Xiao Li's More Power Fuuinjutsu, while on her feet she bares white wool socks and black Tabi boots.

Personality:

Xiao Qing is a very compassionate woman, and her main goal in life is to take care of people. She detests the idea of killing but is not so naive as to believe that it is not required at times. Through living with Xiao Li Qing has learned that there are many bad people in the world and even evil spirits that inhabit their world. Because of this, she has made her life's goal to become a combat medic, even if she has to learn everything on her own. She is not brash, nor is she the most tactical thinking person in the world, but she is always level-headed. She is also very hard working when it comes to any task that she is given, including her training.

Smoke Screen is a unique Fuuinjutsu developed by Xiao Li. Once the seal is activated, whether through air sealing, or the use of a pre-drawn tag, a cloud of smoke created. The smoke covers a 20x20x20m area. The smoke limits the visibility of those inside to 4 meters in any direction and causes coughing and mild irritation to the eyes of those within.

Wind Shear

Wind Shear is a unique Fuuinjutsu developed by Xiao Li. Once the seal is activated, whether through air sealing, or the use of a pre-drawn tag, a blade of wind is created that moves at a speed of ten, and has both a cutting power, and pushing power, of ten. The concave crescent-shaped blade of wind is created directly in front of the seal, and travels ten meters in a straight line before dispersing.

Burning Chains Beta
C-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
Burning Chains Beta is a unique Fuuinjutsu developed by Xiao Li. Once the seal is activated, whether through air sealing, or the use of a pre-drawn tag, four chains made of fire will erupt from the seal, and attempt to lock the target in place. These chains extend up to twelve meters at a speed of ten, and hold the target in place with a strength of ten. These chains are capable of causing second degree burns.

Barrier Beta
C-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
Barrier Beta is a unique Fuuinjutsu developed by Xiao Li. Once the seal is activated, whether through air sealing, or the use of a pre-drawn tag, a two meter tall, by three meter wide, bright blue barrier will form at a speed of ten. The barrier has a strength of ten, and will dissipate after seven posts unless destroyed. The barrier forms up to six in front of the user.

Blazing Shuriken Beta
C-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
Blazing Shuriken Beta is a unique Fuuinjutsu developed by Xiao Li. Once the seal is activated, whether through air sealing, or the use of a pre-drawn tag, five shuriken made of fire will launch in a straight line in front of the user. The shuriken fly with a speed of ten, and hit with a strength of two. These shuriken are capable of causing second degree burns.

B-Rank Augment Fuuinjutsu
More Power is a unique Fuuinjutsu developed by Xiao Li. Once the seal has been applied directly to what is being augmented, through the use of air sealing, a currently active technique will be given an additional twenty strength.

Ninjutsu	Katon Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect. Passive (Ingition)Show Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own. Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement. 1-14 Strength Requirement: First Degree Burns 15-24 Strength Requirement: Second Degree Burns 25-34 Strength Requirement: Third Degree Burns 35+ Strength Requirement: Fourth Degree Burns

The user will do a series of hand seals, then within the next post, snap their fingers. Anyone who hears the snapping will hear an explosion in the distance behind them. This works as an effective distraction, or a scare tactic if properly utilized.

After performing the required hand seals Qing will call "Katon Style! Fireball!" This will cause those who hear her to see her breathe out a large ball of fire from her mouth. This ball of fire "flies" towards the target with a speed of five, though it "dissipates" upon coming in contact with anything. If the fireball does not come into contact with anything within the illusion, the illusion will end after one post, or when Kai'd out of.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the required hand seals Qing will call "Katon Style! Inferno!" This will cause those that hear her to see an inferno manifest two meters around Qing. This Genjutsu lasts for three posts, or until Kai'd out of.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a 1 foot diameter fireball at the opponent. It travels up to 10 meters away at a speed of 6 and a strength of 4.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a copy of themselves out of katon chakra. The clone will be able to move with the stats labelled below, while also exploding with the force of a single exploding tag upon death into a burst of flames. The clone will only last for 3 posts.

History Qing grew up in a very poor home and had never thought that she would ever be given the chance to enter Sunagakure’s shinobi academy. Her mother was a maid, and her father worked odd jobs just so that he could feed his family, and most of the time it was not enough. For most of her childhood Qing slept on the ground with not even a blanket to cover up with. As she grew up she would watch the other kids run and play all day, wishing that she could be among them, however, more often than not she was helping her mother clean houses for the shinobi that lived around them. It was through helping her mother clean houses that Qing was able to change her life in a way no one in her family could have imagined.

She and her mother had been cleaning an apartment for a young female Chuunin one early morning when the woman had returned to her house and found Qing there with her mother. At first, Qing had been terrified because she thought that she was going to get her mother in trouble for her being there and very nearly wet herself when the Chuunin had called out to her. The young woman, named Xiao Ning, had asked Qing for her name and was very nice to the scared young girl. After speaking with Qing for a short while the young Chuunin led her to the bathroom, with Qing’s mother’s permission, and allowed Qing to take a hot shower. Ning even allowed Qing’s mother to wash their clothes there at her home. Although Qing did not know it at the time, Xiao Ning had approached her mother, while Qing was in the shower, and proposed a marriage. Xiao Ning wanted Qing to marry her young cousin, Xiao Li, who she had recently become the ward of due to both of his parents being dead.

After that day in the woman’s apartment Qing was allowed to bathe at Xiao Ning’s house three times a week, and even began to get new clothes, something she had never had before. Once she was old enough to enter into Sunagakure’s shinobi academy Qing’s parents finally explained to her how, and why, her life had changed so much. Qing had been placed into an arranged marriage with the cousin of the Chuuin whose house she was allowed to bathe in, and because she was going to be his wife, she was excepted to be a cultured, and shinobi trained woman. Even though she did her absolute best while in the academy Qing was always in the bottom of her class, though she never failed in any aspect of the class. Once she graduated Xiao Ning, the woman who had acted as Qing’s benefactor for most of her life had contacted her and told Qing that she would be moving into her apartment permanently. This allowed Xiao Ning to personally look over Qing and her training, as well as teach her how to take care of Xiao Li. This was also the first time that she had been allowed to meet Li, though he never remained in the apartment for long.

Whenever Li was within the village he would allow Qing to accompany him everywhere that he went, and always treated her with the utmost respect, though he never appeared to have any romantic feelings towards her. Despite the years of being with Xiao Li, and living with Xiao Ning, Qing has been unable to rise in power and is desperately trying to change that fact. Recently she has been doing her best to train as hard as she can in an effort to make Xiao Li really take notice of her, and, hopefully, fall in love with her as she has him.

[Genjutsu • Fireball][/b] <--- More of a clarification question, but 3 posts seems a little long for an illusion that just 'launches' a fireball towards a target and then dissipates once it hits anything. Is the fireball following the target around for 3 posts? Because that may push it to C-Rank since it's an illusion that the taget constantly is going to want to dodge and keep their attention on. Otherwise, if that's not the case, it seems all the target has to do is dodge and then the illusory fireball is just sailing off into the distance for 3 posts. Just seems a bit...pointless at that point to have it last 3 posts.
