  • Face/head: Hei has black onyx eyes that usually look bored, and shaggy. He has long jet-black hair which covers his right eye.
  • Body: Hei is a fairly tall, light-skinned man with a well build body.
  • Notable Features:Hei has a black tattoo representing a space/time ninjutsu on his right arm that he is usually covered by his clothes.
Clothing/Accessories: He wears a long-sleeved purple haori over his normal attire, closed in the front and knitted on the top side and a tight-fitting pants. He also wears a necklace with a silver cross and a black feather scarf on his neck which he regularly uses to cover his mouth.
Personality:
  • General: From a young age, Hei was calm and insightful, showing noticeable maturity for his age and knowledge on how to deal with every situation. As a seven-year-old, his reasoning was on par with a Kage. Having studied history, not just of his clan or his village but of the world, he gained a broader appreciation of what was important. Learning so much enabled him to understand how events of the past came to happen and when he applied that same understanding into the future, he became concerned about where things were going. At the same time, Hei was still fairly naïve as a child in many real-world scenarios and as such was willing to learn from his peers on how to differentiate situations. He lived at a distance, observing individuals and ideas without getting directly involved so that he could fully understand them.
  • Hopes/Dreams: His dreams are to become one of the strongest and learn as many space/time ninjutsu as he can in hope that he will never let anyone else die as long as he lives. He also has a goal to become the leader of his clan and wants to keep his people and there secrets safe.
  • Fears: His only fear is a failure to protect the people he cared for even with all his abilities. He does not want to lose any more people than he already had.
  • Combat Mentality:Hei always carefully analyze the situation first before taking any actions. Keeping his comrades out of harms way is one of the priorities he has in battle. He usually keeps his distance and attack offensively when he sees an opening

Katon:
Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.
Passive (Ignition)Show
Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all Katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread the fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank Katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from Katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual Jutsu.

Raiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.
Passive (Shocking)Show
Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes its effect to be diffuse upon impact. Inorganic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the Jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a Jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement.

Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength futon wall, they would get cuts on their hand-applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton Jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create a devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a 1-foot diameter fireball at the opponent. It travels up to 10 meters away at a speed of 6 and a strength of 4.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a cone that is up to five meters long and three meters wide at its base. The cone travels at a speed of 6 and pushes with a strength of 4.

D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a copy of themselves out of Katon chakra. The clone will be able to move with the stats labeled below, while also exploding with the force of a single exploding tag upon death into a burst of flames. The clone will only last for 3 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will puff their chest before spitting out a torrent of 15 individual fireballs, each 2-centimeter diameter. The fireballs are shot for up to 10 meters away at a speed of 9 and a strength of 1.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user performs a series of hand seals, breathing in deep before expelling a small ball of flame in front of them. After doing so, the user will produce 10 shurikens, tossing them into the flames to engulf them with fire. The shuriken will then fire off towards a target with 7 speed, impacting with 3 strength and inflicting burns on contact. The flames fade from the shuriken after contact, the Jutsu traveling for a max of 20 meters.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will coat one of their hairs in chakra. Once this has been done, they will place it on their target. The user can track the exact location of the strand of hair for up to 7 meters. For up to twenty meters out, the user can track a rough location. From then out to 100 meters, the user just gets a general idea of where the opponent is. The chakra in the hair will dissipate at the end of 6 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user causes a thin 3x3 meter flat barrier to form directly in front of them at a speed of 5. This barrier can take a hit of up to 5 strength before shattering, otherwise, it lasts for 3 posts.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
The base technique for summoning, the Spiritualism Technique allows users to bring forth their summons to fight on their behalf. Once an agreement has been made between the user and their summon, they will be able to use this technique to call upon it at any time unless stated otherwise. The chakra used for this technique varies, as it is dependent on the size and rank of what is being summoned. Once it has been summoned, the user will experience a constant drain on their chakra for as long as the summon is in place. This drain is also dependent on the size and rank of the summon.

D-Rank Taijutsu Stance
The Fukusha will pair their feet in an L stance, and have a casual movement to them despite their mind being on edge. This stance is typically used to lull opponents into thinking the user is relaxed as their feet are paired shoulder-width apart, and knees slightly bent for immediate leverage when needed. While moving the user will typically keep their body on edge as if to react out of instinct to dodge, parry, or block any incoming attacks. In this stance, the users keep their torso up straight.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The user will intercept an incoming strike aimed for them, and divert it to the side opposite of the hand they're using to divert. As they attempt to move the opponent around them they will raise their arm on the side they're directing the opponent, and jab a strong elbow to that person's head as an attempt to disorient or land a sturdy face blow. While rudimentary it is still a strong strike as its compatible with most incoming attacks of the physical nature.

C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
As an opponent swings in with a weapon, the user will sidestep the attack as they step in quickly to hold the weapon down on its safe end and batter at the opponent's hand attempting to twist and rip the weapon away from the opponent. As the user rips the weapon away they'll then transition from battering the opponent's hands into an elbow to the opponent's face.

Hei was born as the middle child of a family of known assassins, the Black Flash. Showing great promise from birth, Killua followed the traditional Black Flash training, which was imparted to him by Ray and Kai. He had already mastered many killing techniques at a tender age and was set to be one of the best assassins the family had ever produced. At the age of three, he started training in tailing that routinely put his life at risk.

Hei father was a very well-reputed individual. But he lost his family before he turned 10.

He was once-in-a-generation talent and proved himself in the academy and then in the field quickly climbing up the Spy ranks and became an official Spy when he was no older than 14.

Due to his early losses and the nature of his father’s death, he always kept to himself and prioritized duty over everything.

His team was sent to war where he fought alongside his team members and opened up to them a little bit but he lost his recently made friend. He returned with a gift from his late friend and a curse with a lot of grief.

It wasn’t over for him though as he lost his other teammate and his captain and mentor in a short period of time. The number of losses finally broke him, he once again closed himself from the outside world and lost any motivation towards life.

Until...

He came across some new friends. he was made to work with them. Initially, he was as unapproachable and stoic as usual but they opened him up and gave him new drive and motivation.

He was there for them as they were for him. Though he had one last test to face as his more favored friend of the 3 ran away and became rogue. A lot of things happened, he almost died during an enemy invasion, he got the chance to meet his rogue friend again and settle things which he could not due to reasons, he even found out that his late friend had survived and manipulated him then killed the friends he made later on, and in the end, He had to seal his best friend once and for all.

Hey noticed you are missing the history section on your application. If you could fill out a few bits about his birth, childhood and anything else noteworthy in his life up until this point. I strongly suggest reading your clan's history if you haven't done so already so you get an idea of what kind of upbringing he may have had.
