- Face/head: Kira's face resembles that of an ordinary young female Fukusha. Her eyes are the classic black void color with no hint of light or glitter. Long slick dark hair that extends across her upper back, very common within the Fukusha clan which seems to have no change in tone as the years go by and the iconic pale skin. Although the Fukusha's natural physical feature tend to look dark and ominous to most, this is far from Kira's personality showing more warmth and hospitality than most other in her society.
- Body: Kira has an average physical build of a girl in approaching her late teenage years. Not overwhelming, she possesses a simple body figure appropriate for her career. She keeps herself in a disciplined condition to maintain her body's physique and her preferred fighting style, not too muscular that it would hinder her speed and not too slender that would hinder strength. She's in a good fighting condition and flower that has yet to fully blossom.
- Notable Features:Kira currently has no notable features apart those that come naturally from her bloodline.
Clothing/Accessories: Kira’s attire represent that of the modern ninja, keeping a color palate that contains deep tone colors such as crimson, black and dark shades of grey. She usually wears a black jacket with a zipper over her red sleeveless qipao. This jackets bears the Fukusha clan’s emblem on it’s back painted in white to contrast with the rest of the jacket’s color pallete. She also attire’s herself black shorts that cover halfway through her thighs and elevated boots too finish her get up. She also carries a black belted pouch made of some artificial cloth with a matte like finish that she keeps strapped across her hips where she keeps her ninja tools stored.
Personality: Kira is a young woman with a strong will and a very outgoing personality in contrast to her very silent and emotionally isolated twin sister. She's a person the thrives on the idea of getting to know the people around as in her mind it will only expand her knowledge and gives her the opportunity to encounter new experiences. As someone that wants to become a future leader of the Fukusha clan she finds socializing as a very importing necessity to both get to know the people that coexist with her village and to make lasting tides for the future of her clan as much as for herself. She tends to be kind and respectful to those around however she might be sometime a bit stubborn from time to time and her tomboyish personality may make appear to some as troublemaker.
Kira has dream of becoming a powerful ninja to protect both Iwagakure and her clan, as well as becoming one of the clan's greatest representatives and/or leaders, hoping to be able to guide the Fukusha clan into a great and prosperous future where it thrive and live harmoniously throughout these great lands. Considering hardships to be the catalyst of greatness there's no task to big or small for her. She will take challenges head on without looking back.
Kira however isn't without her faults. She has a fear of losing comrade or someone dear to her in battle even though she knows all to well that in her line of work that scenario is not far from the norm. She doesn't take her own failures lightly and pushes herself sometimes to brink of exhaustion if need be to reach her goal. She also has an irrational fear and disgust towards toads and frogs, preferring not to deal with them unless there's no other option is presented to her.
Within combat Kira often shows herself to be a very confident fighter, usually not showing initial signs of fear towards her foes and she seem to varies in combat depending on the flow of battle. Although she prefers to remain in close proximity to her opponent she's prepared to make adjustments if need be mid-combat. She has preference toward ninjutsu, often showing her clan's classic fire orientated jutsus into the fray.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling a thin stream of flames up to 15 meters away at a speed of 10. Either at 15 meters, or if the stream makes impact with anything, the stream will erupt into a spherical C-Rank explosion, scattering flames over everything within a 5 meter radius from the point of impact.

The Fukusha will pair their feet in an L stance, and have a casual movement to them despite their mind being on edge. This stance is typically used to lull opponents into thinking the user is relaxed as their feet are paired shoulder width apart, and knees slightly bent for immediate leverage when needed. While moving the user will typically keep their body on edge as if to react out of instinct to dodge, parry, or block any incoming attacks. In this stance the user's keep their torso up straight.

When fighting in close quarters with an opponent, the user will jut an open palm strike at their opponent's nose attempting to disorient the target before spinning quickly on their back heel as they raise their opposite leg high in the air. They will aim to strike and cradle their opponent's head down towards the ground. This move can prove fruitful for creating a wide opening on an opponent as its goal is to disorient, and then bring their opponent's down onto the ground with a strong kick.

When the user is fighting upclose and personal, they will waive their off hand in the face of their opponent as a distraction while their other hand will perform an underhanded palm strike to the chest. This strike aims to wind them with a blow to the sternum which can create useful openings.

The user will intercept an incoming strike aimed for them, and divert it to the side opposite of the hand they're using to divert. While rudimentary it is still a strong strike as its compatible with most incoming attacks of the physical nature.

When the user pulls the opponent in they'll usher a chop to the opponent's neck to cause them to gag and stun them. After stunning their opponent the user will then force the opponent down into the ground forcing their arm behind their back in a lock.

Birth of the Sun & MoonShow
It was cold snowy night in Iwagakure. The harvest has come to a full halt, the birds have retreated themselves into refuge, the clouds covering the stars as they weep their white plums of frozen water that covered the stone biome land below and only a faint glimmer of the Moon's gentle shine pierces the heavens to illuminate the village hidden by the rocks. Within a hospital, a group of nurse rummage about looking for warm water, painkillers and medical utensils, a village doctor assisting a woman bring new life into this world. He hair long a dark, frizzled up from the stress of constant contracting and a man waiting to become a father. After hours of hardship, finally the first offspring is born, a girl that later was given the name of Io by her father. Seventeen minutes after a second child is welcome to this world named Kira by her mother. It was a joyful event for the this Fukusha family, welcoming not one but two girls into their nomadic clan.
Weeks after many of the clan would arrange a party to welcome the girls into their beloved tribe. Smiles and laughs were shared, even the blessings of the elders that always greeted the new members of their clan. In a great bonfire that was built in the center of a stone founded plaza the villagers began to singe items and artifacts into the flame, among them were wooden utensils as a show of great virtue and prosperity for the newcomers. The bonfire grew brighter as the gifts would feed its vigor. It looked almost as small Sun had been born on this earth, shining its warm light up to the stars where the Moon would happily accept its comforting aura as the night passed.
Kira grew up with a childhood that was ordinary for those born within the Fukusha bloodline, she learned the ways of her nomadic and its people and as soon as she became five, she began training alongside her sister Io in the ways of the shinobi. In world filled with diversity the fate of differentiating societies is bound to collide. The sad nature of this collision forces one of the societies to swallow, to consume, to dominate over the other. This phenomenon breeds the creation of hate, disgust and prejudice. In result the loss of life is common conclusion to these skirmishes, families broken, bloodlines ended, and legacies vanish. This was all true decades ago in the past events that pinned the shinobi of Iwagakure against the people Fukusha in their time of desperation. A great calamity that resulted in a sour union of both the societies after the sacrifice of Fukusha head in this time. The elders that still remember this day still hold distaste and grudges over the people of Fukusha. However, in this new generation, a young Fukusha girl is oblivious to this hate. She wonders her clan's piece of land without a care in the world. Every now and then she can be seen imitating shinobi maneuvers most likely those that she drills under her father's supervision.
This morning stroll would come to halt as she heard ahead. A small group of children, have circle around a girl with long black hair and dark eyes, a Fukusha young-ling. One that she knew very well. The other children surrounding this frighten creature were pushing her from side to side and others kicking dirt on to her. But there was one word that resonated among them as they hurdled around her. "Witch"... Kira, despite the numbers disadvantage, would instinctively come to aid of young girl. Bursting in with a determined look on her face as shoved the ringleader of this group, a boy most likely nearing the age of ten, against those behind baking him, causing them stumble to tumble onto the floor. All the while as the other saw this spectacle happen, Kira would place herself in the defense of young girl, wrapping her around her shoulder. She would loudly scream at them "Leave my sister alone you jerks!". The boys would recover from their fall, rubbing their heads as to attempt to brush of the impact of the fall. "Oh. Should've minder your own business." The leader of this group would say, irritated and insulted by the fact that he was pushed down in front of everyone by this meddler. "Look guys, the witch has cast a spell to make herself two." He would reach over and grab Kira by her hair, pulling her closer and clenching his fist as winded it up prepare to punch the little right in her nose. "I guess my daddy was right. Imma have to teach all of you Fukusha your place." The boy would chuckle, tightening his fist ready to land a blow at the heroic 6-year-old Kira. All of the sudden a small rock struck the left cheek of the boy's face causing him to flinch and let go of Kira as various other rock would follow suit, striking the boys all over them. With this distraction Kira would return in defense of twin sister, taking her by the hand fleeing together from the scene. She would look back to see if the other where following them. To her surprise their attention was diverted to another boy. He was also slightly older than kira, white hair and dark skin. He was holding a few rocks in his hands. He must've been the one threw those at them but right now her sister was the priority, so they continue running until they reach close enough to their home for them to take a slight breather.
As they came to stop, both their hearts raising as they drew breaths quickly as they recovered from constant running. Kira would turn to Io and asked "Are you ok? Are you hurt?!" Io responded with a slight shake of her head. Silent as ever she was a girl of few words. "Good." When they arrived at their home their mother ran quickly at her children at the sight of Io's condition. She light bruises on her shoulders and dirt all over her dark blue kimono. "What happened to you Io? Her mother asked ever so worried. As the girls explained what happened to both of her parents, their father became enraged. It was obvious to him by the way that Kira had described these children that they weren't members of the clan. How dare they do this to his beautiful girls. "Those Iwa bastard children aren't going to get away with this. Wait until I get a hold of them, I'm going to..." The father rambled enraged before being cut off by his was "Ohma, please keep it down. We should have a talk to the guardians of these children about their conduct." She said trying to calm down her spouse. "Talk to their parents?! Asuna, it's their parents that led to this incident in the first place. These people are instilling a superiority complex on their children and it was shown to light on our daughters." He said as he turned his back on his wife, unable to contain his frustration.
Meanwhile, sitting at the edge of the porch listening to her parent discuss the issue, was Kira. She was to her sister's dirty clothes as she took a shower to wash away the of her body. The kimono now being put to dry on a wire that was tied on each end by a wooden post, letting their clothes dry off by the bight the night's breeze. Soon she would hear steps approaching behind her and she would quickly turn around to face whoever was nearing her. Surprisingly it was the white hair boy that had thrown the stones at their harassers. She would instinctively step from him, fearing that he may be here to continue where the others left of. Seeing that she was being defensive about his approach he would take a step back. "Hey. I'm sorry for startling you. I'm not here to bully you or anything. I wanted to see if you two made it out ok?." The boy said showing actual concern for her and her sister. "Yes. Me and my sister made it out ok. Where you he one that threw those rocks at those ugly trolls?" She asked as her voice and body language would slowly modulate as she regains her composer. "Yeah. Hibiki is a jerk who thinks he's better than everyone. I couldn't let him get away with how he was treating your sister. That butt-head had it coming." He said. Kira would giggle a bit at the sound of the word "butt-head". "Thank you for helping me and my sister. I'm very grateful. Hey, what's your name?" She asked a smile on her face. "Oh yeah, sorry. My name is..." Before he could properly introduce himself Ohma, Kira's father, would abruptly throw a shuriken at ground between the boy's feet, startling both of them. "Get away from my daughter if you want to keep breathing you Iwa runt!" He said furiously trying to protect his daughter. "Yikes!" The boy would say as he turn around and ran back home. After this event Kira was convinced that not everyone was like those bullies. It was just unfortunate that she couldn't learn the boy’s name but she will never forget his valor and she will make sure that next time she can protect herself all on her own and those close to her.

The father rambled enraged before being cut off by his was "Ohma, please keep it down. We should have a talk to the guardians of these children about their conduct." She said trying to calm down her spouse. "Talk to their parents?! Asuna, it's their parents that led to this incident in the first place. These people are instilling a superiority complex on their children and it was shown to light on our daughters." He said as he turned his back on his wife, unable to contain his frustration.
Meanwhile, sitting at the edge of the porch listening to her parent discuss the issue, was Kira. She was to her sister's dirty clothes as she took a shower to wash away the of her body. The kimono now being put to dry on a wire that was tied on each end by a wooden post, letting their clothes dry off by the bight the night's breeze. Soon she would hear steps approaching behind her and she would quickly turn around to face whoever was nearing her. Surprisingly it was the white hair boy that had thrown the stones at their harassers. She would instinctively step from him, fearing that he may be here to continue where the others left of. Seeing that she was being defensive about his approach he would take a step back. "Hey. I'm sorry for startling you. I'm not here to bully you or anything. I wanted to see if you two made it out ok?." The boy said showing actual concern for her and her sister. "Yes. Me and my sister made it out ok. Where you he one that threw those rocks at those ugly trolls?" She asked as her voice and body language would slowly modulate as she regains her composer. "Yeah. Hibiki is a jerk who thinks he's better than everyone. I couldn't let him get away with how he was treating your sister. That butt-head had it coming." He said. Kira would giggle a bit at the sound of the word "butt-head". "Thank you for helping me and my sister. I'm very grateful. Hey, what's your name?" She asked a smile on her face. "Oh yeah, sorry. My name is..." Before he could properly introduce himself Ohma, Kira's father, would abruptly throw a shuriken at ground between the boy's feet, startling both of them. "Get away from my daughter if you want to keep breathing you Iwa runt!" He said furiously trying to protect his daughter. "Yikes!" The boy would say as he turn around and ran back home. After this event Kira was convinced that not everyone was like those bullies. It was just unfortunate that she couldn't learn the boy’s name but she will never forget his valor and she will make sure that next time she can protect herself all on her own and those close to her.

Both Kira and Io attended Iwagakure's shinobi academy at the age of ten. In these years within the academy, both showed amazing abilities as a shinobi. It was also in this time interval that Kira learned that in Iwa there are good people, not all of them where cruel. That boy she met those 4 years ago was her first indication that in this village, in this world, there are all kinds of people. She just wished that her father could see it that way too. He'd never truly moved on from that happened that day and her sister had grown to be quite the introvert. Hardly ever showing signs of emotion. Although she was always the quiet one among the two, Kira always wondered whether or not she was affected in a deeper level that she has yet to comprehend.
Despite all of this, Kira grew quite the sociable individual. She had an amazing affinity to katon ninjutsu and her taijutsu was not far behind, showing that Fukusha shinobi standard. Somewhere, halfway through the academy life she and her sister began to see each other as competition, making it hard for them to work together, having the instructors write on their notes "Do not pair the twins in the same squad." but it did wonders on their evaluations.
They soon graduated from the shinobi academy and were given their ninja headbands for their ceremony. However, they didn't wear their headbands at their ceremony, causing some of the other ninja's parents to feel somewhat insulted, seeing them as if they thought they were above them, whispering "Why aren't they wearing their bands?" "They must think their better than our kids?" "Typical Fukusha." but they ignored all this and bowed like everyone else at the end of the ceremony. At home, with the rest of the clan, they had their own ceremony, where the Elder leader presented them as the future Fukusha genin that would represent their clan with this new generation. With the blessings and prophecies of their elders, their parents wrapped their band around her head, Asuna wrapped the band around Kira's head while Ohma around Io's. With this they would symbolize the release of their children into the ninja world. It was a happy occasion and it was a day the Kira wouldn't forget. It was the first time in a while that she had seen her father genuinely smile.
