D-rank:
*Bunshinken • Shadow Step
D-Rank Nintaijutsu Stance
The user channels with breathing flowing in a meditative state, which in turn allows the practitioner to manifest transformative chakra during physical combat. As long as they remain in this Stance's state, they are able to reflexively control this transformative chakra. Projections have a speed/strength of the user's Control. So long as the user has this active, it consumes [-1] Chakra Pool every 5 posts, and each projection, no more than 1 square meters, lasts up to no more than a post, fading away or sinking back into the user's body. Bear in mind that the projections are single-purpose, and cannot do additional things outside of what's described in each Jutsu's descriptions. Although some may look like body parts or a full figure, bear in mind that these projections do one task like other jutsu one may launch at their foes.

*Bunshinken • One-Inch Burst
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
While in Shadow Step, the user strikes a straight punch, and suddenly project a duplicate hand, stretching by no more than an arm's length allowing it to knock against what's contacted with a secondary blunt force of [Control].

*Bunshinken • Dash
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
While in Shadow Step, the user leaps, soaring to the target within [Strength] meters with a flying kick. Until a projection of the user's leg stretches out by a whole leg's length before contact is made with a blunt force of [Control] followed by the user's actual kick.

*Bunshinken • Crafty Blow
D-rank Nintaijutsu Manuever
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
While in Shadow Step, the user will wait for the enemy to attack. The user will appear as if he/she is about to catch it. However, before contact takes hold the user projects their arms and use it to catch the attack instead with [Control] Speed/Strength. The user would then proceed to perform a high kick to the temple.

*Bunshinken • Crafty Throw
D-Rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step, Projectile Weapons Concentration
While in Shadow Step, the user will launch a projectile at the enemy's head. As soon as it reaches within 10 meters from its target, a copy of it will project with [Control] Strength/Speed with an aim towards their abdomen. The difference in their speeds may throw off the opponent's calculations.
C-rank:
*Bunshinken • Manifested Perjury
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step, Sword Weapons Concentration
While in Shadow Step, the user makes a series of slashes aiming for the temple, throat and chest. Upon the second to final slash, which is the throat, a duplicate of the blade begins to emerge going the opposite direction slashing for the opponent's chin with [Control] Strength/Speed. A perception technique of this level would be required to at least detect the hidden attack.

*Bunshinken • The Disrespectful Muff
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
While in Shadow Step, the user fiercely jams their elbow against the opponent's abdomen and rises a back-fist to their face. Chakra shaped to duplicate the user's hand then reaches out and grab the harmed face as with [Control] Strength/Speed. The user uses their strength to drop the arm downwards. What's grappled will follow and force them to fall face-flat to the ground. To conclude the attack, the user would do a powerful stomp on their nape. A perception technique of this level would be required to at least see this coming.

*Bunshinken • Dicey Clash
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step, Sword Weapons Concentration
While in Shadow Step, the user goes on the defense trying to block with palm(s) forward. As soon as there's contact, blades begin to project from the palms with [Control] Strength/Speed. Once unsheathed, the user would dice around ferociously from the inside, followed by a kick to the torso. A perception technique of this level would be required to at least see this coming.

*Bunshinken • Hidden Blow
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
While in Shadow Step, the user takes a step forward and begins performing two attacks with a projection following each of them. The first is a hook punch to the chin. As soon as this makes contact, a projection emerges from the user's elbow and grapples their neck back upright with [Control] Strength/Speed. Immediately, the user goes for an intense uppercut. As soon as this makes contact to further destabilize the target's head, a projection from the user's chest reveals a copy of his arm with [Control] Strength/Speed grabbing and reeling their throat on in for him to perform the final blow: A clean headbutt. A perception technique of this level would be required to at least see the sudden grapples.
B-Rank:
*Bunshinken • Shadowy Phoenix
B-rank Nintaijutsu Stance
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
The next level in the art of Bunshinken, which can in turn perform any techniques its precursor could handle and then-some. They'll gesture twirling the arms until one is high and one is low followed by a surging sensation as they thrust both palms forwards in the shape of a mouth. All movement, from initiation to the end of the duration, will have ghosting afterimages. While in this new stance, now draining [-10] Chakra Pool every 9 posts, the user will experience a Buff in his/her duplicate projections' Speeds by +9 followed by the additional capability to project not one but now up to 3, full-bodied, or up to 5 square meters total, projections. Each manifestation fades away or sinks back into the user's body by the end of the post. Bear in mind that the projections are single-purpose, and cannot do additional things outside of what's described in each Jutsu's descriptions. Although some may look like body parts or a full figure, bear in mind that these projections do one task like other jutsu one may launch at their foes.

*Bunshinken • Shadow Sweep
B-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadowy Phoenix
While in the Shadowy Phoneix Stance, the user takes the moment to counter the enemy's upper body attack. First by blocking them with their forearms. Chakra transformed to look like the user performs a sweep attack at the target's leg with [Control] Strength/Speed. If strong enough to drop them, a second projection would then emerge from out of the back of the first projection, aiming to crush their forearm against their falling target's neck. While holding them down with [Control] Strength/Speed, the actual user would then slam their heel at the enemy's face. A perception technique of this level would be required to at least see the projections' hidden sweep and pinning attempt.
A-rank:
*Bunshinken • Quadruple Dragon Thrust
A-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadowy Phoenix, Sword Weapons Concentration
While in the Shadowy Phoneix Stance, the user takes a short breather before unleashing a flurry of punches to rain on the target's torso and face. What's hard to detect are the two manifested arms added in the mix, commanded upon initiation and cannot be guided after manifestation, projecting from his torso. Even if there's contact made, this is all designed as a facade for even the skillfully perceptive, for this technique will suddenly summon a full-bodied projection, launched within 50 meters should the target move away with good distance, palms forward. Revealed from their palms are a pair of blades, aiming directly for the enemy's torso. All projections carry [Control] Strength/Speed. A perception technique of this rank allows the opponent to at least detect these subtle and swift projections.

First of all, you're being very vague in your stances. They need to specifically state what kind of body positioning you're taking up, much like totem style.

Why is there a random concentration at the top?

Kido Dash <- Just nin

Kido Gloves <- Just nin

Soaring Fist <- Just tai

Power Up! | Rushdown <- Not a discipline and I'm also not entirely sure what's happening here that causes a buff

Power Up! | Zoning <- Not a discipline and I'm also not entirely sure what's happening here that causes a buff

Kido Ball <- Not a discipline and also just nin

Charge <- Still not a discipline

3D Rain <- Just nin and it also doesn't qualify for a debuff

Dodgy Roulette <- Just tai and why does it have a debuff attached?

Thunderstrike <- This is just tai

Kido Flight < Just nin

Tactical Blast <- Just nin

Fistful Aura <- I'm not even sure what this is actually doing but It's most definitely not a stance.

I had to look around to find a style made by others on how one should even approach Nintaijutsu. Figured this would be enough, but I see the theme, as seen with Toushi, would include an initiator of sorts.

So I redid the style with this in mind. But instead of mere chakra projections, they're ninpou transformation projections.

Was told to post again if there was a new fix. That way mods are aware of it.

Fixed.

I'm gonna be honest. I love the general feel of this style, and I think I have an idea about what you're trying to do here, but before I check all this, what is the ultimate theme/strategy/goal you're trying to accomplish with this style? It might just be my fatigue at the moment, but I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out if this is like emulating Noob Saibot from MK or if you're going for another schtick entirely. It'll also make the jutsu easier for me to review/critique since I'll be able to more clearly visualize what you want to do and help you meet that end goal.

Noob Saibot:
Now that I think about it, that is an interesting example to think about. One could see it that way if they so choose. But it's open to anyone's creative direction if they want to make custom techniques, like if they want to focus primarily on the sword or projectile aspect of it.

Theme:
However, being straightforward up top, it's hard for me to really dig and explain beyond what's already there. If I could say it in two words "Transformation Nintaijutsu" and its range of capabilities are the only things that come to mind that encompasses it.

- I'm not sure if this style can work. Clones don't have [control] str/speed. They have the user's stats. The only thing I can suggest is to stop using the word "clone" in some of these techs, such as the ones where it's just a hand or a blade because it's misleading, and say they are just chakra projections that take the shape of xyz

- some of your color codes are a completely different color than you are probably intending, so they're copying as purple rather than the blue that's shown

- *Bunshinken • One-Inch Burst <-- this has a sentence fragment. Remove the period before "allowing" and make it one sentence

- *Bunshinken • Dash <-- why does the range of the kick depend on their control?
Quote:
*Bunshinken • The Disrespectful Muff
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step
While in Shadow Step, in the middle of pummeling the enemy starting out with an elbow to the abdomen, and a rising back-fist to their face, what would follow-through would be a clone of the user's hand grabbing the face as it emerged from the back of the user's fist with [Control] Strength/Speed. And as the user uses their strength to drop the arm downwards, what's grappled will follow. Forcing them to fall face-flat to the ground. Concluding with a powerful stomp on their nape
<--- this has a bunch of sentence fragments which makes it hard to read.
Quote:
*Bunshinken • Dicey Clash
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisites: Bunshinken • Shadow Step, Sword Weapons Concentration
While in Shadow Step, the user would go on the defense trying to block with hand(s) forward. If possible to grip
Awkward wording @ "if possible to grip." Do you mean if the user successfully grabs the opponent? this is also just ninjutsu. it's just a chakra blade coming from his stomach, with a grapple added.

*Bunshinken • Hidden Blow <--- how do you secretly punch someone? remove "secretly" and say something to the effect of "suddenly" or "without warning. " Followed by the final attack hitting them in the nose." is a sentence fragment. Just use a comma and connect it to the previous sentence. Also this is just taijutsu, not nintaijutsu

*Bunshinken • Shadow Sweep <--- clones don't work like this. they have the user's stats. this also isn't nintai. it's just making a clone and the clone attacks in a specific way

*Bunshinken • Substitution Shield <--- same as above, this isn't how clone stats work. this also needs to use one of the two of the substitutions/teleports that you get per thread. Also clone + teleport combo is A rank minimum. This also is just ninjutsu. All the other stuff about him fighting within 30 meters isn't part of the actual tech, it's just fluff to say you'll fight in a specific way after using a ninjutsu

*Bunshinken • Triple Dragon Rush <--- clone stats don't work like this. making multiple shadow clones like this is S rank

- For the techniques that use actual clones, unless you can explain how they are different than shadow clones they are all A rank minimum because they're reading as shadow clones

Confirmed further that they're projections not clones. Like projectile jutsu they have one job, just with an appearance to give an illusion. No thoughts in them.
