  • Face/head: Oval and framed with deep silk threads of raven black hair, Mibuse face and head takes on a style all their own. His hair hangs just below his chin slightly above his shoulders and his face remains hidden beneath a navy blue cloth mask and a black mask which is donned over the lower half of his face covering the lower portion of the skull/head.
  • Body: Mibuse is lean from a decade of Shinobi training. He is afforded a healthy physique while remaining slim.

    Clothing/Accessories: Mibuse wears the standard outfit for most normal Jounin; Navy blue pants and long sleeved shirt, fingerless gloves, open toed sandals, leaf Green flak vest and forehead protector. This outfit is fitted with two pouches sectioned off into fourths allowing him to store up to eight items within it comfortably.

    Personality: Mibuse holds above all else; one of the most violent, aggressive personalities in all of Konohagakure. Known well before his time serving as a ninja for brawling with others and serving a lengthy stretch of time in Jail then Prison for such conduct, he has been identified by his nickname on more than once occasion: Shadow Reaper, he who strikes all. When not roused to anger, however, Mibuse is highly intelligent and known to problem solve.

    Unique Chakra property:
    Mibuse's chakra is unique in that it passively heals him resulting in a permanent -5 to his Endurance, granting him a form of regeneration mentioned Here.
    Second Ability: Mibuse has Adamantium like threads within his body that may be used offensively or defensively, medically or supplementary to any of his useable techniques and jutsu without requiring a Concentration. These threads are a deep Emerald green and are known as Reaper's Will.Not unlike a Kekkei Genkai, the threads are a direct result of Mibuse's unique Chakra and exist in tandem with his chakra circulatory system, able to be projected from any point on his body up to [Control] meters at [Control] strength and speed. A form of Iijutsu may be used reliant upon the threads in order to stitch himself together or to detatch limbs in order to extend his range up to [control] meters when applicable.

    Katon Affinity
    A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.

    Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

    Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual jutsu.

    A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.

    Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

    Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the Strength stat range they fall into.

    The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiency to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body, for example but not limited to, advanced kicks, grapples, advanced punches, etc.
    Medicine:
    The fundamental skill of [Medicine] describes the user’s mental and physical ability to perform traditional and mainstream medicinal practices. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
    Perception:
    The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
    Stealth:
    The fundamental skill of [Stealth] describes the user’s proficiency in remaining silent, unseen and unnoticed as they go about tasks. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

    After completing a set of handseals, the user forms a slight chakra 'body', thus creating a single, massless clone. The clone created from this technique is very basic and will dissipate when hit with anything. These clones do not possess vital signs or a unique chakra signature, meaning they don't disrupt the environment, and anything on their person is superficial. The clone has 1 in each stat. They are limited to basic movements.

    D-Ranked Ninjutsu
    After completing the needed handseals, the user of this technique will be able to alter their physical appearance to match that of another person. By consistently emitting chakra throughout their body, the user is able to keep their appearance adjusted at the cost of their Chakra Pool draining over time. As this technique is quite strenuous to uphold, experienced shinobi may see more clearly through this delusive disguise. This technique lasts for a number of posts equal to that of the user's (Chakra Pool/2).

    A jutsu used with the purpose of activating seals and a range of devices and weapons, this technique begins with a single handseal. Once this has been performed, the user will focus a dollop of their chakra into what they are looking to activate in order to complete the task. Seals activated with this technique must be within 10 meters of the user's position.

    D-Ranked Ninjutsu
    By focusing chakra into his/her feet, the user is able to walk up trees and other vertical surfaces in a similar fashion to walking along the ground. This chakra amount must be precise, and although all shinobi learn this technique, the user's control stat will determine how well this jutsu can be executed. Users with low control 2 or lower will often fall during the use of this technique, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's Chakra Pool.

    *[Basic Jutsu • Act of Water Surface Walking]
    D-Ranked Ninjutsu
    A variation of the Act of Tree Climbing technique, this jutsu requires the user to focus a precise and balanced amount of charka into the soles of his/her feet. By doing so, the user is able to walk on the surface of water as though it were a solid surface. Users with low control 2 or lower are much more likely to fall through the surface of the water, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's Chakra Pool.

    A rather simple technique that allows the user to escape from a genjutsu. The user will form a single ram seal and focus to reset their chakra system to purge themselves of foreign chakra. The stat requirements for this technique can be found in the genjutsu rules.

    *[Basic Jutsu • Change of Body Stance Technique]
    D-Ranked Ninjutsu
    After completing the necessary handseals, the user is able to quickly substitute his/her body with a nearby object that is at least 2/3rds his/her size, but no bigger than their body. This substitution allows the object to take the force of the attack that was meant for the user, additionally allowing the user to create distance between him/her and the opponent. The object used in this jutsu may not be objects that are imbued with chakra or controlled by it, and they may also only be single, solid objects within a 10 meter radius of the user. This technique may only be used a total of one time in a single thread, give or take how many times Shunshin no Jutsu has already been used.

    After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a 1 foot diameter fireball at the opponent. It travels up to 10 meters away at [Control] speed and strength.

    After performing the correct hand seals the user will exhale a small ball of flame directly in front of them. The ball lights up the surrounding area in a 10 meter radius and requires Strength greater than [Control] to destroy. Unless destroyed, it will stay locked in it's location for 5 posts before fading.

    After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a cone that is up to five meters long and three meters wide at it's base. The cone travels at a speed equal to [Control] and impacts with a strength equal to [Control].

    After performing the correct hand seals, the user runs their hands alongside a potential fuel, once they take their fingers off everything the ran their hand over will ignite, the flame burning at [Control] Strength. Potentially useful in avoiding wildfires, having fueles for a fire used against them.

    By channeling katon chakra into a metal weapon or blade, the user will cause it to grow hotter and cover the blade in flames. The imbued weapon will be able to carve through defenses of [Control] or less strength with ease.

    After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a copy of themselves out of katon chakra. The clone has stats equal to the user, and is capable of using Katon Jutsu. The clone will only last for 3 posts.

    By channeling katon chakra into their body, the user will release a burst of flame around their entire body, coming outwards from them. This sphere of roiling fire pushes outward with [Control speed and impacts whatever it touches with [Control] strength, the sphere extending roughly 25 meters in radius from the user's body.

    After performing the correct hand seals, the user will puff their chest before spitting out a torrent of 15 individual fireballs, each 2 centimeter diameter. The fireballs are shot for up to 10 meters away at a speed and strength equal to [Control].

    By channeling katon chakra into any item, the user will turn it into a ticking time bomb. Either when 3 posts are up or when activated through the use of Chakra Kai, the object will explode, releasing all the katon chakra in it in a [Control strength explosion and scattering flames in the immediate area.

    After the correct hand seals are performed, the user coats themselves in a thick layer of lightning. This armour of lightning forms near instantly and requires [Control] Strength to break. During this time, the user's physical strikes apply the Raiton shocking effect.

    After performing the correct hand seals the user will extend two fingers toward a target. A bolt of lightning will jump up to 10 meters from their fingers at [Control] Speed and Strength.

    After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat a weapon they are holding in Raiton electricity for 5 posts. This causes the shock effect to be produced on any contact with a target, while also granting blunt weapons the ability to cut through skin to produce shallow wounds. This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

    After performing the correct hand seals, the user will channel Raiton chakra to two of their fingers. They will then be able to fire up to three total bullet sized balls of concentrated lightning from their fingertips. These bullets will travel at [Control] speed, but will not have any physical force. Instead, they will apply light electrical burns similar to a sun burn and will apply Raiton's shocking effect.

    After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a 1 meter long rod of lightning in their hand at [Control] Speed. They are then able to launch it at their Strength in a single direction. Upon contact the spear will explode with [Control] Strength. If it has not been launched by the end of the second post it will dissipate.

    This style focuses on being overall more physically powerful than your opponent. Users attempt to overwhelm defenses with great speed and strength while chipping away at their opponent’s endurance and keeping their own at the highest possible. Most attacks are simple in execution but extremely powerful in effect, causing battles of attrition to be in their favor.

    A neutral stance taken by even entry level practitioners. This stance involves turning your body to be perpendicular to your opponent. One foot is rested directly in front of the other with just the toes in contact with the ground. A hand is held back while the other is forward, pointing up. This stance provides ease of dodging incoming blows by using the least amount of motion possible while still being ready to launch into an attack.

    A simple sweeping kick aimed low to knock the opponent off balance.

    In this technique, the user builds momentum and speed in order to bridge the gap between themselves and a distanced target. After covering an appropriate distance, the user then lets loose a form of distraction, like a thrown object, in order to misdirect the target's attention. The user then leaps with their momentum, delivering a strong kick to bridge the rest of the distance.

    Because distances tend to become the problem in most taijutsu, the practitioner will advance with every strike. This creates a tempo of advancement that is designed to wear down their opponent through ever pressing strikes, giving little chance for escape or recovery.

    When fighting in close quarters it becomes difficult to generate energy for full powered strikes. Practitioners have learned how to explode force from every muscle with minimal energy wasted and space needed. Every strike done by the practitioner has the potential to be at full strength, so long as they have at least one inch of movement.

    Prerequisite: *[Strong Fist Style • Balance]
    The user will tense the muscles in their lower body to a great degree. Doing so causes them to briefly become immobile but creates an enormous amount of pent up energy. By bringing their back leg forward in a straight kick they release all of this energy in a single explosive burst that will knock a kicked foe back a number of meters equal to the difference in their strength and the practitioner's.

    *[Strong Fist Style • Great Leaf Whirlwind]
    C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    A combination attack started by the user unleashing a powerful kick to the side of their opponent. They will then place themselves behind the target and unleash a quick flurry of punches before kicking another side and repeating the process. This process can keep going ad infinitum or until the practitioner disengages.

    C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    An attack that is slow to wind up but powerful in execution. The adept tenses every muscle in their shoulders and arms while twisting their core for a powerful strike. For the 1/4 post they spend winding up they're treated as having a -6 speed. However, when the strike is released it comes at a +6 strength.

    C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    A kick meant to disrupt the opponent that can be launched from nearly any position. This kick is delivered quickly with +6 Speed but with -6 Strength and is aimed at any possible opening and extremely difficult to defend against, quickening the tempo the practitioner is keeping.

    C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    An often difficult attack to accomplish but good for setting up a string of further attacks. The user will sweep low, attempting to kick their target's feet from beneath them. Before they fall, a second kick will attempt to launch them airborne a number of meters equal to the difference in the practitioner's strength from their target.

    *[Strong Fist Style • Leaf's Flashing Might]
    B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    Requiring a full post of charge time the user tenses their entire body in preparation, becoming immobile. During this time they will look for their direct path and position themselves with their fist pointed forward. At the end of the post they will release all of this pent up energy with extreme force, leaping nearly instantaneously a number of meters equal to their strength. This counts as a teleportation and cannot be done more than twice per thread.

    B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    The user delivers an upward kick to their opponent, sending them high into the air. The user follows the opponent along their upward trajectory, taking tight hold of them so that they can't move or escape. Once they've reached the peak of the initial kick's arc, the user begins a spinning motion and propels them headfirst towards the ground. The user releases the opponent right before impact and retreats to safety, leaving the opponent to collide with the ground alone.

    Ochiba:
    Ochiba is a weapon style originating from the fire country, one of the few weapon styles developed by Shinobi and not Samurai. Ochiba translate as “Dead Leaf” As it is a weapon style that focuses on the use of a Kunai which are similar in appearance to a leaf. The kunai is held in a reversed manner, the handle comes up by the thumb and the blade comes down by the bottom of the hand. This allows for short, yet quick strikes and parries. Though this style is developed to use a kunai it can be transposed to other short weapons such as ninjato & tanto, though not all techniques will be available.

    Utilizing this manoeuvre, the user is able to quickly draw a kunai from its holster. This is done by placing their finger through the lip of the holder and into the ring of the pommel, flicking it up and out quickly, having the kunai in the user’s hand within an instant.

    D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
    After practicing for a long amount of time with the concept of using both of their hands with equal skill, the user has developed a level of ambidexterity that allows them to utilize both hands equally and as effectively without any penalty. This extends to other methods of combat or simple everyday life as well.

    D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    A technique that specializes in fighting Samurai and equalizing the battle field. The user will wait for their target to attack, and will quickly counter this by sliding the blade of their kunai onto the opponent's blade. The user will quickly move in towards their opponent while also sliding their kunai closer and closer to the opponent's hilt. This will force the angle of their blade to be raised and leaves the opponent wide open for attack.

    Having extensive experience with Deft Hands the user is able to manipulate a kunai within their hands and perform hand seals at full speed, without having to put down the kunai at any point.

    Prerequisite: 10 Speed
    A technique that relies highly on speed, the user will attempt to slap away any incoming melee strikes or projectiles with their kunai. The average of the user's speed and strength needs to be higher than the strength the projectile was thrown at, using the momentum of their own speed to deflect the strike.

    D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    A simple technique, the user lowers themselves down and performs a sweeping kick attempting to knock their opponent to the floor, whilst bring their blade into the opponent’s chest all in one fluid motion.

    C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    Prerequisite: 15 Speed
    A defensive technique, developed to fight Samurai, by throwing up their kunai into in incoming attack to dampen the physical strength and disrupting their opponents strikes. Even if the attack is powerful enough to break the users guard, it will dampen the strength of the opponents strike, just enough to give the user time to slide left, right or backwards whilst defending, meaning the user is usually out of the way before it hits its mark.

    Prerequisite: *Ochiba • Single Finger Draw
    Utilizing this manoeuvre, the user is able to quickly draw two kunai from its holster and have a kunai in either hand. This is done by placing their finger through the lip of the holder and into the ring of the pommel, of two kunai, flicking it up and out quickly and tossing a second kunai to the alternate hand, dual wielding kunai in both hands, within an instant.

    *Ochiba • Spine of the Maple Tree
    C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    Often used as a counterattack, by stepping under an incoming strike and resting on their front leg, they will quickly pivot slashing behind them, upwards across their opponent’s spine. This will likely cut the nerves connected to the users legs, making it difficult for them to move, giving a reduction of -5 speed, they will need to seek medical attention.

    B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
    As the Ochiba style favours an inverted stance the blade points towards the floor. If a strike misses, the user will perform a secondary strike either swinging back aiming for the temple or swing upwards with the pommel and shattering the opponents jaw. This will often catch an opponent off guard, if the opponent lacks a perception technique of an equal level, they often won’t see this second strike.

    *[Genjutsu • Pins and Needles]
    D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
    After performing the hand seals and pricking the opponent with some sort of small weapon (usually senbon), the opponent feels their arms and legs fall asleep. It feels as if the blood flow to these appendages has basically stopped, making their movements a tad sluggish and just all around uncomfortable. This jutsu doesn’t really hinder a person, but it makes everything they do feel off. For those who are attuned to the way their body feels during battle, it can be extremely distracting. Lasts 3 posts.

    Mibuse was born to a poor but strong family just along the outskirts of Northern Fire country. He'd learned to farm, tending to various animals then how to grow and pluck grains of rice and other crops long before ever even hearing about Konohagakure and its school of extraordinary ninja. Why pick up a knife when you could pick up a hoe? Why go out and kill when you could milk cows and plant seed? Kakuzu's Father was hardly the dreaming spirit and his mother, despite her best of intentions, had been the same. If not for a Kabuki play overdramatizing what it meant to be a Shinobi on one Thursday afternoon; it was quite possible that, young Mibuse would never have took on the journey to becoming a ninja at all.

    The truth? His parents lack of ambition angered him. Mibuse believed that there was more to life than just working the fields, planting crops. He wanted more for himself - a better future if ever one existed. And so, in the darkness of night at the age of sixteen, he ran away from home and sought refuge in the Hidden Leaf village after several days ride by Horseback. Initially, he were refused entry into the village because of tensions surrounding a freshly concluded war but after furnishing documents that he were in fact a native of the country, the guards allowed him to enter the village where he then told a few grey lies here and there about his origin to enroll into the ninja academy. The experience was like nothing he'd ever had before! Everywhere were kids like him but welll practiced in this strange, mythical art of Ninpou. They did things that he'd only dreamed about - walking on water, walls and creating clones of themselves...it was insane!

    As time progressed, however, he'd find himself performing the same acts as though they were second nature...with some resistance, of course. As a farmer, his chakra pool wasn't nearly as potent but his physical body could stand the pressure better than most. In a strange way, it were as if working the farms and tending the fields had conditions his body for the kind of training that would one day make him into a ninja. Into a Genin.

    More time passed and once he'd finally managed to establish himself within the village, Mibuse decided that it were time to send for his folks. Writing them a letter with some cash included, he sent for them in order for them to come and live with him in the village. To his surprise however, both declined. Instead, he'd received a letter several weeks later saying how they'd declined and that they would support his decision while remaining on the farm. As much of a blow that this was, Mibuse pushed on - taking and passing the Chunin exams.

    Years would pass and the letters from his parents seemed to slow as Mibuse filled his days with mission after mission. Proving both his dedication to the village and doing his part for the country - albeit, around this time he'd become known as a real wild card - fighting with several colleagues about this or that. His temper, even in these stages where he'd still completed his missions were beginning to become recognizable to the council. Twice he'd been reprimanded and sent to work in the academy as opposed to out on the field with other operatives but this did nothing but further incite his temper. Surprisingly though, because of his stellar track record, Mibuse was eventually promoted to Jounin having his fiery personality cited as "Flavor" among the troops. Now, he continues working hard in earnest in preparation for the day where he will send for his folks a second time.

this is minor but the reference to the threads being adamantium like would suggest that they're unbreakable, but they'll have user [Strength] and that should be explicitly stated.

Otherwise shuold be good to go

Not unlike a Kekkei Genkai, the threads are a direct result of Mibuse's unique Chakra and exist in tandem with his chakra circulatory system, able to be projected from any point on his body up to [Control] meters at [Control] strength and speed.
The threads have a Strength equal to Mibuse's control stat at any given time period. At least this is how it is meant to be interpreted.

Feel like you can get away with those 2 abilities being 1. Also some minor notes for it: You'll still need iijutsu and fuuinjutsu to do thread-based iijutsu or fuuinjutsu but using the threads like normal would be fine under the ability. Once you have iijutsu and/or whatever other concs you'd like to combine with threads, you can freely make thread based iijutsu, fuuinjutsu, etc. Things like detaching the limb with threads and recalling it back would not need iijutsu, it'd be a product of his unique body.
