Personality: the character is very anti social and she is extremely cold placing very little value on human life. Her personality borders on sociopathy also called anti social personality disorder and she is always looking to get stronger and smarter. Luxury goods hold very very little value to her if something isn't useful or practical she considers it useless and a waist of time. Normally she treats all friends as disposable pawns to be used and if they are no longer useful thrown away.

Though there is a important distinction between friends and teammates to her and while she would abandon a friend who is no longer useful, she wouldn’t do that to a teammate unless her survival was at stake then she maybe would. Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets.

Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

Chiton has an replenishing effect. This means that Chiton jutsu passively repair themselves when damaged, at no additional cost to the user. The rate of repairing itself is 1/3rd the speed of the technique rounded up, so a Chiton defense that manifests at 10 speed would repair itself at 4 speed when damaged. This only works for the length of the technique, so maintaining the damage to Chiton until the jutsu expires will stop it from regrowing.

Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.

Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.

After performing the correct hand seals the user proceeds to create a number of clones of themselves (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the users Chakra Pool). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own, be given complex commands, caught in genjutsu, and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for Chakra Pool, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

This jutsu usually is primarily used by little kids and spiteful people it introduces a concentrated laxative poison that when making contact with skin it makes the user have either explosive diarrhea next post or piss their pants causing -1 debuff to control in addition to having the RP penalty of the humiliation associated with that and how uncomfortable it would be to fight with pants full of shit or piss running down there leg. When it makes contact it seeps into the skin leaving no trace making it perfect for people who want to make it seem like it was the opponent's fault. Because of the nature of this jutsu it requires ooc permission to use.

Experience skin necrosis and experience pain equal to control as well as have the skin slowly fall off over the course of the jutsu at control speed unless treated. Making them more susceptible to other environmental factors.

The technique ends with the hydra smashing into the ground, letting off a great deal of the same deadly poison in a cloud.

The user performs the necessary hand seals and then while holding down the Ox seal will breathe in deeply and then out through his nose. The poison in the mucus membrane will seep into the air pushed out through the nose and produce an colorless sleeping gas smelling of burning incense. As long as the user remains still the gas will spread [10m] every post after in every direction. If the victim(s) become aware of what is happening they are more resistant to its effects and only need to get out of the affected area in order to avoid the dangers of falling asleep. After one [1] rotation, victims will begin to feel drowsy and tired, passing out after [4] rotations, requiring notable physical force to wake them up. If they stay in it for 5 posts they enter a coma and sleep until treated with b rank iijutsu if they stay in for 6 posts there organs start to shut down. If they stay for 7 posts they enter a deep coma and require a rank iijutsu or they enter a vegatative state if they go for 8 posts inside the mist they die in there sleep peacefully. Due to its lack of identifiable visible source beyond the smell, it would take prior knowledge of the technique or some way to sense or see the chakra to recognize an individual might be in danger and react accordingly. Once chakra is no longer being supplied the technique will immediately end.

Once the poison sets into effect, the target sees everyone around them as their worst enemies face or if they have none, some horrific monster instead and while the jutsu is in effect they can’t tell who is an ally and who’s a foe possibly going berserk for 5 posts.

This potent clone technique is a more powerful version of the [Poison Clone]. Forming a few hand seals, the user concentrates chakra and can rapidly grow clones from their body. They are able to take a single hit of equal rank before dispersing. What makes these clones dangerous though is that they can transmit a deadly poison or disease that acts as a blood thinner as well as makes them bleed from all orifices and the eyes. They can transmit it either by physical contact or by inhalation of the gas they disperse when destroyed. Due to not being directly administered, the poison of these clones only lasts four [4] posts, making any extraneous activity difficult for that time due to the poison.

The user performs the necessary hand seals and then channels chakra into their very skin. By doing this they enlarge the pores on their body to even greater proportions then what is normally humanly possible. Once that step is completed the user emits toxins from their sweat glands in a bitter almond scented fume that clings to the body and is visible like steam. Chakra is required to maintain the enlarged pores and allow the fumes to continue to escape the body, but no further hand seals are required unless the technique is halted in which case it will need to be activated once more. The fumes do not need to be ingested or introduced directly through the bloodstream, merely remaining within the cloud's range allows the poison to seep through the victim’s skin and attack their tissue and internal organs. As the gas seeps into the body it begins to attack the tissue by causing histotoxic hypoxia, preventing cells in the blood from taking up or using oxygen. The lack of oxygen being used by the body begins to systematically shut down organs that are sensitive to low oxygen levels. The poison requires seven [4] posts to fully seep in, but after one [1] post the victim will suffer from a difficulty to breathe, dilated pupils, and an irregular heart rhythm as every organ struggles to use what oxygen it can manage. After three [3] posts the rapid shallow breathing alters to abnormally slow respiration as liquid fills the lungs. After five [5] posts the lack of oxygen making its way to the brain and lungs will cause the organs to cease function, sending the target into shock. If one can escape the fumes within the first rotation then they will recover from the effects after taking a rotation to breathe in fresh oxygen. However, if they have been under the effects for two [2] rotations or more, a medical ninja will be required to ease symptoms and reintroduce oxygen back into the body

The user performs a string of hand seals before spewing forth a massive cloud of venom for one [1] post, condensing in the air roughly fifty meters [50m] high in the sky. After performing the seal of confrontation, the cloud will condense into senbon-like needles and begin to rain down. These needles have control strength with high enough control they have the power to pierce 5mm of steel, easily allowing them to penetrate skin and bone with ease. Once they penetrate after 1 post the user is affected they experience issues with there nervous system and chakra network causing the chakra network to run wild and doubles the passive of Dokuton jutsu this jutsu is especially bad for elemental bodies because it slows there regeneration and gives them the same effects as cancer. As well as debuffing them for -8 control.

A technique which can render even the strongest shinobi unable to fight due to extreme pain by attacking the pain center of the brain and tricking it. By infusing a highly concentrated disease into one's mouth, the user will spew forth a massive plume of diseased gas that will swallow up all in range; upon skin being exposed, an affected individual's skin will begin to start develop angry, red boils roughly four centimeters [4cm] wide and two centimeters [2cm] tall to appear all over the body. As well as abnormal bone growths as well as extreme pain. By drawing up a mass of chakra and combining it with internalized toxins and diseases, the user forcibly expels the energy as a strange, gaseous substance that appears to glisten eerily. Barely a second after exiting the user’s mouth, the gas takes the form of a flock of crows. These dangerous creatures swarm the area, leaving fumes behind them that hinder visibility. At the user’s will, they can attack any given target so long as they do not stray too far from their creator. Being that they have the ability to turn into incoporeal gas at will the danger they present is twofold – they can inflict wounds that, whilst causing minor surface damage, infect a victim with a combination of anthrax and cyanide or they can smother targets with noxious gases that will produce a similar effect if taken into the mouth, nose or lungs. Though once they change to incoporeal they can’t change back. One connecting strike is enough to dispel a corporal bird, but flesh contact will transmit the deadly disease or poison or both. Also once hit they explode in a burst of gas and liquid gunk so they are best dealt with at range. Though the user can stop this on a case by case basis by shutting off chakra to the individual bird preventing the death throws. Considering their speed equals control however, this is no easy task sometimes. The user can create up to 100 different crows.

This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed

A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
A simple yet vital medical technique, the *[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attatched to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. While not as effective at stopping bleeding as the [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] technique, they hold on much better in the case that strenuous movement is necessary

Formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], *[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure] extends upon the antidote created in the aforementioned technique. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the C-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts

*[Iijutsu • Numbing]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

*[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 5 Iijutsu
Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
Just as its basic form, the *[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique] is a useful, but particularly taxing Iijutsu performed on poisoned patients. The legend of its kind, this jutsu has been formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Master Antidote Technique]. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the Master Antidote Technique, the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the S-Rank or lower poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which is permanent. This permanent immunity only applies to A-Rank and lower liquid poisons.

*[Iijutsu • One's Life Resurrection]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 30 Iijutsu
Revered for its outcome but cherished for its effects, the *[Iijutsu • One's Life Resurrection] technique is performed by highly skilled medical-nin in times of emergency. To begin, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands and follow by placing them on the chest of the freshly deceased body. By transferring his/her essence into the dead body over the course of one (1) post, the user is able to resurrect it at the expense of his/her own life. However, if the patient in question is only fatally injured but not quite dead, the user of this technique will not transfer all of his/her life essence and can live through the use of this technique. If this occurs, the user will be rendered unconscious for five (5) posts following. This technique cannot be used more than once per thread

After performing the needed seals, the user will cause blood to break through their skin, forming a kunai in their hand. The kunai has [Control] strength, and can be thrown. After impact, if falls into a pool of blood that can then be used for other attacks.

*Bold Clotting
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will place their hand over an open wound up to five inches wide and two inches deep. After channeling Chiton chakra for a full post, the user will form a superficial blood-clot covering over the wound to prevent further bloodflow from it. While this cover doesn't completely heal the wound, it allows the target's body to recover from the wound naturally without agitation.

*Bathed In
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will slather blood on their body. By concentrating Chiton chakra in the blood, the user thins it out, allow the user to spread it over a larger area on their body. As a result, the user will look much more wounded and bloodier as a means to trick the opponent.

*Venipuncture
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user will get a grip on their target, causing two needles from their palms to lash out into the target, pumping their blood into the target. Follow up techniques can be utilized with this jutsu to attack the opponent from the inside out.

*Red Diamond Clone
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into roughly 5 pints of blood. The blood will then take expand and take the shape of the user. This clone is capable of using any chiton jutsu the user knows, using the five pints of blood stored within it as a medium for jutsu requiring blood. The clone can also absorb blood to replenish the 5 pints of blood. If the clone is destroyed while storing 5 pints of blood, the clone will regenerate but will be unable to absorb more blood or use Chiton jutsu. The Clone has stats equal to the user, and lasts for 5 posts.

*Bloodied
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into a location on their body. From that location a 2ft long spike of chakra will shoot out from under their skin with [Control] strength at [Control] speed. The spike is sharp, and will either recede back into the body after use, or follow up jutsu can be used with it.

*Impaler
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user will focus their chakra on a patch of their blood, at least a baseball in circumference, within 25m of their body. From the patch of blood 5 senbon will form, and fire in whatever direction they choose, at [Control] speed, with [Control] strength. This is most commonly used on blood they've gotten onto the enemy, firing directly into their skin.

*Blood Bond
C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, coating their hands in blood once complete. The next object or person the user touches with either hand will hand ropes of blood grow from the blood on their hands, wrapping around the point of contact. These 4 ropes each hold on with [Control] strength, and can stretch up to 2m from the user. The jutsu lasts for up to 5 posts unless broken.

*Blood Bath
C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will do the necessary hand seals, then bite their tongue, causing it to bleed. A ball approximately the size of a baseball can then be spat out at [Control] speed, striking with [Control] strength. When it impacts a surface, the ball will explode with [Control] strength over a 1x1x1m area, covering the area in blood for future attacks.

Nozomu was born in the land of stars to a famous poison making clan her parents were the current head of the clan. When she was born her parents thought she would bring the clan to even greater heights. When she was already speaking by 5 months old her parents were quite shocked from there she proceeded to excel in everything they could teach her. By the age of 8 she was already quite skilled in poison and venom use as well as medicine and sword techniques things were going great when suddenly A big meteor struck a few mile or so from the clans location, leaving a sizable crater, Nozomu was still considered very young so she stayed back and watched as the meteor was retrieved.


When it came back she was very curious about it and immediately started studying it. It seemed to give off a strange heat that was different then normal and felt strange. Though no matter how much she studied she couldn’t under this strange phenomenon. Eventually even though she knew it’s exact composition she decided to stop spending time on it since it felt like a lost cause. Eventually though one day when she was practicing with her poisons, a few months later she would come in contact with a poison and be completely fine with it. She found this situation very odd sure it wasn’t a particularly strong poison but was still strange she wasn’t effected by it.

Later they realized she had immunity to them somehow at first they were thrilled but some other the other clans men were still skeptical Nozomu looked on confused as the tensions around the clan started to rise and eventually the other people found out also. After the grownups spent much time arguing they were eventually banished from the land of stars. Nozomu had no idea why they had been banished and knew that her clan was angry about it so just decided to wait till she was older to do something about it.

As her clan traveled a lot living as nomads once again usually being shunned for there unique affliction they eventually joined up with the holy mother and joined kirigakure, Nozumu and some others would then join the ninja academy and soon find out about chakra and the unique abilities of her type of chakra. From then on nozomu studied really hard and in addition to her natural talent she was able to graduate at the top of her class at the age of 14 she passed the chunin exams at 16 then became a jounin at the age 17.

Spoke to Kaitos a week ago (11th) about what to do with this char, since he decided to scrap the Modoku clan. He's intending to update this to something else.
I'll give it another week before timing.
