Not subtle, her hair is every imaginable human color and curly when not treated properly. Instead, Kirari carefully miaintained straightening her hair, and parts the black to cover up quite a bit of the rest of the rainbow and has taken great lengths to make it duisgisable easily over time with the help of a great stylist. Quite muscular, Kirari boasts a fierce, war-torn physique and has many scars. Stitched together quite literally, most of her entire body is covered by her dark clothing, including her hair. Her dark skin is disfigured and hidden, framed by what bits of rainbow or black hair do not dangle in front of her face. A black mask typically obscures her mouth and face, hiding these features from being distinguishable. She has a rainbow colored elephant tattoo on her back between her shoulder blades. Of her eyes, they are unique in that their Iris are rainbow colored and one resembles a crosshair slightly, the one on her right. It has black tattoos that extend downwards in swirls. EquipmentShow Kirari's first outfit is most frequently used, a stealthy, subtly, black attire that shapes her body snugly and makes her appear much thinner than 188 lbs. It conceals her rainbow hair entirely, as well as her eyes, featuring a black mask and bright purple goggles, making it so her eyes cannot be seen at all when she wears them. Black feathers and fur encircle the entire outfit, including a hood and cloak that extends just down to her knees. It has black fur trim that lines the entire ring of the hood and a scarf as well of fur and feathers. A black wooden mask covers her entire face, with very tiny slits that hide her eyes, fitting perfectly over the goggles. A wooden purple earing in her left ear, made of rich deep purple oak and inlaid with silver. The village headband is typically a fixed to Kirari's forehead, though is covered by her mask when worn. On her right ear, Kirari has a milky-white earring made of white that resembles an upside down teardrop. Of note, Kirari has absolutely no iron or steel equipment or accessories on her person. Her outfit is made entirely of fur, feathers, fabric, lacqeur, bamboo, hemp, and woods. Is is exceptionally quiet when she moves, having no metal save for the gold gilded into the earrings. 5 kunai, 10 shuriken, 10m of wire , 5 exploding tags, 1 smoke bomb, 1 flash bang. Notably, there is no metal components within her equipment, her kunai and shuriken being made of dark oakwood that has been stained entirely black and her wire being made of threaded spider silk. One Kunai each is located in her boots, with another kunai at her left and right waist, and a third in a pocket up her sleeve. In her left sleeve, in a pocket, the 5 exploding tags are housed, near her wrist. The smoke bomb is located in a pouch near her left breast and the flash bang near her right. PersonalityShow Kirari is typically considered to be quite courteous, known to try and do her best to be helpful of others and believes in a mixture of servant leadership, lead by example, and fuck it we're doing it live. Thus, she is known for being a risk-taker and for being incredibly ambitious and curious, never one to shy away from exploring the dark depths of ninjutsu, the village, or even the planet. She provokes thought, enrages enemies and allies, and brightens them as well, in a dazzling way with her soft-spoken acidic words and bright body language. She is both subtle and not subtle, often going undercover by disguising her rainbow signatures and causing her to appear as an entirely different person altogether. Kirari is notably Pansexual and has safe flings with regular partners of various genders. Otherwise, Kirari is nurturing, trusting, and honest. She is known to have no self control however, and smokes, drinks, and fucks with the passion of a sailor. She if affectionate, flirty, romantic, and sympathetic, and usually not known to be altruistic. She loves going on dates, trainings, reading, and watching plays. She enjosy hunting, and has spent a fair amount of time in the forests and streams of lightning country with her family and guardian shinobi. She is somewhat religious, but is secretive about it. She is optimistic and observant, said to quietly examine a room for how brilliantly she sometimes lights it up. Logical, yet rash, she is a very social creature that flutters about much like the moths that make up her body. She is not shy in any capacity, and is said to be quite emotionally unstable. HistoryShow Kirari spent a lot of time learning the basic jutsu before she ever enrolled into the academy. From a young age, Kirari's shinobi parents taught her quite a bit, Kirari being a planned and known product of war. The combination of two lineages, Kirari brought together two specific bloodlines in an incredibly unique way that no other soul in Kumogakure could match, which meant that from before birth, eyes were on Kirari, and so her birth was largely a secret. Hidden away from the world, her training began, though she also secretly made friends. From the get go, Kirari had rainbow chakra and moths inside her body. Eventually, the moths evolves, and Kirari's body fused with them through a grueling process that happened so early in life she couldn't possibly retain the memory. Made of moths and human parts now, Kirari spent her hours not secretly training disguising herself and socializing with other children in Kumogakure, covering up her rainbow aesthetics splendidly through the use of basic ninjutsu and practical work. She enrolled into the academy and blended in as normal, though always scored exceptionally well on any given test, being above any combatant that was tossed her way at any given point in time at the academy. Indeed, she moved just barely quicker, just barely faster, just always seemed to be one step ahead in knowledge when it came to the classroom. Noone ever found out that there were moths hidden everywhere. She had become great at hiding the small ones, placing them in her opponents clothing, around the classroom, around the village. Her moths were beginning to silently disguise themselves and multiply. Eventually, she was asked to tone it down a little bit, and she reluctantly agreed. She graduated from the academy with no problem and is awaiting assignment to her genin squad.

Battle Information

Combat StyleShow How does your character fight? Do they use a specific combat style? Abilities: 3/3Show Kirari possesses a swarm of Moths that resembles the colors of any element she has access to. This is currently: Raiton, Doton, Suiton, Katon, Fuuton, Jikiton, Fission. The Moths range in size from miniscule with wings not much large to half her hand to hand-sized with wings larger than her head and collectively take up a space when compressed equal to her body size, though can be made smaller. The swarm rests entirely inside of her body, eating and growing ripe from her Wild Chakra ability. Most of Kirari's Moth's float around inside of her Suiton elemental body, and a large amount of them surround and protect her core, the ones that are dull blue and do not require oxygen to function. After achieving unparalleled mastery of ninjutsu, Kirari is able to become one with Suiton. After undergoing the gruelling process of sealing themselves into an object they were able to gather Suiton around themselves to recreate their bodies. This object must be inside or at least constantly within physical contact with their artificial body. This means that their bodies take on the properties of Suiton at almost all times. Any damage sustained by the body is able to be recovered by gathering more of the same element, and is incapable of bleeding. While this gives Kirari a form of almost invulnerability, if the object that holds their true self is damaged it spells out almost certain death. Kirari's core, a large rainbow-colored opal the size of her heart, is located in the middle of her pelvis, surrounded by moths. While moths freely swim and fly about the water and air pockets that make up Kirari's body, they do not go near or exit from the hole that runs all the way through her chest to her back where her heart should be, typically. Notably, their are large pockets of air where moths resides within her thighs, calves, forearms, uppers arms, abdomen, lungs, and head. Takes one Ability Slot. Requires 15 or more Control Kirari's chakra is wild and rainbow colored, causing her hair, body hair, body fluids, eyes, nails, chakra, and thoughts to cycle in a rainbow of colors to anything that witnesses them undisguised. As a result, she has some control over the gradient of her jutsu, and may change the colors of her elemental jutsu to include any number of colors from her other elemental jutsu. Additionally, she may freely create jutsu of any element she possesses the concentration for and give it the passive effect of a different elemental concentration she has the passive for. This means that she may create a small jutsu of fuuton with the doton passive at D-Rank, causing solid fuuton to exist for the duration of the thread but not carry the fuuton passive unless instead created at a higher rank and combined to have more than one passive, in which case, she is not penalized if she adds a passive the element already was intended to have. When Kirari is wounded, rainbow colored chakra oozes vibrantly from the wound along with the rainbow-colored blood, and the moths that exixt inside her Suiton Body feast on this chakra to gorge themselves with her chakra. ConcentrationsShow Ninjutsu ConcentrationsShow Raiton A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect. Passive (Shocking)Show Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area. Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the Strength stat range they fall into. 1-14 Strength Requirement: Tingling, acute numbness. 15-24 Strength Requirement: Loss of Sensation 25-34 Strength Requirement: Localized Paralysis 35+ Strength Requirement: Diffuse Paralysis Doton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect. Passive (Enduring)Show Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters. Suiton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive enveloping effect. Passive (Enveloping)Show Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets. Katon Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect. Passive (Ignition)Show Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own. Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual jutsu. 1-14 Strength Requirement: First Degree Burns 15-24 Strength Requirement: Second Degree Burns 25-34 Strength Requirement: Third Degree Burns 35+ Strength Requirement: Fourth Degree Burns Fuuton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect. Passive (Cutting)Show Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice. Fission Style is a unique elemental concentration specific to Hotaka, Kirari taught to her by the Ishiguro clan and she is the sole current possessor of the scroll containing its secrets. Fission Style Chakra is milky white and completely opaque in appearance, as well as bubbly. On contact with any Elemental Extension, Super, or Fusion, it will split that element into fraction appropriate amounts on impact. For example, when hitting Denjiton, Denjiton will be split into Raiton and Fuuton. Fission style Chakra has strength and speed of the casters control on contact with any Elemental Extension, Super, or Fusion, but will pass around, drench, and ignore any other type of jutsu. Jikiton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Jikiton, an advanced form of Raiton, and can make and use any archived jutsu that require the Jikiton affinity. Jikiton has a magnetizing effect. Passive (Magnetizing)Show Jikiton makes use of electrical current to magnetize anything they target with their techniques, allowing them to cause things to be at the whim of their jutsu. Swarms are granted a single unique "trait". This trait can be access to some concentrations, an ability, a unique weaponry on their bodies, or some sort of natural ability increased by a large margin. For example, the kaikachuu’s ability to eat chakra would take up this slot.

Your swarm having the potential to cast any element you ever have is kind of way out of scope- that's going far beyond unique abilities or some concentrations
