Appearance: Tsukiko is young woman of small stature standing at just about 158CM tall. She has a modest bust and appears more like an actress than a shinobi. Her pretty, almost doll-like face is framed by soft white hair worn in a messy bob contrasting against her caramel complexion. Under the bob is a single long braid of hair that has beads on it- a ritual of her clan. Tsukiko has grey eyes. Though she has a darker complexion, as an Ishiguro her skin is actually- quite pale for her complexion.
In general, Tsukiko wears a black long sleeve turtleneck that goes down to her hands with thumbholes. Over this, she wears a black gi that is long enough to look like a skirt, with a white leather belt made from her chuunin jacket around her core. Her forehead protector is embedded in the back of this belt. To cover her bottom, she wears black short shorts and thigh-high long black boots.
The most notable thing about Tsukiko is likely her expression, which despite looking extremely annoyed manages to look somewhat cute. She also generally wears a golden cuff on her left bicep that bears the lightning empire emblem and signifies her position as the Left Hand of the Raikage's four limbs- an elite squadron that serves directly under the Raikage himself.
Personality:
- General: Tsukiko is an extremely clever woman but has a fiery temper that can reach unparalleled heights when her... height complex is triggered. Beyond that, she is a very competitive individual and not one to give up a fight. She is the type to easily be annoyed by others who she deems as inefficient. Around certain individuals though she can become quite shy, such as the Raikage.

- Combat Mentality: Tsukiko loves to press the fight using her Ishiguro-flavoured kenjutsu to completely invalidate other shinobi combatants.

Raijin's Fangs
Shorter than the average katana and featuring straight blades rather than curved blades, Raijin's Fangs is a pair of ninjato with 16cm handles wrapped in red rubberized, non-conductive material and featuring 26cm long blades. They have simple rectangular hilt guards that are roughly 8cm by 6cm. The blades are chakra conductive allowing jutsu to be channeled through them. The most special ability of the blades is that Tsukiko can recall the blades to her hands by performing kai for up to 100m away.

Born to the Ishiguro clan, this user is able to utilize Disruption Release, a fusion composed of Raiton and Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Denjiton. Denjiton has a cancelling effect.Passive (Canceling)ShowDenjiton is used to cancel the effects of chakra, namely jutsu. Denjiton functions by creating areas where chakra is weakened and at higher levels outright canceled. When attempting to Cancel an opponents jutsu, the Strength of the Denjiton jutsu and the Control of the opponents jutsu are taken into account. If the Strength of the Denjiton jutsu is greater than the Control of the opponents jutsu, the jutsu will Cancel. The Control of the opponents jutsu is assumed to be equal to the jutsus rank unless there is a prerequisite on the jutsu for another Control amount which is then used, or if the jutsu is continuously channeled the Control used is the users actual Control. Jutsu and people who are Canceled dissipate into energy or become inert in the case of jutsu while people affected are unable to use chakra but are otherwise unharmed. Denjiton is incredibly difficult to master, takes large amount of control normally and for continuous jutsu larger amounts of chakra than usual per jutsu rank, but has proven itself to be an extremely dangerous element that can completely alter the flow of battle.Dampen:The term dampen refers to using Denjiton to lessen the quality of chakra in a specific area. Jutsu that are dampened lose strength and speed.

While channeling chakra into her ninjato, Tsukiko will swing her blade down into something at full force. Upon contact, a massive jet of chakra will explode out the back of the blade causing the blade to rocket forward with [Control] strength and speed for a brief moment. If Tsukiko's strength is less than the force of this technique, she cannot hold onto the blade during this maneuver, or else she will be "dragged" with it.

Having lived a rather peaceful life within Kumogakure, Tsukiko was just 10 years old when she first saw him. The sky was black and the village burned as a demon ripped his way through everything, laying claim to the mountains as his own. Horrified, a nation realized the Raikage, Lord Kyoukan Akino, had perished. But, amidst all the chaos had risen a new hero- Nakajima Hayate. She remembered his hand as it reached beneath the rubble to pull her out. She remembered his smile- and most of all she remembered what he meant to her. He looked like her. His white delicate hair contrasted with his darker skin- and when the village called him a hero, she felt like she too was a hero, because there was someone like her out there, respected by everyone. Above that, he had also saved her and the village, so when the news of his actions that kicked off the civil war came Tsukiko refused to listen to the rumors. She had seen the man's smile and felt the warmth of his hand. He could never have been as evil as they said.
Tsukiko graduated a year later and was thrust into the civil war, though mainly on defensive missions close to Kumogakure or working with her clan to create anti-chakra barriers and defenses. There was one particular point, at about the age of twelve when in the middle of the war a group sent by Murakami had come to lay waste to her squadron. Once more he appeared. Despite what they had said, he appeared and protected everyone shielding at least a hundred men in his bubbles as he took down the trebuchets and siege engines of the samurai and single-handedly turned the tides of battle.
It was easy to see why the young girl would become so enamored with Nakajima Hayate. Nearly a decade later and has served throughout the world war on the expansionary fronts, the skilled kunoichi found herself at the top of the pile for a new, elite group of soldiers.
