Suitonconda
Species Name: Aquae Furtim Serpentis
Method of Movement: Slither/swim
Size range: 3-5 meters
Daily activity cycle: Mostly active during dawn/dusk, Diurnal.
Favored climate: Tropical/temperate
Favored terrain: Dense jungles and swamps
Range of Activity: Waterfall, grass, rice, rain, river, fire, and Marsh country, near rivers/jungles.
Diet: Carnivore
Physical Description: a large snake, greenish in color with some striations on the back, this serpent can grow in excess of 5 meters in length in the wild.
Distinct traits: Crushing taijutsu, paralytic movement and sight, stealth: Preferred mode of attack is to ambush a prey, bite down on either the throat or the face and then wrap itself around the prey to squeeze the life out of them. If caught unawares, this can immobilize a ninja, and render them unable to perform hand seals, which means disaster or even death for many ninja that aren’t skilled in Taijutsu. They drag their prey into the water by using the water prison jutsu or a derivation of this jutsu. It is said that they can project water jets through a special gland in their head, and they can transport up to 15 gallons of usable water to ensnare their prey

Raiton Leopard
Species Name: fulgur pardus præcepit

Method of Movement: Quadruped, Lightning-transportation (1 per thread)
Size range: 1-4 meters tall, 3-20 meters long
Daily activity cycle: Nocturnal, during heavy lightning storms.
Favored climate: Alpine tundra
Favored terrain: Mountain tops, anywhere in Lightning country during thunder-snows.
Range of Activity: Lightning country, frost country, snow country, iron country, bear country, northern earth country.
Diet: Obligate Carnivore
Physical Description: An animal which has electric yellow stripes that glow when the beast is about to strike with Raiton chakra that is inherently part of this animal’s physiology, the Raiton Leopard appears otherwise completely white and is much the same shape as a snow leopard. They can only be distinguished by their size if they are caught outside of one of the storms that they roam around with.
Distinct traits: Electricity manipulation of any jutsu up to 20 strength, these leopards can destroy an entire squad of ninja on their own. They are an apex predator, able to take down even the toughest of the Lightning country’s fauna. Their bite is capable of full-body paralysis, and their claws carry with them a numbing amount of chakra. When they’re hit by any Raiton chakra of 30 strength or below, they will use it against their opponents in the next attack they have. They’ve been known to hunt down lone ninja with the Raiton specialty to absorb the full brunt of their power, only to satiate their bodily hunger on the ninja’s corpse.

Jikiton clam
Species Name: Clamor Magneticus
Method of Movement: Magnetization and Suiton
Size range: up to 3 meters in diameter, up to 40kg
Daily activity cycle: Active when food comes too close
Favored climate: Deep lakes and brackish water
Favored terrain: Underwater and deep waters
Range of Activity: Water country, land of the waves, lightning country, hotsprings country.
Diet: Omnivore
Physical Description: These clams have a distinctive set of four spirals on their shells which are made completely of the iron that they feed on and make their pearls out of. It is said that if a foreign object, instead of calcification it goes through a process of magnetization and the clam coats it in super-ferric iron.
Distinct traits:A giant clam capable of a bite force strong enough to rip a person in half (40) it propels itself towards its prey by shooting a jet of super-powered suiton through the water to clamp down on its prey, then dissolves it using its mucus inside of it. It can shoot metallic pearls which it can manipulate up to 20 meters away with a force of 20. Adult clams can manipulate freely up to 4 of these pearls, each the size of a baseball, but the smaller clams usually hunt fish with pearls of regular size.

Giant lightning Otter
Species Name:
Fulmen ingens luter

Method of Movement: Quadrupedal, swimming
Size range: up to 5 meters long
Daily activity cycle: diurnal
Favored climate: Warm rivers
Favored terrain: Mountains/Rivers
Range of Activity: Tea, Water, Lightning, and sky countries.
Diet: Omnivore
Physical Description: These up to 5 meter long otters seek out the Clamor Magneticus or magnetic clams and can usually be seen holding broken clam shells to lure in their mates. They have a distinctive double band of grey fur that runs down their dark brown backs. Males have three stripes on their face
Distinct traits: Masters of raiton Taijutsu, these otters are able to swim trough the rivers of speeds up to 30 meters per second and hit with a force of 40 at an adult age, causing massive damage to the shells of the clams. If this does not break them, they have been known to use Raiton to stun the clams in a wide radius and then break their shells with the use of their Taijutsu. They’ve been known to take humans from one end of the river to another for an unbroken shell of a giant magnetic clam, but the clams are dangerous, so it is best to avoid trying to bargain for safe passage through the Giant Lightning Otter territory and just move around the area.

Water Buffalo
Species Name: Gignat Aquis
Method of Movement: Quadruped, swimming
Size range: up to 3 meters long, 2 meters high.
Daily activity cycle: Diurnal
Favored climate: Warm coastal areas
Favored terrain: Coastal, mostly aquatic areas
Range of Activity: Kaizoku sea to the hokubu ocean, using the kasumi strait in their migration patterns
Diet: Herbivore
Physical Description: These buffalo have gills behind their necks like a fish does, but also can aspirate air. They have webbed legs which they use along with their fish-like tail to propel themselves through the water. They might look like mammals, but the lack of an udder, and the scales that look like hairs area actually more akin to a shark’s scales, and have been known to rip a man’s flesh off in under six seconds if he gets too close and touches one.
Distinct traits: These buffalo use Taijutsu and their scales to either gore potential predators underwater, leading to massive and sudden bloodloss, or use their powerful bodies to move through the water in excess of 30 knots in adults. Herds move slower so that calves can keep up with the herd, but stragglers are usually left behind if they’re wounded for the sharks to feed on. It takes a school of sharks to bring down one of these beasts, and not without a fight. They’re one of the most aggressively defensive species of under-water bovine in the Naruto-verse.

Rain deer
Species Name: Cervi Pluviis
Method of Movement: Quadruped
Size range: 2-4 meters high, 3-6 meters long, antlers: 2-3 meters wide
Daily activity cycle: Nocturnal
Favored climate: Cold
Favored terrain: Mountains, especially high mountainous areas
Range of Activity: lightning country, snow country, earth country, frost country, Iron country
Diet: Herbivore
Physical Description: With gigantic antlers, this deer is able to leap into rainclouds when they are touching the mountains and either cause rainstorms or snowstorms. They look like almost any other deer except their glossy bluish white pelts.
Distinct traits: Suiton manipulation. They can inundate an area with the ambient water in the air, and where they go a precipitation is always happening. They’re harbingers of rainstorms, thus why they’re called rain deer.

Thunder bird
Species Name: Avis Tonitruum
Method of Movement: Flight, bipedal (when walking)
Size range: 4 meter wingspan
Daily activity cycle: Diurnal
Favored climate: Cold
Favored terrain: Mountaintops
Range of Activity: Whole map, tops of snow-covered peaks, travels north in the summer, south in the winter.
Diet: Carnivore
Physical Description: The thunderbird is a dark grey with a striking yellow beak. Its wingbeats are so fast that it looks like it just soars above the highest reach of the mountaintops. It stays where the wind temperatures can reach -20 degrees celsius, and when it beats its wings, it creates a thunderous sound, lending the bird its name. The males have a dark red head, but are almost indistinguishable to most who see the bird. They’re treasured for their feathers, as they’re as hard as steel.
Distinct traits: The wingbeats of the thunderbird are treated as Fuuton jutsu of B rank when they’re juvenile, or A rank if they’re adults, and have a range of 20-40 strenght behind them. Because of this, they don’t have to kill their prey with their over-sized talons, as the winds tear their meals apart for them.

Kirin
Species Name: Kirin (Qilin)
Method of Movement: Quadruped
Size range: 2-4 meters in length
Daily activity cycle: Any
Favored climate: Any
Favored terrain: Any
Range of Activity: All over the map
Diet: Unknown, but rumored to be herbivorous
Physical Description: A dragon’s head, deer antlers, boars tusks, serpents scales, horse tail, and deer legs, this chimeric animal is said to be found by those pure of heart when they are in dire need of healing. The Kirin will appear with iridescent golden scales most times, but has natural camouflage on top of being able to elude the eye and walk on air.
Distinct traits: Passive levitation and mastery of all Iijutsu, the kirin is said to be able to heal any illness that a person or creature has. It is a master of wind, water, and sealing jutsu, and is said to dance among the clouds when it is bored. No one has gauged its combat strength yet and lived to tell the tale, mainly because the beast will only show up where the needs of the creature seeking it are the most dire for the purer of intentions. It is rumored that the Kirin has the power over life and death and if it brings someone back from the brink of death with an impurity of heart, it has the power to destroy what it has saved.

Salt Mink
Species Name: Creditis Salis
Method of Movement: quadrupedal
Size range: 50 centimeters to 1 meter long.
Daily activity cycle: Diurnal
Favored climate: Temperate to moderate
Favored terrain: Salt Marshes
Range of Activity: Lightning country, marsh country, hotsprings country, water country.
Diet: Carnivorous
Physical Description: A weasel-like creature, this salt-mink has the ability to produce salt from a pair of glands at the back of its mouth. It is a muddy white color, but when it is cleaned, is the rough color of salt
Distinct traits: The salt mink is able to shoot salt out of its mouth to a rage of 30 meters with 20 strength (carrying with it the salt jutsu passive) With this, it is able to evade capture and predators, or blind its prey so that it can go in for the kill.

Tree horse
Species Name: Equinus Aboralus
Method of Movement: Quadruped
Size range: up to 16 feet tall, some of the branches are thin as a willow branch
Daily activity cycle: Nocturnal
Favored climate: All (see different sub-species)
Favored terrain: Forests, btoh high and low elevation.
Range of Activity: All countries, varied forests. Most prolific in the fire country.
Diet: Herbivorous
Physical Description:Growing limbs up to 16 feet tall, the Tree Horse, as it has come to be known will stand bipedaly throughout the day and close its eyes to camouflage itself among the trees that grow in the forest. The hairs on its hooves will reach up and down like tendrils of a tree, and the follicles on the horse are reminiscent of bark or leaves, lending to the camouflage that the horse has. The horse is able to use earth jutsu to dig its feet into the ground, and is able to stand still for an excess of 72 hours before it must move to find its favored food: lichen.
Distinct traits: The Tree horse can earth-bend and can tunnel deep underground if spooked sufficiently, lending to the myth that they were a form of underground horse, despite being more at home above ground. They’re quite skittish, and can kick and bite as per a regular horse.

Scintillating Serpent
Species Name: Serpens Fulgur
Method of Movement: Wingless flight, and slithering
Size range: 4-10 meters
Daily activity cycle: Nocturnal
Favored climate: Cold, thunderstorms
Favored terrain: Arid mountains and under populous areas
Range of Activity: Countries: Mountain, Bear, Iron, Waterfall, Lightning, Sky and Snow.
Diet: Carnivorous (charred flesh)
Physical Description: Often mistaken for bolts out of the blue or actual lightning bolts, this serpent is a dull yellow color until they strike in a flash of dazzling almost-white yellow light.
Distinct traits: Possessing an electric body that shocks anyone who touches it while inert at a strength of 20, these serpents are capable of lunging 100 meters in a single jump and traveling at the speed of a Jounin’s Raiton chakra, fast enough to create a sonic boom behind them with a strength of Raiton behind them of 50. They shock their prey to death before they feast on the charred remains of whatever is unlucky enough to run into one of these deadly legendary snakes.

I'm not a fan of wild animals being able to naturally use jutsu + do explicitly supernatural things.

If a leopard produces bioelectricity that it can direct with it's teeth like an electric eel to paralyze people, thats fine, but it probably shouldn't be shooting electro-balls. We have spirits, we don't need to blur the line any further.

Would suggest revisiting all of these with that in mind.
