Can manipulate its own feathers into constructs and gains feathers regeneration. 37+ gain heavy weight passive, upon being hit by, or hitting, the enemy, the enemy feels a heaviness on the side from which they have attacked or defended and loses -1 speed per hit landed from that side per hit . An invisible armour of natural chakra surrounds the user. 43+ control chakrapool debuff reduced by 1 50 Control user gains natural chakra regeneration, and the chakrapool debuff is reduces to 0. Kicked out of His home, this 21 year old eagle has been outcasted until he Made something of himself. He landed in konoha and was caught by a merchant, and mistaken for a bird, when the bird attempted to escape and attack, It was caught in a huge Cage front where food laid.

Before being Kicked, a friend warned him about talking in this world. Baby was from Ave's nest, and his real name was Tori, Washi. He stayed because they offered food, but was unaware that he was up for auction. When Hahogosha mom bought him, he was technically bound to him as His summoning.

The eagle has had a hard Time activating His abilities and has been forced to relearn Everything. One night he bonded with Hogosha and signed a contract when Konoha went to war.

Those would be things you can do through Taijutsu yes. You can do it without but in order to do it more effectively you should have a jutsu for it.

How much can it enlarge itself?

How is it restoring his endurance? Is it pulling from his chakra pool?

Feathers having sharp edges and bleeding could just be a taijutsu technique.

What do you mean by "Shoot or soften an area"? Do you mean shoot out his feathers like projectiles? This is also something that could be a taijutsu technique rather than an ability. If you want it to be part of the ability, how do they shoot out? Do they do it based on his control? Strength?

would prefer that size of feathers be tied to jutsu use and not abilities whatsoever personally. Suggest removing anything involving size and breaking your ability to have its tiers unlocked at increments of 5
