Creature Type: Swarm Description: Devils Dust are flocks of pebble sized black spectres originating from a spirit realm. They have large toxic green eyes relative to their body size and a small orifice but no palpable teeth. Each specimen sprouts multiple sharp thorn like appendages and a single long tail made of the same fluffy material as the rest of their body. Once summoned the swarm will float about in groups as if weightless propelling themselves via their tails and spiritual energy.
Personality: These spirits are devious and mischievous creatures that enjoy chaos and tragedy. With no real individual personality to speak of, they are solely driven by the prospect of nourishment and agony. When excited, they begin making extremely unnerving, high-pitched shrieking sounds in unison, somehow resembling twisted snickering.

Skills: Swarms of Devil Dust have an unnerving effect on chakra and chakra control. Their abilities will affect everything that remains within their vicinity [Sync Stat/3m], and end when no longer within range.

Their presence cancels "Advanced Channeling" forms and instead requires the use of hand-signs to instruct chakra.

Furthermore they apply an active "Control" debuff.

History: Demon Dust can typically spread and grow in areas with a strong presence of spiritual energy. They were first encountered by Damon when they were pulled into our realm by a powerful vile spirit raging havoc deep underground in an ancient mine shaft. Drawn to Damon's tragic nature, they enjoy taunting and mocking their master while simultaneously supporting him in combat or otherwise.

my qualms are: the chakra draining effect doesn't have an actual number. and the explosion needs a radius, also it can go above 50 str for the explosion (which it can't do)

Chakra draining also cannot be on people anymore but can be on jutsu.

Some suggestions: if it is a radius around the devils dust, how big is that radius? The larger it is, the lower the CP drain is going to be. You can only create explosions of up to [sync] stat, as [sync] can get to 50 without affecting your overall build (as Nth stats are counted separately from other stats.) Please write a radius for the explosions, and give dinesions for how big the individual swarm members are, and how big they can grow. (this won't affect their stats, just how big they are).

Alright honestly not sure if I made it less feasible or not now XD
Used the defuff rules to orientate and then scale up due to it being more flexible with Swarms than with Justus.
Orientated myself on some other swarm submission to evolve its abilities as it climbs ranks.
Left A and S rank abilities (?) cause I thought its okay to add those later.

Wow that is really strong even as written - you could probably choose just one of those effects and that would be enough for a swarm ability.

Not sure I'm on board with the debuff though.

Both portions of the effect should have a duration and there should be some way to counteract the debuff. Neat idea overall

Had a short conversation on discord bout this. Since I was not planning on having it be a continues debuff, can it stay as:

When in vicinity aka [Sync Stat/3m] the debuff is applied, once you leave the vicinity the debuff subsides?
