Kokou boasts a fair complexion with flawless skin, a testament to his well-maintained appearance. His posture, upright and unwavering, reflects the influence of his conservative upbringing, emphasizing his respectability. With shaggy black hair neatly secured by a white bandanna adorned with a yellow star, the tails whip down at his back. Kokou's distinctive features extend to his pointed ears and give him an overall friendly appearance. Displaying a set of thirty-two pearly white teeth, Kokou has a charming smile. His teeth are perfectly straight and they look clean. His eyes, a striking shade of bright pink, further emphasize his inviting persona. Kokou is undeniably handsome, showcasing sharp defining features such as a small, pointed nose and high cheekbones that give him a naturally serious resting face. His jawline is strong and he has a pointed chin, defining features he inherited from his fathers rugged good looks. Kokou looks to be very masculine, and above all he is very handsome.

Attired in a crisp, white short-sleeved blazer, Kokou proudly reveals his strong, well-defined arms, a testament to his physical fitness.   • Favorite Food: With his voracious appetite it's easier to tell you which foods Kokou doesn't like. That being mashed potatoes, instant ramen and most particularly brussel sprouts. Kokou would have a hard time picking an all time favorite food but he could make a list of his top three. Ice cream is one of his favorites, he loves the cold, sweet, creaminess. He also loves chill cheese fries, the saltiness is delicious to him. Lastly Kokou loves a perfectly breaded, crunchy, juicy, 6 piece chicken tender meal.
  • Affiliation: Ever since he was a young child, Kokou has exhibited a genius mentality. He is incredibly intelligent with both traditional education and relationships. Kokou is a blessed young man and he has always intended to share this fortune with others. When he became a Jounin at the prestigious age of 14, Kokou worked hard to save his money and start an official organization in the village. This organization is funded by Konoha and is aptly named the College of Konoha. Kokou studies the inner working of chakra, magical beasts, and enchanted artifacts of history through this College. He is known as the Professor by his colleagues, a nickname bestowed to him for his wide array of skills with jutsu.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Having been born with unmatched intelligence Kokou has always had a strong sense of curiosity. As he has gotten older this wondering shifted it's focus to the study of jutsu. Kokou dreams of mastering all of the ninjutsu he can and develop them further for the generations to come.
  • Fears: Ever since he can remember, which is pretty far back, Kokou has always been strong minded. He can easily remember things, and has good underestanding of ontological laws of reality. His greatest fear is that he one day loses this understanding and falls victim to an absent mind.
  • Combat Mentality:As a Hyuuga, Kokou's greatest strengths in battle are at a close range. That's not to say that he doesn't have options at a range however. Kokou is a master of Katon jutsu and his crowd control skills are impressive. Using fire he pins his opponent down and then closes in on them like a tiger to it's prey. Kokou also has skill with other elements such as Ash Style, Fuuton, and Suiton. Kokou is also competent with fuuinjutsu, genjutsu and Iijutsu. He can utilize any of these skills to give him an edge in battle, and he has a patient style. Kokou first takes a defensive position in battle, watching his opponent and learning from their movements so that he can quickly jump on them with Jyuuken or utilize other ninjutsu for dynamic effects.

Byakugan:
Pink Byakugan Doujutsu
One of the most famed doujutsu in the world, Byakugan is the bloodline limit of the Hyuuga Clan. Kokou was born with a rare variant of the Byakugan, his being pink. When active, the clan member gains 360 degree vision and Penetrative vision, allowing the Hyuuga clan member to see the Tenketsu of their enemies. Their telescopic vision can be activated via jutsu. As such, the Pink Byakugan is capable of ability channeling, allowing the Hyuuga to activate their Doujutsu techniques without hand seals. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings.

Prolonged usage of the Pink Byakugan is strenuous and requires a high level of endurance. The maximum operating time a user can utilize their Pink Byakugan at a time is equal to their Chakra Pool stat divided by 4 rounded down, to a minimum of one post. The stress of using their Pink Byakugan causes the user a cooldown period of 1/2 of the duration time, to a minimum of one post. During this cooldown period, the Pink Byakugan cannot be activated and attempting to do so will cause physical pain. Duration is based off total posts where the Pink Byakugan is activated, meaning users can turn it on and off to have a shorter cooldown.

While the Pink Byakugan is active Kokou is able to shrink any inanimate object he can see down to minuscule sizes, no smaller than a thumbnail. No objects imbued with chakra or with a fuuinjutsu applied to it can be shrunk. While shrunk the objects clearly glow with chakra. When shrinking objects there is a battle of Kokou's Control vs the objects Endurance. As long as the objects are in Kokou's line of sight he can resize them to their normal dimensions. He can only alter the shape of Control/2 amount of objects at a time.
Third Ability
Path of the Stars:
One night Kokou was watching the stars and to his surprise he saw a shining, pink comet flying toward him. The comet was made out of natural energy that permeated the Earth's atmosphere, and it suddenly descended. The comet collided with Kokou and left him injured gravely. The chakra was absorbed by his body though and ever since that night Kokou has been able to access an otherworldly Sage Mode. The comet also changed his chakra color to pink and blue.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.
Passive (Ignition)Show
Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own. Additionally, Katon jutsu have a Burning effect, and burn anyone they come in contact with with [Control] strength.
Ash Style:
Ash Style
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Ash, an extension composed of Fuuton and Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Ash. Ash has an clinging effect, which clings with 1/2 Strength. You must be a former or present Konoha shinobi to utilize this concentration.
Passive (Clinging)Show
Ash Style techniques have a clinging effect. Ash naturally latches onto anything it comes into contact with, which allows it to cause burns over a long period of time, limiting the target's ability to fight and weakening them substantially. Additionally, Ash jutsu have a Burning effect, and burn anyone they come in contact with with [Control] strength.
Suiton:
Suiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive Replenishing effect.
Passive (Replenishing)Show
Suiton's effect is replenishing, this means that suiton jutsu passively repair themselves when damaged, at no additional cost to the user. The rate of repairing itself is 1/3 [Strength] per post. This only works for the length of the technique, so maintaining the damage to Suiton until the jutsu expires will stop it from regrowing.
Fuuton Affinity:
Fuuton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.
Ninjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Ninjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method.
Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu:
Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu
This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy.
Charge & Augment Fuuinjutsu:

This user is able to utilize Charge & Augment Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Charge & Augment Classification. Charge Fuuinjutsu are used to create jutsu-like effects using seals. Augment Fuuinjutsu are used to enhance or limit the power of whatever they are placed on.

By taking this concentration this user is able to use a medium to draw fuuinjutsu from long ranges, allowing them to place fuuinjutsu without being directly in contact with the surface they'd like to place the fuuinjutsu on.
Iijutsu:
Iijutsu
This concentration allows for the user-to-user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green color of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.
Taijutsu
Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Genjutsu
Genjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Genjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. Channeled Genjutsu cause the user to be surrounded in an aura of chakra while channeling the genjutsu, until the genjutsu is initiated.

This user has learned to use visual cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to perform actions, or draw the eyes to something to capture their targets in a genjutsu.

This user has learn to use sound cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to create sounds and sustain sounds to capture their targets in a genjutsu.

This user has learned how to utilize Status Genjutsu that impose mental and cognitive effects on their target.

This user has learned to combine the basics of Status and Illusion genjutsu, allowing them to use single techniques to create sensory illusions, as well as status changes on their target.

The user performs a series of handseals and transforms their body into a sexy, lewdly dressed woman or man. The shock of the transformation shocks the target and they are distracted for 1 post. The user focuses their chakra into a shuriken or kunai they are holding and a poof of smoke appears. When the smoke disappears the weapon will have transformed into the shape of a collapsible demon wind shuriken. The demin wind shuriken extends to 1 meter when full expanded.

[Ninjutsu • Flying Blade]
D Ranked Ninjutsu
The user focuses their chakra on a kunai or shuriken 10 meters from them and sends it flying in a single direction with [Control] Speed and Strength. It flies for 10 meters before falling.

Ninjutsu • Shadow Clone Shuriken
D-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will channel chakra into a projectile and throw it. Then the projectile will emit a puff of smoke that reveals a copy of the projectile flying in 3 meters of the original at the same speed and strength. This projectile cuts just as sharp as the weapon thrown, and disappears after they've hit a target.

After performing hand seals, the user will take a deep breath and expel a cloud of Ash from their mouth at a Speed and Strength equal to [Control]. The cloud will travel 5 meters in a single direction and will cling to whatever it comes into contact with. If it hasn’t made contact with anything after travelling 5 meters, the cloud will harmlessly dissipate.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to 10 meters away. The defense is shot at [Control] Speed and has [Control] Strength and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

~Jyuuken :: Palm Dance of Divination
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
The fundamental basis of Jyuuken, the user will focus chakra into their hands. For three posts the user is able to inject the chakra within the opponent’s body upon successful contact, dealing damage to the internal structures of the body rather than the external. This has a painful effect on the muscles and blood vessels within the body, causing bruising at the touch.

Jyuuken :: Palm Guard of Divination
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will guard a strike to them. If this strike is empowered by Ninjuts, it will guard against the effects by the user bursting their own chakra into it and disrupting the chakra empowering the strike. If the user attacks someone with this technique the chakra will enter the opponent’s striking appendage and damage their chakra system, causing them to lose 1 Speed for 4 posts.

~Jyuuken :: White Haze Dance
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will strike harder than usually performed in Jyuuken. While normally the softest touch is enough to inject the chakra to damage the internal structures of the body, this technique is designed to accompany the user's attack with a blast of chakra, throwing those with a [Strength] less than the user's [Control] back 10 meters through the air.

D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their hand, the user will skillfully dodge an incoming strike performed with an arm. The user will then strike the place where the bicep and triceps meet on that arm, injecting their chakra between the muscles for a painful effect. The body will then have its Speed reduced by 1 for 4 posts.

Jyuuken :: Twin Striking Palm
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Often used as a finishing strike, the user will charge chakra through their palms before they deliver the blow. They will then strike with one palm inverted over the other into the opponent’s abdomen. The chakra that is injected directly into the opponent’s solar plexus causes significant pain and stands a very large chance of winding the opponent providing their [Strength] does not exceed the user’s [Control] by 5.

~Jyuuken :: Pricking Lock
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Used as a method of immobilizing an opponent, the user will charge chakra into their hands before wrapping their free hand around their opponent's arms locking it in place before striking with the charged hand injecting it with chakra straight into the tenketsu temporarily locking their opponent's arm into that position. This move can be resisted if the opponent has more [Control] than the user. This arm lock lasts for 3 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Void Palm Strike
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will thrust their palm toward a target. This technique extends the range of their palm thrust by firing off a shell of chakra in the direction of the palm thrust, moving a speed and strength equal to the user’s [Control] moving up to 25 meters.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs Heavenly Rotation
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra through all the Tenketsu in their body, the user will begin to spin rapidly on the spot. This will cause an orb of chakra to expand from their body at [Control] speed, pushing away incoming projectiles, ninjutsu and people with [Control] strength. This technique can last a total of 2 posts, and the orb expands a maximum of 5 meters.

Jyuuken :: Twin Lion Fists
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra through their palms, the user covers their palms in casings resembling two roaring lions. For the next four posts, whenever the user strikes an opponent the lions will strike also, closing tenketsu points to cause -3 Speed for up to 6 posts.

Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs 32 Palms of the Hand
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Byakugan Active
The weakest form of Jyuuken’s Ougi, this technique combines a sharp mental image with precise strikes. The user first envisions the symbol of the eight trigrams on the ground beneath them to gauge the distance between themselves and the target with the aid of the Byakugan. The master of this technique then channels chakra into their hands and dashes in to engage with the opponent. Using their calculations and precise strikes, the user will then swiftly perform a combination of blows equalling 32 in number; each blow closing a tenketsu point. This technique causes widespread damage to internal tissues, resulting in a lot of pain and damage to the body; while the closed tenketsu reduces the target’s Speed by 3 for 6 posts.

Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs Mountain Crushing Palm Strike
B-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra to their palm, the user will thrust it toward an opponent. They will let forth a wave of chakra on contact which spirals around and through the opponent’s body, assaulting their chakra system as well as the rest of their body. This will cause their body to suffer extensive damage to its musculature, reducing Speed both by 6 until medical assistance is received.

Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs Sixty Four Palms of the Hand
B-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: ~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs 32 Palms of the Hand
A weaker form of Jyuuken’s Ougi, this technique combines a sharp mental image with precise strikes. The user first envisions the symbol of the eight trigrams on the ground beneath them to gauge the distance between themselves and the target with the aid of the Byakugan. The master of this technique then channels chakra into their hands and dashes in to engage with the opponent. Using their calculations and precise strikes, the user will then swiftly perform a combination of blows equalling 64 in number; each blow closing a tenketsu point. This technique causes widespread damage to internal tissues, rupturing several blood vessels and tearing muscle tissues; while the closed tenketsu reduces the target’s Speed by 6 for 8 posts.

After channeling chakra into their palm the user will shoot their palm forward. A vector of chakra will extend from their hand for 60 meters at [Control] Speed and Strength. When it hits the target it will send them flying back 15 meters.

Jyuuken :: True Heavenly Dance of Divination
A-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palms, the user will be able to unleash devastating attacks over the next 3 posts. Not only will each strike of their palms disrupt the opponent’s chakra network, causing -9 Strength for 5 posts; it will bypass the outer layers of the body to assault the internal organs directly. Depending on the places stuck, this can have devastating effects on the opponent’s body.

When Kokou was born his mother and father were very young. They had fallen in love at the Konohagakure academy and their love was strong. They stayed together for years and before they both hit adulthood they would have their firstborn. Kokou came into this world quietly, his mother would always say he came out thinking. He was quiet up until the doctor smacked him on the ass. His father said he never heard a more miserable sound than Kokou crying that day. The two lovebirds were ninjas for the village and even at their young ages both of them were well respected ninja. They were expected to bring a great ninja into the world, Kokou had a lot of responsibility coming out of the womb.

Growing up Kokou proved to be an incredibly smart young lad. He picked up on talking before he was six months old, and could walk before he was one year old. He was talented and his parents were proud of him. With all of his intelligence came on overbearing curiosity. Kokou would constantly drive his mother mad asking her countless questions on how the world worked. He was an inquisitive youth and that nature would prove to be his staple in the academy. When he was six years old Kokou was enrolled in the Konoha academy. He was expected to be quite the prodigal student, the Hyuuga clan was quite impressed with his skill. Kokou had achieved an adept level of Jyuuken before he had even entered the academy, it would only be up from there as far as the elders saw it. Once again in his life Kokou had high expectations fall upon him, but he wasn't one to fall under pressure. The young boy eagerly proceeeded with his shinobi studies.

In the Academy Kokou outshined all of his classmates. By the time he entered the academy Kokou had achieved two nature transformations and he could initiate genjutsu with two triggers. Kokou was a natural born prodigy just as the clan had expected. In taijutsu he beat all of his classmates, even giving his instructor a run for his money at the early age of just seven years old. The same year Kokou graduated the academy with some of the highest scores the village had ever seen. Kokou was faster than any genin, had greater chakra control, and he was craftier too. Battle came naturally to Kokou, but he wanted more. To see the effects of his skill was only half of the greatness Kokou had to behold. Kokou dreamed of learning the great mysteries of chakra even greater than anyone who had ever came before him.

During his short year as a genin Kokou spent much of his time reading books. His actual skill was leagues above anyone that would challenge him during the chuunin exams, so he did what he wanted to and studied the science of chakra. Kokou learned many things about the intricacies of the magics that chakra stored. He had already known how to manipulate the energy in his body, but with these studies he grew a more firm understanding. Kokou could identify various molecular structures of tenketsu. He could model the flow of chakra within bodies and show what the disturbance of chakra looked like in living beings. All after just a year of study. When he aced his chuunin exams Kokou's brain was full to the brim with knowledge.

As a chuunin Kokou worked harder than ever before. The village had officially recognized him for his efforts in the chuunin exam, Kokou had expertly subdued his opponent using Gentle Fist, all while abstaining from even a scratch. The village officials were starting to seriously consider him for a role in the village, but he had some time to prove himself before the village would hold any precedent for him.

At home Kokou's parents had given birth to a nearly full family at this point. Kokou was the oldest and only boy. He was close with all of his sisters and protected them whenever the need arose. He was a good brother but with all the work the village was giving him, Kokou didn't get to spend the time he desired with his family. This caused Kokou to withdraw into his studies more than usual after work, late at night, and he stumbled onto the study of supernatural creatures. Kokou was amazed by the artistry shown in the formation of animals, he always had been, but the supernatural creatures he read about in books seemed so surreal. He longed to see one.

After three years of work as a chuunin, Kokou was promoted to special jounin. He was the youngest to achieve that rank in his generation and his family was very proud of him. At just eleven Kokou had matched his father in terms of ninja rank. He was a powerful boy, wise beyond his years and full of potential. Kokou was shaping up to be a fine young man. As a special jounin Kokou had more freedom and evenly spent his time working for the village and studying creatures. He was amazed by what he learned and began thinking on how he could share his knowledge with the world. in the coming years Kokou devised the blueprints for an organization he would lead in Konoha. A college.

When he was fourteen Kokou took an integral part in solving a drug smuggling ring in Konoha. He used his skill with Gentle Fist to subdue the leader without killing her, Kokou was finally ready to be promoted. He had gone on over 62 B rank missions already, and the village was confident in his skill. With reccomendations all across the board Kokou became a jounin. When he was awarded his new rank Kokou put forth his plan. Kokou had been putting together pieces for his college and on the laurels of a promotion he thought it would be best to propose a partnership with the village.

Kokou laid out his plan. He would form a group of researchers, scientists, and scholars of chakra and put together a comprehensive archive of all that is known about chakra. Along with that Kokou would also go on expeditions to find rare supernatural creatures and study them. The group would be known as the College of Konoha and work for the village. In return Konoha would fund them and give them a building in the village to conduct experiments and contain the archives they gather.

After some consideration it was decided that the village would be willing to place some investment in Kokou's plans. He was very excited. Kokou left the Hokage's office smiling.

For the next two years Kokou began putting together the components for his college. He had to work hard to fund everything, but he managed to do it. Only time would tell if the College of Konoha would make any interesting finds, but it was fated that Kokou would stand by his colleagues no matter what. He became very attached to the college and focused all of his conscious effort on producing compelling works for the village to read. Kokou was helping the village become a leading authority on the science of chakra, and he was proud of his work. For the first time in his life Kokou's studies were making a difference. The young man was high on life, and it was only beginning.

The user focuses their chakra on a kunai or shuriken 10 meters from them and sends it flying in a single direction with [Control] Speed and Strength. It flies for 10 meters before falling.

I know what this says in the title, but the description doesn't say what it actually does. It kind of seems like you might be going for a Throwing Weapons tai technique, but if you are physically making the kunai invisible, it would be not as invisible as you think since you are throwing a d-rank invisible kunai. It moving in the air, would maybe make it blurry?

The user focuses their chakra into a shuriken or kunai they are holding and a poof of smoke appears. When the smoke disappears the weapon will have transformed into the shape of a collapsible demon wind shuriken.

Changed the name to Flying Blade. It's just a basic throwing tech. (gonna shrink shuriken and sneak attack people with em from afar. it's gonna be sick)

Gave the demon wind shuriken a dimension of 1 meter.

Sexy jutsu got a stat check of Control over Willpower.

I don't know if this is possible, but I don't think it could be phrased like this in general. So movement would be double endurance and a jutsu would be double the chakra?

No, you’ll need to be more specific than any ‘double resources’ you can restrict it to a specific type of attack (i.e, Hizashi have a technique that increase the cost of suiton) but it can’t be everything. If you want it that way you might as well do a control debuff.

You are a little over in the amount of ryo used. Jutsu comes out to 150 even, but the quarter staff is 3 ryo. Then 30 additional shuriken = (1 ryo per 5 disposables) 6 Ryo. Leaving you at 159. So you are 4 ryo high.
