After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

History Red, The Magician!
Red was born into the Tekuza clan over 1900 years ago, they were a fortunate family that got to master the art of ninjutsu, but they called it magic where Red came from. He grew up to become a great wizard who helped his community. Everything went along fine until the day he became a master, when he brought in his own student, Gyarados, a man with great ambition which Red missed in the height of his arrogance.
For years they trained until the day Gyarados betrayed his master and forced him into the shape of an immortal hat, for hundreds of years the great magician collected dust, until there started to more heroes who picked him up during his journey. His self-loathing stopped when he heard rumors of a way of turning him back, rumors of Gyarados still being alive.
Though no hero had ever been capable of dealing with this man, until Yuuto stumbled upon the hat, this boy would do Red felt his powers and knew there was something special about the boy.
