Appearance:
Although being renown for his high scale attractiveness, Jon does not consider himself to be much of a piece of eye candy. Having light skin, blond hair, and blue eyes, Jon gets plenty of "heart eyes" from girls whenever he crosses their paths; it can be quite frightening. The style of Jon tends to be as basic as his demeanor, so it is not often that you will catch him wearing anything fancy. To prevent himself from attracting the wrong crowd, Jon will, every now and then, wear glasses with clear lenses to throw his onlookers off (even if they still know it is him). To back up his claims of not being Jon, he will refer to himself as "Jōnī Boī" (all for the sake of causing confusion).
After officially becoming a ninja, Jon started to wear the headband of his Hidden Village around his neck (to tuck it whenever he wants to play safe), and he takes pride in keeping it on him at all times (even if it could place him in danger). If Jon wants to escalate things to another level, as far as protection goes, he will wear body armor to guarantee that he does not get harmed. To conceal the entirety of himself, Jon will wear an all black hooded robe that covers his whole head; cloaking his eyes with a shadow, but leaving the lower half of his face revealed (so that those he talk to can read his lips). Tied around the waist of Jon is a, fairly simple, utility belt that has two pouches (on both hips), and inside both of the pouches are all of the ninja tools that he utilizes. Intending to never have to use any ninja tools for combat, Jon keeps them for their unique utility and supplementary abilities.
The two things that are the most prevalent, when it comes to Jon, are his piercings and tattoos. It is said to be heretical to tamper with your body, but Jon was not religious, and he was not asking. Being a very colorful person sparked the interest of Jon as a child, so when he learned how many there were, he became determined to wear them all (in a cycling manner). Not much of somebody who is into designs, all of the clothing that Jon wears is distinctively plain, and does not have any symbols to note. Ironically, Jon does not care about his appearance at all (all while, quietly, deeming himself to be the best looking out of everybody).
Personality:
Jon is what many would consider an "average joe"; nothing being too remarkable about him or the capacity of his skills. By his own account, Jon likes to consider himself a slacker who hates training because it's too much work. The thing about Jon is that he does not like to push himself to extremes if he does not have to. For Jon, doing the exact opposite happens to be more enjoyable in the long run. Thus, even if Jon begins to slack too much, and forget everything he knows, he is well aware of the consequences, and has accepted that he may end up a failure. Admittedly, Jon does not care what his fate is as long as he is happy when everything is said and done.
Jon would rather keep to himself than get to know others or even have a large amount of friends. While Jon does not know much about his family, having been abandoned while young, he does care greatly for them (at least the ones he knows) and wishes that he can, someday, meet his father and mother (and, perhaps, learn their names). Forgoing the majority of his bonds with others, Jon has resigned himself to being a loner and staying out of the way. Very nonconfrontational, Jon is extremely adept at keeping himself out of trouble, and getting out of whatever sticky situation that may present itself. While being proficient at fighting, Jon adheres to not getting into any altercations with anybody; better safe than sorry.
Aside from living a normal life, and being the ultimate vanilla, Jon is a hopeless romantic; seeking love, yet, seemingly, never able to find it. Out of all things that can bring him pleasure, Jon truly believes that love is the absolute best way. Finding a lover has made itself to be the top priority of Jon, but he would not have it any other way. It could be said that, despite who Jon is, his solitary fear is dying alone, and to do so would go against everything he represents. Before Jon dies, he has made it his primary duty to get marriage and start a family of his own; something he has never really had.

The Tale of the HeartbrokenShow
You could call it the "Tale of the Heartbroken", and the title would fit perfectly. Even at birth, it was apparent that Jon was not able to catch a break; his parents bringing him into the world, and then leaving him by himself to survive in the wilderness. If it was not for him being adopted as a baby, Jon would have, most likely, perished to the destructive force of nature. Thankfully, this was not the case, and Jon would be introduced to a new family. However, regardless of what you wanted to call them, the people that adopted Jon only did so for one reason and one reason only: to make him the ultimate ninja tool. It was not because they cared that they adopted Jon, but because they seen his potential at being used and molded into whatever they wanted to groom.
It would not take long for the adoptive parents of Jon to break his spirit ... or so they thought. With him having no other choice, Jon would quickly learn how to pretend to fool his way to the top. Even if his adoptive parents felt like he could be somebody, Jon did not really care about being anybody. Deep down inside, the longing for love had already began to develop, and if his adoptive parents were not willing to provide it, Jon knew that he would have to seek it out elsewhere. Still, being a person who wanted to please his adoptive parents, Jon did what they required of him, and it would not be long before he ended up joining the Ninja Academy.
At the Ninja Academy, Jon managed to get scores equivalent to everybody else, but this was at his own behest to not stand out or draw too much attention to himself. As for the adoptive parents of Jon, they were more than satisfied with him becoming a Genin, and the prospect of him, eventually, becoming a Chūnin and a Jōnin. Whether he would, or even could, accomplish the task of becoming the ultimate ninja tool, Jon remained resilient and unwavering in his own ambition towards finding true love.
