Hair: Kayuri's hair is light brown, and is normally styled as she pleases, hanging down past her shoulders.
Eyes: Her eyes are deep blue, and in most light seem dark gray.
Physical Features: While she is unique the sense that everyone is unique, Kayuri does not stand out in a crowd. She is far from ugly, and can make herself up to be really quite dazzling, but when she is out and about she rarely wears makeup, limiting the natural “pop” of her face and features. Her body has developed nicely, and her features could be considered attractive to the right eye, but again covers this with her choice in wardrobe.
Clothing/Accessories: Kayuri is aware that while out and about in the village, it is to her benefit to blend in as just another civilian among the masses. She often wears baggy clothing, nothing to show off. She usually wears her favorite hoodie, gray, and some matching but not tight pants. For shoes, she wears any assortment of equally uninteresting footwear, not bothering with being athletic by any means, just so long as they’re comfortable. She avoids wearing any kind of jewelry when outside the compound, keeping her look as average as possible. When on a mission, however, she dresses up a bit with a full length cloak with a hood that conceals all her features. The cloak is completely black and non-reflective, and buttons up the front to be quickly donned or removed. Beneath this cloak she wears a tight-fitting black shirt, black cargo pants, and black combat boots. Also beneath her cloak is a full-body harness which connects over her shoulder, across her lower chest, around her waist with a utility belt, and finally around her thighs.
Forehead Protector: She does not wear her forehead protector prominently, instead keeping it somewhere on her person as a way to show identification if need be. After all, no one would remember the interaction anyway.
Personality: Kayuri is, in a word, paranoid. She believes the world is out to get her, and wonders if anyone is really trustworthy. Her paranoia shifts from moderate to extreme, sometimes causing her to live vicariously through shadow clones rather than chancing an encounter herself. She is always analyzing anyone she meets, observing ways that she might disable them should they prove to be working against her. Her paranoia causes her to use ninjutsu just about all the time to make sure no one is sneaking up behind her or trying to betray her. This, coupled with poor sleep causes her to be tired all the time, and therefore a bit snappy. She prefers to work alone, and when she's part of a group, part of her mind is always tracking her team to make sure they're not going to attack her. She does, however, crave to trust someone. Maybe one day she will find someone she can trust.

Equipment,
When attempting to be incognito, she stores most of her gear inside of her backpack, neatly organized and ready for use. When on a mission where function supersedes anonymity, she will instead store the weapons within her body harness, evenly distributed for easy access. She carries 8 explosive notes, 3 smoke bombs, 2 flash tags, 30 senbon, and 14 kunai. She also carries with her her journal and an extra notebook, along with writing utensils, and two small scrolls. She also carries 2 additional exploding tags and 1 kunai in her pants pockets.
Slotted in a holster at her low back while on missions is a smaller senbon launcher, 8" long, that is designed for closer combat and flexibility. It is entirely mechanical, requiring no chakra to fire, but can be augmented with chakra as desired. It has an effective firing range of 30m on its own, and fires senbon at a speed and strength of 25.
Finally, her pride and joy, a 5' long, entirely mechanical senbon launcher. It requires no chakra to fire, but can be augmented with chakra as desired. It has an effective firing range of 500m on its own, and fires senbon at a speed and strength of 50. At the front of the launcher is a tripod to sit it on, and on top there is an adjustable range finder which can provide 20/20 vision up to 500m away, making the image look as if she was standing right in front of it. The range finder also has a series of nobs and dials to account for wind speed, distance, moisture, and anything else that might effect a shot at longer distances. In the center of the range finder is a thin cross-hairs to help dial in her shot. This range finder is as durable as the launcher. Combat Style: Kayuri has three major strategies for combat. The first is to break combat as quickly as possible either by talking her way out, or breaking line of sight and waiting for the opponent to forget about her. The second strategy is to put as much range between herself and her opponent as possible, and end the fight with a single, crippling shot. The third strategy is when the first two are unavailable. This is when she will use her hand held launcher to strike the opponent swiftly while evading damage herself.

Suku Clan members have a unique kekkei genkai developed from a stealth based lifestyle. The kekkei genkai causes all clan members to radiate chakra [Control Meters] from their body, which affects the memory center of the brain of all people in the range. Short Term: Short Term memory has a small capacity of storing information that is typically applicable to their present situation. If someone is told to ask for a person, or needs to remember why they put down their keys, they keep that information in their short term. When something is in the short term memory, it is either stored into long term memory for later recall, or discarded.
Long Term: Long Term memory has the capacity to store an indefinite amount of information, that can either be Explicit or Implicit. Explicit memories, for the sake of the clan, refer to events, faces, names, objects and the like. While Implicit memories, for the sake of the clan, refer to skills, such as performing hand seals, or speaking in their native tongue.

Obtain a Memory: The term obtain a memory is used to define when a clan member uses jutsu to see the memories of other people. Clan members do not simply “see” the memories, but actually assimilate memories into their own when they use jutsu, allowing them to effortlessly learn the memory. It could be explained as being an actor in a movie, as opposed to watching it. However, because of this, clan members must be careful to partition their own memory or they run the risk of losing their identity. Obtaining the memory of learning a skill does not give the clan member access to the skill
Memory Partition: The term memory partition is used to define when a clan member actively separate memories from the brain. This is different from modification as the memory is completely removed from the brain, making it irretrievable, even by the clan member.
Memory Write: The term memory write is used to define when a clan member creates a memory in the brain. This is different from modification as the jutsu is not replacing or changing the details of an existing memory. The memory blends in with other memories, so not even clan members are able to differentiate the fake ones from real ones.
Memory Modification: This is actively changing the details of a memory in the targets brain, may it be minor details in the memory, on the memory as a whole. Completely altering the memory in it’s entirety is too complex, and requires a memory partition, and then memory write.

  • Short Term memory jutsu are able to be done at a distance. Long Term memory jutsu must be performed through contact.
  • All long term jutsu that write, modify, or partition memories have a required amount contact time based on rank. As follows;
    • D-rank: Brief Contact (punch, swipe, tap, etc)
    • C-rank: Sustained Contact (grapple, grab, etc.)
    • B-rank: Sustained Contact for a full post.
    • A-rank: Sustained Contact for two to four full posts.
    • S-rank: Sustained Contact for five+ full posts.
  • For every post the user must make contact for for long term memory jutsu, they must also have [Post Number+1] instinct than the target. So for D and C-rank, the user needs 1 instinct more than target, for B-rank, 2 instinct more, A-rank starting at 3 instinct more, and so forth. To a maximum of 6.
  • Clan members cannot alter memories as they are being made, this means if a person is looking at a rose bush, they cannot pull that memory of the rose bush from the person’s mind until they’ve stopped looking at it.
  • To do a memory partition, or memory modification, the clan member must have obtained the memory from the target, or been with the target at the conception of the memory. Meaning if the clan member is in a room with someone, and a bird flies through the room, the clan member would not have to obtain the memory from the target to partition it, because they are already aware of the memory in the targets brain. Conversely, they cannot make a target forget about their pet bird at home, if the clan member has not been with the target every time the target has been with the bird.

History
Kayuri's life has been the epitome of average for one growing up in her clan. She spent most of her time in the compound: learning, playing, and growing. And for that time, she was nothing special. She knew everyone in her family, all her cousins and relatives, and got along just fine with all of them. She did all right in the academy, not really excelling at anything other than what was normal for her clan. She never stood out.

Because of this, she became fascinated by one of the greatest things that made other people stand out: their secrets. Not many people have the same secrets. So when she became a Genin, able to travel through the village, she began to gather the secrets of others, which she documented in her diary. This quickly developed past simple secrets and changed into the need to learn greater secrets, even those of her clan and village.

She trained hard and passed her chuunin exams just before her 16th birthday. After passing the exam, she began to leave the village more in search of new levels of secrets, going as far as the village would allow her and training all the while.

It works by partitioning all memories of the user in the short term before they can be moved to the long term. When a person loses sensory awareness of the clan member, they will immediately begin to forget the user's name, and details of her physical appearance. After that, they will lose their memory of her over the span of up to 10 posts, depending on how long they engaged the user. If a person regains sensory awareness of the user while in the process of forgetting her, the memories do not return, they simply pick up from where they left off. This length is based off someone fully engaged with the user, so someone who simply glances at them would not take 10 posts to forget them. This jutsu causes a permanent (-3) to stamina.

She will then partition the memory of the last jutsu they used, so long as they performed the jutsu in the past two posts. If they are suffering from fatigue form chakra exhaustion, they will still feel the fatigue, but will not remember having used the jutsu. This can only be used on C-rank and below techniques.

This allows clan members to perform their jutsu around civilians and weaker ninja without causing alarm.

If prior to those five posts the target had no reason for violence against the user or anyone in the area, they will forget, likely causing them to go about whatever non violent thing they were doing before. Additionally, if the target knew of the user before the count, but does not remember seeing her in person before, this partition of memory will break the link of association between the assignment and the user.

This sensor jutsu is used by shinobi to feel chakra sources within a radius of 25 yards. While this jutsu is fairly helpful in sensing chakra, it is unable to actually pinpoint specific chakras outside of 10 feet. This only gives the shinobi an idea of how many entities with chakra are present in their general area.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then channel. By doing so, the user will be able to compare the “strength” of each source of chakra they are able to sense to each other. The “strength” of the individual is determined by the average of each person’s Stamina, Control and Strength stats. The user can determine who has more chakra strength than others, allowing them to pick out possible risks. This technique is not very reliable as a determining factor, however.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then channel. For the next 5 posts, any time anyone within the range of their sensory activates a jutsu, the user will see their chakra “flare” momentarily. While they won’t know anything about the jutsu, it will give them a better idea of the battle field.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and focus on one source of chakra they can sense. By channeling, and continuing to channel, the user will be able to continue to sense that source of chakra, even if they are moving around, so long as they are holding the hand seal or channeling. If they, or the chakra source, moves out of range, the user will lose track of them.

After activating Target Lock, the user will channel, releasing the channel for target lock, and then resume it once finishing the channeling for the technique. Doing so, the user will know their targets speed with a deviation of 3 point. Meaning if their speed is 17, the user will know its within the range of 14 to 20.

This jutsu is an extension of [Beyond Senses]. With this jutsu initiated, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 25 yards. A general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at about 50 yards. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control and Instinct, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

Once their sensory jutsu is active, the user can channel, allowing them to notice any abnormalities indicative of genjutsu in any of the sources of chakra they can sense. This can help them determine who needs to be released and who does not.

Prerequisites: Flare
Having used the flare, the user will look out for any flares. Upon noticing one, the user will immediately do a single hand seal or channel, allowing them to determine the affinity, strength, and speed if applicable, and sense where that chakra is going specifically. This means if it’s a projectile, they’ll be able to track and see the projectile in their minds eye. If it’s a fuuinjutsu, they are able to see that a fuuinjutsu is activated, but will not be able to follow the result unless they activate this jutsu again. This jutsu is very effective due to it’s broad mechanic.

After channeling her chakra, and flooding a senbon with chakra, the user will fire or throw the senbon. The senbon will then multiply in mid air, creating two fully physical clones to either side of it just before it hits the target. The shadowed senbon are created five inches away from the original, one to the right and one to the left. Once their momentum has been spent, they will disappear. These clones are created with a durability of 5.

After channeling her chakra, the user will flood her launcher with chakra. For the next three posts, as long as she is channeling chakra into the weapon, projectiles will fire an additional 10m. While she is channeling she cannot use other Ninjutsu or Genjutsu techniques that would require chakra molding.

After channeling her chakra, the user will focus chakra into their mouths and into up to five senbon within 3 feet of their position. The senbon will be summoned from their persons or nearby into the user's mouth, where they will be spit out aided by chakra at a speed of 6 and strength of 4. The senbon can be shot up to 7 meters away.

After channeling her chakra, the user will coat an item, usually a senbon, with chakra before attempting to strike a target with it. The user can then track the exact location of the item within up to 7 meters. For up to twenty meters out, the user can track a rough location. From then out to 100 meters, the user just gets a general idea of where the item is. The chakra will dissipate at the end of 6 posts.

After channeling her chakra, the user will touch either something inanimate or a willing target, flooding it with chakra. From the point she touches, a 1/2 inch wide glowing chakra wire will form. The wire can then be attached to another object or willing person. The maximum length is 10m, and gives no resistance so long as the user continues to give it chakra to extend its length. If desired, the user can re-cast this technique repeatedly to add length. Once the chakra flow is separated, the wire will have a strength of 5, lasting for up to 3 posts. If more chakra is added to the line, it can be extended further.

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact with a physical structure or foreign chakra, the chakra within the projectile will expand outward at a speed of 5, forming a 3m2 flat barrier. An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, after channeling her chakra, the user will coat and mold chakra around her body into the shape and form of something or someone which is no more than twice their size at a speed of 4. This technique's true advantage is that the disguise is given physical substance. This means, for example, if she transforms into something with claws, she will have claws that can physically be used. For the disguises 5 post duration, if it is damaged by a hit of 16 or more strength, the disguise "poofs" from existence. This includes collateral damage caused by striking an opponent that may occur to the disguise.

After channeling her chakra, the user will activate up to five chakra-triggered objects or seals simultaneously, up to 20 + (Control/2) meters away.

After channeling her chakra, the user will form a 10m3 barrier around a target up to 10m away from their position. The barrier forms at a speed of 12, has a strength of 8, and lasts 4 posts before fading away.

After channeling her chakra, the user will touch either something inanimate or a willing target, flooding it with chakra. From the point she touches, a 1 inch wide glowing chakra cable will form. The cable can then be attached to another object or willing person. The maximum length is 15m, and gives no resistance so long as the user continues to give it chakra to extend its length. If desired, the user can re-cast this technique repeatedly to add length. Once the chakra flow is separated, the cable will have a strength of 10, lasting for up to 4 posts. If more chakra is added to the line, it can be extended further.

If desired, the user can re-cast this technique repeatedly to add length. Once the chakra flow is separated, the cable will have a strength of 7, lasting for up to 4 posts. If more chakra is added to the line, it can be extended further, or if the user wishes, the line can be retracted at a speed of 13.

After channeling her chakra, the user will flood a projectile in one of her launchers with chakra, then fire the launcher. The launcher will fire a 1 inch thick glowing chakra cable, about 5 feet long. The cable is designed to wrap around a target, usually the legs or hands. The cable will hold the target with a strength of 10, lasting for up to 5 posts, but does not have a speed of movement, instead using the range and speed of the launcher.

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact with a physical structure or foreign chakra, the chakra within the projectile will expand outward at a speed of 10, forming a 6m2 flat barrier. This barrier can take a hit of up to 10 strength before shattering, otherwise it lasts for 5 posts.

The user will channel chakra into one of her weapons or items and make an exact replica of it using a shadow clone chakra structure. This does not let the user replicate any form of fuuinjutsu or chakra effect, only the physical and mechanical aspects. The copy lasts for 4 posts.

After channeling her chakra, the user will imbue an item with their chakra that is no larger than a basketball. The next thing to touch the object within 2 posts will feel the chakra lurch off the object, latching onto their body and overwhelming them. For those with less than 10 strength they will find themselves immobile for the next 3 posts. If the target that touches the object has 10 or higher strength, they will find themselves unaffected.

After channeling her chakra, the user will surround her body with a shimmering sheen of chakra. If a person or animal touches the shroud within 3 posts they will feel the chakra lurch off the object, shocking their body and overwhelming them. For those with less than 20 strength they will find themselves immobile for the next 5 posts. If the target that touches the object has 20 or higher strength, they will find themselves unaffected.

B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling her chakra, the user proceeds to create a number of clones of herself (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the user's stamina). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for stamina, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

After channeling her chakra, the user will flood one of her launchers with chakra, then fire the launcher. The launcher will fire a 1 inch thick glowing chakra net with about 10 foot radius. The net is designed to either wrap around a target, generally aiming to catch the full person, or to latch onto a solid structure like a door frame to block escape. The net will hold with a strength of 20, lasting for up to 4 posts, but does not have a speed of movement, instead using the range and speed of the launcher.

After channeling her chakra, the user will touch either something inanimate or a willing target, flooding it with chakra. From the point she touches, a 1/4 inch wide glowing razor chakra wire will form. The wire can then be attached to another object or willing person. The maximum length is 20m, and gives no resistance so long as the user continues to give it chakra to extend its length. If desired, the user can re-cast this technique repeatedly to add length. Once the chakra flow is separated, the wire will have a strength of 20, lasting for up to 5 posts. If more chakra is added to the line, it can be extended further. The cable is as sharp as a razor.

After channeling her chakra, the user will coat her whole body in chakra. The chakra coating will last for up to 5 posts. During this time, the user is able to toggle the chakra at will, causing her to become and remain invisible so long as she is moving no more than 2/3 her max speed.

B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling her chakra, the user will coat her whole body, in chakra. The chakra coating will last for up to 5 posts. During this time, the user is able to toggle the chakra at will, causing her and any one person she's touching to be unable to be sensed by chakra. If the sensor has higher control than the user, they will still sense that something is there, but not any detail.

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact with a physical structure or foreign chakra, the chakra within the projectile will expand outward at a speed of 20, forming a 12m2 flat barrier. This barrier can take a hit of up to 20 strength before shattering, otherwise it lasts for 7 posts.

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact, the chakra within the projectile will expand outward at a speed of 20, forming a 50m3 barrier. The barrier does not have any physical form, and can be entered into or exited without resistance. However, while in this barrier, shadow clones are unable to transmit memories, and the makers of shadow clones are unable to receive memories. This means that if this barrier stand between a shadow clone and its master, and the shadow clone is destroyed, the memories gained by the clone will be lost, the master unable to retrieve them.

After channeling chakra into their body, the user enhances their movement to attack or retreat suddenly, the ninja almost instantly moves up to 20 meters on the ground in a single straight direction. While doing this, the ninja cannot move through anything or anyone, nor can they supplement it with an attack of any kind. After the quick movement has stopped, there is a brief pause where the user must recover from the movement. Even though it's not a full teleportation, this jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportations a character can use in a single thread.

During this time, the user is able to toggle the chakra at will, causing her and any two people she's touching to become invisible and unable to be sensed by chakra. If the sensor has higher control than the user, they will still sense that something is there, but not any detail. If she or the other person(s) tries to move faster then 2/3 her normal speed, the technique will falter, and she will become visible until she slows down again.

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact, or with the use of Chakra Kai, the projectile will explode with the force of 7 exploding tags in an 8m3 area, and with 25 strength.

After forming the needed hand seals or channeling, the user will flood a projectile within one of her launchers with chakra, then fire the launcher. The launcher will fire a 1/4 inch thick glowing razor chakra net, with a 20 meter radius. The net will spread out upon being fired, and has the potential to cut with a strength of 25. If the target is not sliced to ribbons, the net is designed to wrap around them, causing more damage. The net will hold the target with a strength of 25, but does not have a speed of movement, instead using the range and speed of the launcher.

[Ninjutsu • Paralysis Zone]

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact, the chakra within the projectile will spread out across a 20m spherical radius at a speed of 20, flooding the area with Rattrap chakra. For the next 3 posts, anyone who enters the area will feel a rush of chakra. If they have less than 30 strength, their body will lock up and they will begin to convulse lightly, unable to move for 3 posts. If they have 30 or more strength, they will feel the jolt, but they will still be able to move.

[Ninjutsu • Juggernaut Barricade]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact with a physical structure or foreign chakra, the chakra within the projectile will expand outward at a speed of 5, forming a 24m3 barrier. It expands first along the plane of impact into a 24m2 square, then will continue to form the walls, and finally the "top" of the barrier. This barrier can take a hit of up to 45 strength before shattering, otherwise it lasts for 9 posts.

[Ninjutsu • Ranged Shadow Clone]

The user will channel, flooding a single projectile with chakra. Upon impact, or with the use of Chakra Kai, a number of shadow clones up to to stamina/3 will appear next to the projectile. The shadow clone has all the same stats as the user, except for stamina, as the clone is given an even portion of the user's current chakra pool. It is created in the same condition as the user, and when destroyed, will transmit all memories back to her. The clone is not very durable, only taking one or two solid hits to destroy.[/list]

This allows the user to hit a moving target so long as it is moving in a way predictable to the user. They must still take into account travel time, and sudden changes in path will still affect the outcome.

The user will hold multiple projectiles in their hands to reduce the amount of time needed between each shot. When required they can quickly and fluidly draw more projectiles and keep up a steady stream of attacks. Often used from cover or a distance, the user will take a stance that might be considered unconventional to most, but suits her purposes well. The user will lie prone, setting her launcher up in such a way so as to facilitate reloading, while also minimizing her launcher's movement to maximize accuracy and range.

By releasing two projectiles back to back the user attempts to create a decoy for the second. The first projectile is often larger or of equal size and the second is slightly behind and below it, usually attempting to hide in the first’s shadow. This masks the attack to some degree. However, perceptive opponents who have an instinct greater than the user’s tai may be able to see through the charade, provided they have means to do so.

By adding a spin to the weapon before it is launched the user is able to give the it a warping motion as it flies through the air. With much practice, the user is able to predict the weapon’s shifting motion and aim accordingly. The user is adept at following targets they may not be able to see. The practitioner is able to launch a projectile in the direct path of an oncoming solid mass attack. This projectile carries with it the full force of the one who launched it and is intended to deflect or destroy the attack before it comes near them. The user’s stats must be capable of tracking and intercepting the attack as well as deflecting it.

Having advanced in their arts the practitioner is able to launch projectiles from inconceivable positions. The adept can not be in any immediate danger while doing this as it renders them immobile and unable to perceive their immediate surroundings. Provided they have means of seeing such distances they’re fully capable of taking full post of concentration and releasing a single shot that has undiminished accuracy out to [(instinct+taijutsu)/2]/5 miles.

Having surpassed even the masters of ranged combat the adept is capable of calculating all outside factors before releasing their shot. Ambient factors such as temperature, winds, moisture, water and even total blindness to their target can not waive their aim. So long as they have a means of detection and nothing is in their path that can’t be forced through or gone around they will hit their mark every time. Living targets must have a (speed+tai)/2 higher than the adepts (tai+instinct)/2 to dodge the adepts attacks without having another form of defense.

After channeling and tracing an existing fuuinjutsu, the user will give the fuuin a physical strength of 5. This helps to maintain the durability of the fuuin even if it is written on something that is not as durable as the seal itself.

D-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
After channeling and tracing an existing fuuinjutsu, the user will charge the fuuin so that if anyone tries to physically tamper with the seal, it will explode outward with the force of a single exploding tag.

After drawing a seal formula on a surface, appropriate in size to the weapon being sealed but no larger than 3x9 inches, the user forms the needed hand seals then may place as many of that singular object into the scroll as desired. When done, the user performs another set of hand seals and touches the seal closing it off as the seal condenses to the shape of the object stored. This seal is the only known sealing applications that allows depth storage and unfortunately this cannot be done at larger sizes. Tools can only be released at a maximum of 10 at a time, and are released with zero force.

Developed for clandestine operations originally, instead of using ink and paper, the user draws a seal onto their body the size of the item they are sealing into their body. Upon doing a set of hand seals, the user then slides the item into the tattoo and performs a second seal, causing the seal to go dormant. When kai'd the seal releases the stored item.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user traces the outline of a D-Rank fuuinjutsu. After doing so, the user places their hand over the seal, removing the seal. This does not protect against any traps that may occur as a result of removing a seal.

By placing a small seal behind the ear and on the inside of the lip, then performing a short set of hand seals, the user creates an audio link between themselves and any targets they personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channeling chakra into the seal allows effected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals.

Used in conjunction with storage seals, the user forms the needed hand seals then touches the storage seal causing it to release up to three of the objects stored in it simultaneously, as if they were thrown at a strength of 10. By doing the needed hand seals, the ninja inscribes the fuuinjutsu onto a surface (non-organic). This seal releases chakra into the structure, strengthening it to a durability of 10. If the object is stronger than 10, there is no effect. This effect persists as long as the seal does, or the item is intact.

Unlike the average summoning jutsu for most weapons, this summoning technique is itself an attack. Whatever weapons were stored within the seal are launched forcefully in the direction the seal is aimed at a Speed and Strength of 10 when chakra is channeled through it. The weapons travel up to 10 meters before falling to the ground.

The user will draw a small, 5inch by 5inch seal on their target, completely removing their ability to speak until the seal is removed or deactivated.

By having an empty scroll with a seal formula placed on it, approximately 3 meters in diameter, the user is able to use the seal as a defensive measure. Holding the seal and it's surface in one-hand, and signing a set of hand seals with the other. Right before contact, the user then performs another seal with their free hand causing the seal to pull in any incoming objects in a 4 meter long cone with a 6 meter diameter from the seal at a strength of 20. When the objects are pulled into the seal, it will close, finishing the technique. This seal cannot be used multiple times, and if the incoming projectile has more than 20 strength, it will overpower it, making the technique useless.

B-Rank Storage Fuuinjutsu
After drawing a seal formula on a surface, up to 7x7 meters in size the user forms the needed hand seals and stores one singular object within the scroll. When done, the user performs another set of hand seals and touches the seal closing it off as the seal condenses to the shape of the object stored. In order to retrieve any stored objects a separate technique is required.

The user will draw a large fuuinjutsu array, approximately 2m by 2m in size. By performing the kai seal, the fuuin will explode with the force of an S-rank jutsu, releasing an explosion over a 16x16x16m area, with 25 strength.

After drawing a 2 meter radius seal on the ground, the user will perform a set of hand seals, then drop Kunai and other projectiles into the seal up to however many they can fit in the seal. After another set of hand seals, the projectiles sink into the seals and the seal arms. At any point, if any pressure touches the trap, it will release and fire out all the projectiles stored within simultaneously in an upward direction with a strength of 25.

A-Rank Augment Fuuinjutsu
After drawing a seal formula consisting of the a 1-inch sized kanji character of each element on a target, the user forms the needed hand seals then touches the seal, arming it. This seals off certain points of the target's tenketsu, disturbing their chakra flow and blocking it, essentially making the target incapable of utilizing their chakra for jutsu as long as the seal is on them.
