Physical Features:
  • Face/head: Tatsuo's hair is colored dark red. The sides of his head are cut short and blended into the rest of his hair. The top is left to a slightly-longer-than-medium length while being swept back or molded into another style Tatsuo enjoys. His eyes are royal purple and seem like they would give off a low glow in pitch blackness. A small scar from a training accident is barely noticeable on the left side of his jaw. His ears are of normal size and have no exceptional shape or features to them along with his lips and nose being fairly average in size.
  • Body: Tatsuo is a lean, mean, fighting machine; the epitome of an Iwagakure no Sato shinobi. Forged in his clan's hell known as the Akari Arena and the village's very own hell, the Catacombs, Tatsuo has trained his entire life to keep himself at peak physical fitness in order to survive and keep pushing forward. Straights lines and taut planes make up his body now as he has continued to hone it to its limits. Due to the location of Iwagakure no Sato and the lack of trees, Tatsuo sports a decent tan that helps to bring out the color of his hair and eyes.
  • Natural Reach: 79"
  • Notable Features: Tatsuo's bright eyes and a large scar on his right pectoral muscle from a training accident are the only noticeable features that would stand out if one were to strip him down.
Clothing/Accessories: Starting from the bottom up, Tatsuo wears a pair of black combat boots over black socks. For pants he wears a black pair of trousers that are tucked into his boots while a waist-sash acts as a belt with the symbol of Iwagakure emblazoned on it. Tatsuo wears a white button up t-shirt tucked into his trousers with a dark maroon duster that reaches down to his calves covering it. Tatsuo has twin kunai holsters taped to each leg on his thigh for a quick draw. Another pack sits strapped around his waist containing the rest of his gear.

Personality:
  • General: Tatsuo has grown into becoming more quiet and reserved compared to his jounin years and earlier. The loss of his brother and perceived loss of girlfriend, who later turned out to be alive, caused his mental health to deteriorate to dangerous levels during the end period of his jounin years. Since then, he has come to terms with what has happened and makes a conscious effort to improve his mental health on a day-to-day basis. His accomplishments over the years and his own strength have spurned him on to become even greater and he no longer cowers or tries to hide away from intimidating people and situation, rather he welcomes them and tries his best to either help a person or point them in the direction of someone who can.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Tatsuo has reached his dream of becoming a legendary ninja, having earned the rank of Bannin which only the most extraordinary of shinobi achieve. Pushing further, Tatsuo now aims for the mantle of Tsuchikage and to lead Iwagakure into a bright future.
  • Fears: Tatsuo worries for the other children of the Akari clan who are not as lucky as he was with his family, he fears for those who are beaten and manipulated or worse. He fears the negative aspects of his clan will become their central theme and wishes to prevent this from further developing and quashing it while possible.
  • Combat Mentality: Tatsuo is, first and foremost, a taijutsu expert who leans on his mixture of speed, strength, and bodily control to bring him victory. He utilizes the combination of his multiple shiin to provide an overwhelming advantage in physical confrontations while using pseudo-Heavenly and Heavenly Taijutsu to deal with any long range threats he cannot bring into his effective range. When going against ninjutsu or genjutsu casters, he aims to force them into close range so that he may swing the battle in his favor.

    Having tested his strength against many Iwa ninja, as well as against ninja of other villages during the Fur Country festival, Tatsuo is sure of his strength. He views himself as an apex predator on the battlefield, reserving the right to fight the strongest for himself. His encounter with the Leviathan in the Catacombs mutated his sense of fear. If something as terrifying and otherworldly as it had been unable to kill him, how could any human? Fear instead excites the man, increasing his own blood lust and exciting him for the battle ahead.

Vambrace of the MonarchShow

A singular leather vambrace dyed a dark maroon and equipped on Tatsuo's left arm. The vambrace has a defensive Strength of 50 and upon channeling chakra it into, the user can selectively cast between 2 effects.
  • Kingsguard: Upon channeling chakra into the vambrace, a translucent light blue barrier will be generated from the user at 50 Speed and protect with 50 Strength within a radius of 20 meters.
  • Realm of the Monarch: Upon channeling chakra into the vambrace, a pulse of Denjiton chakra will immediately be expelled outwards around the user in a 100 meter radius from their person in every direction at a speed of 50. As the pulse moves outwards from the source, it will attempt to interact with any being or object that possesses chakra, striking at them with a strength of 50. As this pulse of chakra spreads outwards from its source, it will create a dead zone where chakra will cease to have any function whatsoever. Within the area, no individual will be able to shape or mold chakra in any way shape or form. Any summons will be immediately dispelled regardless of the circumstances of their summoning. Fuuinjutsu will be unable to be activated and will simply become inert until the effect ends. Any jutsu in the area will have their chakra immediately removed. Items that require chakra to use in any way become inert and ordinary while beings tied to a core will become just that, a core and nothing more. Puppets will become inert. Anyone under the effects of Genjutsu will immediately be broken out. Doujutsu will cease to function and essentially become normal eyes while within the field. Any and all use of chakra becomes instantaneously and indefinitely negated and canceled within the area for the next 12 posts. The only exception to this dead zone is a 20 meter radius around the location it was cast where there is no dead zone.

Shiin:
The main bloodline of the Akari clan is their shiin. While the size, shape, and abilities of the shiin depends on which chakra the organ is connected to. The shiin, while manifesting itself, is a constant within them. Unlike other similar clans, the shiin is the only thing that alters itself, leaving the Akari's body largely in tact. However, because of this, the shiin is just another part of the body, just as someone's arm or leg.

Tatsuo’s shiin are quite a sight. His Astrashiin covers the entirety of his head with a violet hue. Around the eye area the muscle creating the Astrashiin is thin and retractable. It serves as a visor that can be lowered or raised if needed. When lowered, it has two eyes holes that provide some sight but not his usual vision. Atop the Astrashiin are two 6 inch long horns that point forward like a bull's horns. They are sharp and if needed, can gore someone.

Tatsuo’s next shiin is his Lacrishiin that covers the entirety of his body and connects to the bottom of his Astrashiin. The Lacrishiin shares the color of his Astrashiin, being a violet in hue and resembling a beetle’s shell with small 4 inch spikes extending from his elbows and knees with even smaller 3 inch spikes that can be retracted emerging from the tops of his hands. After consuming two phasmashiin during his Arena fight, Tatsuo gained two new shiin. These phasmashiin emerge from his shoulders. The first, on his right shoulder, has an armored section made up of 3 layered pauldron like structures that covers his shoulder and upper arm. The smallest layer sits near his shoulder and the remaining two increase in size with the bottom most layer being the largest. From these pauldrons emerges a long blade. It is almost as long as his leg and at its base is double the thickness of his arm with the blade tapering off at its tip. The blade is incredibly sharp and able to cut through materials with ease. The second phasmashiin, on his left shoulder, mimics the first but has small differences. There are only two pauldrons emerging from his shoulder while the blade is only 2/3rds the length of the first phasmashiin. Both leave plenty of room for Tatsuo to use hand seals freely and are colored violet like the rest of his shiin. At the base of his spine though, there are openings for his other shiin. Tatsuo’s remaining shiin are mixed shiin. The second to last shiin is a violet Temershiin that spawns from the opening in his Lacrishiin with the regenerative powers of a Melashiin. His most recent shiin is a Melashiin with the coarse, rough, and more durable nature of a Temershiin. It forms 12 violet tendrils that spawn from the same opening as his Temershiin.

Astrashiin:
The seventh and most rare of the shiin is the Astrashiin. Connected to the Crown Chakra, an astrashiin manifests itself as a helmet over the Akari's head. Appearing as a partial contradiction, the shiin is slimy, cold, and course at the same time. Appearing more alien in nature than the other shiin, it also commands the most respect. Very rarely showing up in children, and, for some reason, having such a low birth rate, those that are born with an astrashiin are looked after at an astonishingly high rate. Guarded by the clan almost as much as a village guards a Genma, all hungrily waiting for any mess up, it is completely unheard of for an Akari with an astrashiin as a missing nin. The abilities of the astrashiin tend to be hidden until after genin-level, whenever the Akari first consumes a shiin of another Akari, it 'activates' The astrashiin fuses with the shiin, meshing with it in whichever way, depending on the user, the basic shiin, and the astrashiin itself. Unlike other shiin, which are each composite parts, the astrashiin, and those that use them, are adept at fusing different shiin together, making new and beautiful combinations. This leads to many different fusions, such as a phasmashiin with the regenerative powers of a melashiin to almost anything, depending on the user's own imagination. Every single astrashiin has shown to be violet in hue, giving that same light color to any shiin that they consume. While valuable to the clan, due to different types of experimentation, they are also looked at by the entire clan as a predator looks at their prey. Each clan member hopes that they will be the one to absorb and consume the astrashiin.
Lacrishiin:
The fifth and slightly rare shiin is the Lacrishiin. Connected to the throat chakra, a lacrishiin manifests itself as an armor around the user's body. The amount of armor depends on the user's own body. While protective in nature, it is one of the slowest forming of the shiin, forming based on half of the user's [Control], compared to the standard rate. This armor smooth and dull, appearing as as a dim and opaque glass. While the armor has the same durability as others, it is also able to be strengthened in more ways, unlike the others. However, the armor created is almost never offensive in nature, requiring the user to use their own brute force to damage enemies. Most lacrishiin are blue in hue, though there are exceptions. Members of the clan with lacrishiin tend to be bodyguards of those of importance and high ranking members of the clan.
Phasmashiin:
The third and relatively common of the shiin is the Phasmashiin. Connected to the Naval Chakra, a phasmashiin manifests itself as a scaled and skeletal-like weapon over one of the clan member's limbs. While the limb itself depends on the shiin itself, it tends to be very durable, standing up to many different types of attacks. Because of such, however, phasmashiin tend to be heavier than other types of shiin and, because of such, clan members with a phasmashiin tend to have high [Strength]. Most phasmashiin are yellow in hue, though there are exceptions. Members of the clan with phasmashiin tend to be the bulk of the ninja forces that come from the clan. Additionally, most of those who go missing nin are have phasmashiins. Whether this is because of some innate function of the shiin or a bigger grasp for greatness is unknown.
Temershiin:
The second and second most common of the shiins is the Temershiin. Connected to the Sacral Chakra, a temershiin manifests as a tail of some sort on the user. While the type depends on the user, it is almost always coarse and rough to the touch. Most temershiin are orange in hue, though there are exceptions. Those with temershiin tend to be a good chunk of the ninja population, they are mostly lower ranking ninja.
Melashiin:
The first and most common of the shiins is the Melashiin. Connected to the Root Chakra, a melashiin manifests itself as a fleshy protrusion from the skin. They are almost always long and thin, being relatively weak in comparison to all of the other shiin. However, what gives them their usefulness is they have massively high regeneration rates. When damaged, they are able to recur themselves at an astonishing rate, based on the clan member's [Stamina]. Most melashiin are dark red in hue, though there are exceptions. For the most part, those with a melashiin are the lowest caste of the clan, due to having the 'weakest' of the shiin.
Second AbilityBlessing of the Priest
Tatsuo visited an elderly priest in the steppes of Rock Country known among the Akari clan. His visit was enlightening in nature and the information instilled within his mind and body has allowed him to create and use the elemental release of Kouton as he pleases.

Taijutsu Specialist:
Having devoted their lives to mastering the art of taijutsu, this shinobi is classified as a Taijutsu Specialist. Taijutsu specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to taijutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to genjutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to ninjutsu.

As a Taijutsu Specialist, Tatsuo is able to utilize taijutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats can only be Taijutsu, [Stamina], and [Speed, Strength].

Iijutsu:
Iijutsu
This concentration allows for the user to user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.
Doton:
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.
Raiton:
This user has learned to use the Raiton affinity, allowing them access to raiton jutsu. Raiton jutsu are known for their ability to shock.
Kouton Affinity:
Kouton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Kouton, and advanced form of Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Kouton affinity. Kouton has an resisting effect. Those without the Elemental Specialization cannot make custom Kouton jutsu.
Passive (Resisting)Show
Kouton has a resisting effect. This means that Kouton jutsu ignore the effects of other affinities, regardless of their nature. If a Kouton spear was thrown through a water shield, the spear would not be caught by the shield, nor would it be destroyed by Sankaton, or cut by Fuuton. This resisting effect does not apply to active effects by jutsu. This means a fuuton jutsu that cuts with 30 strength would still cut through a 20 strength kouton shield, but it would not be affected by the secondary cutting by Fuuton. This makes Kouton very effective for breaking through and penetrating defenses that opponents expect to protect them. It's hardy nature makes Kouton very popular amoung Doton users.
Sensory:
Sensor
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.
Taijutsu - 5/10
Stealth:
The fundamental skill of [Stealth] describes the user’s proficiency in remaining silent, unseen and unnoticed as they go about tasks. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Shiin Usage:
The fundamental skill of Shiin usage indicates the user’s proficiency with all types of shiin. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Close Quarters Combat:
The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiency to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body, for example but not limited to, advanced kicks, grapples, advanced punches, etc.
Heavenly Body Control:
The fundamental skills of [Heavenly Body Control] cannot be mastered by those with less than 35 Taijutsu, Strength and Speed. These skills include those required to create almost ninjutsu-equivalent effects simply from the movement of one’s body such as animal shaped blasts of compressed air from especially positioned hands and other similar feats which are beyond reality. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu, and requires Taijutsu Specialist.

Sensor Initiation:
This user has learned to use their chakra's presence to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to initiate genjutsu in people who notice them with sensory techniques.
Touch Initiation:
This user has learn to use physical sensations to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to physical touch the target, or touch them with objects to capture their targets in genjutsu.
Sight Initiation:
This user has learned to use visual cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to perform actions, or draw the eyes to something to capture their targets in a genjutsu.
Warp Genjutsu:
This user has learned to combine the basics of Status and Illusion genjutsu, allowing them to use single techniques to create sensory illusions, as well as status changes on their target.


Tatsuo's parents were both chuunin within the ranks of Iwagakure no Sato. They had two other children that possessed a Melashiin and a Temershiin, so they were very common within the Akari clan. They figured that their third son would be the same, a common shiin user. They kept believing this until finally Kakuto, his father, started training Tatsuo. Once his shiin manifested, the small family felt blessed and cursed. Their son would be strong and influential, if he could survive. Kakuto and his wife, Mizami, started training their children immediately to protect themselves and to strengthen their youngest.

As a child, Tatsuo did not learn the importance of his shiin until his father explained it to him before he joined the Academy. From there on, Tatsuo was to keep his Astrashiin a secret and to lie about what shiin he truly had especially while in the village. His father and several of his fathers friends became a sort of bodyguard group for the young child. There were several times during his Academy days that he was attacked with his father coming to his rescue and saving him.

From the constant savings, his father grew strong and gained other shiins. As did the rest of his family. Not only was he blessed but so were they as they continued to grow strong. Tatsuo was horrible at genjutsu during his academy days and a little slow during combat training, but he got by with everything else. He found his niche in taijutsu and nintaijutsu and graduated the academy. For his graduation present, his father presented to him several bodies for him to devour. With these bodies and their shiins, his Astrashiin took in the shiins and made them apart of his body.

Tatsuo took to becoming a shinobi as a fish takes to water. From his first day as a genin, he was in the thick of missions and trainings in order to better himself and one day become a legendary ninja. His training took him from the safe confines from the village to the dangers of the steppes and back while the bonds he developed with his fellow villagers and clan mates multiplied over time. The decision to enter the chuunin exam was a no-brainer for the young Akari when the time came. He passed with conviction, the higher ups of Iwagakure no Sato recognizing his strength and granting him his wish for promotion.

Tatsuo breezed through the rank of chuunin with the same dedication to his craft that he had shown during his genin years as well. He met and befriended more Akari clansmen although some encounters led to blows and harsh words. During this time period as well, Tatsuo entered into a relationship with another Astrashiin holder while allowing another Akari who he had formed a friendship with to move into his home. Tatsuo partook in missions to help excavate and map out a new location underneath the village of Iwagakure no Sato itself. These encounters proved fruitful in helping him grow as both a person and as a shinobi.

Tatsuo’s time as a Special Jounin was trying. Several weeks after his promotion to Special Jounin, he was scheduled to partake in his next Arena fight within the Akari compound. Ready and willing, Tatsuo prepared for the bout with a barely contained fervor. The day of the fight, Tatsuo realized something was off about the event. The clan Arena was packed to the brim with clan members rather than there only being a couple dozen spectators at most. His opponent was another special jounin who possessed two phasmashiin and two melashiin. Tatsuo’s fight was quick and brutal; he literally ripped the man limb from limb and left him as only a torso with a head attached. The subsequent gore covered him in blood, earning him the moniker “The Bloody Demon of the Akari” from his clansmen and the village. Following his own fight, Kotaru, his adopted brother, had his own against a dergoshiin wielder with much promise. The fight ended in a victory for Kotaru but the growing excitement caused a riot to consume the Arena. Many Akari died that day as the clan ripped into each other before the Elders of the clan stepped in and cleaned up. The riot, along with his previous distaste of the Elders, only served to widen the animosity he had for the higher ups within the Akari clan.

Following his Arena fight were several missions which pushed Tatsuo towards another promotion, this time to jounin. It was unheard of for a shinobi to rank up so quickly and it earned him the attention of not only his clan but the village itself. With his promotion to Jounin also came more missions; these missions were directly related to the Catacombs and the surge of activity they were experiencing. Once more diving into their depths with Team 18, Tatsuo and his stalwart companions found themselves fighting for their lives against a monolithic Leviathan worm which had been released from the spirit realm. The fight pushed all three members of Team 18 to their limits and further beyond. Tatsuo was swallowed by the Leviathan and almost crushed within its stomach before he cut himself free and pierced its heart and tore his way out of its chest, killing it.

After slaying the Leviathan worm, Team 18 was found and rescued by a colony of spirits also unleashed from the mysterious, ancient fuuinjutsu lining the deep recesses of the Catacombs. A spirit formed of lava and obsidian was their guide within the small colony village and explained what it knew surrounding the Leviathan, the fuuinjutsu, and its own colony before helping the three members of Team 18 back to the FOB at the beginning of the Catacombs where they were taken to actual hospitals within Iwagakure no Sato for medical treatment. Shortly after their trying events in the Catacombs, Tatsuo underwent another traumatic event.

His elder brother Kaida, the oldest sibling of his family, was pitted against a much stronger opponent within the Arena and slaughtered in front of him. Tatsuo took the event as a sleight against his family by the Elders, a warning for them to fall in line like the rest. Not even two weeks later, his girlfriend, Akari, Ume, was thought to be Killed-In-Action along with her guardian, Akari, Koyama. The two events rocked the young jounin’s world, turning him into a cold person who had flashes on his previous freely expressed emotions.

Eventually coming to terms with and accepting what had happened with the help of a village sponsored therapist, Tatsuo's mental health recovered to a point nearly back to where he had been before everything. Shortly after the young man was promoted to Bannin, a rank reserved for only the most esteemed ninja of the village. Since then, the man has continued his shinobi career as the commander of Jousai as he reaches for Kageship.

Concentration - Taijutsu:
Shiin Usage
Each shin can be used differently. The majority of the shiins are melee-combat based and rely on using the extra reach granted by the Mela/Temershiin to gain an advantage and overwhelm the opponent with added appendages or the added defensive capabilities of the Phasma/Lacrishiin to shrug off damage and place decisive blows while the enemies guard is down. Those fortunate enough to be born with the Dergoshiin are outliers within the clan due to their ability to engage at longer ranges than their counterparts and as such are more like to stick to hit and run tactics.

D-Ranked Discipline Taijutsu
Type: Melashiin, Temershiin, Phasmashiin, Eroshiin, and Lacrishiin.
Due to training with their shiin, Akari members are much more at balance than those without a shiin. This holds especially true for those with temershiin, as the tail-like protrusion provides a counterbalance. This also allows for clan members to use their shiin as legs for balance, if able.

D-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Type: Temershiin, Lacrishiin
Tatsuo will either move his Lacrishiin to deflect small arms thrown at him or he will position his Temershiin in front of himself to deflect projectiles. Once a small projectile comes within range of his Temershiin, he will bat it away from him.

D-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Tatsuo will ready his Temer/Melashiin as he rushes someone or lets them come towards him. He will position his shiin above his head and shoulders and gather strength in them before slamming the appendage down on the opponent which will force them to bend if they have less strength than he.

D-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Tatsuo will ready his Temer/Melashiin as he attacks someone. He will use one of the two appendages as a misdirection while the other will sneak up from the other side and grab an opposing limb before jerking it and hoping to damage it.

Tatsuo will ready his Temershiin as he attacks an opponent. He will lower his shiin and swipe it along the ground to attempt to trip up his opponent.

The user has learned to move silently, and does not produce any sound when walking. They cannot be heard unless a person listening for them has a specialized hearing technique.

C-Rank Taijutsu Stance
Tatsuo's staggering uneven movement mimics the natural vibrations of the environment in an attempt to hide himself from people or creatures that can track through vibrations in the ground or through the air. While applying this technique he slows his movement to that half of what he would be capable of.

C-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Type: Melashiin, Temershiin
Tatsuo will spawn his Temershiin and then take off at his opponent. He will launch a flurry of punches and kicks at his opponent while also attacking from the opposite direction with his Temershiin to attempt to pierce his foe.

C-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Tatsuo will ready his Temer/Melashiin as he attacks someone. He will use his temershiin as a distraction while his melashiin will attack from the opposite side to grab multiple limbs and pull them which may cause dislocations if the opponent’s strength is 2 less than his own.

C-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Tatsuo will ready both his Melashiin and Temershiin as he goes at or allows someone to come at him. Both of his shiin will be raised above his head as he either charges or stands his ground which will turn into a flurry of slams that will rain down on his opponent, forcing them to bend or shortly stun them if they have less strength than he.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
A combination attack started by the user unleashing a powerful kick to either side of their opponent. They will then place themselves behind the target and unleash a quick flurry of strikes with their fists and shiin before kicking another side and repeating the process. This process can keep going ad infinitum or until the practitioner disengages.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
An attack good for setting up a string of further attacks, the user will sweep low in an attempt to kick their target's feet from beneath them. Before they fall, the users shiin will attempt to pierce them through.

The user has attuned their hearing to subconsciously listen for the sound of things moving through the air and alert them when picked up. This allows them to hear and become alert of projectiles flying at them from a general location, even if they can’t see them. This technique does not work in enclosed areas where sounds can be distorted.

C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Speed
Pushing his speed to his absolute limits, Tatsuo will utilize this technique in order to approach his target in a manner that throws off their concentration and makes his next attack unpredictable. This approach is made more or less effective depending on the opponent's abilities.
  • 5 less [Instinct+Taijutsu]/2 than Tatsuo's Speed = Tatsuo's movements appear distorted as long as he continues to move at full speed.
  • 15 less [Instinct+Taijutsu]/2 than Tatsuo's Speed = Tatsuo becomes a complete blur as long as he continues to move at full speed.
  • 25 less [Instinct+Taijutsu]/2 than Tatsuo's Speed = Tatsuo is almost completely invisible as long as he continues to move at full speed.

B-Rank Taijutsu Stance
Having spent as much time hunting as he has, Tatsuo has learnt how to hide his tracks and scent-trails as efficiently as he can follow them. He understands which plants can mask his scent, how to leave false scent trails and broken branches to throw off pursuers, and move in such a way as to prevent leaving a trail of his own. While applying this technique he slows his movement to half of what he would be capable of. Those following him require a tracking technique equal to or above the rank of this technique in order to not be fooled by the false trails.

B-Rank Taijutsu Stance
Tatsuo begins to move so fast that he can create afterimages of himself. This can potentially cause an opponent to get easily confused by the afterimages so Tatsuo can capitalize on an opponent's openings. The number of afterimages he can create in a single post is determined by his (Taijutsu+Speed)/5 and Tatsuo can maintain this for up to Stamina/5 posts.

B-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Perception] Concentration
Over time Tatsuo has developed a keen nose. He can pick up on faint scents that average shinobi wouldn’t even notice to the point where he can distinguish the individual body scents of people as well as determine specific species of animals even by just a strand of hair. The passive range of this ability is about 30 meters though if he has picked up on a trail he can continue to follow it to its source assuming there are still scent particles in the air or physical remnants of a trail.

Prerequisite: [Perception] Concentration
Tatsuo’s sharp senses allow him to pick up on slight sounds within a 50 meter radius of himself. This can range from the sound of a weapon being drawn, a projectile in flight or subtle footsteps and sounds of light breathing. In terms of eavesdropping he can discern a conversation at such a range as if he were standing next to the person whom is speaking.

The user will calm their mind to focus on the situation at hand providing a +9 to Instinct. However, the user will be unable to use hand seals as fluidly as normal suffering a -9 to Ninjutsu.

Prerequisite: [Perception] Concentration
The user has learned to pay attention to their opponent's minuscule movements preceding an action and other things in the midst of a fight. The longer the fight goes on, the more details about the opponent will become noticed by the user. The user can only notice and follow those with a Taijutsu equal to or lesser than their own.

B-ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Stealth] Concentration
The user has trained to stay silent when moving at their full speed unless the foe has a jutsu to hone their sense of hearing. If the user sticks to walking rather than running, they won’t be able to be heard regardless of the foe possessing advanced hearing techniques.

[Overwhelm]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user will rely on their superior speed to dance in between targets to create multiple openings for them to strike with their limbs and shiin. The user will unload on a single target with their fists and shiin before they will move to a new opponent and do the same to them in the time it takes the first to recover. They can keep this process up as long as they are allowed.

B-rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisites: Upper Body, Shiin Usage
When in enclosed areas, the user may find themselves with limited space and find it difficult to get the full force out of their attack. No matter the angle, the user who practiced this discipline will be able to get full strength from their attacks even if they can't extend them fully.

[Wind Breaker]
B-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 20 Strength
The user dodges an opponent's strike by crouching below it, and attacks the opponent's chest with an upward strike from their shiin to their lower rib cage with all their strength in an attempt to break the lower ribs to debilitate the opponent's breathing. This strike if successful and acted upon with full power causes the opponent to become short of breath, and possibly cause bones to put pressure on their opponent's lungs furthering their inhibition to breath. The user must have 5 higher Strength than the opponent's strength to be successful with this jutsu.

B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 35 Strength
The user will strike the air in front of them with their melashiin, the blows creating 4 pressurized bullets of air that shoot forward with ¾ the user’s strength and speed.

B-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Humans are being of habits and patterns, this is no exception in combat, ranging from taijutsu to hand seals. Patterns already being easier to remember, the user has worked hard at actively committing whatever he sees to his short-term memory. This allows him to remember things such as the beginning wind up to a strike or a hand seal pattern after seeing it once, so that he can recognize the technique if used later in a battle. This gives him an advantage in anticipating his opponents next action and makes an opponent’s consecutive usage of a technique a liability.

B-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: 30 Strength
The user has trained their body and as such can use their oversized weapon with such ease that the usual encumbrance of such large weapons is as if nothing to them. This allows the user to use their weapon with the same speed and control as a smaller, more easily controlled weapon, such as a ninjato or katana. The benefits of this are incredibly useful, as this allows them to attack with incredible speed and accuracy without sacrificing their power, as well as block efficiently between blows.

[Tremorsense]
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Tatsuo is sensitive to vibrations in the ground and can automatically pinpoint the location of anything that is in contact with the ground within a 10-meter radius. While underwater, Tatsuo can still use his tremorsense by backtracking the vibrations that carry in water.

[Titan’s Grip]
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: 35 Strength
The user has become so adept at using his heavy phasmashiin that he can do so one handed with no penalty. The user can perform any Shiin Usage taijutsu of A rank or lower single handedly, and can maneuver their shiin fluidly and accurately with only one hand. This has the added benefit of freeing up their other hand, allowing them to use their other hand for a variety of purposes while maintaining an offensive advance.

A-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 35 Strength
The user focuses an amount of muscle tension and force into a single point onto the blade of their phasmashiin, usually the upper half, and then drives it down with enough force to cause a pressure wave to fly forward 30 meters. This pressure wave moves with a speed and hits with a strength of ¾ the user’s Strength.

[Feel No Pain]
A Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: 35 Stamina, 35 Strength
A user with this technique has trained themselves to ignore even the most painful of wounds. This isn't to say that the damage of the wound is ignored; a grievous wound will still cause damage to the user's body and could inhibit their abilities or kill them outright. This discipline simply allows the user to treat pain as if it doesn't exist through shear force of body and will, allowing them to charge straight through attacks and jutsu to deliver their onslaught of attacks.

The user has undergone years of training their hearing to levels that are beyond human. The user is able to pick up and detect the faintest of whispers, the softest of noises, and even those with lower ranked [Stealth] techniques. This jutsu will not pick up foes with a [Stealth] technique equal to or exceeding its rank.

The user has mastered producing no noise while utilizing their full speed. While either running or walking the user is unable to be heard by foes whether using an enhanced hearing technique or not.

[Flicker Proficiency]

Prerequisite: [Perception] Concentration, 30 Instinct, *[Ninjutsu • Body Flicker Technique]
The user has become accustomed to and is no longer affected by the lag of the *[Ninjutsu • Body Flicker Technique] through repeated usage and practice of the jutsu. After performing the jutsu the user is able to instantly attack or defend rather than suffer the momentary lag accompanying those not acclimated to the jutsu.

Prerequisite: 50 Strength
The user has trained their body to utilize their full speed without any build up or using any excess energy. This allows the user to use their max speed while operating in the midst of a fight or even from a dead stop.

Prerequisite: [Perception] concentration, [Trained Nose], [Trained Ears]
By using his enhanced senses of smell and hearing, Tatsuo is able to act as a type of natural lie detector by detecting the faint change in a person's heartbeat and scent due to perspiration when a lie is told. This is rendered ineffective against those who have an A-Rank or higher technique to fool Tatsuo's senses, or those who do not have a heart beat or sweat glands (i.e. Elemental Body).

S-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: [Perception] concentration, 39 Instinct
Possessing immense instinct and perception, Tatsuo is aware of even the most subtle details around him, to a point where he can even pick up on the slightest tension changes in an opponent’s body allowing him predict their movement before it is complete or even read what someone is writing by the way their pencil moves. At times his eyes seem to move on their own will, rapidly tracking an amount of movements equal to his [Instinct]/2.

[Earthquake]
S-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The user will lift their phasmashiin high above their head and build up an immense amount of strength within their muscles. Then, in one incredible swing, the user slams their shiin to the ground with such force that they release a wave of pure force with their swing. The force of the initial blow shatters the ground on contact, and the force of the wave extends out from the user in a 30-meter radius, the earth will continue to be torn asunder by the power of the slash. This not only shakes the earth with incredible violence for 3 posts, requiring a taijutsu equal to or higher than the strength of the user to stand reliably, but also threatens to rip anyone in the area apart as well due to the immense jagged rocks being shot up from the ground at 9/10 the user's strength.

[Pressure Barrage]
S-rank Taijutsu Manuever
The user will tense their melashiin and begin to focus muscle tension along the organ. The user will then strike forward with their melashiin and launch off a number of air pressure blades equal to the amount of melashiin tendrils at a Speed and Strength of ¾ the user’s Strength.

[Mirage Strike]
S-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 50 Speed, [Mirage Assault]
By first entering his Mirage Assault, Tatsuo races around a 50m area, creating afterimages that seem to be actual physical copies of himself, capable of turning and making a false attack in the direction of the target or going in the opposite direction of Tatsuo's actual travel path. Tatsuo makes a series of actual attacks equal to his (Speed/2) in quick succession, so fast in fact that the afterimages he leaves during the attacks combine with the attacks themselves and false images to make it seem as though Tatsuo is making all the attacks at once and from every angle possible.

The user will do a series of hand seals, then within imbue their chakra with this genjutsu. Anyone who senses the users chakra within 3 posts will hear an explosion a short distance behind them. This works as an effective distraction, or a scare tactic, if properly utilized.

The user will do a series of hand seals, then imbue their chakra with this genjutsu. For the next 2 posts, anyone who senses the users chakra will be captured in this genjutsu. For the following 4 posts, the target will see a shadow in the corner of their eyes, constantly shifting out of view when they attempt to look at it.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu

The user will do a series of hand seals, then imbue their chakra with this genjutsu. For the next 2 posts, anyone who senses the users chakra will be captured in this genjutsu. After sensing the users chakra, a dense fog will descend upon those afflicted, limiting their view to 2 meters around them for 4 posts.

[Genjutsu • Smell Of The Deceased]
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will imbue their chakra with this genjutsu. Anyone who senses the users chakra within 2 posts will fall under this genjutsu. This causes the target to begin to smell rotting flesh and decaying bodies. The jutsu can cause nausea and vomiting from the target, depending on how sensitive their sense of smell is. The smell of the dead can also cause some mental stress on the target. This genjutsu lasts for three (3) posts.

[Genjutsu • Pins and Needles]
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After performing the hand seals the user will imbue their chakra with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra within these 2 posts will be caught in this genjutsu. The opponent feels their arms and legs fall asleep. It feels as if the blood flow to these appendages has basically stopped, making their movements a tad sluggish and just all around uncomfortable. This jutsu doesn’t really hinder a person, but it makes everything they do feel off. For those who are attuned to the way their body feels during battle, it can be extremely distracting. Lasts 3 posts.

[Genjutsu • Doubt]
C-Ranked Status Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
The user will do a series of hand seals, then imbue their chakra with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra in 2 posts will be caught in this genjutsu. For the next three posts, the victims of this technique will feel tinges of doubt when listening to other people talk. While the doubt isn't strong, it creates a slight feeling that can be used to dissuade them from following instructions of other people if utilized properly.

The ninja will perform some hand seals and imbue their chakra with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra in 2 posts will be caught in this genjutsu. Once caught, the afflicted will see an illusion of their closest friend being burned to death in front of them for 4 posts.

[Warnings on the Wind]
C-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user imbues their chakra signature with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra signature within these 2 posts will be caught. The target will then hear low, audible voices that are just above a whisper of friends or loved ones warning the target to keep their distance from the user or run away. The genjutsu lasts 5 posts.

[Mouth Rot]
C-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After performing the needed hand seals, the user will imbue his chakra with the genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra within these 2 posts will be caught. The target will then have a horrible taste in their mouth, similar to spoiled milk and rotten meat. Depending on how sensitive their sense of taste is, this technique can cause nausea or even vomiting. This genjutsu lasts 4 posts.

[Northern Air]
C-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After performing the needed hand seals, the user will imbue their chakra with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra within these 2 posts will be caught in the genjutsu. The target will then feel extremely cold and begin shiver. Their fingers will feel numb, which will make forming seals and holding weapons difficult. The target will also see their breath condense in the air as if breathing on a cold day. The genjutsu lasts four posts.

[Genjutsu • Heaven Earth Swap]
B-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After forming the needed hand seals, the user will imbue their chakra signature with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the users chakra within these 2 posts will be caught. For the following 4 posts, the target’s vision will seem to be flipped, so that up is down and down is up.

B-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
Prerequisite: [Sensor Initiation] Concentration
After performing the needed hand seals, the user will imbue their chakra signature with this genjutsu for 2 posts. Anyone who senses the user within these 2 posts will be caught in the genjutsu. Once caught, all of the victim's senses become 1.5 times more sensitive for 4 posts. This leads to much more pain in combat(ex: Blinding jutsu would be much more effective, sound jutsu, etc.)

[Nirvana]
B-rank Warp Genjutsu
The user will cast the required seals before touching the opponent. Once touched, they will be caught within the genjutsu. The opponent will see feathers falling down, and, if the opponent realizes this is a genjutsu, they just need a genjutsu stat of 10 to break out of it. If they don't break out of the genjutsu, the target will fall asleep at the end of that post.

A-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
This is a genjutsu technique that is activated after the user performs the needed hand seals and makes eye contact with the target. Once caught, the ninja's opponent becomes enveloped in total darkness. While in the black void, the ninja will be unable to see any incoming attack or threat. This lasts for 5 posts.

A-Ranked Status Genjutsu
This jutsu can be extremely useful when used at the right time during battle. After performing this jutsu and making eye contact, the opponent forgets how to use all of the ninjutsu and genjutsu they know, except basic jutsu. They don’t realize they have forgotten though and if they try to use one of the jutsu they will just flounder with it confused and nothing will happen. Lasts 2 posts.

The user's melashiin has been combined with a temershiin granting it strength equal to user's strength.

Channeling chakra to their shiin, they cause it to inflate. With this technique the user can control how many of their melashiin tendrils manifest rather than releasing all of the tendrils at once. The melashiin is able to recover at double the rate of a normal body part would. The strength the melashiiin is equal to 3/4ths of the user's strength.

Channeling chakra to their shiin, they cause it to inflate, fully forming into its full glory. The temershiin takes the shape of a wide and powerful tail. The strength of a temershiin equal to the user's strength.

Channeling chakra to their shiin, they cause it to inflate, fully forming into its full glory. The phasmashiin takes the shape of a scaled and skeletal weapon over one of the Akari's limbs. The phasmashiin have a strength equal to user's strength.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Channeling chakra to their shiin, they cause it to inflate, fully forming into its full glory. Taking the form of an almost opaque armor with an appearance of glass, the lacrishiin almost completely covers the user's body. As a pseudoarmor, the lacrishiin has strength equal to the user's strength+3, while causing the user to move with -3 speed.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Channeling chakra to their shiin, they cause it to inflate, fully forming into its full glory. Taking the form of an almost opaque armor with an appearance of glass, the lacrishiin almost completely covers the user's body. As a pseudoarmor, the lacrishiin has strength equal to the user's strength.

Channeling chakra to their shiin, they cause it to inflate, fully forming into its full glory. Taking the form of a helmet, the astrashiin is perhaps the weakest of the shiin, having only half the user's strength.

A partially automatic technique once learned, but can be stopped if need-be, the user is able to cause the manifested form of their shiin to deflate at command or whenever they go unconscious. While the uses of this aren't directly obvious, it does allow them to hide the fact that they do in fact have a shiin.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Lacrishiin
By doing the needed hand seals, the user is able to channel chakra directly into their shiin. This strengthens the armor, giving it an extra 10 Strength. However, while doing so, they are unable to use any ninjutsu or genjutsu while this is in effect. This lasts as long as they continue to channel chakra into their shiin.

Despite requiring both hands and more time than *[Basic Jutsu • Chakra Kai], Multiple Chakra Kai allows the user to activate up to five objects simultaneously, up to 20 + (Control/2) meters away.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user will focus chakra into a rope, wire, or a similar object in their possession. The object will then lash out at a target at a speed of 10 for up to 15 meters attempting to then coil around them and bind them. After coiling around the target, the chakra will cause the object to harden to a strength of 10. After 4 posts the chakra will run out and the bind will break.

After performing the correct hand seals the user forms a 10m3 barrier around a target up to 10m away from their position. The barrier forms at a speed of 12, has a strength of 8, and lasts 4 posts before fading away.

[Ninjutsu • Rattrap]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling the needed chakra the user will imbue an item with their chakra that is no larger than a basketball. The next thing to touch the object within 3 posts will feel the chakra lurch off the object, surging into their body and overwhelming them. For those with less than 20 strength they will find themselves immobile for the next 5 posts. If the target that touches the object has 20 or higher strength, they will find themselves unaffected.

*[Ninjutsu • Shadow Clone Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user proceeds to create a number of clones of themselves (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the users stamina). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for stamina, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

B-rank Ninjutsu
The user performs the needed hand seals and form an aura of chakra around their body. The user then quickly expels the gathered chakra in a shockwave with 20 strength and 20 speed in a diameter of 20 meters with the epicenter being the user.

*[Ninjutsu • Body Flicker Technique]
A-Ranked Nintaijutsu
After channeling chakra into their body, the user enhances their movement to attack or retreat suddenly, the ninja almost instantly moves up to 20 meters on the ground in a single straight direction. While doing this, the ninja cannot move through anything or anyone, nor can they supplement it with an attack of any kind. After the quick movement has stopped, there is a brief pause where the user must recover from the movement. Even though it's not a full teleportation, this jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportations a character can use in a single thread.

After performing the correct hand seals the user proceeds to create a number of clones of themselves (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the user's stamina). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for stamina, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect. The advantage of this form of the technique is that once dispersed, the chakra distributed to the clones returns to the user, allowing any un-used chakra to be regained, slowing the draining usage of this technique. This means if it’s a projectile, they’ll be able to track and see the projectile in their minds eye. If it’s a fuuinjutsu, they are able to see that a fuuinjutsu is activated, but will not be able to follow the result unless they activate this jutsu again. This jutsu is very effective due to it’s broad mechanic.

As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

*[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

~Basic Regeneration

While still part of the body, each and every shiin has remarkable regeneration rates. Normally not enough to fully recover in battle, with rest, a shiin is able to recover itself in a few days, even if the manifested organ has been sliced to pieces, as long as the base organ remains in tact, taking chakra from the Akari, forcing them to rest longer than a normal ninja.

Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

*[Iijutsu • Removal Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
In the event that a foreign object gets lodged into a patient's body, such as the point of shuriken or a senbon, the *[Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be utilized to retrieve it. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them on either side of the wound in question. From here, the medical-nin will carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues by channeling chakra into them, coaxing the foreign object to the surface of the wound in order to extract it. Users of this technique are advised to analyze the severity of the wound beforehand, as more complex wounds will take longer than the one (1) post of concentration needed to extract most objects from superficial to moderate wounds. This technique should be used in conjunction with a tissue regeneration technique or the *[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]. The *[Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be held for a maximum of four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Fracture Technique]
C-Ranked Nintaijutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel]
Once the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel] has been activated, users may choose to use this jutsu as an alternative to the aforementioned technique's usual action. When in close range, the user will attempt to jab his/her charged hand at the opponent, seeking to connect with a bone. If successful, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body as a sharp, precise burst to the area of contact, causing the bone to fracture. If this area is struck again in the same spot, the bone will inevitably break. This technique does not harm anything but the bone—not even the skin—and is dispelled after three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made. However, since both hands are charged, the user has two chances with this technique per use (one per hand).

[Iijutsu • Minor Mystical Palm]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 5 Iijutsu
A minor version of one of the almighty and most highly coveted abilities of medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm Lesser]. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them over the wound in question and begin to channel chakra through it. As the chakra interacts with the cells and tissues in the area, the wound will begin to regenerate and heal over until there's no remnant of it ever being there. Of course, this is not done in the blink of an eye. It takes some time (4 posts) to heal small-to-moderate wounds, while large wounds take six (6) posts of concentration to mend, and the user is unable to heal mortal wounds. This technique lasts for six (6) posts.

[Iijutsu • Lesser Mystical Palm]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 10 Iijutsu
A lesser version of one of the almighty and most highly coveted abilities of medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm Lesser]. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them over the wound in question and begin to channel chakra through it. As the chakra interacts with the cells and tissues in the area, the wound will begin to regenerate and heal over until there's no remnant of it ever being there. Of course, this is not done in the blink of an eye. To heal small-to-moderate wounds, it takes some time (3 posts), while large wounds take four (4) post of concentration to mend, and mortal wounds take a total of six (6) posts to fully mend. This technique lasts for seven (7) posts, but due to its chakra-extensive nature, users are not advised to treat multiple large wounds in a single use.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Perhaps one of the most dangerous and revered Iijutsu honed by medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel] is no precision instrument. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will begin to focus an ample amount of chakra into his/her hands. Once charged with chakra, the user will attempt to place his/her hands on the target. If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate internal wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Although simple to explain, the *[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique] requires both skill and patience in order to mend the fractured or broken bones of patients. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until canceled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.

Going above and beyond the normal regeneration capabilities, a shiin is able to utilize some of the user's chakra in order to restore itself to fighting capacity. While not instant, a shiin is able to recover and rebuild itself in [20-(Stamina/3)] posts. A melashiin is able to recover itself in [20-(Stamina/2)] posts instead. Either way, the fastest that a shiin can recover this way is in 2 posts. During this time, the shiin is unable to manifest.

Coming close to perfecting the regeneration factors of their shiin, the Akari member is able to recover their shiin almost as soon as it is destroyed. Either way, the fastest that a shiin can recover this way is in 1 post. During this time, the shiin is unable to manifest.

*[Iijutsu • Chaotic Mental Collision]

Prerequisite: Must have Raiton
Utilizing electricity to work, the *[Iijutsu • Chaotic Mental Collision technique is a highly dangerous Iijutsu. To begin, the user will focus regular chakra into his/her hands moments prior to electrifying it with Raiton chakra. This charged chakra will be used in an attempt to disrupt the target's nervous system through close-range contact with the user's hand. If the user is able to connect the flat of his/her palm with the opponent's body, the chakra will be released into it. As this chakra interacts with the foe's nervous system over the course of three (3) posts, it will begin to sever the brain's communication with the rest of the body. During the first post, motor skills such as walking, talking and moving one's hands will be delayed by several seconds. During the second post, the target will begin to lose control over movement in his/her body as the action delay grows worse. By the third post, all motor skills will cease and the target will be rendered immobile. This complete immobility lasts for two (2) posts.

Tatsuo will perform the needed hand seals and charge Raiton chakra into the spikes on his Lacrishiin and into his Temershiin. From there, he will engage in close combat with an opponent and launch a full flurry of blows using his fists, elbows, knees, and his Temershiin to attempt to overwhelm the opponent.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will seep Raiton chakra in an area around them with a 20m diameter. The user's Raiton techniques will travel 5 points faster when they travel through this zone for 3 posts. This technique ends the moment the user leaves this area. They also return to normal speed upon leaving the area. This technique does not apply the shocking effect.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a two meter long rod of lightning in their hand. They are then able to launch it at 15 speed in a single direction. Upon contact the spear will explode with the force of a single explosive tag and apply the Raiton shocking effect. If it has not been launched by the end of the second post it will dissipate.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will seep Raiton chakra in an area around them with a 20m diameter. This will produce an electric current on the ground in this area visible as crackling lightning on the surface. Any other than the user who step into this zone will have the shocking effect applied and their legs will sustain first degree electrical burns. This current lasts 3 posts, while it ends immediately if the user leaves the area.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user emits a wave of electricity from their palm in a single direction. This is produced as a 10m wide line which extends 2m into the air and travels up to 25m from the user at 10 speed. The wave will apply the shocking effect and reduce the speed of any living thing it strikes by 5 points for 3 posts by electrically interfering with the brain's nervous signals.

They last for 5 posts or until launched.

The user will perform the needed hand seals and then take hold of a shuriken. The user will throw the shuriken and upon kai'ing the projectile, it will rapidly duplicate until it forms a densely packed 25-meter diameter cloud of that object, made completely of raiton. The cloned projectiles will propel forward from the origin shuriken at a speed of 25 and strength of 25 while applying the Raiton passive.

The user of this technique will gather a concentrated amount of lightning in their hand after they perform the hand seals for this technique. The lightning causes a sound similar to thousands of birds chirping over the top of each other while it is in existence. The user will then dash at full speed toward a target, unable to see anything not within their path. The user will then attempt to thrust their hand into their target's body. The lightning is able to give the hand the ability to burn through a person's body. The lightning then shocks the target as per Raiton’s passive abilities. Those with 35+ speed will find this technique gives them +10 strength when combatting defensive techniques. The lightning disappears from the user's hand after 2 posts.

After performing the hand seals similar to that of the Thousand Birds technique, the user will begin to spark with various bolts of electricity. For up to 6 posts the user will be surrounded by crackling lightning, which will immediately lash out at any person or metallic object within 30 meters of them at 35 speed and 35 strength and apply the Raiton passive to those it hits.

After performing the required hand seals, the user will cause metal to surround them in a sort of spherical shape, becoming 3 metres high and 2 metres wide at 20 speed. This metal will guard the user with a strength of 20 for 4 posts.

After performing the required hand seals, the user will kneel down and place their hands on the ground. Then, three chains with 50cm long blades at the end will burst from the ground toward a target at 20 speed. They will bind the target with 20 strength and attempt to either stake them into the ground or impale them upon the blades in the end of the chains. These chains remain taut and strong for 5 posts.

The user will perform the needed hand seals and touch the ground. The user will form a metal spike directly in front of them roughly 5 meters long and 2 meters in diameter at its thickest point before launching the spike forward up to 25 meters away at a strength of 20 and speed of 20.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will tap their foot on the ground charging a 10 meter radius around their foot with explosive chakra. This is armed at a speed of 20. For the next five posts if anyone steps on that area it will explode with a force equal to a standard B-Rank explosion.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a monolithic solid steel wall up to 25 meters away from them at a speed of 10. The wall has a strength of 30 and is 7x7x2 meters large, curving moderately concave to the user.

[Steel Rain]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will perform the needed hand seals and then take hold of a shuriken. The user will throw the shuriken where it will rapidly duplicate until it forms a densely packed 15-meter diameter cloud of shuriken, made completely of Kouton. The swarm of projectiles will propel forward from the origin shuriken at a speed of 20 and strength of 20.

B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat their Lacrishiin in a silvery metal. This hardens their Lachrishiin considerably, allowing them to withstand more damage as if they had +9 stamina. The metal causes their body to become heavier, however, and reduces their speed by 9.

[Kouton: Guardian Spikes]

Prerequisite: Kouton: Grand Defense
After performing the correct hand seals the user will produce half-meter Kouton spikes all along the back, arms, and legs of the armor. The Kouton spikes form at a speed of 20, and when done, will have covered the user’s armor armor in spikes to protect the user from attacks of 20 and less strength.

After performing the required hand seals, the user will generate thirteen swords from metal which will spin slowly in a ring around them at waist height for 6 posts. They are able to do two things with these blades: either they can cause 2 blades to fly into their hands at 25 speed at will, or they can fire one sword in a single direction with 25 speed and 25 strength for up to 30 metres. Each effect can only be activated once per post.

A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the required hand seals, the user will place their hands on the ground. They will then be able to cause three 10 meter high, 3 meter thick, 6 meter long walls of steel with growling faces etched into the side to burst from the earth at 20 speed at any place within 60 meters of the user. These walls require 25 strength to break. After 6 posts they will lose their strength.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat their Melashiin in a silvery metal. This hardens their Melashiin considerably, allowing them to strike and fight with it as if they had +12 strength. However, while doing so, they are unable to use any ninjutsu or genjutsu while this is in effect. This lasts as long as they continue to channel chakra into the Kouton object.

[Kouton: Grand Defense]
A-rank Ninjutsu
The user will perform the needed hand seals and cover their body in a silvery metal. This silvery metal will coat the user in an armor of Kouton. It forms at a speed of 10 and can withstand blows and jutsu up to 40 strength.

[UNBREAKABLE]
S-rank Ninjutsu
The user will perform the needed hand seals and cover their body from head to toe in a silvery metal. This silvery metal will coat the user in an armor of Kouton. It forms at a speed of 20 and can withstand attacks of up to 50 strength. Whilst this technique is active [10 posts], the metal grants the user the Kouton passive.
