Physical Features:
  • Face/Head: Not naturally bald, Tadashi shaves his head every day as part of his morning rituals so closely that every part of his head and face is almost perfectly smooth. His other facial features are very thin: his eyes, nose, and mouth are all very subtle.
  • Body: As a shinobi and a man who strives for balance, Tadashi has a well-toned body that has been kept in shape through the daily exercise and physical rigors that come with being a shinobi and a healthy diet. His skin is a pale-tan color and is relatively smooth in texture.
  • Notable Features: His most prominent feature are the nine identical, perfectly circular marks burned into his forehead. A sign and reminder of the tenants he abides by in all things.

    Tadashi has many outfits he will wear depending on the conditions, but he generally wears a sequence of robes common of his religion for the comfort, both physically and spiritually, they provide. The undershirt is usually black in color and has baggy sleeves that come down to just past his elbows, over which he wears a very large yellow outer robe with dark brown trimmings and beautiful embroidery displaying stories of his religion. Wrapped around his upper body and waist is a sash of red with yellow trimmings, the end of which usually hangs down in front of him with the Iwagakure mountains on it. His pants are also black in color and allow for easy and range of movement. In place of traditional sandals Tadashi wears the leg wrappings of his religious order, simple white cloth bindings that extend from his the top of his shin to his toes, wrapped in simple leather cord to keep it bound and attached to open leather sandals.

    Around his neck sits a large rosary which is bronze in color. Made up of hundreds of beads and wrapped twice around his neck, even then it comes down to his stomach, and they all come around to culminate in a large, fist-sized orb. It has a quick-release clip in the back, so he can take it off and use it as a weapon if need be.
Personality:
  • General: Tadashi is a man of dichotomy yet balance; he follows a religion of peace and harmony but practices an art of war and destruction. A proponent of the belief 'speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far', his humble and soft-spoken demeaner bely his prowess as a shinobi of Iwagakure. Skilled in the arts of medicine, sealing, and foresight, he often serves as a mediator and mentor to those within the village, healing the sick and wounded, safeguarding the secrets of his people, and defending them from threats before they can become such. He thinks through all potential plans and strategies rather than leaping headlong into action, carefully and cautiously measuring his actions in any situation.

    As the leading expert on spirits within the walls of Iwagakure, he is often turned to for advice when dealing with such and is the current Bannin in charge of the safety and maintaining of the village's Jinchuuriki; both of the Genma and otherwise. His attitude towards spirits and their ilk is much the same as one would treat trained animal like a hunting dog or horse; he treats them well and with respect, silently mourns their loss should they fall, and is willing to put them down should they turn rabid but moves on quickly to replace them as they are ultimately tools necessary to the safekeeping of Iwagakure.

    A venerated healer, his prowess is only matched by few through the world, and none of them come close to matching his bedside manner. Compassionate of his patients to a fault, he cannot bear to see those in pain whom he could help to such a degree that it pains him when he cannot help them. He is willing to risk life and limb to ensure the safety of those under his care and guidance and has done so on many occasions. While not the most physically powerful he fully believes that in times of war his position is on the front lines keeping his people healthy and whole.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To achieve a level of peace and security one day where the likes of Jinchuuriki and those of his skillset are no longer necessary.
  • Fears: Having to put down the Jinchuuriki he creates should they ever become out of control and not being able to save those under his care.
  • Combat Mentality: Tadashi puts a great amount of effort into foresight and planning in order to avoid combat. As such he tends to use his skill in Fuuinjutsu and immense prowess in Ninjutsu in order to threaten those that would threaten him with a power so overwhelming it encourages them to back down before blood can be shed.

Over the course of the next post, the temperature in an 160 meter radius of the user will rapidly drop to an extreme, biting cold of -75 C and be able to freeze bodies of water and the earth at 50 Speed with a 3m safe zone surrounding the user. Beings within the area of the technique not familiar with the temperature drop will suffer from extreme exposure, with their bodies cramping, slowing, and shivering uncontrollably. Remaining exposed in this area for consecutive posts can result in a loss of coordination and a confused state of temporary amnesia as the cold begins to suffuse the brain.

Tadashi’s early life was centered around a strict regimen of physical, and mental, training set by his father, and began the moment he was capable of following commands. He was molded into a budding killing machine, and was being taught to be as ruthless as possible in battle, even though he was a kind hearted soul. When he was seven, Tadashi had already become proficient with Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu, the culmination of his training. His seventh year was the year he began to hate not only bloodshed, but battle all together. Tadashi had been training in his family’s rear courtyard when he was surrounded by a group of over ten Iwagakure shinobi. One of them, a young woman, had restrained Tadashi, and had even covered his mouth with her hand to keep him from screaming out for his father. Not long after the woman had restrained him, Tadashi noticed that the others had disappeared, and sounds of battle had arisen from inside of his home.

It was not until much later, when he had been forcefully removed from the premises, that Tadashi had learned what happened. His parents had been found guilty of treason, and had been executed for their crimes. This broke the young man’s mind, and he all but shut down completely in his dispar. He bounced around from foster home to foster home for the next couple of years, before one of the foster families had suggested that he join an order of monks. Tadashi was told that these monks practiced peace, and healing, and only did battle when there was no other course of action available. However, he was also made aware of the fact that they may not allow him to join, and that he would have to prove himself worthy of joining their group.

Tadashi had always had an inborn proclivity for the Ninja arts, which allowed his body to grow, and strengthen, quicker than others his age. This allowed him to perform the menial tasks without any troubles, though he did not always care to perform them. Tadashi kept his head down, and worked diligently in order to prove himself to the order of monks, and had been successful after only a year. As he had not reached the age that allowed him to enter into the academy, Tadashi had been allowed to train under the monks, and began to learn much more than he would during the academy. He was introduced into their way of life, the art of Tenkujutsu, and even the art of healing. Tadashi had taken to Iijutsu as though it was required for him to live.

Once he was finally able to enter into the academy, Tadashi excelled at everything, though not because he had been a genius. His excellent grades, and quick improvements were due to not only his training with the monks, but with his previous training with his father as well. However, due to his quick advancements through the curriculum, Tadashi was continuously placed in more advanced classes, eventually leading to an early graduation. All of his teachers had not praised Tadashi for his hard work, and his great aptitude for the Ninja Arts, but had instead praised the order of monks for their teaching of the young boy.

As a Genin Tadashi had begun to go on trust, and teamwork, building exercises based on suggestions by his elders within the order of monks. Whenever he was not on missions, Tadashi was training relentlessly. He had a thirst for knowledge, and studied everything he could get his hands on. His primary focus, however, was Iijutsu, the art of healing. Through his extensive research, and training, of Iijutsu, Tadashi’s control of his chakra had increased greatly. Because of this massive increase in control, he was able to begin down the path of Tenkujutsu. However, Tadashi did not limit himself to the non-violent side of the being a shinobi. He relentlessly trained his body, and was constantly putting himself under enormous pressure to increase his overall power. Tadashi was constantly creating new training regimens every time his knowledge on a subject increased, so that he would be able to train his body, mind, and spirit, in the best way possible.

It was because of how deeply Tadashi had immersed himself in training, that it took him eight years to become a Chuunin. He had not focused on what rank he was within the military, and had almost completely shut himself away from the outside world while he trained. Tadashi’s power had truly shined when he had taken his Chuunin exam. During the fight, the other Genin that had been taking the exam with Tadashi had not had any opportunity to attack their Chuunin opponent. Tadashi had rushed the Chuunin, and had given a fierce battle that had only stopped when the three judges had commanded the fight end. However, immediately after the fight had ended, Tadashi had used his skill in Iijutsu to heal the wounds on his opponent, and had thanked him for a magnificent battle.

During the second part of his exam, the interview with the judges, Tadashi had been calm, and collected. When asked why he had not worked as a team with the other Genin, Tadashi had simply stated that he had believed that his teammate would get hurt not only by the Chuunin that was their opponent, but by him as well. His explanation had made sense to the judges, as many of Tadashi’s attacks had ended up damaging the area around the two fighters. After an hour the interview had been completed, and Tadashi had been awarded the rank of Chuunin.

Tadashi life going forward was noneventful. The young man eagerly went about his duties as a chuunin, helping train and lead squads of genin in the arts of jutsu he was knowledgeable about, especially his ever growing repertoire of Tenkujutsu. His chuunin days transitioned into days spent as a special jounin and eventually into a jounin.

His life as a jounin revolved around his ability to combat and subjugate spirits for the village. Whenever a hostile spirit was found and unable to be controlled by others within the village, Tadashi was summoned and put to work on removing it or sealing it away. His prowess in Tenkujutsu grew and he was then entrusted with managing the lives of the Jinchuuriki within Iwagakure no Sato's walls. Others within the village were entrusted with actually sealing the Genma within hosts but once a host was created, their lives fell under his jurisdiction. His success in controlling and raising the hosts along with his mastery of Tenkujutsu gained him the trust and praise of the Tsuchikage who eventually promoted him to Bannin.

After preforming the necessary hand seals the user will then place his palm against a target. If the target is imbued with the power of a spirit their hand will visibly flare up with Maroon chakra.

After performing a set of hand seals, the user focuses chakra towards their hand. A chain made of Maroon chakra will shoot from their palm towards the target at [Control] speed, up to 20 meters away. If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such being, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 10, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target, they will drain away -1 Mastery from hosts or -1 Strength from Spirits until broken free of.

While useful for a quick glance, it can be used up to [Chakra Pool]/5 posts, before needing to be refreshed.

After performing the needed hand seals and focusing chakra into their hand, the user places their hand on the head of a Spirit host, or on the object containing a spirit. This allows them to speak directly to the spirit in a telepathic link.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user will create a 10 meter cubed barrier within 15 meters of their location at [Control] Speed with [Control] Strength. This barrier is created of pure Maroon chakra and will only stop things that are related to spirits, normally jinchuuriki. As a result, those that are stopped by the barrier are unable to make their way through unless they can break it. Those untainted by spirits are able to pass through the barrier at their leisure. This barrier lasts for 4 posts.

After preforming the necessary hand seals, the user shoots out a chain of Maroon Chakra at [Control] speed that wraps around the spirit up to 25 meters. If the spirit stays sealed within this chain for 4 posts, the spirit is subjected to the control of the user of the technique, regardless of contracts up to 4 posts. If the spirit has more than 10 strength it can break the chain. This jutsu can only be used on D-Rank spirits.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user focuses chakra into their body, giving them a slight Maroon glow. For the next 10 posts, whenever they speak, they are able to communicate with Spirits of all sorts, including those inside of jinchuuriki within 20 meters.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user focuses chakra to their eyes, causing the Maroon chakra to flare up around their eyes. This works similar to a doujutsu, but with no physical change to the eye itself, allowing the user to see the chakra of spirits and spirit related objects/people as an aura of Maroon. Additionally, they are able to see how the spirit is interacting with their host, be it a jinchuuriki, or a joruri. After performing the needed hand seals, the user will place their hand on an object that is being possessed by a spirit, such as a joruri of Common Soul size or lower. Over the course of a full post, as long as contact is maintained, the spirit will be banished from the object.

After placing the necessary fuuinjutsu and preforming the needed hand seals, the user summons an area up to 20x20x20 meters that lasts for 5 posts. This barrier creates a swamp overlay transferred from the spirit realm, that is layered with a thick heavy bog, and the sound of muck bubbling up due to carbonation. This allows the user to summon spirits cost free at the cost of one lump sum of chakra up-front.

The user channels the needed chakra and then forms a flaming purple barrier 100x100x100m in size around them. The barrier itself does not prevent or stop movement from any person into and out of it but while in this barrier, Spirits/Summons will suffer -3 Strength and -2 Control per post for 4 posts. Additionally, the barrier will recognize any Spirits/Summons who enter and attempt to bind them in place with a [Control] Speed & Strength chain. This barrier lasts for 5 posts.

After performing a set of hand seals, the user focuses chakra towards their hand. A chain made of Maroon chakra will shoot from their palm towards the target at [Control] speed, up to 65 meters away. If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such being, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 25, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target, they will drain away -6 Mastery from hosts or -6 Strength from Spirits until broken free of.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user will place their hand on the head of someone being possessed by a spirit of Greater Soul size and lower. Over the course of a full post, as long as contact is maintained, the spirit will be banished from the person.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user will point their finger towards a target and fire off a beam of pure Maroon chakra. This beam of chakra has a diameter of 1 inch and flies at [Control] Speed, up to 60 meters away. While unable to move during the firing of the technique, the user is able to control the direction of the beam, allowing them to move in any direction they desire to make sure contact is achieved. If the beam hits a spiritual host who is in a form higher than 0, this will cause a drop of -6 Mastery or if it hits a spirit will cause a drop of -6 Strength for 5 posts.

After preforming the necessary hand seals, the user places their hand over the spirit as they flood their chakra for an entire post. If the spirit has a control stat higher than the user's, then the spirit will resist the claim. If they do not, they will be bound to the user, and are able to be summoned at any time at the will of the user and have to obey their every command. This jutsu however is only useful on spirits up to C-rank.

After performing a set of hand seals, the user focuses chakra towards their hand. A chain made of Maroon chakra will shoot from their palm towards the target at [Control] speed, up to 80 meters away. If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such being, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 35, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target, they will drain away -9 Mastery from hosts or -9 Strength from Spirits until broken free of.

After doing the needed hand seals and writing the correct seals or having them premade on a storage device (such as a pot), the user is able to take advantage of a spirit that has been recently ejected from a host/object or one that has been defeated. As long as this jutsu is used the post after the spirit was ejected/defeated, the fuuinjutsu consumes the spirit, trapping them inside until the seal is broken or it is purposefully released.

Prerequisite: Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu Concentration
After doing the needed hand seals, while having the *Shizumeru • [Temporary Housing] of a spirit close by, the user will attempt to seal a greater soul spirit within an object. By writing a seal onto the object, the spirit will then be sealed within the object. This takes a total of 10 posts to complete.

Prerequisite: 45 Control, Augment Fuuinjutsu Concentration
By placing the correct seals on the person and placing their hand making contact onto a spirit or a spiritual being, and then by performing "Chakra Kai", the caster is able to temporarily stop the spirit from influencing an object that it is possessing or sealed into, prohibiting the ability for the host to call upon the spirit's chakra until the seal is broken.

After doing the needed hand seals, while having the *Shizumeru • [Temporary Housing] of a spirit close by, the user will attempt to seal the spirit within a living host. By writing a seal onto the host, the spirit will then be sealed within the host. Users with less than 40 Chakra Pool who attempt to perform this jutsu will die after its completion. However if the user has additional help, they can use an additional person to supplement the stamina they do not have as long as the grand total equals 40 Chakra Pool. This takes a total of 10 posts to complete.

Prerequisite: 45 Control from the jutsu caster, a minimum of 200 Chakra Pool, Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu Concentration
Each participant must share their chakra with the unsealer, as they perform the needed hand seals. The user will then pump this vast amount of chakra into the seal of a grand soul host, such as a jinchuuriki. This process takes a total of 200 Chakra Pool from the group to extract the spirit from the host, who will in turn die. If the total sum of stamina is not met, the participants will all die. It only takes one individual in the group to know this jutsu. This takes 10 whole posts to complete.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: 10 Control
First performing handseals, this sensor jutsu is used by shinobi to feel chakra sources within a radius of 35 meters. While this jutsu is fairly helpful in sensing chakra, it is unable to actually pinpoint specific chakras outside of a 10m radius. This only gives the Shinobi an idea of how many entities with chakra are present in their general area.

*[Sensory Style • Broad Sense]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Beyond Senses], 20 Control
This jutsu is an extension of [Beyond Senses].After initiating this jutsu with handseals, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 25 meters. A general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at up to 75 meters away. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

*[Sensory Style • Augmented Sense]

Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Broad Sense], 30 Control
This jutsu is an even further extension of [Broad Sense]. With this jutsu, a sensor sacrifices quality for quantity. After performing the necessary handseals, the user can view to much greater distances compared to a normal sensor, but their ability to differentiate between people starts to become muddled, meaning multiple people in close proximity will appear simply as a large chakra mass, without the users being able to distinguish how many people are there. By sitting down and meditating, they are able to start to sense further and further away. For each post of meditating, they are able to see 500 meters out, up to a max of posts equal to 1/2 their control (rounded up).

*[Sensory Style • Perfected Senses]
S-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Augmented Sense], 40 Control
As an extension of Augmented Senses, the ninja is able to increase the range and power of their sensor jutsu. After performing appropriate handseals, the ninja is able to view very great distances at not as much of a build up. They are able to pinpoint precise chakra locations at ranges of up to 75 meters away, while getting a general sense of directions and number of chakra sources of up to 300 meters away. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on this jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through individual chakra sources in the sensor's range.

Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Perfected Senses], Control stat of 45
This jutsu is an improved version of [Beyond Senses]. With this jutsu cast, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 50 meters and a general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at about 80 meters. This jutsu is designed for on the move and combat, allowing the user to see, move, fight, etc for 7 posts before needing to be recast.

*Charge Fuuinjutsu • Air Seal
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
A truly unique move in that it can be used alongside other Fuuinjutsu, by channeling into their finger as they draw in the air directly in front of them, the user releases raw chakra the lingers for a small amount of time, allowing it to be used as a seal formula. Alternatively the user can also do hand seals and place their hands forward, causing a seal to burst to life in the air in front of them. This technique consumes chakra equal to the cost of the technique.

After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will hold their hand over a seal, and begin to remove it. This removal will be successful as long as the user has more [Control] than that of which the Fuuinjutsu was sealed with.

After drawing a seal formula on a surface, ensuring it is large enough for the object that is about to be stored. The user will then begin placing the object into the seal. The user can only seal objects up to their ([Control]*2)m^3 in size.

*Force Fuuinjutsu • Explosive Tag

After drawing a ([Control]/5)x([Control]/5) meter seal formula on a surface of an object. The user will then arm it with their chakra up to [Control] strength with a concussive force explosion outwards from itself.

*Storage Fuuinjutsu • Sealing Defense

By having an empty surface with a seal formula placed on it, the user is able to use the seal as a defensive measure. Holding a single, one-handed hand seal, the user attempts to block the incoming projectile with the surface. Right before contact is actually made, the projectile will be sealed into the seal. While strong, the seal must be the same size or larger than the projectile it is attempting to seal. This seal can protect up to the user’s [Control] in Strength. Once used to seal and then release again, the seal will need to be rewritten. The user can only seal objects up to their ([Control]*2)m^3 in size.

*Charge Fuuinjutsu • Barrier Trap

After placing four barrier tags in a square, the user draws a line connecting each of the tags. When kai'd, all the tags are set off simultaneously throwing up a barrier at a strength and speed of the user’s [Control]. This barrier lasts for 4 posts.

*Storage Fuuinjutsu • Storage Strike

Used in conjunction with storage seals, the user forms the needed hand seals then touches the storage seal causing it to release up to three of the objects stored in it simultaneously, as if they were thrown at a strength of the user’s [Control]. The three objects will be released in a small spread, only a few inches apart from each other.

*Storage Fuuinjutsu • Depth Seal

After drawing a seal of appropriate size for the object but no larger than 1 meter, the user is able to store things at depth within this seal to near limitless lengths. The user is able to store up to [Control]/2 of the same item within this seal regardless of the depth of the surface.

*Augment Fuuinjutsu • Secret Seal

After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will chant off a list of words, then they’ll then touch the target’s tongue as the seal forms on it. As long as the seal remains on the target's tongue, their ability to speak those words is removed.

*Augment Fuuinjutsu • Strengthen and Enhance

After drawing the necessary seals on the object, the user will imbue the object with a strength equal to their [Control]. The size of this fuuinjutsu is contextual in terms of the object it is applied to and the strength it is enhanced to. For example, if imbued with 50 strength the object will have 90% of its surface space covered, while if only imbued with 25 strength roughly under half of its surface space would be taken up by the seal.

By performing the necessary hand seals, the user will then touch their target’s ear and on the lips, this creates an audio link between themselves and any targets they personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channeling chakra into the seal allows affected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals. The act of speaking charges negligent chakra.

*Force Fuuinjutsu • Explosive Reversal

Prerequisite: *Charge Fuuinjutsu • Air Seal
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will create two seals in the air with raw chakra in size equal to the user's ([Control]/5)x([Control]/5) in meters in-front of each hand. This seal will be able to withstand a strength equal to the user's [Control] taking explosive strength in one seal, and expanding it back out the other seal effectively sling shotting the attack back in whichever direction the seal is pointed.

*Augment Fuuinjutsu • Mute
B-Rank Fuuinjutsu
The user will perform the necessary hand seals then touch their target, a 10x10 inch seal on their target will form, completely removing their ability to speak until the seal is removed or deactivated.

*Charge Fuuinjutsu • Binding Wires

After drawing a seal formula in an area of desired size. If anything steps within the area of the seal it will trigger this seal formula to grow and shoot off of it's surface at a speed and strength of the user’s [Control]. After three posts the seal runs out of energy and fades allowing the target to move once more.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a 1 foot diameter fireball at the opponent. It travels up to 10 meters away at [Control] speed and strength.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will exhale a small ball of flame directly in front of them. The ball lights up the surrounding area in a 10 meter radius and requires Strength greater than [Control] to destroy. Unless destroyed, it will stay locked in it's location for 5 posts before fading.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a cone that is up to five meters long and three meters wide at it's base. The cone travels at a speed equal to [Control] and impacts with a strength equal to [Control].

After performing the correct hand seals, the user runs their hands alongside a potential fuel, once they take their fingers off everything the ran their hand over will ignite, the flame burning at [Control] Strength. Potentially useful in avoiding wildfires, having fueles for a fire used against them.

*Katon • Heated Blade
D-Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling katon chakra into a metal weapon or blade, the user will cause it to grow hotter and cover the blade in flames. The imbued weapon will be able to carve through defenses of [Control] or less strength with ease.

*Katon • Scattering Flames
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will puff their chest before spitting out a torrent of 15 individual fireballs, each 2 centimeter diameter. The fireballs are shot for up to 10 meters away at a speed and strength equal to [Control].

*Katon • Flame's Shadow

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a copy of themselves out of katon chakra. The clone has stats equal to the user, and is capable of using Katon Jutsu. The clone will only last for 3 posts.

*Katon • Ripple

By channeling katon chakra into their body, the user will release a burst of flame around their entire body, coming outwards from them. This sphere of roiling fire pushes outward with [Control] speed and impacts whatever it touches with [Control] strength, the sphere extending roughly 25 meters in radius from the user's body.

By channeling katon chakra into any item, the user will turn it into a ticking time bomb. Either when 3 posts are up or when activated through the use of Chakra Kai, the object will explode, releasing all the katon chakra in it in a [Control strength explosion and scattering flames in the immediate area.

Cleanse
C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user channels the required chakra as their hands become coated in green tinged flames. The user will place them against the person in question and direct the flames to them. The flames will speed up their healing process and clear them of debilitating effects, such as the blindness from a flashbang or deafness from an explosion over a post.

[Hell’s Geysers]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user floods the ground beneath his feet with katon chakra and it will spread around him in a 35 meter radius. If anyone but the user enters the area, up to 10 columns of flames with a 3 meter diameter and a height of 5 meters will shoot from the ground from beneath the target. Kotaru is unable to control when the flaming columns erupt once the jutsu is in place. The jutsu lasts 5 posts.

[Katon • Combustion]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra into his thumb and one of his fingers, the user will also focus on a location within 40 meters of his position. By snapping his fingers, he will trigger an explosion with strength equal to his control that explodes to cover up to a 25x25x25 meter cube or sphere. An instant before the flames detonate a sharp cracking sound and visible chakra gathered at the focal point will give a brief indication of the explosion to come.

Dragneel's Lance
A-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will channel the needed chakra and hold their hands out as a flaming lance encircled by lightning will form. They may then launch the lance off at a target with [Control] Speed and Strength. Upon impact, the lance will explode with [Control] Strength into a cloud of fire and lightning over a 100m area which will linger for 3 posts.

*Katon • Flame Armor

After the needed hand seals, the user will release katon outward from their body rapidly as the fire twists around them. This fire forms a 3-inch layer of flames around their body that manifests at [Control] speed, and essentially provide a pseudo-defense against taijutsu for the next five posts. If anyone comes into contact with the armor, they will receive burns and incoming attacks will be repelled with [Control] strength.

[Dragon's Breath]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user takes a deep breath and expels a large stream of flames from his mouth. The stream moves at speed up to [Control] and can hit with [Control] strength. It can reach up to 100 meters long, and is thin for up to 5 meters immediately in front of him before expanding up to 70 meters wide. Due to the user’s impeccable chakra control, he can alter the size of the stream at creation and at any time thereafter. The stream can be maintained continuously for up to 7 posts so long as he holds the final seal; during this time, Kotaru can halt the flames and start them back up again at will.

Gift of the Phoenix

Prerequisite: 40 Control
The user will channel the needed chakra and their body will become tinged in green flames. While the flames are active for the next 6 posts, any damage to the user will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, fracture, extensive, or critical wound. However, during this regeneration process, users are not rendered immobile and can continue to fight while their wounds regenerate. The user may touch up to 3 other targets and imbue them with the green flames which will surround them for 5 posts each.
