Physical Features: Carrying her familial traits, Heiya has pale skin dotted with freckles all over his shoulders and legs. Her long blonde hair is worn freely, hanging down to her hamstrings. Bright green eyes, and gentle features, Heiya is often mistaken for someone 5 years her junior. Her skin is lacking in any scars or blemishes, reflective of the extreme care she takes toward herself.
Clothing/Accessories: True to her clan’s reputation, Heiya is rarely seen in an outfit more than once. Mindful of fashion, Heiya bases her outfits on whatever is ‘in’ for the time, and if she is not a fan, is not afraid to break out and experiment with styles on her own. Heiya favors natural tones, greens, browns, oranges, and blues. However, as a shinobi Heiya must also be practical, and tends to wear clothes that allow her to be mobile.
Personality: Heiya carries herself with confidence, walking into any room like she owns it. Not to be confused with arrogance, Heiya takes pride in herself, her ability, and her appearance, and has no time doubting herself. Regarded as a noble within her family, Heiya tries to stay attuned to the needs and wants of her family and the village, and likes to be aware of political happenings. She has strong aspirations, and firmly believes in pursuing her goals, unlikely to be deterred by nonbelievers. Due to her clans status as being fragile, Heiya tends to feel she has a lot to prove, and isn’t afraid to show what she is capable of. Technically a "princess" of the Shoshiki clan, Heiya takes quite a bit of pride in her name and clan, and does her best to represent them.

First Ability
Shoshiki:
Garaton
Born to the Shoshiki clan, this user is able to utilize Glass Release, a fusion composed of Doton and Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Garaton. Garaton has a shattering effect.
Passive (Shattering)Show
Garaton structures are sharp, making good weapons and have a natural capability to shatter. Unlike most techniques, all garaton jutsu shatter when destroyed, which allows them to cause damage upon their destruction. The shattering nature of Garaton means that, when destroyed, the technique explodes with 1/2 the strength of whatever destroyed it. This means if a 4 strength attack does the final bit of damage of a garaton shield, it would explode with 2 strength, but if it a 40 strength attack damaged the shield, it would explode with 20 strength. However, if a Garaton attack is not destroyed, after x number of posts pasts, it will explode with x strength, where x is equal to 1/2 the strength of the Garaton technique rounded up. This throws glass around, which can impale and damage opponents, or even the user if poorly executed. This makes Garaton a volatile offensive and defensive element.

Kouton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Kouton, and advanced form of Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Kouton affinity. Kouton has an resisting effect.
Passive (Resisting)Show
Kouton has a resisting effect. This means that Kouton jutsu ignore the effects of other affinities, regardless of their nature. If a Kouton spear was thrown through a water shield, the spear would not be caught by the shield, nor would it be destroyed by Sankaton, or cut by Fuuton. This resisting effect does not apply to active effects by jutsu. This means a fuuton jutsu that cuts with 30 strength would still cut through a 20 strength kouton shield, but it would not be affected by the secondary cutting by Fuuton. This makes Kouton very effective for breaking through and penetrating defenses that opponents expect to protect them. It's hardy nature makes Kouton very popular among Doton users.
Raiton:
Raiton
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.
Passive (Shocking)Show
Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the Strength stat range they fall into.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.
Passive (Enduring)Show
Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.

Kashiton:
Kashiton
A direct extension of Kouton and Garaton, Kashiton or Tungsten release produces a metal with the passive shattering effect of glass. Tungsten retains Koutons resisting effect, but also retains Garaton’s shattering effect. The Shattering effect of Tungsten is ⅓ rather than ½. Tungsten release jutsu appear very similar to Garaton, except they are tungsten green and not transparent.

The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a wall of tungsten 5m x 5m in size and roughly 2m in thickness to form within 10m of themselves at [Control] speed, with [Control] strength.

Kunai

The user will do a series of hand seals, causing up to 4 kunai made of tungsten to form in their hands. At any point after throwing the kunai the user can perform kai to make any number of them [Shatter] in whatever direction they were flying in.

Nullify

The user will do a single hand seal then touch a Kashiton technique, nullifying it’s shattering effect.

The user will do a single hand seal, then touch a Kashiton technique, causing it to shatter with [Control] speed and strength away from the user. This technique supersedes the [Shatter] passive.

Grenade
D-rank Kashiton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals causing a ball of Tungsten to form in their hands roughly the size of a baseball. The user can then throw it, causing it to explode with [Control] Speed and Strength, shattering Tungsten shards over a ⅕ Control meters area. This technique supersedes the [Shatter] passive.

Conduction
C-rank Kashiton Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: Raiton Concentration
Doing a brief series of hand seals following performing another Kashiton technique, the ensuing technique will be primed with Raiton chakra. Should the technique be shattered by a technique with the raiton [Shocking] passive, it will carry the [Shocking] effect and power of jutsu that shattered it among all of it’s shards.

Recall
C-rank Kashiton Ninjutsu
After a Kashiton technique has shattered, the user is able to do a series of hand seals, to cause the shards of the technique to raise in the air and fly back towards their point of origin with [Control] speed and strength.. This allows shard that may have missed an opponent to effectively “boomerang” back at them. The shards direction is mono-directional, meaning they won’t follow the target.

Barrier
C-rank Kashiton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing 3 orbs roughly the size of baseballs to form and float around the user. By performing kai, the user can call forward one of the orbs and cause it to expand into a 3m wide disk anywhere within 3m of the user at [Control] speed with [Control] strength, and will remain in place for 2 posts or until destroyed. If the orbs are not used within 5 posts they fall to the ground with no effect.

The user will do a series of hand seals, for the next 5 posts any Kashiton technique that [shatter] will always shatter away from the user regardless of where they were destroyed from.

Dome
B-rank Kashiton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a dome of Tungsten 30m in diameter and 20m in height to form around them at [Control] speed with [Control] strength. When any part of the dome is broken, the dome will [Shatter] outward in all directions.

Stained Glass Window
B-rank Kashiton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a flat disk, 40m in diameter made of Tungsten to form in the sky 30m above the user at [Control] speed. The disk will remain in place for 5 posts before falling from the sky at [Control] strength. If the disk is destroyed, it will always [Shatter] downwards.

Senmuton:
Conduction Release
A direct extension of Kouton and Raiton, Senmuton or Conduction release produces metal that is charged with electricity, releasing it to anything it touches. Senmuton produces a metal that retains Koutons resisting effect, but also retains Raiton shocking effect. The Shocking effect of the conduction is treated as having -10 Control the jutsu was cast with, and spreads over 1.5x the jutsu’s size. Conductive techniques appear to be normal Kouton, but have visible and audible electricity crackling from it.

D-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a wire of conductive metal to begin to form in their hands. The wire can grow up to [Control]x2 meters in length, at [Control] speed.

AC
D-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a brief set of hand seals, creating two small disks of Senmuton, one on each hand. Should they touch any Senmuton techniques, the disks will activate an alternating current in the Senmuton technique, allowing the user to touch it without shocking themselves. This technique lasts for 5 posts but the disks can be refreshed for an additional cost of chakra.

DC
D-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a brief set of hand seals, creating two small disks of Senmuton, one on each hand. Should they touch any Senmuton techniques, the disks will activate a direct current in the Senmuton technique. If the Senmuton technique has already discharged its [Shocking] effect, the effect will be reactivated, allowing it to discharge the effect again.

Gauntlet
D-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a disk roughly the size of a tennis ball to form, floating above their palm. Within the next 3 posts, the user can toss the disk forward, causing it to wrap around anything directly in front of it at [Control] speed, and release its current, gripping whatever it’s wrapped around with [Control] strength. This technique works well for countering attacks in close quarters.

Kunai
D-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then hold their hand up, causing a kunai of Senmuton to launch forward at [Control] speed.

Barrier
C-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a 10m by 10m barrier that is 4m thick of Senmuton to rise from the ground at [Control] speed with [Control] strength, anywhere within 10m of the user.

Hail
C-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then take a deep breath. They will spit 20m into the air blob of metal that will break apart into enough needles to cover roughly a 10 diameter area anywhere within 20m of the user. Over the course of the next posts the needles will rain down at [Control] Speed and strength.

Delayed Release
C-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
After performing a Senmuton technique, the user can perform an additional set of hand seals to temporarily deactivate both passive effects of the Senmuton. Allowing others to safely handle the metal without suffering from the effects. By performing kai, the user can reactivate the passive.

Hammer
C-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a pillar of conductive metal to form within 5m of them at [Control] speed from the ground, growing to be 10m tall. At any point in the next 4 posts, the user can cause the pillar to bend over and thrust forward with [Control] strength, striking in any direction the user chooses.

Net
C-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a net of Senmuton to grow from their feet forward covering a 15m wide, 15m long area at [Control] speed. The locks of the net are just under 6 inches in width, making it close to impossible to step through the area without touching the Senmuton and receiving the [Shocking] effect.

Catch
A-rank Senmuton Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Net]
Once the [Net] technique has been performed, the user is able to do a second set of hand seals to cause the net to launch upwards, wrapping around anything currently within its range at [Control] speed and strength, forming a circular barrier roughly 7m in diameter around whatever it has caught, and discharging it’s [Shocking] passive.

Heiya was born to the 3rd brother of the current Shoshiki clan leader, an only child, she was born to be 9th in the line of succession. Her parents were will aware that her day would likely never come, and they raised Heiya to be conscious of her station. Both lovers of nature and the world around them, Heiya was often wisked away on adventures around Earth Country and its various allies. Seeing the world like this, Heiya rejected the idea of being an artisan and insisted at the age of 10 to join the shinobi academy.

Her parents were concerned of the choice she made, but they relented, and were relieved to find that Heiya was very successful as a young shinobi. Quick on her feet and a determined fighter, Heiya was a natural for ninjutsu and would consistently perform among the best of her peers.

Heiya would become a genin, but would continue with her clan obligations, retaining her status as a genin until she was 16. To Heiya, being a shinobi was important, but despite her skill she had other business to attend to and being a genin was simply enough responsibility for her. However, some time before her 17th birthday, the Great Shinobi War would break out. Intent on representing her clan, Heiya would depart with Iwagakure to participate in the war. Her skills would blossom even further, her unique style and jutsu acting as incredibly efficient offensive and defensive weapons for other fighters. During the war, Heiya could hardly be considered a war hero, but she excelled and would be promoted to chuunin, and near the end, Special Jounin. Heiya would be considered a specialist in “Hyper Offense” due to her skill in causing large amounts of damage over short periods of time and neutralizing large groups. With the war coming to its end, Heiya has reset her focus on representing her clan within the village, and seeks to find new purpose.
