Physical Features:
  • Face/head: She has brown hair and her skin is moderately tanned and practically pale compared to other clan members. The rest is hidden by accessories and clothing though her face is the only time someone can get a peek at her skin color. She has blue eyes
  • Body: She has a long lanky body along with H cup breasts that she usually keeps tied down to reduce their size and prevent her from standing out more. That appear to be only c cups under her wraps and layers of clothing, while she has more muscle definition than the average person she still has little compared to the rest of her clan. She has a slightly curvy figure though sometimes hard to see through the clothes, She also has very thick long thighs.
  • Notable Features: She is quite a bit taller than the average person, she also has pretty thic thighs
Clothing/Accessories: wears multiple layers of clothes. The first layer is the bandages wrapped around her chest along with her underwear, the second layer is a mesh net with a crop top over it. The third layer is a casual t-shirt and the final layer is a flak jacket. Though when not in combat usually wears a turtleneck sweater instead of a flak jacket. She also wears baggy pants over her legs.

Personality: Hiroko is a very shy and socially awkward person, being one of the few artistic people in her clan along with her appearance making her stand out brings her a lot of stress sometimes. She has a minor inferiority complex because of never feeling like she never got her parent's approval. She can be pretty indecisive, she hates when people other than her clan bother her when she’s working on a project.

Passive (Resisting)Show
Kouton has a resisting effect. This means that Kouton jutsu ignore the effects of other affinities, regardless of their nature. If a Kouton spear was thrown through a water shield, the spear would not be caught by the shield, nor would it be destroyed by Sankaton, or cut by Fuuton. This resisting effect does not apply to active effects by jutsu. This means a fuuton jutsu that cuts with 30 strength would still cut through a 20 strength kouton shield, but it would not be affected by the secondary cutting by Fuuton. This makes Kouton very effective for breaking through and penetrating defenses that opponents expect to protect them. It's hardy nature makes Kouton very popular amoung Doton users.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.

Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.

Born to the Enkouten clan, this user is able to utilize Lava Release, a fusion composed of Doton and Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Youton. Youton has a melting effect.
Passive (Melting/Hardening)Show
Youton melts in all its techniques, making it a powerful offensive and defensive ability. Enkouton are resistant to Youton for short periods of time, but can be just as damaged by it as a normal person, even by their own techniques, if exposed for too long. The melting quality of Youton burns at such an high temperature that it tends to encapsulate everything in it's path. Despite this, however, weaker youton jutsu struggle to sustain themselves and tend to only give weaker burns to those who come in contact with it. Youton have been known to dull weapons, or even melt weapons at high levels, and flow through defensive jutsu. More importantly, the melting power of youton means that youton techniques passively reduce the strength of anything they're in contact with by 1/4th th strength of the youton jutsu per post after contact. This means a 20 strength youton technique would do 20 strength of damage at impact, then melt at 5 strength per post until it hardened. This allows youton jutsu to substantially weaken defenses over time.

Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.
Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any genjutsu that is designed to be channel, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. Channeling Genjutsu causes the user to be surrounded in an aura of chakra while channeling the genjutsu, until the genjutsu is initiated.

Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.

Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual jutsu.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will tap their foot on the ground charging a 25 meter radius around their foot with explosive chakra. This is armed at [Control] speed. For the next three posts if anyone other than the user steps on the area it will explode with at a [Control] Strength explosion.

By channeling doton chakra into their arm, the user will form rock from their shoulder downward, encasing their forearm and hand in rough and simplistic layered plates of stone. The stone passes over the hand on the back-side but leaves the palm-side uncovered allowing full dexterity of the hand for seals. This essentially resembles a manica, which is a segmented armor that spans the length of the arm. The armor has [Control] strength and speed.

The user will do a series of hand seals and place their hands to the ground. Releasing waves of chakra out of their hands. These waves of chakra will bounce back to the user after traveling out 50 meters on the ground. As the chakra returns to the user it will evoke an image in the users head of the immediate area around them, anything touching the ground and anything up to 5 meters underground. These are still images, not moving images, but can give the user a good idea of what is happening if they aren’t able to see otherwise.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a stone spike directly in front of them roughly 1.5 meter long and 1/2 meter in diameter at it's thickest point before launching the spike forward up to 25 meters away at [Control] strength and speed.

After flooding the earth below her with chakra, Aiya will submerge herself into the ground. Aiya can then dig through the earth with the use of chakra, willing it to move out of her way. In the first post, Aiya may only move down into the earth to a maximum depth of 10 meters, leaving no sign of disturbed earth behind. In the following posts, Aiya can travel underground for up to 5 posts before needing to recast the jutsu. The maximum distance Aiya can travel from their original position is 25 meters in any direction, including down deeper into the earth. After performing a string of hand seals, the user will form a sphere of lava the size of a tennis ball in one hand. The sphere can be thrown and explodes on impact, with a blast radius of 10 meters in any direction, and a strength equal to the user’s control. This jutsu causes 1st degree burns. The lava hardens over the span of 3 posts, reducing the strength of impacted objects by 1 strength per post.

After performing a string of hand seals, the user thrusts their hands forward, causing lava to burst from the ground 1 meter ahead of them. The lava then moves forward up to 10 meters with a speed and impact strength equal to the user’s control.

After performing a string of hand seals, the user will cover the surface of their body with Youton chakra. Physical contact with the user triggers the technique, causing lava to burst outwards from the point of contact with a speed and impact strength equal to the user’s control. This jutsu causes 1st degree burns. The lava hardens over the span of 3 posts, reducing the strength of impacted objects by 2 strength per post. The jutsu lasts until triggered or for 3 posts, at which point it dissipates harmlessly.

After performing the necessary hand seals, the user can create up to two projectiles out of metal with [Control] Strength at [Control] Speed. This includes kunai, senbon, shuriken, chakrams and other similar sized throwing weapons.

After performing the required hand seals, the user will create a hollow ball of steel about the size of a soccer ball. They will then fire this ball at [Control] speed in a single direction for up to 10 meters. Upon contact or reaching its maximum range, the ball will detonate with [Control] Strength, showering the effected area in metal shards.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will channel chakra into a metal weapon they are holding. Upon throwing or swinging that weapon, they are then able to cause a 15cm long needle to be launched from within that weapon at [Control] speed in a single direction at any point along its trajectory. After performing the correct hand seals the user causes a wall of steel with half-meter spikes on its front to emerge from the ground up to 4 meters in height at [Control] speed. This wall can block attacks up to [Control] strength, and crumbles to useless pieces after 3 posts. If the user so chooses within those 3 posts, or if the structure is not destroyed, they may from the spikes off at [Control] Speed and Strength.

After performing the hand seals and pricking the opponent with some sort of small weapon (usually senbon), the opponent feels their arms and legs fall asleep. It feels as if the blood flow to these appendages has basically stopped, making their movements a tad sluggish and just all around uncomfortable. This jutsu doesn’t really hinder a person, but it makes everything they do feel off. For those who are attuned to the way their body feels during battle, it can be extremely distracting. Lasts 3 posts.

This is a three post genjutsu. To start the genjutsu, the ninja does the hand seals that are needed and then places a hand on the target. Until the genjutsu ends the target is able to remember a lot more about their past and has a lighter barrier over their consciousness making it easier for them to spill information. This doesn’t weaken their will, however, meaning if they are aware it’s a genjutsu, they are more than capable of using Kai.


Intimidation
B-rank Illusion Genjutsu
The user will channel chakra and then take a step forward towards their target. If their target senses the user when doing so, they'll be trapped in the genjutsu. For the next 5 posts, every step the user takes towards the target will make them seem larger, more daunting, and scarier. This illusion can be mixed with other aspects to intimidate their target out of fighting. ((Made by shio))

Barrier
B-rank Illusion Genjutsu
Hiroko will do a series of hand seals and then produce a noise, initiating this genjutsu in anyone who hears the noise. The targets will see a blue dome barrier be erected around Hiroko, 20m in diameter and 10m tall. Should they attempt to move through or strike the barrier they will feel a force equal to [Willpower] strength repelling them. Breaking the barrier will end the genjutsu for individuals, but will otherwise this genjutsu lasts for 4 posts.((made by shio))

A-rank Warp Genjutsu
Channeling chakra, this genjutsu will activate in anyone who senses him doing so. Fear will rock through the target’s body, as they will suddenly feel a sense of doubt and fear moving through them. By the end of the post, if they do not perform Kai they will feel their body being restrained by [Will Power] strength for 5 posts, unable to move unless they can overpower it.((made by shio))

straight from birth, Hiroko was born differently between her skin tone as well as her eyes; she was different from the average clan member. Her parents named her hoping she wouldn’t be too ostracized. Sadly the differences only grew as she got older, from her choice of crafts to the way her body developed. As a kid she would get picked on, causing her to become withdrawn and only further add to her problems where she would seclude herself.

When she was at the academy, she met a few nice people but because of her troubles with interacting with people she wasn’t nearly as popular as some of the other people. On top of that, she couldn’t tell who wanted to be friends or not unless they said something. Finally, she felt like a freak when her breasts started to develop and people kept staring at her with them. Eventually, she got so uncomfortable she decided to bandage them down to hide them.

Which helped a little with the staring afterward but then she started to notice people sneaking whispers about her and other stuff, she really didn’t like it. It was around this time that she developed one of her crafts which was making masks, usually ornate ones but others were effective also. Though she couldn’t wear them at the academy because it would make her stand out even more. So she just sat there internalizing all the stress from the environment and the other students.

When she became a genin, things were moderately better and she didn’t feel as big of a freak there. But sadly even in that place, her fellow genins gossiped about her behind her back. Though they wouldn’t admit it and at least treated her nicely when in front of her. Eventually, though the chunin exams were coming up Hiroko thought this may be her shot at finally finding her place. Eventually, she passed the chunin exams, but things didn’t change in a meaningful way, just the people. Her clan and the people around her still treated her the same way they did when she was a genin it seems.

Then came the war, sadly she wasn’t able to make any sort of noticeable difference as far as she could tell. The next thing she knew was soon after it started before she could accomplish anything it was over. She wished it didn’t end so soon or she had the power to make a difference in it but just continued with her life.

Otsukoki no Teimeigenma

The Teimeigenma, commonly referred to as the Order Genma, is a Genma sealed away and controlled by Iwagakure no Sato The Teimeigenma is named as such due to her ability to create rule and law and force those around her to obey. The Teimeigenma has Four Forms that it grants to its host, and with mastery of each form comes access to new aspects of its power. The host of the Teimei Genma is modifying the natural order of the world around her, and while this most commonly manifests as creating barriers, Otsukoki has been creative in how she shares her power.

Influences: One of the most middling of Genma, Otsukoki sits squarely on the average among her peers in size and influence. Her hosts are often distinguishable by patterning she will create on their skin, or the impossibly black color she will change some of her features too.

laws are activated through barriers called districts once someone enters a district the effect of the law activates anyone within that district when the barrier is up is subject to spoken laws by the user should they fail to meet a stat check there are four different types of laws the four types are
Speech Class Hypnosis - forcing people to perform or prevent any vocal-based actions a example is: sing a silly song
Single Action Class Hypnosis - forcing people to perform single, simple actions example slap yourself
Limit Class Hypnosis - this option Restricts and prevents people from performing specific actions or using certain skills or abilities they have it can only prevent stuff but it can prevent even subconscious stuff such as using Chakra as well as stuff that takes a conscious effort to use an example: no using clan or bloodline based abilities
Complex Action Class Hypnosis - forcing people to do multiple or a series of actions example run around like a chicken with there head cut off while flapping your arms in a frantic manner

These laws must be obeyed if possible, though can be struggled against with enough willpower. Even so, disobeying orders always comes at a cost, effectively providing mental strain equivalent to an equal rank overlay genjutsu. The user must be able to hear the user for it to work. Orders can be resisted if the opponent's WP is 5 points lower than the host's [WP]. Orders can’t be used to kill the person they are used on for example limit class orders can’t be used to prevent them from doing something that could kill them such as breathing and simple and complex class orders can’t be used to force them to slit their throat or repeatedly stab themselves until they bleed out. Districts can be entered easily but can’t be left. Things go in but they don’t go out the inside of a district has the willpower for strength to break the barrier.
The Teimeigenma is perhaps the most human of all the Genma, she speaks with polite manners and seems to respect those she interacts with. Otsukoki believes in order above all else and despises those who break order or disrupt peace. She tends to be quite passive-aggressive when she is upset or unhappy with people but is likely one of the only Genma that is content with her role within a jinchuurinki. The Teimeigenma recognizes above all else that there is a “proper way” things should go, and will often compel others to behave in a way she believes is the proper way.

Transformations: Unlike most of the Genma, Otsukoki will almost exclusively turn her host into a replica of herself as they go through the stages. Though an improved relationship may find her grip laxer, Otsukoki does not like variation and believes her form to be adequate for her hosts

Base Form the host has red chakra, and has a very soothing voice when she talks. In this form, the host is able to start using law and districts on another being forcing them comply with the law of the user's choice. The law must be within their capacity to fulfill. For example if I use the law to make them fly into the air and they have no flight jutsu or method of flight then it will have no effect. Though if the law is something they are capable of then they can resist if their willpower stat is 5 lower than the users. If the willpower is lower they are forced to comply. The victim must hear the order for it to work. Can only use 1 order at a time.

Form 1the user can now use two laws at the same time in this form the user starts to get a red chakra cloak and her head starts to turn pitch black while her skin turns gray.
+2 Chakra Pool
Form 2In this form, the host is able to use 3 laws at the same time the hosts chakra cloak starts to get thicker and begins forming into a sort of halo that hovers vertically behind their back. The black and grey color gets darker and they start to exhibit stripes on there face and legs.
+4 will power, +3 control
Form 2 AscendedHaving mastered the Genma to some length, the host is able to actively enter into this state and any of it's predecessors at ease. While indistinguishable from Form 2, Form 2 ascended is slightly stronger than it's predecessor. Additionally the host may now use skills from Form 1 and 2 while in Form 0.
+4 willpower , +3 control, +2 chakra pool
Form 3can now use 4 laws at the same time the user now has pitch black skin around the head with a stripe pattern on the face and they start to grow what looks like grey armor around the chest and the legs with the stripes on the legs becoming more prominent the red halo turns black and the red chakra cloak now takes the appearance of hair and a dress.
+6 will power, +4 control, +3 chakra pool
Form 4can now use 5 laws at the same time the user now looks exactly like Otsukoki the order genma with the exception of the red chakra cloak now taking the appearance of hair.
