  • Face/head: King has a gentle face that is mostly hidden under his half mask, his eyes used to be gentle but has become hardened with time, his hair is black and in freeform rasta, that hangs to his back, he has the side of his hair shaved.
  • Body: His body is at its physical peak, slim and athletic.
  • Notable Features: Two scars running down his right eye and another under his left eye.

During missions he wears classic ninja garb, a black hooded shirt that covers his arms, a black undershirt, and black pants, he wears black sandals and sports the justice symbol on the back of his shirt, and even black gloves, yes, dude is dressed black on black.
When he goes undercover he dresses up as Weaver-Man, a superhero that disguises themselves, seeing as he didn't want his true character to be revealed he has chosen to wear a black and white webbed mask with two white half moon eyes, a black and white hoodie with a spider logo on the front and back, black and white webbed undershirt with same logo on the same place. Leg warmers with same imprint and black and white shorts over, his shoes are part of his socks, soles underneath and toe warmers/protectors.

Personality:
  • General: King used to be a happy child who spent his days exploring the world, but as he got older he began to see the world for what it was, chaos and destruction. With age he became more stoic and saw that the world needed law and order, he hoped that one day the world would make sense but he wouldn't hold anyone to it. He pretends to be a happy child in front of others but returns to his true self whenever he is alone.

    Whenever he is in his Weaver-Man persona he acts more happy-go-lucky, carefree, and joyful, he tries his best to cheer people up and be a role model for his fellow citizens. Due to war bringing grim times, the boy knew that he had to inspire people, with great power and all that. As Weaver-Man, he will save anyone, even an enemy if it's unjust, for a hero must stay above personal judgments, that's what he believes, he just falls in line with Order.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To fill the world with hope, law and order
  • Fears: Chaos will take over the world, or become a loser.
  • Combat Mentality: Overwhelms them with Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Hypnosis. Generally, he rather tries to end fights as early as possible via Laws and Orders.

King was chosen to carry the burden of hosting Otsukoki no Teimeigenma, Order Genma, thus giving him access to create laws, hypnosis, and even change the laws of physics. This is done by creating barriers through which are easy to enter but harder to escape, as the barriers strength is based on the users [WP] and must be broken from the inside. The Genma also changes the users chakra color to silver.

Kouton Affinity:
Kouton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Kouton, and advanced form of Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Kouton affinity. Kouton has an resisting effect.
Passive (Resisting)Show
Kouton has a resisting effect. This means that Kouton jutsu ignore the effects of other affinities, regardless of their nature. If a Kouton spear was thrown through a water shield, the spear would not be caught by the shield, nor would it be destroyed by Sankaton, or cut by Fuuton. This resisting effect does not apply to active effects by jutsu. This means a fuuton jutsu that cuts with 30 strength would still cut through a 20 strength kouton shield, but it would not be affected by the secondary cutting by Fuuton. This makes Kouton very effective for breaking through and penetrating defenses that opponents expect to protect them. It's hardy nature makes Kouton very popular amoung Doton users.

Doton:
Doton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.
Passive (Enduring)Show
Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.

Iijutsu:
Iijutsu
This concentration allows for the user-to-user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green color of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.

Sensory:
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense. For the purpose of the concentration, only Mind's Eye and Empathy take up the concentration slot. Extension types of sensory do not take up a concentration.

Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu
This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy.

This user is able to utilize Charge & Augment Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Charge & Augment Classification. Charge Fuuinjutsu are used to create jutsu-like effects using seals. Augment Fuuinjutsu are used to enhance or limit the power of whatever they are placed on.

Ninjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Ninjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method.

Close Quarters Combat:
The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiently to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body for example but not limited to, adv kicks, grapples, adv punches, etc.

Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.

Acrobatics:
The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Stealth:
The fundamental skill of [Stealth] describes the user’s proficiency in remaining silent, unseen and unnoticed as they go about tasks. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Sword Weapons:
The fundamental skill of [Sword Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with swords and sword-like weapons such as knives, daggers, sword-breakers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

This user has learned how to utilize Status Genjutsu that impose mental and cognitive effects on their target.

Warp Genjutsu:
This user has learned to combine the basics of Status and Illusion genjutsu, allowing them to use single techniques to create sensory illusions, as well as status changes on their target.

Sight Initiation:
This user has learned to use visual cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to perform actions, or draw the eyes to something to capture their targets in a genjutsu.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A technique used by medical shinobi to deduce what is going on with a patient. They will perform a hand seal and green chakra will cover their hands. From there, they may place them upon a number of patients equal to their [Chakra Pool]/2. Their chakra will travel through the patient at [Control] Speed before coming back to them and allowing the medical shinobi to be able to tell their patients temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and heart rate for as long as they have chakra.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest or back. By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to stimulate it as if it was manually receiving CPR.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After focusing chakra into their hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot at [Control] Speed. Wounds can be dealt with one limb at a time and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user may channel chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.) in the absence of bandages to sterilize it and is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Wounds covered by this jutsu not only are safeguarded against bacteria but also applied an antiseptic and burn ointment to further provide aid.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will focus chakra into a rope, wire, or a similar object in their possession. The object will then lash out at a target at [Control] Speed for up to 25 meters attempting to then coil around them and bind them. After coiling around the target, the chakra will cause the object to harden to [Control] Strength. After 4 posts the chakra will run out and the bind will break.

*[Zantou • Frigid Gust]
D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Zantou harnesses the inner strength of its warrior to cause the opponent to falter. Intentionally clashing with the opponent's weapon at a weak point, the practitioner immediately torques the muscles in their arm to violently push and twist the weapon in a single direction. An opponent affected by this technique must have a Strength higher than the practitioner's Strength to avoid losing their grip on their weapon or being disarmed entirely. The practitioner can immediately follow up on this opening with a slash with the other weapon if they so wish.

D-Rank Taijutsu Stance
The basic Stance of Zantou, the practitioner holds one blade forward, parallel to the ground, and holds the other high over the head, pointing toward the opponent. The low blade grants the practitioner the ability to quickly defend against an opponent's attack while the blade raised overhead allows the practitioner to either quickly attack or counterattack with a powerful downward swing or thrust. This pairing of defense and offense serves as one of the cores of Zantou's swordsmanship. Drawing in a deep breath, the practitioner also gathers up their energy and releases a kiai. This Stance allows the practitioner to ignore non-critical distractions and minor environmental factors, such as small amounts of excess heat, small amounts of excess cold, small amounts of fatigue, and even small amounts of pain, allowing them to focus entirely on their opponents' movements and the tasks at hand. While in this Stance, the practitioner is conferred with a +2 increase to Strength and +1 increase to Will Power but suffers a -2 penalty to Chakra Pool and -1 penalty to Control. The practitioner may end this Stance whenever they so wish.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then says the phrase "Look carefully", initiating the genjutsu in anyone who hears the phrase. For the next three posts, the victims of this technique will see the user as someone they fancy, their clothes look better, their eyes seem more attractive, etc.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then say the phrase "Don't you know I'm a hero?", initiating the genjutsu on anyone who hears that phrase. For the next five posts, the victims of the technique will start to see speech bubbles float in the air, see text that spells out certain sounds, etc.

Tokato, also known as King, was born to a family that used to have a high standing around the borders of Rock Country and beyond, but during the great war they lost a lot of their wealth and income due to their stores being burnt down, having little choice, the family moved to Iwagakure no Sato, Kings older sister was born 5 years earlier so she carries all the memories of their family being wealthy while King had the misfortune of losing his mother on his childbirth, something his older sister holds over him, their father never really recovered emotionally or financially, but managed to scramble enough funds for his daughter to begin the academy.

In return, she helped pay for the bills which she had hoped would turn the family around, but instead, it turned their father into an alcoholic and a life of crime as he never saw himself fit to rule the family anymore, King saw all this and chose the life his sister provided and joined the academy, which he passed with flying colors. Once he earned the Genin rank, he would work hard to train and make his sister proud, all the while trying his best to help his father stay out of jail, this took a toll on him as he had to witness friends and mentors die on missions while at the same time, his father was squandering his life, to him life seemed extremely chaotic, which was why he sought to bring order into the world, one way or another.

The Teimeigenma, commonly referred to as the Order Genma, is a Genma sealed away and controlled by Iwagakure no Sato The Teimeigenma is named as such due to her ability to create rule and law and force those around her to obey. The Teimeigenma has Four Forms that it grants to its host, and with mastery of each form comes access to new aspects of its power. The host of the Teimei Genma is modifying the natural order of the world around her, and while this most commonly manifests as creating barriers, Otsukoki has been creative in how she shares her power.
Influences: One of the most middling of Genma, Otsukoki sits squarely on the average among her peers in size and influence. Her hosts are often distinguishable by the patterning she will create on their skin, or the impossibly black color she will change some of her features too.

Personality: The Teimeigenma is perhaps the most human of all the genma, she speaks with polite manners, and seems to respect those she interacts with. Otsukoki believes in order above all else, and despises those who break order or disrupt peace. She tends to be quite passive aggressive when she is upset or unhappy with people, but is likely one of the only genma that is content with her role within a jinchuurinki. The Teimeigenma recognizes above all else that there is a “proper way” things should go, and will often compel others to behave in a way she believes is the proper way.

Order Genma allows the host power with two parts Laws and Orders .

Laws are activated through barriers called districts, once someone enters a district the effect of the law activates and anyone within that district is subjected to the laws, if they fail to meet the Stat check. There are three different types of laws and orders.


Laws

Laws of Nature - Can change the gravity within the barriers, twist and turn the domain to their liking, make distances shorter or longer, etc.

Orders

Momentary Hypnotic Commands - Forcing people to perform simple action; slap yourself.
Ongoing Hypnotic Commands- Forcing people to do multiple or a series of actions, like restricting and preventing people from performing specific actions, using certain skills or abilities they have. It can also trigger their subconsciousness to forget, such as using Chakra, or prevent conscious efforts such as clan or bloodline-based abilities.


These orders must be obeyed, though they can be struggled against with enough willpower. Even so, disobeying orders always comes at a cost, effectively providing mental strain equivalent to an equal rank overlay genjutsu. The user must be able to hear or be touched by the users chakra for it to work. Orders can be resisted if the opponent's WP is 5 points lower than the host's [WP].

Orders can’t be used to kill the person, no law can't force someone to do something that could kill them such as to slit their own throat or repeatedly stab themselves until they bleed out, though they can be ordered to kill their allies.

Districts can be entered easily but can’t be left unless they meet the criteria to break them via Strength, the strength of the barrier is based on the users [WP].

Transformations: Unlike most of the Genma, Otsukoki will almost exclusively turn her host into a replica of herself as they go through the stages. Though an improved relationship may find her grip laxer, Otsukoki does not like variation and believes her form to be adequate for her hosts

Base Form The host has silver chakra, and has a very soothing voice when she talks. In this form, the host is able to start using law and districts on another being, forcing them to comply with the law of the user's choice. The law must be within their capacity to fulfill. For example, if the law of forced flight is used but they lack the ability to fly there will be no negative effect. At this level, the victim must hear the order for it to work. Can only use 1 order at a time. Manipulation of gravity within barriers unlocked.
+3 Chakra Pool always active (this counts against your max stat total)
Form 1 The user can now use two laws at the same time in this form the user starts to get a silver chakra cloak and his head starts to turn pitch black while her skin turns silver. Lengthening distance between two points in barriers unlocked
+2 Chakra Pool
Form 2In this form, the host is able to use 3 laws at the same time the host's chakra cloak starts to get thicker and begins forming a silver chakra halo that hovers vertically behind their back. The black and grey color gets darker and they start to exhibit stripes on their face and legs. Shortening distances between two points with barriers unlocked.
+4 will power, +3 control
Form 2 AscendedHaving mastered the Genma to some length, the host is able to actively enter into this state and any of its predecessors at ease. While indistinguishable from Form 2, Form 2 ascended is slightly stronger than its predecessor. Additionally, the host may now use skills from Form 1 and 2 while in Form 0.
+4 willpower, +3 control, +2 chakra pool
Form 3The user can now use 4 laws at the same time, the user now has pitch-black skin around the head with a stripe pattern on the face, and they start to grow what looks like grey armor around the chest and the legs, the stripes on the legs becoming more prominent the halo turns black and the silver chakra cloak now takes the appearance of hair and a dress. At this level, the victim only needs to be within the district in order for the laws to work. Momentary hypnotic commands unlocked.
+6 will power, +4 control, +3 chakra pool
Form 4The user can now use 5 laws at the same time, the user now looks exactly like Otsukoki the Oder genma with the exception of the silver chakra cloak now taking the appearance of hair. Ongoing hypnotic commands unlocked.
+8 will power, +7 control, +5 chakra pool
Form 4 AscendedHaving mastered the Genma to some length, the host is able to actively enter into this state and any of its predecessors at ease. While indistinguishable from Form 4, Form 4 ascended is slightly stronger than its predecessor. Additionally, the host may now use skills from Form 1,2,3 and 4 while in Form 0.
