[Let’s Do It Again!]

General Information Age: 12
Gender: Male
Height: 149cm
Weight: 48kg
Physical Features: He’s on the shorter side for his age, with a body that can neither be called lithe, nor stocky. It has the appearance of someone who has done some training, but it isn’t as toned as some of the taijutsu specialists in his class.

He seems to have a face that still contains some of the chub of youth, bright eyes that shine amber, and dark brown hair going on black, though his fringe is naturally blonde. Some have noted his eyes are almost hawkish in appearance,
Clothing/Accessories: He usually opts to dress in various shades of hoodies, he quite enjoys having flame motives but hasn’t worn them since the war with Konoha, instead he opts for dull grays, and browns which blend in with the environment. But when chilling around, his usual favorite of a blue hoodie, with orange insides seems to be the go to.

Personality: While not as cold as some of his clanmates, his traits can be considered to be far more annoying in a sense. Fickle as a man can be, he seems to change his focus a lot, shifting in various ways, and thus his opinions can be considered to be wind…If he is even sharing his honest words to begin with.

He’s been accused of arrogance and looking down on people, while this isn’t quite the case, it can be better said that he’s someone who struggles to connect with people honestly, and is quick to give a throwaway line, simply to fill the space with a voice. And boy does he talk a lot. Almost with whatever thought strikes his brain, and usually to steer it towards his own wants. He’s almost too conspicuous for a ninja like himself.

That is until he talks to another Fukusha, where he comes to withdraw a fair bit; allowing his usually bright personality to be extinguished. He talks when spoken to, usually far more respectful, and his overall tone is dour. Hard to tell which one is his real self, but whether it is showing respect towards his clan while looking down on others, or allowing himself to be loose with his village while fearful of his clan, is yet to be known. Hibiki doesn’t know the answer himself.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.

Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own. Additionally, Katon jutsu have a Burning effect, and burn anyone they come in contact with with [Control] strength.

*Charge Fuuinjutsu • Air Seal
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
A truly unique move in that it can be used alongside other Fuuinjutsu, by channeling into their finger as they draw in the air directly in front of them, the user releases raw chakra the lingers for a small amount of time, allowing it to be used as a seal formula. Alternatively the user can also do hand seals and place their hands forward, causing a seal to burst to life in the air in front of them. This technique consumes chakra equal to the cost of the technique.

After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will hold their hand over a seal, and begin to remove it. This removal will be successful as long as the user has more [Control] than that of which the Fuuinjutsu was sealed with.

*Storage Fuuinjutsu • Tool Storage
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
After drawing a seal formula on a surface, ensuring it is large enough for the object that is about to be stored. The user will then begin placing the object into the seal. The user can only seal objects up to their ([Control]*2)m^3 in size.

*Force Fuuinjutsu • Explosive Tag
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
After drawing a ([Control]/5)x([Control]/5) meter seal formula on a surface of an object. The user will then arm it with their chakra up to [Control] strength with a concussive force explosion outwards from itself.

Flames of Hate:
Flames of Hatred Style
This style comes from the ferocity of the Fukusha as they allow the Flames of Hatred to burn behind their eyes, while they portray a cold stoic outer layer that creates an eerily feel on the battlefield. Their hatred is felt and shown, but it betrays the nature of their calm relaxed movements. This style is usually used to lull opponents in with smooth dodges, and tactical foot placement as they dance around their opponent. Behind the scenes the user is playing a game of battlefield management forcing the opponent to move a way or lull them into placement for their next move. The Fukusha are known for their tactical prowess, and are always thinking 10 steps ahead of their opponent.

D-Rank Taijutsu Stance
The Fukusha will pair their feet in an L stance, and have a casual movement to them despite their mind being on edge. This stance is typically used to lull opponents into thinking the user is relaxed as their feet are paired shoulder width apart, and knees slightly bent for immediate leverage when needed. While moving the user will typically keep their body on edge as if to react out of instinct to dodge, parry, or block any incoming attacks. In this stance the users keep their torso up straight.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
When the user is fighting up close and personal, they will wave their off hand in the face of their opponent as a distraction while their other hand will perform an underhanded palm strike to the chest. This strike aims to wind them with a blow to the sternum which can create useful openings.

~Flames of Hate • Side Swipe
D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The user will intercept an incoming strike aimed for them, and divert it to the side opposite of the hand they're using to divert. As they attempt to move the opponent around them they will raise their arm on the side they're directing the opponent, and jab a strong elbow to that person's head as an attempt to disorient or land a sturdy blow to the face (-1 Willpower). While rudimentary it is still a strong strike as it's compatible with most incoming attacks of the physical nature.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
When fighting in close quarters with an opponent, the user will jut an open palm strike at their opponent's nose attempting to disorient the target (-1 Willpower) before spinning quickly on their back heel as they raise their opposite leg high in the air and bring it down in an axe kick. They will aim to strike and cradle their opponent's head down towards the ground. This move can prove fruitful for creating a wide opening on an opponent as its goal is to disorient, and then bring their opponents down onto the ground with a strong kick.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
When moving into an enemy's close quarters range, the user will aim to throw their opponent's defensive stance upwards with their free hand as they aim with their opposite elbow jutting it into their opponent's ribcage to knock them down into the ground. This move can be useful when attempting to close the gap and prevent an enemy from fleeing after forcing them into close quarters combat.

A user who practices this discipline is skilled in seeing where weapons and projectiles are being thrown from to be able to deduce the general direction they are coming from. With this discipline, someone attempting to launch attacks from the shadows will reveal their position as the user traces the projectile back to the opponent in the shadows.

C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
A user who practices this discipline is skilled in studying their opponent's hold on weaponry. They'll be able to deduce weak spots in an opponent's grip, and better avoid attacks and prevent their body from instinctively blocking from attacks that would otherwise be dangerous if blocked. This essentially reinforces a user's natural knowledge of weaponry, and the pursuit to disarm an opponent.

History

Hibiki could never really complain about the quality of his life, he had it made within a ninja clan; within the safe walls of a village. Invasions and such not withstanding, he was in the academy, protected, kept safe, fed…But there was always something missing.

Like there was something that wasn’t expected of him, like he wasn’t supposed to have something, and he was reminded of it every time he looked into a mirror. His personal tragedy was small, something everyone outside of their clan lived with. But for him, it kept him up before going sleep, and stayed in the back of his head every second, that he might not unlock their Kekkei Genkai.

But he was a bright kid, he’d find a way around it, hard working, diligent, and unserious, at least that’s how he portrays himself to the world. He worked hard throughout the academy, while the content didn’t interest him in the least, his own pet projects were of a higher interest to the young student, and with time…

Maybe his time as a Genin would be more interesting?
