The overall impression one gets from Hideki is more of a scientist or doctor than a shinobi. He has a lanky frame, tall and thin, and little in the way of visibly defined muscle on him, making him neither a great physical fighter nor defender of others. Short, unruly, and generally left unattended, Hideki's naturally blue hair has a mind of its own and often looks as though he has been up all night. His dark blue eyes are somewhat impaired, requiring him to wear glasses, though not to the point where he would be blind without them. The doctor has pasty, pale skin that is littered in scars, the majority of which are minor surgical scars from self-experimentation.

Hideki's body has developed an immunity to some of his own poisons, thanks to the doctor's skill in Medical Ninjutsu. Through the use of an S-Rank Iijutsu, Hideki has made himself immune to the following poisons:

  • Paranoid Purple
  • Neurotoxin
He has also permanently tattooed himself with a few of his more commonly used seals, including:
  • Link on his Lip and Ear
  • Patient Monitor on his right palm

Clothing/AccessoriesShow
The first and most obvious article of clothing one sees on Hideki is his signature white lab coat. The inside of the coat is lined with pockets and straps for holding a myriad of containers, needles and scalpels. Not only a good transportation method but excellent for intimidation purposes. The sleeves are wide enough to account for his wrist-mounted launcher as well, though only just. Aside from this coat the rest of Hideki's attire if fairly common fair. A dark, olive green turtle-neck sweater complete with vertical black stripes covers his torso while rather standard black pants cover his lower half. As for footwear he alternates between black boots and black sandals.

A pair of rectangular framed glasses can always be found on his face, the only real 'accessory' he wears with the exception of his forehead protector and family ring. Said forehead protector is worn as part of his belt, standing in for a buckle. The ring is an iron band with the family seal on it that is only ever worn during formal Hirohito matters. Strapped to either side of his waist on the belt is a larger than usual beige pouch for carrying around the heavier items in his arsenal.

Hirohito Hideki has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Whether it is advanced chakra mechanics or simply figuring out what makes a clock tick, he wants to break down and reproduce anything he deems interesting. He seeks out natural and artificial creations that could potentially grant power and studies then from every imaginable angle, attempting to reproduce or enhance their power. This passion isn't limited to simply material objects or chakra constructs, if a person or creature has an ability that interests him he will go out of his way to find out how it works and see if he can reproduce it. While many see Hideki as cold and cruel, and he can be, he is not without honor or loyalty. He tends to show genuine interest in the development of his students and experiments, often times considering them in the same vein.

Whilst certainly not physically imposing by any means, Hideki can portray an intimidating presence which exudes a certain gravitas, authority and control. In every day interaction with the doctor, most will find him to have a politely sarcastic manner and a biting wit. He has a superb amount of emotional control and is more than adept at hiding his own personal thoughts and feelings, as a result he views emotional displays as signs of a shameful weakness and abhors those that allow their emotions to control their actions. That being said, he does occasionally let his temper get the better of him, especially when someone interrupts him during an experiment or medical procedure.

Despite his desire to be recognized as a scientist before being a shinobi, Hideki advocates the mindset of working from the shadows. Gathering intelligence, manipulating events from behind the scenes, 'playing the game' as it were. He is more than capable of making necessary sacrifices to ensure he gets his way. The ends justify the means is a philosophy that can be applied to the doctor. As a highly intelligent being, Hideki can be rather scornful of those who aren't able to comprehend what he considers to be simple concepts. 'Knowledge is Power' is something of a motto for the Kirigakure scientist, and as a result he often carries a slight air of arrogance in the knowledge that he is always right.

When it comes to battle, Hideki prefers to be avoid direct confrontation and is often able to use his intelligence to create situations where losses are minimized and he has to do no fighting at all. Before engaging in battle he will conduct extensive research on his possible opponents and use their weaknesses and phobias against them. The doctor isn't above extorting people for information and, while he doesn't partake in the process often, has the skills necessary for torture and interrogation. As long as there is something he needs to find out, he is capable of doing unimaginably cruel things to get the answers he seeks.

Born to traditionalists in the main Hirohito family who had no desire to understand how the world worked outside of their mission, Hideki's natural curiosity was seen as almost blasphemous. While his parents tried to teach him the way of the ninja and the family, everything he would need to survive the cruel and harsh shinobi world, Hideki was far more fascinated in the intricacies of how chakra actually worked and how it powered the world around them. As a result, he would spend more time tinkering with machines and how he could make them work with chakra rather than spying or how to fight. By the time he was half way through the academy he was inventing his own clocks. He barely managed to pass the academy, a result of his always doing his own thing, and his parents forbade him from ever 'tinkering' again.

It was this event that caused him to leave home at the tender young age of twelve, using his career as a young Genin combined with ability to makes things work to pay his way. His interests moved as he aged, from curiosity of machinery and chakra to how the human body worked. He still tinkered from time to time but he spent most of his time not on missions at the hospital, studying under Kiri's medical ninja to learn the healing arts for his own ends; not to heal the sick and injured but to further his understanding of how the world worked. The only reason he ever applied himself enough to make it to the rank of Chuunin was because he needed more money to fund his research. While the hospital could provide much of what he needed, they would never approve of the experiments he had planned so he needed his own workspace.

It was during one of his first missions as a Chuunin that he witnessed with his own eyes the powers in the world that he never even knew existed; a simple sword hilt that, with the application of chakra, could form into any kind of melee weapon that the user desired. All made possible with some knowledge of chakra that he had never even considered. It was this device that sparked his initial interest in the more unnoticed areas of chakra and its applications. His obsession led him to his mentor and fellow scientist, Heijiro; a retired jounin who, despite his best efforts, tried to teach the ways of the future, as he saw it, to the people of the Hidden Mist.

Studying under Heijiro taught Hideki more than he could have thought possible, and led to his experiments in human psychology. If he could understand how people ticked, not just physically but mentally, he could manipulate them into giving him whatever he wanted for his research. Heijiro, someone who wanted people to understand but still had faith in people, disagreed with Hideki's practices and sought to stop him before Hideki could do any real damage. Unfortunately for Heijiro, he found himself as the first human test subject for one of Hideki's poisons. The poison was designed to cause only a mild cause of delirium, however the numbers were off and it left Hideki's mentor as a giggling mass of uselessness.

It was this mistake that could have pushed Hideki over the edge, but it had the reverse effect. Why would he leave the comfort of his own home when he could simply hide his more… questionable experiments? Covering up this incident was simple enough. Heijiro was known to dabble with experimental weaponry so making it appear as if a new weapon had backfired on him was rather easy. Hideki grew even more arrogant after that incident. It was only a matter of time before he was promoted once more to the rank of Jounin, his particular skill as a medic and poisoner was hardly unnoticeable. He was one step closer to his goals. Intelligence, not brute strength, would rule supreme.

During his time as a Jounin, Hideki found himself following many paths he never thought he would have. Key among them was his time as a captain in the Head Hunter Division. Admittedly it was a role as a medic and scientist, developing more efficient methods of hunting and ways to heal the hunters out in the field, it was somewhere Hideki never aspired to be and it opened up new opportunities and ideas. He found himself as a mentor to not one but three different Genin, one a random boy that showed an interest in Iijutsu, a loyal member of the Aisu who was sworn to serve the Hirohito and thusly Hideki, and a young girl who he had experimented on alongside his mentor in his youth.

It was perhaps his time in the R&D department of the HHD, or even his time as a mentor, likely a combination of both, that led to an ambition of Hideki's that he has since seen through to a reality. Why should his genius be limited to three students or one department of Kiri? He could serve to empower his village, increase his own power and reputation even further, on his own. And so began the Scientific Research Institute, an organization that allowed Hideki autonomous control over what he studied and how it was distributed. It was this organization, along with his years of service, that finally earned him the respect of the Mizukage and the rank of Bannin.

Having devoted his life to mastering the arts of Ninjutsu, Hideki is classified as a Ninjutsu Specialist. Ninjutsu specialists are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to Ninjutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.

As a Ninjutsu Specialist, Hideki is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats can only be Ninjutsu, Speed, Control and Instinct.

Iijutsu:
This concentration allows for the user to user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for its advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.
Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu:
This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy.
Charge Fuuinjutsu:
This user is able to utilize Charge Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Charge Classification. Charge Fuuinjutsu are used to create jutsu like effects out of seals.
Augment Fuuinjutsu:
This user is able to utilize Augment Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Augment Classification. Augment Fuuinjutsu are used to enhance or limit the power of whatever it's placed on.
Sensor:
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.
Jikūkan Ninjutsu:
After mastering the usage of base chakra manipulation, Jikūkan Ninjutsu allows exceptional users to break the barriers between space, time and reality using nothing but chakra. This allows them to manipulate the physical properties of objects on a level that transcends dimensions and physical location, to the point that all boundaries are now removed to them.
The HospitalShow
A realm created separate from the space time continuum, existing parallel to reality via Hideki's ability to wield Jikūkan Ninjutsu, the Hospital is exactly as its name suggests. A seemingly immaculately kept hospital with white tiled floors, clean white walls, plain brown wooden doors, and frosted glass windows that prevent anyone from seeing outside. The hospital is almost unnaturally bright, light emanating from the white ceiling with no real source visible. The hospital is designed to mimic that of a hospital in the real world; stretching corridors, long stairwells, and rooms for patients, operating rooms, even laboratories, all of which are fully stocked with the standard medical equipment one would expect to find in a hospital.

The hospital is made up of thirty individual floors and a basement, with each floor covering a 200 meter diameter. The floors are made up of numerous hallways. There are no visible markers to distinguish which floor of the hospital one is on, or which corridor, or which room number. Every hallway, every staircase, is completely identical, with seemingly random turns and curves that unless one is truly paying attention to are hard to notice. At the end of each hallway is a stairwell going up and a stairwell going down. The patient rooms, the laboratories, and the operating rooms all have the exact same layout though are randomly dispersed among the hallways. There are only three areas of the Hospital that have a unique setting.
  • The Foyer is a large white room filled with uncomfortable wooden benches and four different sets of doors but only three potential paths. The first is a set of double wooden doors to which lead into one of the repeating hallways. The second path is a single wooden door which leads to a stairwell going down. The third path is another stairwell though this time leading up. The fourth set of are large and made of frosted glass, where one would assume the entrance to the hospital would be. No matter hard one tries to open or break these doors, they cannot be opened.
  • The Basement is accessed through the stairwell leading down in the Foyer. Unlike the rest of the immaculately white hospital, the Basement seems long abandoned, with water dripping from overhead pipes, very weak lights that flicker in and out of existence, and cement walls and cold cement flooring. This area isn't particularly large but the walls are lined with iron cages and at the end of the room opposite the stairwell are a series of sliding doors; these open to service lifts which are operated on a pulley system and can stop at each and every floor. Unlike normal service lifts these are incredibly large; big enough to fit a fully grown tiger or lion into.
  • The Rooftop is accessed from a stairwell on the top floor of the hospital, if one manages to reach that far. The roof of the hospital is a completely flat, open expanse of cement with a raised edge to serve as a safeguard against falling. This is the only place in the realm that one can see the open sky; a void of pure nothingness. There is no light, no artificial sky, just pure darkness. The only reason one is even capable of seeing whilst atop the roof is due to a gimmick.
Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any ninjutsu that is designed to be channel, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. To get this concentration the user must be a Ninjutsu Specialist, and have picked Control as one of their specialized stats.

Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Medicine:
The fundamental skill of [Medicine] describes the user’s mental and physical ability to perform traditional and mainstream medicinal practices. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Sight Initiation:
This user has learned to use visual cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to perform actions, or draw the eyes to something to capture their targets in a genjutsu.
Sound Initiation:
This user has learn to use sound cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to create sounds and sustain sounds to capture their targets in a genjutsu.
Scent Initiation:
This user has learned to use smells to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to utilize and produce various scents to capture their targets in genjutsu.
Warp Genjutsu:
This user has learned to combine the basics of Status and Illusion genjutsu, allowing them to use single techniques to create sensory illusions, as well as status changes on their target.

Tenkujutsu:
The users of this style have a strong affinity towards spirits, and are able to utilize certain chakra techniques based off of spirits. Those with the affinity have a Maroon color tint to their chakra when using these techniques. Tenkujutsu jutsus fall underneath their own pyramid, and do not have ties to Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu.

[Boorish Blue]
D-Rank Insinuative Poison
An incredibly basic poison and one of the first Hideki ever created. Boorish Blue takes the form of viscous blue liquid that is best applied to bladed weapons such as kunai, katana, even senbon. Upon introduction to the victim's system it works its way through the bloodstream and to the heart, slowing down the heart rate of the victim enough to reduce the amount of oxygen in the blood, in turn affecting their overall speed and reaction time. The true beauty of the poison is in the fact that it has a cumulative effect, repeat poisonings will affect the speed of the victim even further though it will not extend the duration of the previous poisoning.

[Paranoid Purple]
C-Rank Inhalant Poison
Paranoid Purple is a liquid that contains an oxidization agent, thus when the vial the poison is contained in breaks it rapidly expands into a cloud of purple gas, making it one of Hideki's more dangerous poisons to even himself. Upon inhalation, the poison will begin to affect the part of the brain that controls fear. The victim will feel a general sense of unease, as if they were being constantly watched, and any shadows around them will seem to come alive and be closing in on them, leaving them unable to focus completely on the task at hand. Ultimately, despite the potentially powerful effects, the oxidization agent takes away from some of the strength of the poison, thus it doesn't last an incredibly long time.

[Combat Stims]
B-Rank Injective Stimulant
A concoction developed by Hideki in order to better balance his own weaknesses in physical combat. The amber liquid, known informally as Combat Stims, is kept stored within pre-prepared syringes to allow for rapid application. The drug acts as a stimulant which affects the nervous system in a human body, pushing it past its own natural limitations and allowing for a rise in both raw speed and reaction time. The unfortunate drawback to the drug is that it also effects the chakra circulatory system, hampering the user's ability to control their chakra and perform chakra-based techniques.

[Neurotoxin]
A-Rank Insinuative Poison
A poison developed by Hideki in order to render his victim's helpless, paralyzed from the neck down. An off-white viscous liquid, it is best applied to bladed weapons for ranged application. In fact just a few drops introduced to the victim's system via a scratch is enough for the poison to begin taking effect. It will begin as a slight tingling sensation in the area surrounding the entry point of the poison, before developing into full blown paresthesia of the entire body before the paralysis sets in. Once the paralysis is in place, it will prevent the victim from controlling their conscious motor functions. They will still be able to breath, their heart will continue to function as normal, but they will have no conscious control over their body. The only part not affect is their ability to move their eyes, slightly turn their head, and their ability to speak.

[Flesh-Eater]
S-Rank Insinuative Poison
A toxin derived from various snakes and spiders purely for offensive purposes, the 'flesh-eating posion' is lethal poison that is often used to coat Hideki's senbon and scalpels. The poison has a similar consistency to oil, is deep purple, and smells a bit like charcoal. When the poison is introduced to the victim via something as simple as an abrasion it rapidly begins to spread, causing incredibly painful necrosis of the skin and if left untreated for the first 5 posts will reach the victim's organs. If the poison spreads to the major organs, death is all but assured by the end of the 7th post. If the poison is removed before damage can be done to the major organs, the necrotic flesh left in its wake still needs to be healed separately.

[Wrist-Mounted Launcher]
Despite its name, this device created by Hideki takes up three quarters of his forearm. The cuff is made of two lightweight metal pieces that are connected by a series of hinges on the outside of the forearm and clip together on the inside. The top-plate contains Hideki's 'Senbon Launcher', a series of three narrow metal tubes which can house Hideki's signature senbon needles. This launcher is activated by a pulse of chakra, not a specific technique, which fires the loaded senbon either one at a time or all at once. The bottom-plate has a 'Vial Launcher' attached, a slightly larger version of the Senbon Launcher with only a single barrel, capable of loading and firing vials of poison. Activated in the same method as the Senbon Launcher, it is a little weaker due to requiring more chakra to keep the vial intact upon launch.

[Preservation Tank]
A cylindrical tank 3m high and 1m in diameter, this tank is filled with a nutrient enriched liquid that can sustain bio-organic material, even humans, almost indefinitely. On the top of the tank is a Preservation Fūinjutsu, which prevents whatever is within the tank from decaying any further than its current state and keeps it in a state of suspended animation. On the bottom of the tank is a Restoration Fūinjutsu which activates automatically when a presence is detected within the tank. The seal sends healing chakra through the liquid in the tank, regenerating whatever is within at a rate equal to the regeneration rules, though is incapable of regrowing lost limbs or organs.

[Flight Projection Shoes]
A feat of Fūinjutsu engineering, Hideki has manufactured shoes with seals built into them which project small barriers under his feet when activated. The barriers are stationary once created, allowing Hideki to effectively stand in mid-air. By channelling chakra into a secondary seal, the shoes fire a continual blast of chakra which propels Hideki through the air at a Speed of 25. Use of the hovering barriers requires very little effort on Hideki's part, capable of being activated with Chakra Kai and lasting 10 posts per use. The use of the flight function however drains Hideki of 1 Stamina every 3 posts, beginning on the first post.

Hideki begins channelling to build a large amount of chakra into the soles of his feet. This causes him to hover a meter in the air over whatever object he is on top of. It lasts for a number of posts equal to Hideki's stamina.

D-Rank Ninjutsu
After channelling chakra into his wrist-mounted launcher and into senbon or vials held on his person, Hideki can summon the item into the device, resetting the firing mechanism and preparing it for another volley. This can only reload the weapon once per use.

After channelling chakra into his wrist-mounted launcher, Hideki can temporarily enhance the mechanics of the device, allowing it to fire its next shot an additional 10 meters.

Hideki channels his chakra into one of his existing barriers with 15 meters of his position. This causes a split to form in the barrier in the shape of a door, which lasts until the end of the post.

[Shadow Clone Change of Body Stance]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After channelling a bit of chakra through his body, Hideki will focus on the chakra within one of his shadow clones and instantly switch places with it. This technique has a maximum range of 20 meters, can only be used once per thread, and counts as one of two teleportations for the thread.

After channelling his chakra, Hideki will create a small spherical barrier in his hand before dropping it onto the ground. The second the barrier touches the ground, it will rapidly expand until it reaches its maximum size of 25 meters across the diameter. The barrier itself has a very subtle light blue glow but is intangible, with anyone being able to come or go as they please, though it can be broken if purposely struck with 10 Strength. The purpose of the barrier is to alert Hideki whenever anyone steps through the walls, the barrier being connected to his sensory ability. If Hideki were to leave the area, the barrier fades instantly, otherwise it can last for up to 10 posts and even persist through Hideki's sleep though the 'alarm' will wake him up if triggered.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After channelling his chakra, Hideki will create a small cube-shaped barrier in his hand. This cube then expands until it creates a 'room' which is 2m3. The barrier itself has a very subtle light blue glow but is intangible, with anyone being able to come or go as they please. The purpose of the barrier is to intercept any sound waves coming from the inside of the barrier, effectively creating a 'bubble of privacy' where only those that are in the confines of the barrier are able to hear what is said within. If Hideki were to leave the area or get knocked unconscious, the barrier fades instantly; otherwise it can last for up to 10 posts.

Once a connection has been established between one of his tendrils and his target, Hideki will channel chakra into the tendril and adjust its composition. The altered chakra then circulates through the victim's legs, causing them to cramp up and reducing their ability to move by -1 Speed per post it remains attached to a maximum of -3, at which point the technique must be reapplied to continue affecting the victim.

After channelling his chakra for a moment, an explosion of chakra will expand from Hideki at a Speed of 15 and a Strength of 25. This explosion is capable of physically pushing away any substance, including living beings, which are unable to resist, up to 15 meters away.

After channelling his chakra, Hideki proceeds to create a number of clones of himself (maximum is equal to 1/3rd Hideki's stamina). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of Hideki in both appearance and substance. Hideki's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of Hideki's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to Hideki once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of Hideki, they share the same stats except for stamina, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

The altered chakra then attacks the heart, causing an irregular and weak heartbeat. The weakened heartbeat is then incapable of supplying the body's needs, resulting in lightheadedness and dizziness and effectively causing -3 Taijutsu for each post it remains attached, for a maximum of 3 posts, at which point the technique must be reapplied to continue affecting the victim.

S-Rank Ninjutsu
After manifesting his chakra tendrils, Hideki can modify their composition in order to 'feed' them one of his non-aerosol poisons up to S-Rank. For as long as the tendrils remain active, they will carry the properties of the poison they have been fed and thus are capable of injecting the poison into any opponent the tendrils latch onto.

Hideki will begin this technique by saturating the area within a 150 meter diameter of his position in his chakra. At any point over the next 5 posts, Hideki can gather his chakra in a single point within the affected zone, the chakra coalescing into a glowing sphere at a Speed of 40. Hideki can form any number of explosions of varying strengths, so long as the grand total doesn't exceed 50 Strength, over the course of the next 5 posts. Whilst using this technique Hideki is incapable of using other Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

A truly unique move in that it can be used alongside other Fūinjutsu, by channelling into their finger as they draw in the air directly in front of them, the user releases raw chakra the lingers for a small amount of time, allowing it to be used as a seal formula. This technique consumes chakra equal to the cost of the technique.

[Alarm System]
D-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A sealing array designed to be used as a warning system for Hideki if any of his other Fūinjutsu are tampered with. Placed either on its own or underneath another Fūin, if either is tampered with this seal sends a warning to Hideki in the form of a pulse of chakra in the back of his mind that lets him know which of his seals has been tampered with. Because the normal seal is above this one, standard methods of unsealing the top seal will not find this one, making it a very tricky seal to truly undo without setting off the alarm. Hideki needs to be within a mile of the seal in order to receive the warning.

[Charge • Genjutsu Kai]
D-Rank Charge Fūinjutsu
A Fūinjutsu that Hideki places on the base of the neck, this seal was made for the purpose of aiding those who need him to free them from a Genjutsu without him needing to be in the fray of combat. By focusing on the seal and activating Chakra Kai, Hideki can release someone from an illusion using his own stats -5.

D-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A unique sealing array placed at the beginning of a scroll and linked to every other fūin contained within. After writing out a table of table of contents, Hideki will link the matrix to each individual fūin. From that point on, whenever he channels chakra into one of the listings in the index, the scroll will unravel to the corresponding fūin. Note this does not activate the fūin selected.

D-Rank Storage Fūinjutsu
By writing out the needed Fūinjutsu on a scroll, the user is able to seal almost any type of supply. The size is nearly endless, as long as the fūin to match it is the same size as the item that's stored. Unlike normal Storage jutsu, this is an entirely noncombat jutsu and cannot be unsealed during battle, due to the exactness of the seal.

C-Rank Removal Fūinjutsu
Prerequisite: 1 S-Rank Fūinjutsu
Fūinjutsu is an extremely formulaic style of jutsu, the seal itself almost forming a "source code" of sorts to the actual purpose of the seal. After channelling his chakra, Hideki will touch the seal, scanning it carefully with their chakra and analyzing the handiwork of the seal. Due to the complexity of seals, it takes a significant amount of time to tell more than the rank and whether or not a seal may have negatives to being removed. Outside of combat however, where time is a plenty, adept fuuinjutsu user can study a seal in depth learning most of its secrets.

By placing a small seal behind the ear and on the inside of the lip, and then channelling chakra into them, Hideki creates an audio link between himself and any targets he personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channelling chakra into the seal allows effected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals.

C-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A Fūinjutsu created by Hideki in order to monitor the health of others whilst in the field. After writing out the seal directly onto the skin of an individual, on their chest over their heart, the doctor will activate it. Physically the seal is a circle of ink with a blank space in the middle. This seal has no time limit and will last until physically removed, though it can be toggled on and off by Hideki. The blank space in the middle is filled with a number between 1 and 5, depending on when it is activated. Once activated, it will link to Hideki's parent seal which is located on his palm. The parent seal will heat up and the blank space in the centre will fill in with the number of the seal if they are triggered. It doesn't give him any information as to how injured they are or what kind of injury they have sustained, only that it is potentially life threatening and requires immediate attention.

[HazMat Sealing Method]
C-Rank Storage Fūinjutsu
A fūin Hideki applies when he needs to clear an area of a poison in a hurry. After applying the array via ink or other method, Hideki will channel chakra into the fūin to activate it. Once this is done, any poisonous liquids or gasses in a 10 meter radius will be drawn into the seal at a Speed of 20. This can only be used on one type of poison per use of the fūinjutsu and only effects poisons Hideki has an intricate knowledge of; meaning only poisons he himself has created or studied via Autopsy • Foreign Substances or the Antidote line of Iijutsu.

B-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A fūin array designed to serve a multitude of purposes but, in essence, is a glorified lock for a door. Once the fūin is applied to a 'door', whether this is a traditional door or just a stone slab that is capable of moving, Hideki can then set a series of hand seals, one or two handed, that serve as a 'password' to unlock the fūin array. This causes the door to automatically open. Once Hideki has passed through, he can perform the same set of hand seals but in reverse in order to close to portal once more. While this array is on a door, it reinforces the structural integrity of said doorway, rendering it unpickable and requiring a force higher than 20 Strength to break it down.

B-Rank Storage & Force Fūinjutsu
Prerequisites: [Archive • Chakra Signature]
After having drawn out the necessary 2m2 seals around the perimeter of an area and designating a list of chakra signatures, Hideki will channel sensory chakra into the Fūinjutsu. By doing so, he will rig the Fūinjutsu to assault anyone who comes into the building without having those chakra signatures with a barrage of shuriken. Each seal can hold up to 10 shuriken, which are fired in the direction of the chakra signature with 20 Strength.

B-Rank Storage Fūinjutsu
A massive sealing array designed by Hideki that allows him to store the information he has recorded with his Archive series of techniques directly into the seal. This doesn't remove the information from Hideki's mental records, merely makes copies that live within the Fūinjutsu so he can share them with others. The size of the seal is such that it takes up a 6m2 flat surface, meaning it typically needs to be placed on a wall or floor or even a ceiling. This Fūinjutsu then serves as the nerve centre of the Archive, connecting all other Archive Fūinjutsu.

[Three Directions Sealing Barrier]
B-Rank Charge Fūinjutsu
A set of three fūin used in tandem in order to set up a trap. Hideki begins by marking three points an equal 5 meters from each other in order to form a triangle; these can be applied via tags marked with the technique formula or the technique formula can be applied directly to the point. Once in place, Hideki will channel chakra into the technique formulae and set the trap. The next chakra signature to enter the zone that does not belong to Hideki will trigger the trap, causing a pyramid-shaped barrier to spring into existence at a Speed of 15, the three technique formulae acting as the three points of the pyramids base. The barrier has a strength of 25.

Hideki begins by writing out the sealing array before channeling chakra into it to set it. When activated, a series of three chains made of pure chakra will manifest from the seal, reaching out to grab the nearest life form that isn't Hideki within 10m of the seal. The chains move at a speed of 15 and capture with a strength of 25, manifesting a shackle around their throat and wrists, dragging the capture victim back towards the seal. These chains last for 5 posts unless broken.

[Blind]
B-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
Hideki draws a small 5"2 seal on the target, typically the forehead, and channels chakra into it to activate it. This seal removes the target's ability to process visual information, rendering them blind until the seal is removed or deactivated. Any attempt to activate a Doujutsu whilst this seal is active results in an immense amount of pain in the target's eyes.

A-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A sealing matrix developed by Hideki to serve as an anchoring technique for his teleportation technique, [Network]. The formation of the seal takes up a 1m2 area of space. Once the seal is drawn, Hideki will channel Jikūkan chakra into the seal. Once placed, this seal is permanent until removed. The number of these Fūinjutsu Hideki can have in place at a single time is a number equal to his (Instinct/2).

[Denial of Passage]
A-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A two-part Fūinjutsu used in order to restrain individuals to a specific area. The first part of the seal is applied to the captor's neck, going all the way around like a choker, with the symbol for 'Pain' on the back of their neck right over their spine. The second seal is then placed on a specific point taking up a 1m2 area. When the seals are triggered, the binding seal activates and ties to the captive seal. If the captive attempts to move more than 5 meters away from the binding Fūinjutsu while it is active, they will experience sharp lances of pain akin to daggers being stabbed into their spine and will become paralyzed them from the neck down until placed back within he confines of the seal. The captive seal can be applied to 3 times before requiring another binding seal.

[Preservation]
A-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
A seal used in combination with a medium to pass chakra through, usually a body of water, for the use of preserving living bio-organic material. As long as the seal remains active, it will flood the medium with chakra and keep the living tissue within in a state of semi-stasis, preventing decay but allowing for chakra-induced healing. If removed from the medium, the chakra still lingering within the organic material will continue to preserve the tissue for at least 5 posts, at which point the natural decaying process will begin. This allows Hideki to make modifications to the tissue and organs held within and observe the changes, rather than sealing them away in a scroll in a state of permanent stasis.

[Restoration]
A-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
Prerequisite: 35 Control
A seal used in combination with a medium to pass chakra through, usually a body of water, in order to restore those submerged in the medium. When activated the seal will flood the medium with healing chakra, capable of regenerating tissue at a rate following the regeneration rules, using 35 Control to determine speed, though it is incapable of regenerating lost limbs or organs. Note that due to the fact that it is an outside source of chakra completing the restoration, there are no permanent stamina drops attached to the healing.

[Emergency Evacuation]
A-Rank Charge Fūinjutsu
Prerequisite: [Space-Time • Access Point], [Open Space • Network]
A method of escaping otherwise inescapable situations; Hideki first takes a small amount of blood from an individual and applies it to a sealing formula in a scroll. The Fūinjutsu seals a Space-Time teleportation technique, [Network], which will be released upon the activation of the Fūinjutsu, teleporting the one who activated it and anyone they are touching to a location predetermined by the [Space-Time • Access Point] Fūinjutsu. The seal can only be activated by Hideki himself or the one whose blood was used in the initial creation; the latter method requiring the user to spill a small amount of their blood over the Fūinjutsu as they use Chakra Kai.

A-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
This seal is designed for the purpose of hiding other seals. By placing it atop another seal that has been applied to something that has a chakra signature, it ties into the chakra circulatory system of the wearer and melds with it, hiding the presence of itself and the seal it is placed upon as part of the natural flow of chakra. This effectively rendering the seal invisible to sensors and other types of chakra-based detection.

Combining his knowledge of Tenkujutsu, his skill in in Jikūkan Ninjutsu, and a predetermined destination via a Fūinjutsu, Hideki applies this technique to the seal of a Jinchūriki as a safety measure. On the off chance that the Host is ever mortally wounded and/or their Spirit is in the process of being extracted, this Fūinjutsu will be triggered in response. The Fūinjutsu seals a Space-Time teleportation technique, [Network], which will be released on the activation of the Fūinjutsu, teleporting the Spirit to a location determined by the [Space-Time • Access Point] Fūinjutsu.

[Eternal Devotion]
S-Rank Augment Fūinjutsu
Prerequisite: [True Devotion]
After capturing an individual within his True Devotion Genjutsu, Hideki will apply this seal over their chest centered on their heart. Once complete, the chakra will interact with the Genjutsu, recycling it over and over, removing the post limit from the Genjutsu. This seal remains permanently until removed or physically disrupted.

S-Rank Storage & Force Fūinjutsu
Prerequisite: 50 Ninjutsu
Hideki begins by drawing a seal formula on an uninterrupted area of 5m2, and then seals any number of kunai, senbon, and other projectiles or shrapnel within. When activated this seal explodes over a 256m3 area with force equivalent to 50 Strength. Carried on this explosion is the mass of projectiles sealed into the formula, applying the damage from the weapons on top of the concussive blast.

After channelling chakra and forming an orb of Jikūkan chakra within his hands, Hideki will cast it up to 15 meters away at a speed of 10. The orb will then expand into a 5 meter wide sphere that gives the air a wavy almost warped look. Over the next three posts, any movements made within the affected circle of distorted space will lose friction and momentum, leading to sliding or stumbling until the technique ends or they escape the affected area.

[Space-Time • Twisted Barricade]
C-Rank Manipulation Ninjutsu
After channelling chakra and forming an orb of Jikūkan chakra within his hands, Hideki will cast it up to 15 meters away at a Speed of 10. The orb will then expand into a 5 meter wide sphere that gives the air a wavy almost warped look. If someone or something enters the warped space it will turn on an axis and perform a complete 180° rotation, returning along the path it came and consuming the distorted Space.

[Space-Time • Doorway to Everything]
C-Rank Anchoring Ninjutsu
A technique only usable while in the Realm; Hideki focuses his chakra into a nearby door. This chakra manipulates the Space of the pocket dimension, swapping whatever was originally behind the door with another location in the Realm of Hideki's choosing. This new Space lasts indefinitely until the door used as the gateway is opened and then closed, at which point the two locations will swap back.

[Space-Time • Endless Corridor]
C-Rank Manipulation Ninjutsu
Hideki will channel his chakra into the Space directly around him. Over the course of the next 5 posts, whenever someone or something comes within 3 meters of Hideki, the Space will expand dramatically, placing an additional 15 meters between Hideki and the affected target's position. Hideki must continue to channel chakra into this technique for the duration of its effects, at which point the Space is restored and the affected parties move to their original positions.

Channelling his chakra to open a one-way portal in front of him, Hideki can call forth a single person or object currently within any part of his Realm at a speed of 10. The target can choose to resist this if they have a control of 10 or more.

Hideki channels his chakra through his body, displacing himself from dimensional space and time. He becomes capable of moving his body at a speed equal to his control but lose physical form, unable to interact with or be interacted with physically. Elemental techniques that affect chakra can damage him but cannot break him out of migration unless Hideki wills it, 3 posts pass or if Hideki attempts to completely intersect himself with another. This will cause him to be thrown from the attempt and broken from migration, stunned for 1 post.

Hideki will channel his chakra into a point within 15 meters of his position. At this point a portal will form, appearing as nothing more than a series of glowing chakra stitches in the air, which pull apart to reveal Hideki's Realm. This portal lasts for 2 posts and forms at a Speed of 20.

After channelling chakra and forming an orb of Jikūkan chakra within his hands, Hideki will cast it up to 20 meters away at a speed of 20. The orb will then expand into a 5 meter wide sphere that gives the air a wavy almost warped look that lasts for 3 posts. Anyone who passes through this space will be slowed down by 6 Speed until they exit. To those within the cube, they will seem to be going full speed, and everything outside them will be moving faster.

After channelling chakra into 2 points within 30m of his position, Hideki will create a pair of portals at a speed of 20 that are linked to one another; anything that passes through one portal will come out of the other at the same speed and strength. These portals appear as chakra stitches in the air, pulled apart to create a 5m2 opening, and lasts for 3 posts. Anything too large to fit into the portal will not be redirected and instead be 'cut off' from the remainder of the object, while the rest of it will pass around the portal.

After channelling his chakra, Hideki creates a 5m2 portal at a speed of 10 within 25m of his position, appearing as a series of chakra stitches that pull open to reveal Hideki's dimension. Hideki can then call forth a number of items stored within his Realm at a Strength of 30, causing them to be launched in a straight line from the portal. This portal lasts for 3 posts and can expel up to 25 objects stored within Hideki's Realm per post so long as they could all fit through the portal at once.

A-Rank Anchoring Ninjutsu
Hideki begins by channeling a monumental amount of chakra throughout his body, then he will place both hands against a solid object no smaller than a one inch in diameter and no bigger than two feet in diameter. This object is then cut off from normal time and space, functioning as a gateway for Hideki's Anchoring techniques. All Anchoring takes place inside a pocket dimension linked to this object and if it is destroyed this jutsu must be used on a new item, but it requires complete destruction of the object to count as broken. The object will teleport anyone who channels chakra through it into the pocket dimension, but Hideki can enter it at any time as long as the gateway object remains intact. The pocket dimension and all techniques related to it must have a distinct visual 'signature' when accessing or opening the dimension and the insides of the dimension must be described inside the Concentration description of Jikukan Ninjutsu.

A-Rank Teleportation Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Space-Time • Access Point]
Beginning by channelling a large amount of chakra, Hideki will focus his mind on one of his [Space-Time • Access Point] Fūinjutsu. Hideki will then channel Jikūkan chakra into himself and anything his chakra is touching, allowing his chakra to be passed through willing participants and inanimate objects. The time this takes is 1 full post and then an additional half a post for each living being he is bringing with him, unless used while touching an existing Access Point, in which case it occurs instantaneously. When he has gathered enough chakra the technique activates, breaking down the body of anything affected by his chakra, teleporting it to the location of his Fūinjutsu. Due to the nature of this technique and the method in which it teleports, anyone teleported by this technique will be unable to be teleported again for 3 posts lest their body break down into pure chakra permanently.

A-Rank Teleportation Ninjutsu
After channelling his chakra, Hideki bends the space between himself and any point within eyesight unprotected by a chakra-enhanced barrier. The teleportation process begins as soon as he finishes channelling his chakra, appearing as if his body simply fades away before reappearing elsewhere in the same moment. By having physical contact with a single person or object, he can bring them along; if they have a Control of 25 or higher than can choose to resist the teleportation. This technique has a cool down period equal to the amount of times Hideki has teleported in a particular thread.

Having spent enough time studying the complex art of Fūinjutsu, Hideki has learnt to recognize their unique chakra make up with nothing but his Mind's Eye. The range at which he can detect seals is determined by which Senses technique he applies at the time. This allows him to study a seal within his range from a distance, determining its position and rank within a post. Within two posts he can tell what the seal was intended to do, and by the third he can tell if there are any traps hidden behind the main seal.

By using his own sensory abilities to study the area around him, Hideki is capable of sensing whether or not another sensor is currently using their own abilities. The range at which he can determine this is determined by which Senses technique he applies at the time. Sensor-type Ninjutsu have a distinct set of markers that Hideki has learned to recognize, being able to discern if an Empathy Sensor is at work by noting these particular markers in a wide area of an element or if a Mind's Eye sensor is active by reading the chakra in the atmosphere.

This jutsu is an extension of [Beyond Senses]. With this jutsu initiated, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 25 yards. A general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at about 50 yards. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control and Instinct, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

If the target is a chakra signature Hideki has previously recorded, that information is added to that signature's 'profile'.

Prerequisite: [Broad Senses], Ninjutsu/Control/Instinct stats of 35
This jutsu is an even further extension of [Broad Sense]. With this jutsu, a sensor sacrifices quality for quantity. They can view to much greater distances compared to a normal sensor, but their ability to differentiate between people starts to become muddled, meaning multiple people in close proximity will appear simply as a large chakra mass, without the users being able to distinguish how many people are there. By focusing over a period of time, they are able to start to sense further and further away. For each post of focusing, they are able to see one third of a mile out, up to a max of posts equal to 1/2 their control (rounded up).

If the target is a chakra signature Hideki has previously recorded, that information is added to that signature's 'profile'.

As an extension of Augmented Senses, the ninja is able to increase the range and power of their sensor jutsu. The ninja is able to view very great distances at not as much of a build up. They are able to pinpoint precise chakra locations at ranges of up to 200 yards away, while getting a general sense of directions and number of chakra sources of up to 400 yards away. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on this jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control and Instinct, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through individual chakra sources in the sensor's range.

As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

*[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the [Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
Typically used to make the autopsy process smoother, the [Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique separates the skin of the corpse from the underlying muscle. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will slowly move them over the desired area, usually holding them about an inch away from the body itself. As the chakra is channeled through the flesh, it will slowly sink to the final layer of the skin and begin to form a new layer between the skin and the muscle beneath. After this layer has fully formed, the chakra will stay there for four (4) posts, allowing the user to easily separate the flesh and muscle. This non-combat technique cannot be used on living beings as the postmortem physiology is different from that of a living creature.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

*[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
A simple yet vital medical technique, the [Iijutsu • Bandage Technique] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attatched to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. While not as effective at stopping bleeding as the [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] technique, they hold on much better in the case that strenuous movement is necessary.

*[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique]

Prerequisite: 5 Iijutsu
Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the [Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

*[Iijutsu • Numbing]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Generation]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Often utilized by medical-nin to heal small, superficial wounds or for producing excess skin to use in skin grafts, the [Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique has its number of uses. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel it into a small area of skin cells on the patient's body. This chakra will force the skin cells to multiply at an ample rate by confusing this area of the body into its reconstruction stage that is achieved during slumber. As this is a type of regeneration, users must keep in mind that each cell draws from nutrients in the patient's body, and as such, too much can cause serious harm. In order to regenerate medium-sized areas of superficial wounds, it takes one (1) post of concentration. Areas smaller than this take considerably less time. In the case that the skin sample is separate from the body, the cells can be multiplied more quickly than they could be otherwise. These types of samples are generally use for skin grafts. The [Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique can be held for four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: User's averaged Instinct and Control stats must be 20 or above.
A useful, but particularly taxing technique, the [Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique] is performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works only on C-Rank or lower poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

*[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
Formulated to work in conjunction with the [Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], [Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure] extends upon the antidote created in the aforementioned technique. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the [Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the C-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Removal Technique]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
In the event that a foreign object gets lodged into a patient's body, such as the point of shuriken or a senbon, the [Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be utilized to retrieve it. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them on either side of the wound in question. From here, the medical-nin will carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues by channeling chakra into them, coaxing the foreign object to the surface of the wound in order to extract it. Users of this technique are advised to analyze the severity of the wound beforehand, as more complex wounds will take longer than the one (1) post of concentration needed to extract most objects from superficial to moderate wounds. This technique should be used in conjunction with a tissue regeneration technique or the [Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]. The [Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be held for a maximum of four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
A simple technique that requires its users to sacrifice a little to save a life, the[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique] does exactly what its name suggests. To prepare for this procedure, the user must make a small incision into the patient's body and follow by opening a vein. Once the vein has been open, the user will begin to channel chakra into it. Over the course of one (1) post, the patient's blood will gain density and stabilize itself. Users of this technique must be aware that their own blood will dilute over the duration of this technique, as it is essentially transferring blood from their bodies to the patient's. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without severe repercussions for the user.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
Perhaps one of the most dangerous and revered Iijutsu honed by medical-nin, the [Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel] is no precision instrument. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will begin to focus an ample amount of chakra into his/her hands. Once charged with chakra, the user will attempt to place his/her hands on the target. If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate internal wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.

*[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]; user’s averaged Instinct and Control stats must be 25 or above
Just as its basic form, the [Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique] is a useful, but particularly taxing Iijutsu performed on poisoned patients. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the [Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the B-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Paralysis Removal]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
This handy technique is used in cases where patients have suffered temporary paralysis somewhere throughout their bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will apply them to the affected area and begin to channel chakra through the muscle tissue. As this chakra interacts with the temporarily lame muscle tissue, it will restore natural mobility to the area. Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
Although simple to explain, the [Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique] requires both skill and patience in order to mend the fractured or broken bones of patients. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until cancelled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.

[Muscle Cramp]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
Hideki channels chakra into a senbon, causing it to take on a green glow. When it next makes contact with a target within 3 posts, the chakra will pass into the target and then begin attacking the muscles of the arms of the victim. The chakra causes the rapid and painful contraction of the muscles, resulting in a sharp pain and an involuntary loss of control of their arms for a single post, causing them to drop anything they were holding or stopping any hand seals they were performing.

[Localized Paralysis]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
Hideki channels chakra into a senbon, causing it to take on a green glow. When it next makes contact with a target within 3 posts, the chakra immediately seeps into the muscles and nerves of the nearest limb. This chakra serves to cut off the signals from the brain that control motor function, acting as essentially a barrier between the nerves in the limb and the neurons from the brain, painlessly paralysing the affected limb for 4 posts.

Prerequisite: 20 Iijutsu
One of the almighty and most highly coveted abilities of medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm] technique allows its users to heal wounds quickly and efficiently. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them over the wound in question and begin to channel chakra through it. As the chakra interacts with the cells and tissues in the area, the wound will begin to regenerate and heal over until there's no remnant of it ever being there. Of course, this is not done in the blink of an eye. To heal small-to-moderate wounds, it takes very little time, while large wounds take one (1) post of concentration to mend, and mortal wounds take a total of two (2) posts to fully mend. This technique lasts for four (4) posts, but due to its chakra-extensive nature, users are not advised to treat multiple large wounds in a single use.

*[Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique]

A jutsu similar to its predecessors, the [Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique] is a useful, but particularly taxing Iijutsu performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works only on A-Rank or lower poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

Much like those before it, this jutsu has been formulated to work in conjunction with the [Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique]. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the [Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the A-Rank or lower poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

A-Rank Ninjutsu
Hideki channels chakra into a senbon, causing it to take on a green glow. When it next makes contact with a target within 3 posts, this chakra passes into their system, flooding it with Hideki's iijutsu chakra and rewrites their immune system, causing it to attack the host's body. For the next 3 posts their own body will attack itself from the inside, causing internal bleeding and damage to their organs, resulting in the coughing up of blood and constant pain. The damage from this will persist even after the chakra fades until the target gets assistance from a medical ninja.

A-Rank Ninjutsu
Hideki channels chakra into a senbon, causing it to take on a green glow. When it next makes contact with a target within 3 posts, this chakra passes into their system, flooding it with Hideki's iijutsu chakra and preventing the body's natural healing process. This lasts for 5 posts and those with Regeneration abilities or being healed by an outside source require more Control than that of Hideki to override his suppression.

Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the Master Antidote Technique, the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the S-Rank or lower poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which is permanent. This permanent immunity only applies to A-Rank and lower liquid poisons.

The user performs a set of hand seals and then floods the system of their patient with a large amount Iijutsu chakra, enhancing the connections between the nerves and fortifying their muscular structure with a layer of chakra. This effectively enhances the physical properties of their system, granting them a level of strength (+5 Strength), speed (+5 Speed), and reaction time (+5 Taijutsu) that would normally come with years of training. This treatment comes at the cost of a loss of control over their own chakra, due to the fact that their system is overflowing with Iijutsu chakra (-5 Ninjutsu, -5 Genjutsu, -5 Control). This enhanced state lasts for a total of 7 posts and cannot be cancelled beforehand.

Prerequisite: 40 Ninjutsu, 50 Control
Hideki channels chakra into a senbon, causing it to take on a green glow. When it next makes contact with a target within 3 posts, the chakra will pass into the target which then attacks the heart, interrupting the blood flow and damaging the muscle. Each post after this technique has been applied the victim will gradually grow weaker, losing 10 Stamina per post for 5 posts. They have until their Stamina reaches 0 to receive medical treatment, at which point they will suffer cardiac arrest and die.

A simple medical jutsu, the user is able to handle things with great care, minimizing the risk of bruising or tissue damage, and also of breaking a delicate object they may be holding. More a passive manner of holding things than an actual jutsu, this technique requires no chakra to use, but by utilizing it, one may handle with even greater care.

While Chakra scalpel is in use, the user is able to precisely control his/her chakra in order to make cuts in patients exactly where they need to be made. This allows the user to separate soft tissues with a brief touch, and, in the case of surgery, allows the user to cut only what needs to be cut, in exactly the way it needs to be cut, ensuring that the user may remove, heal, or focus on only the tissue in question.

The simplest of all removal procedures, Eye Removal allows the user to remove the eyeball of a patient or of a cadaver without damaging it or the orbit of the eye.

After forming the needed hand seals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into a given organ, removed from a fallen shinobi. Because of this, until the implantation is complete, the user dedicates one point of stamina to this technique, loading the organ with chakra at the start of every day until the implantation procedure. This may also be used to prevent necrosis in live patients.

As most low-rank medics are incapable of regenerating tissue or cells, some learn to do a makeshift, shoddy version. By performing a variant of the clone jutsu on a patient's wounds, they are able to make a small amount of their tissue over a wounded area to perform a makeshift sort of healing for them. This is capable of "healing" any visible wound which effects only a singular layer of tissue (A burn, for instance, could have skin placed copied over it instead of regenerated, reducing the risk of infection and giving the body a chance to heal naturally with less scarring.) This tissue, without proper supplement, will die in three posts. However, being living tissue, if the skin is properly supplied with chakra or a blood supply (and other things the tissue in question may need to be kept alive), it may be kept going indefinitely. Note that this can only clone singular layers of tissues, and not more complex things such as organs or bodies.

After forming the necessary pair of hand seals, the user is able to dispel their "tissue patch" technique, removing substances created by this jutsu which are foreign to a patient's body, and thereby stopping the immune system's fight against it. During various medical procedures, a Medical ninja is able to use this technique to keep a constant watch on a patients vitals, including but not limited to their O2 levels, temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing. This allows the medical ninja a chance to stop procedures or respond to patient's needs faster than they otherwise would be able.

Focusing chakra into cells of tissue, the user may extract DNA from the tissue in question. This technique does nothing medically of combatively in itself, but is used in the process which begins the process of organ implantation. When a foreign substance or object invades the human body, the immune system responds and attempts to remove the threat. After forming the needed hand seals, the user of this technique is able to introduce a set amount of a given organic substance to a patient and to allow their immune system to respond naturally. Through a 3000 word topic, the user will slowly introduce tissue to their chosen target, allowing them to receive it without risk of rejection. This technique is also used to acclimate the patient to bloodline limits, and prevent them from going out of control while the patient attempts to gain skill with them. By using the tissue patch and removal techniques to stop a Bloodline if it shows signs of going out of control in a patient.

Often the most common types of body modification requested of Hideki, the doctor is capable of making alterations or augmentations to the arms and legs of an individual. By first performing a set of hand seals and flooding the patient's chakra network with his own medical chakra in order to keep it intact during the procedure, Hideki can then being to peel back the layers of flesh and muscle of the patient's arm or leg. Once he has the necessary access, Hideki can begin to make the requested modifications, augmenting or altering the limb, linking any implants to the chakra network, before closing up and healing the limb. The process is a lengthy one and the recovery time is typically about a week per limb, though the healing process can be sped up via Medical Ninjutsu.

B-Rank Ninjutsu
After forming the necessary hand seals and focusing chakra on a willing patient, the user is able to heavily sedate them. This sedation technique is used to perform deeply invasive surgeries on patients, preventing them from moving while under and also keeping them deeply asleep. This technique lasts for up to ten posts, and must be reinforced on the eighth post after performing this technique, or else the patient will wake up at the end of the tenth post. If a patient wakes up during the procedure, they will find themselves, depending on their personality, mentally scarred from the intense amount of pain the surgery causes, and their vitals will go insane while they are awake, markedly hard to control. Depending on the surgery and the patient's reaction, the stress could cause death. Note that this jutsu requires steady focus and proper supplementation of chakra to perform. If a patient were unwilling to receive the chakra, they could merely disrupt their own chakra flow in any way, and the technique would be interrupted and cancelled.

*[Tissue Connection]
A-Rank Ninjutsu
After placing an organ or a tissue into its proper place in a patient's body, be it a replacement or an implantation, the user is able to hold their hands over the tissue or organ in question, and connect the various other tissues in the patient's body where it needs to be connected. Blood vessels, connective tissues, muscles, etc. will all be correctly hooked up to the organ in question, ensuring that once implanted, it will stay nourished and protected as if it were the body's own. (Note that this does not provide protection against the body's own natural defenses, I.E. the immune system)

Using this technique, the user is able to speed along the healing process by precisely focusing on small clusters of cells, triggering mitosis and allowing tissues to heal more quickly as a result. This lessens the chances of infection, scarring, and opening of the wound, while also repairing damaged tissue in a transplanted organ or the surrounding area. This technique requires three posts to finish, but if this is used post-op, the patient may wake up from the sedation jutsu after the first post of this technique without the severity of trauma they would otherwise have felt (though pain will still occur.)

The simplest implantation procedure of all, the user culminates all their knowledge of medical ninjutsu into one technique, becoming able to perform an Eye Transplant, potentially transferring a Doujutsu into a willing patient. Because the eye is easily accessible, removed, and replaced, this is the simplest of the Transplantation techniques. After all the necessary precautions are taken, the user will begin by removing an eye from the patient in question to create a spot for the eye to be implanted. They will then soften the orbital of the eye to make it more pliable, allowing them to place the eye within the socket. Following that, they will perform the actual placement, and then finally connect the tissues to the proper places, making sure that the ocular nerve is in the correct spot. The whole process, if things go smoothly, should take around twelve posts or so.

After all of the preparations have been made on a given patient, The user of this technique is able to actually perform the operation, culminating all of their learned jutsu into one final event through which the patient in question will gain a chance to become much stronger than they were before. By combining all of the techniques they have thus far learned with their own medical skill, the user is actually able to implant organs inside of willing patients, giving them organ-based Kekkai Genkai such as that of the Kaguya, or the Chikai.

The most precise form of implantation, the user is able to implant cells with a particular chakra element into a patient, giving that patient the elemental chakra in question. Implanting the cells of a Yugeton user, for instance, would grant a patient use of the Steam Element. Naturally, the patient would have to practice with this skill in order to use it's respective techniques, and their elements need to correspond to the element implanted. A patient who receives Steam Element, for instance, would require Water and Fire element, or one of the elements in question without a second element at all, before the Combination element may be implanted. If the latter is the case, if the patient attempts to acquire a third element, it must be the other part of the combination (Beginning with Suiton, having Yugeton implanted, and then obtaining Katon as their third element, for instance.)

Occasionally there will be traces of things such as drugs, poison, or levels of alcohol within the system of a corpse. Hideki is capable of recognizing the presence and determining the nature of said substances. This is not only useful for determining if a poison was the cause of death, but also what kind of special medicines the deceased consumed, giving Hideki the potential to recreate foreign poisons or medicines

Much of this knowledge extends into the biology of non-human species as well, though with less precision. This discipline, combined with enough accuracy, can turn even the simplest of attacks into a fatal blow.

D-Rank Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will take a few steps in a direction. Anyone who witnesses him walking those steps will be caught in the illusion. After he stops moving, an illusionary clone will continue to walk along the same path while Hideki himself will simply appear as a shadow on the ground. This only lasts until the beginning of the next post and is broken if Hideki moves from his position.

D-Rank Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will point at a stationary object. Anyone that sees this motion will trigger the illusion. This Genjutsu appears to remove an object no larger than 2m3 from existence. The technique lasts for 3 posts and is not able to hide obviously dangerous objects; a spike pit or an explosive, etc.

[Tinnitus]
D-Rank Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will clap his hands together. Anyone who hears this sound will then trigger the illusion. It will sound as if an explosion was set off right next to them, causing a ringing in their ears which can be mildly distracting. This ringing lasts for 3 posts before it fades.

[Path to Silence]
D-Rank Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will reach out his hand towards a target. If they see this motion, it will trigger the illusion. A portal will appear in front of his hand and an illusionary copy of his hand and arm will appear from behind the target, reaching over their shoulder to wrap around their mouth. This has no force nor physical feeling to it, simply being a visual illusion, and lasts for a single post.

[Paranoid]
D-Rank Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will point indiscriminately. Should the target see the pointing motion, they'll be captured in this genjutsu. For the following 4 posts, the target will see a shadow in the corner of their eyes, constantly shifting out of view when they attempt to look at it.
C-Rank:
[Listen]
C-Rank Status Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will say the words 'pay attention' in some fashion. All who hear him speak will trigger the illusion. For the next 5 posts, whenever Hideki talks, those affected by the illusion will find themselves drawn to Hideki's words and will want to listen to them, drawn away from whatever it was they were doing previously.

[Exsanguinate]
C-Rank Warp Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will swing his scalpel through the air, triggering the Genjutsu in all who see the motion. This genjutsu causes the victim to see the slice from the scalpel appear somewhere on their person, usually their chest, and have it begin to spurt blood that they cannot stop no matter how hard they try. Over the next 5 posts as the blood flows they gradually feel weaker, getting light headed and feeling woozy. By the end of the fifth post they will feel as though they are about to pass out from the blood loss, then the genjutsu ends. The body usually takes a post after the full duration to recuperate from the feeling of near complete blood loss.

[Smog]
C-Rank Warp Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will flare open his coat and reveal the inside of it. Anyone who sees this motion will fall victim to this Genjutsu. A dark purple mist will appear to emanate from the inside of the coat, similar in fashion to the Hidden Mist technique. The mist spreads outwards at a speed of 10 until it reaches 20m2. Direct contact with the mist results in area touched slowly turning purple and the thought they were poisoned will be implanted into their psyche, though they will be physically unaffected. This smog lasts for 5 posts and then fades away as if naturally dispersing into the air.

[Supply and Demand]
C-Rank Status Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will hold up a vial towards a target. If they see this vial, it will trigger the illusion. Over the course of the next 5 posts they will believe Hideki somehow poisoned them and require the 'antidote', the vial Hideki held up to trigger the illusion. The longer they go without the 'antidote' the worse they will feel, beginning with a slight case of light headedness and by the 5th post they will feel incredibly nauseous as if the world were spinning.
B-Rank:
[Swarm]
B-Rank Warp Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will reach out an arm, his hand open and fingers splayed. Anyone that sees this motion will trigger the illusion. An illusionary summoning seal will appear in the air before Hideki's hand, out of which a swarm of small nondescript insects will appear and chase down the target regardless of how fast they run. Once they swarm the target of the Genjutsu, they will begin to sting them over and over again, each causing phantom pain equal to a normal insect bite. Each sting causes a small welt to appear on the skin and over the course of the illusion the pain will exponentially grow and spread through their veins, they will begin to find it difficult to breath, and their sight will become blurry. This Genjutsu lasts for 5 posts unless dispelled.

[A 'Friendly' Warning]
B-Rank Warp Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will raise a finger to his lips. Anyone that sees this motion will trigger the illusion though it will remain dormant for the next 5 posts. If they come within 5 meters of Hideki while the dormant illusion is active, an illusionary clone of Hideki will appear by their side. This clone can say or do anything Hideki sets during the initial casting of the Genjutsu, though those that hear it speak will get the feeling that they should heed Hideki's words unless they wish to suffer severe and painful consequences. The clone lasts from the time it is triggered until the original 5 posts are up unless dispelled.

[Mirror World]
B-Rank Warp Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will initiate this genjutsu by making direct eye contact with his target. The target's vision will become distorted for a moment before righting itself, though after which the world be in reverse. To the victim's vision, left will become right, up will become down, and forward will become backwards; all of this is compounded by the target's sense of balance being manipulated to believe this is correct. This Genjutsu lasts for 3 posts unless dispelled.

A-Rank Status Genjutsu
Prerequisite: 30 Genjutsu, 30 Control
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will adjust his glasses, making them flash. Anyone who sees this motion will then trigger the illusion. Over the course of the next 5 posts, the victims of the illusion will be less inclined to question events that don't make logical sense, such as more overt triggers for Genjutsu or events caused by an illusion, and in fact mentally argue that it actually makes sense.

[Merely a Shadow]
A-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, Hideki will speak the phrase 'I was never here' in some fashion. All who hear him speak will trigger the illusion. Hideki will appear to fade into his own shadow, simply disappearing into the floor, and this his shadow will vanish as well. While active, Hideki can move around freely completely invisible to those affected by the illusion. Should he attempt to fatally wound the victim, the genjutsu will immediately end, otherwise this lasts for 5 posts.

With his skills in perception, Hideki can quickly judge the particulars of an incoming attack. Efficient defence depends on observing and responding, and Hideki is able to tell the speed at which an object is traveling, the distance between himself and the object, and how much damage it is likely to do with its current velocity. This can even be used on close range attacks such as sword swings or punches.

Hideki's observational skills borders on the preternatural, taking in even the most subtle of details in those around him. He is so constantly aware of others that he can pick up on tension changes in the body allowing him to judge whether a punch is about to be thrown or even track the movements of a pen as someone writes in order to make an accurate guess as to the information.

Unlike the usual blank facade Hideki presents which simply masks his current emotions, Hideki has ascended to the point where his emotions can be suppressed entirely in favour of logical reasoning and deduction. Anger, joy, sorrow, love, none of this means anything to Hideki. By pushing aside all emotion, he is even capable of lying with no reaction; no raise in pulse, no additional perspiration, no micro-expressions, not even his chakra fluctuates when he lies.

Reading micro-expressions is a particularly good way of telling if someone is lying; with years of training even the smallest of motions can reveal the truth hidden behind the words. Hideki is capable of picking up on these subtle tells, a miniscule upturn of a lip, a slight twitch of the hand. Everything tells a story and Hideki knows how to interpret them.

Taking his situational awareness to the next level, Hideki is constantly aware of his surroundings to such a point his eyes seem to automatically track any movements made within his range of vision. While he may be able to track the movements with an indefinite amount of precision, this does not allow Hideki to simply automatically dodge or block, as his body still requires the physical capability to keep up with his mind's processing power.
