General Information

Physical Features:
  • Face/head: Rozan has ordinary dark brown eyes, short black hair and a narrow jaw. Though his face still holds his youthful appearance, when in combat his eyes seem to sharpen and narrow which make him much more intimidating.
  • Body: He has caramel colored skin and is built like a well-seasoned runner with a toned body achieved through dedicated training. He doesn't have a six-pack or a lot of muscle definition, but he is rather flexible with an almost gangly appearance.

Clothing/Accessories: He is usually seen around the village wearing a pair of gray and black shorts stopping just below the knees so not to interfere with his mobility, his shirt is black with short sleeves again to not hinder his mobility. On nearly all his clothes sits the Karagata Kraken, small but there. He wears gray ninja sandals to complete his standard outfit. He has many pairs of these clothes and some other variations for different environments. Strapped to his left leg is his kunai pouch that he always tries to keep full. Across his waist is a pouch on the lower back which holds his explosive tags and other ninja tools. Forehead protector proudly on display when not on missions for the HHD.

Personality:
  • General: : Rozan is for the most part a introvert. Having lost his parents at an early age leaves all kinds of scars and robbing him of his youthful nature was one that he never really recovered from. The teen doesn't mind being alone, nor does he think it strange like most do. But that does not mean that company is not welcomed, he just has to warm up to them first. The ninja can be sociable when he wants, hold a conversation with almost anyone on current events and opinions, but do not expect him to be forthcoming with his feelings on certain subjects.

    One might also notice that Rozan possesses a strong loyalty to friends. To him, they are the closest thing he'll ever have to a family, and so he does his best to treat them as such. You won't find him saying it much but he loves them and lets his actions speak for him. That being said he does not take kindly to betrayal, and once his trust is lost one can almost never get it back.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Rozan aspires to start a family and retire from the ninja life. He also has a secret desire to one day sponsor a child from the outer ring and help them make something of themselves.
  • Fears: Rozan has a terrible fear of drowning. Illogical, considering he knows how to swim and has access to suiton, but this has never left him.
  • Combat Mentality:Rozan belives in versitility when it comes to combat. He mainly tries to take down his targets quickly and quietly, utilizing his taijutsu for stealth and unforgiving blows to overwhelm. When in open combat he uses misdirection with genjutsu and can powerful elemental ninjutsu for ranged combat or to change the battlefield to his favor.

Hoissuru:
Hoissuru are kunai custom made for Rozan. They are the same size and shape of regular kunai and just as sharp. But they are hollow with four holes in the frame making them lighter. When thrown they generate a unique whistling sound, used to trigger genjutsu. They are also engraved with storage fuuinjutsu,
that can be kai'd up to 20 meters away. When the fuuin is triggered, a half ounce of peppermint oil is release from the kunai producing a strong odor. The odor is not poisonous but can also be used to trigger genjutsu.

Doton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.
Passive (Enduring)Show
Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.
Katon:
Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.
Passive (Ingition)Show
Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise, they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement.

Suiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive enveloping effect.
Passive (Enveloping)Show
Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets.

The fundamental skill of [Stealth] describes the user’s proficiency in remaining silent, unseen and unnoticed as they go about tasks. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a 1/2 meter diameter fireball at the opponent. It travels up to 10 meters away at a speed of 6 and a strength of 4.

Ignite
D-rank Ninjutsu
A relatively simple jutsu that utilizes the fire element. The user floods his hands with katon chakra and performs the needed seals, thus covering them in fire while protecting his hands from burning. The user is then able to set a flame most flammable objects, such as paper, grass, and cloth. Of course, this excludes water and most metals. Since it requires the users to keep a constant flow of chakra to his hands this jutsu lasts the amount of posts equal to the users stamina stat for a max of 6 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a cone that is up to five meters long and three meters wide at it's base. The cone travels at a speed of 6 and pushes with a strength of 4.

Lesser Fire clone: All-rounder
D-rank Ninjutsu
Completing the hand signs, the user creates a imperfect replica of himself made of katon chakra. This clone is hot to the touch and can burn most things it comes into contact with, an exception of most liquids, and depending on the material even set them ablaze. Because the clone is just a katon construct it becomes wispy when in motion. This mode of the clone is used for general combat, able to fulfill almost any role. Not recommended against suiton users or wet environments, as even the weakest of suiton jutsu will cause it to dispel instantly.

By channeling katon chakra into a metal weapon or blade, the user will cause it to grow hotter and cover the blade in flames. The imbued weapon will be able to carve through defenses of 5 or less strength with ease.

By channeling katon chakra into their body, the user will release a short, uncontrolled burst of flame outward from their body that travels just a few centimeters and lasts hardly a second. The short-lived burst of flame pushes outward with a strength of 10.

By channeling katon chakra into any item, the user will turn it into a ticking time bomb. Either when 3 posts are up or when activated through the use of Chakra Kai, the object will explode, releasing all the katon chakra in it in a C-Rank explosion and scattering flames in the immediate area.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling a thin stream of flames up to 15 meters away at a speed of 10. Either at 15 meters, or if the stream makes impact with anything, the stream will erupt into a spherical C-Rank explosion, scattering flames all over the immediate area.

By channeling chakra into their fingers, the user then attempts to make contact with the opponent. In the event that the strike is successful, the fingers release a C-Rank Explosion of fire outward towards the targets body. If unused, lasts 3 posts.

Flame Barrier

Rozan completes the seals before causing a barrier of Katon chakra to erect around him. The barrier forms at a speed of 10 with a 3 meter diameter from Rozan's current position. The Barrier is able to defend with a strength of 10. The Barrier only lasts for 4 posts.

Katon clone
C-rank Ninjutsu
After forming the needed signs, the user creates a fire clone anywhere within eight (8) meters of their position. The clone is a imperfect replica made from katon chakra, so it hot to touch. Movement shows that it is not entirely solid. The clone cannot use any ninjutsu or genjutsu of any kind. The clone lasts for four (4) posts, unless destyoyed.

After performing the correct hand seals the user breathes out gently and sends a wire-thin line of flames at a target. The line can travel up to 20 meters from the user at a speed of 20. If it connects to a target the contact point has all of the chakra forced into it at once, releasing flames all over the target and igniting them with ease.

Bullet barrage
B-rank Ninjutsu
After using the signs Rozan channels Katon chakra into his mouth before launching six of fireballs in rapid succession, each one roughly 50 Centimeters in diameter. The travel in a straight line with a speed of 20 and hit with a strength of 20 causing second-degree burns on contact. They cannot be aimed independently or controlled after they are launched. On impact, they consume a 30 Centimeter area in flame and lasts for two posts, or until put out. The jutsu have a max range of 28 meters before burning out.

Great Ball of fire
B-rank Ninjutsu
A rather large Katon jutsu that requires a series of hand signs. Rozan then spits out a stream of fire that quickly extends 5 Meters before expanding into a 8 Meter diameter ball of fire. Surprisingly the stream of flame moves with a speed of 15 and strength of 25 and once expanded it does not move from that position. The jutsu can be held up to a number of posts equal to the control stat/4, but cannot be used at the same time as other ninjutsu or genjutsu nor does it continue to extend. On impact, it causes second-degree burns and it consumes a the contact area in flame for three posts or until put out.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a set of up to 10 basic projectiles, such as kunai, shuriken, or senbon, in their hand. These tools have a strength of 5.

After channeling doton chakra into their foot the user will slam the ground within 3 meters of a target's feet with their heel, causing a formation of rock to shoot upwards at a speed of 6 binding the target's feet at a strength of 4.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a 1-meter diameter ball of loose dirt in front of them, launching it off up to 10 meters away at a strength of 4 and speed of 6. Upon impact, the ball of loose dirt breaks apart forming a vision-impairing cloud of dirt with a 3-meter radius.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a solid stone wall up to 5 meters away from them at a speed of 6. The wall has a strength of 4 and is 3x3x1 meters large.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will cause a 1/2 meter pot hole to appear at a speed of 5 somewhere within 7 meters.

Vent

By performing the needed seals, the user places their hands unto the ground or wall and allows their chakra to flow through creating cracks into the area. Although not very dangerous, they do weaken the ground or structure considerably as the cracks run up to 8 meters out and run four meters deep with a speed of 5. Vent only works on stone and Earth that does not have any foreign chakra running through it.

By completing the hand signs and placing his or her hands on the ground, the user is able to use their chakra to shake loose the soil and rock to form an sink hole anywhere within 5 Meters of their position to form a hole 1 Meter in diameter and 1 Meter deep at a speed of 5. Although it isn't very damaging, someone caught unaware could very well injure themselves on the fall.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will tap their foot on the ground charging a 2 meter radius around their foot with explosive chakra. This is armed at a speed of 10. For the next three posts if anyone steps on that area it will explode with a force equal to a standard C-Rank explosion.

After performing the correct hand seals the user places their palm on the ground, channeling chakra into it and increasing the density of the earth beneath them in a 5 meter radius around them. This earth is extra resilient to digging and takes a strength stat of 10 to even dent. Falling on this section of ground without a proper landing could also potentially increase damage.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling doton chakra into their arm, the user will form rock from their shoulder downward, encasing their forearm and hand in rough and simplistic layered plates of stone. The stone passes over the hand on the back-side but leaves the palm-side uncovered allowing full dexterity of the hand for seals. This essentially resembles a manica, which is a segmented armor that spans the length of the arm. The armor has a strength of 15 and forms at a speed of 5.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals and holding the last one, the user will stomp their foot on the ground, releasing their chakra in it and causing it to tremor violently for one post. The tremors radiate out from the user in a 10 meter radius, knocking down anyone standing on the ground with less than 10 taijutsu. Lasts as long as the last seal is held, for up to 3 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a stone spike directly in front of them roughly 1.5 meter long and 1/2 meter in diameter at it's thickest point before launching the spike forward up to 15 meters away at a strength of 10 and speed of 10.

Utilizing the earth (not being manipulated by chakra), Rozan completes a series of hand signs before placing both hands on the ground, erecting a wall of solid ground two feet in front of him. The wall is 2 Meters long, 3 Meters high, and 1 meter thick. It raises with a speed of 15 and it takes a strength of 25 or higher to break.

Creeping hold
B-rank Doton jutsu
By applying the hand signs and channeling chakra into the earth with his hands pressed against the surface, Rozan is able to manipulate the earth into latching onto his target, most times the feet but any limb will do, binding them to the earth. The jutsu spreads from the point of contact with a speed of 10, attempting to cover the entire body of the snared target. After one full post the target would be completely covered by the hardened earth that takes a strength of 30 or more to break free from. If left covered for two full posts the target will suffocate unless they have a stamina of 15 or more, which then it would take 3 full posts.Those with a stamina of 25 would be able to avoid suffocation entirely. Rozan cannot use any other jutsu while this one is use, and if forced to break off the jutsu the creeping doton will stop in its place.

Spike bed
B-rank Ninjutsu
A doton jutsu that manipulates the ground into a series of pointed spikes. After doing the needed signs Rozan touches the ground with either hand and lets his chakra do the rest. 20 Spikes raise with a speed of 15 in a 6 Meter area, possibly skewering those unable to avoid their deadly raise. The spikes are 2 Meters in height with a diameter of 30 Centimeters and have a strength of 25 or higher to break them.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a monolithic solid stone wall up to 15 meters away from them at a speed of 20. The wall has a strength of 20 and is 7x7x2 meters large, curving moderately concave to the user.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to five meters away. The defense is shot at a speed of 5 and has a strength of 5 and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a shuriken of water approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hand. When kai'd, this shuriken explodes with a force equal to a D-Rank explosion and covers the immediate area in water. If not consumed, this technique lasts for three posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a dense ball of water approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hands. Upon lurching forward, they will release the ball towards an opponent up to 10 meters away at a speed of 6 and with a strength of 4.

After channeling chakra into their hands the user will fire two jets of water from their hand, essentially hurling and propelling themselves in the opposite direction of their jets as if thrown by a strength of 5.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will expel a 3 meter diameter sphere of water from their mouth at speed of 5 up to 10 meters away. Upon impact it will burst spilling all over the immediate area making it extremely slippery. Those without 5 taijutsu or higher will not be able to hold their footing on this wet spot and will slip around.

After performing the correct hand seals the user expels three 3 2-centimeter diameter droplets of water from their mouth in quick succession, each of which explode with a force of one D-Rank explosion each on impact, scattering water all over the immediate area. These droplets fly up to 15 meters away at a speed of 5.

After performing the correct hand seals the user expels a massive conical water torrent that drenches an area thoroughly, capable of soaking a meter down nearly instantly for soil and like materials. The cone has a base width of 15 meters and a range of 15 meters and travels at a speed of 10, pushing things back with a strength of 10.

After performing the correct hand seals the user creates a clone of themselves comprised completely of suiton chakra. This clone is incapable of jutsu, however it's liquid nature makes it a very capable taijutsu combatant.

After performing the correct hand seals the user expels a massive tidal wave of water 10 meters wide and nearly 5 meters tall. This wave travels forward at a speed of 10 and with a strength of 10 for up to 15 meters before losing it's steam and failing.

*Suiton • Pacifistic Domination
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Created to safely incapacitate opponents, after performing the correct hand seals, if the opponent is within 15 meters and is standing a top a body of water with the user's chakra in it, the user will begin to churn their chakra causing the water to turn into a vortex and engulf the opponent, trapping them in a vortex about two meters in diameter. Once the target is inside, the user must hold the last seal and cannot use any other techniques, capable of holding this for up to five posts. In order to escape, the target must have at least 10 strength to physically make their way out, or the user must be disrupted. Most shinobi would pass out after two posts due to a lack of oxygen. However, if a target possesses a stamina stat higher than 10, it would require three posts for them to pass out. Should the target possess a stamina stat above 20, it would require five posts for them to pass out, but anything higher than 30 would allow them to resist passing out altogether.

B-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user is able to spew a large ball of water that stands at three meters in diameter. This ball rolls forward at the desired target up to 20 meters away and at a speed of 20. Should this strike the target, they will become engulfed within the sphere. However, if this manages to strike multiple targets, it will envelop them as well, up to a total of 3 prisoners. One can resist being pulled into the ball if they have a strength higher than 20. The trapped targets will spin with the sphere and may become nauseated and dizzy from the disorientation. The technique lasts for a total of 4 posts before bursting.

Hunter's Way:
A unique style developed by Rozan, Hunter's Way aims not only to deal with opponent's as quickly and quietly as possible but to also track them through almost any terrain to do it. Because it requires an extreme attention to detail, the style is mostly comprised of disciplines. However, Hunter's way relies on holds,
throws, and decisive blows too quickly and quietly deal with opponents in combat, so practitioners have to be physically capable as well.
Knife Strike
D-ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body
A simple but devastating attack. By keeping the fingers on either hand pressed firmly together and slightly tucking the thumb, Rozan is able to deliver a chop of sorts towards the target's neck. If successful, this attack can leave the target temporarily disoriented, which can hamper their ability to effectively defend themselves against follow up attacks. If Rozan's strength is 5 more than opponent's then attack will cause a temporary (1 post) Daze.

Elbow Strike
D-ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body
A basic defensive attack using the elbow to deal damage at close range. By keeping his arms tucked, Rozan lashes out with his elbow to hit the opponent. While not ideal at medium range, up close this becomes a useful blow to force an opponent to back up or halt their attempts to grapple.


Deflection
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body, lower body
A defensive Jutsu used to transfer the opponent's upper body attack away from Rozan. With proper footing, Rozan uses either forearm to guide the attack away from his person, allowing the attack to continue undisturbed while he steps around it. If the opponent is more skilled (Tai+Speed)/2 then this jutsu will fail.

Low Kick
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Lower Body, Perception
A simple yet effect attack. Using either leg and shinbone, Rozan delivers a short swift kick towards his opponent's thigh or calf. With enough successful applications, this can not only cause damage but disrupt the opponents dexterity and mobility.

Jab
D-ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Deft Hands, Perception
A basic attack with multiple applications in combat. Using his leading fist, Rozan launches a straight punch, turning his fist and rotating it palm down for added power. A learned skill, Rozan is able to note environmental clues to track his prey. From footprints to trampled plants, He is able to find any indication of moment to accurately find his target unless they have used a Jutsu of equal or higher rank to cover their tracks.

Identify
D-rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Perception, Instinct of 5 or higher
To more accurately track down his target, Rozan has gotten into the mindset to identify characteristics of individuals he meets. By observing the person(s) for two full posts, Rozan is able to commit to memory the person's voice, appearance, as well as make fairly accurate estimates of their height and weight. If he is able to keep to at least five foot proximity of the individual for the full two posts he can even commit their scent to memory. This, of course, can be fooled if the person is using a jutsu of higher rank to mask any of these identifying characteristics.



Wrist Lock
C-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body
A simple, yet devastating self-defense move. The user grabs one of his opponents hands and twists it so that the thumb is forced towards the ground, making the wrist lock rather painfully. It is possible for the user to break the wrist, fracture the elbow, and even dislocate the shoulder. To escape this hold, the victim must have a higher Stregnth than Rozan.

Kao Loi
C-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body, Lower Body
A grapple strike combo that is a simple as it is effective. Rozan grabs his opponent by the back of the neck or head with both hands, before swiftly pulling their head down while simultaneously bringing either knee up hard to meet them. If their strength is higher than Rozan's, then they can break the hold or completely resist the pull.

Rear Chokehold
C-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body
As the name implies this hold starts from behind the opponent. Rozan loops one arm around his opponent's neck so that the crook of the elbow is under their chin, then places his hand on the opposite biceps. The other hand is then placed on the back of the opponent's head where Rozan pushes the head and neck forward into the crook of the flexed arm. To escape this hold, the victim must have a higher Strength. If unable to break free this can result in unconsciousness for the victim depending on stamina.

Guillotine Choke

Rozan wraps one arm around the opponent's head and below the neck around the trachea. With the other hand, Rozan's grasps the first hand, ensuring that the hold is complete and pulls upward with both hands. From there pressure is applied to restrict blood flow to the head resulting in unconsciousness depending on stamina. To escape this hold, the victim must have a higher strength.

Keeping with his discipline to engage an enemy, Rozan moves silently and without notice towards his target looking for the quickest and quietest way to incapacitate them. When engaging with his opponent in a hold or after a throw, Rozan will always look to place a hand or kunai at the targets throat to keep them from screaming and alerting others.

Having gained enough control and experience with tracking enemies, Rozan has developed a way to move without being seen by his target. Using what the environment has to offer, Rozan moves in cover while attempting to maneuver himself in to the target's blind spot.

Rozan has become much more adept at noticing and memorizing characteristics (Height, Weight, Voice, Appearance, Scent) of those he meets. After one full post observing the individual(s), Rozan is not only able to take in their characteristics but is also able to see through attempts made to mask them unless a jutsu of a higher rank is used.

Lion's Jaw
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Upper body, Lower Body
A devastating simultaneous blow using his knees and elbow. Rozan grabs his opponent by the back of the neck or head and pulls them downward. At the same time launches his knee towards the opponent's and an elbow strike towards the back of their head, smashing into the opponent from both sides. If the opponent is stronger they can possibly break the hold before the blows land.

Pick pocket
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Deft Hands, Stealth
Rozan has learned to pick the pockets of the most cautious of people with little chance of being noticed. While in close proximity to the target, Rozan is able to maneuver his hands onto their person and take or place a single item onto or from them. To notice the attempt, the target must have equal or higher instinct, and to stop it, equal or higher taijutsu, than Rozan.


Stalking
A-rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Perception
With countless hours spent refining his tracking, Rozan has become a master at finding his prey. He is able to identify environmental factors that might have been modified to hide footprints or tracks, detect even the faintest of sounds 20 meters out and even identify scents within 15 meters of his person. Of course, this can be hampered by repugnant smells and loud noises, or if the target utilizes jutsu of higher rank to cover their tracks.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, any victim that sees the user performing the hand seals will be induced under the genjutsu. This causes the target to begin to smell rotting flesh and decaying bodies. The jutsu can cause nausea and vomiting from the target, depending on how sensitive their sense of smell is. The smell of the dead can also cause some mental stress on the target. This genjutsu lasts for three (3) posts.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then point indiscriminately. Should the target see the pointing motion, they'll be captured in this genjutsu. For the following 4 posts, the target will see a shadow in the corner of their eyes, constantly shifting out of view when they attempt to look at it.

Chibi
D-rank Illusion genjutsu
A simple genjutsu activated with a few hand signs and speaking the words ‘who is that’. Anyone that sees the hand signs and hears his voice, will see a small child version of themselves crying silently off to the side, hopefully distracting the opponent. This jutsu lasts three posts before it wears off, unless of course it is dispelled.

An illusion jutsu invented by Rozan. The user forms the hand seals and claps his hands together to activate it. Anyone who sees the clap motion will be caught in the illusion. Once caught, the victim will see the user smiling and waving at them. They still see him moving and can see any projectiles that is used, but it will still be done while he is smiling and waving at them. This could be particularly devastating when used close range, if the victim lets their guard down. The illusion lasts for four posts.

Smells like
D-rank Illusion Genjutsu
A simple genjutsu that plays a prank on the victim’s sense of smell. All the user must do, after forming the hand sign, is to speak the word “Wonderful” anyone who hears it will become the victim. Then the pleasure starts. The most warming, peaceful smell of Peaches that could ever be smelled will fill their nostrills. This jutsu last for 4 posts.

Dusty
D-rank Illusion genjutsu
Simple yet effective, this genjutsu is preformed by completing the seals and holding the last. Anyone who sees the held sign will have a cloud of dust suddenly appear before them. The dust doesn't exist, but it might prompt the target to shield or close their eyes out of habit. Last for 3 post or until dispelled.

C-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
This is a genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will perform some hand seals and make eye contact with the target. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion. The illusion is at the discretion of the user. However, they can only make a stationary image, or a visual loop, not a controllable visual illusion. Examples would be a decapitated head on a table, or one of their friends running in circles on fire. This illusions may only last up to 4 posts, or until the user ends the jutsu themselves. As a note, this only effects sight.

C-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
This is a genjutsu technique which can be used in quite a few ways. The user forms a hand seal, and as long as the opponent(s) see it, then the genjutsu will begin. The user and the opponent(s) will both light on fire and start to burn, from the feet up to the head, in the opponent's mind. The opponent will normally start to panic and try to get rid of the fire, especially since they feel as if they were in actual pain. This genjutsu lasts for 4 posts and will not appear to be able to be extinguished, no matter what the victim does. The illusion is very static, in the sense that it doesn't change with the environment, it merely creates an illusory flame and pain.

Disruption
C-ranked Illusion Genjutsu
The user makes the necessary hand seals ,before pushing both hands together, thus activating the jutsu.
Anyone who sees this motion will become it’s victim. The ‘victim’, be they multiple or singular, will experience a increase in lag between what they are seeing, and what is happening, but only when it comes to the user. Any projectiles will register at normal speed for them and possibly cause them to catch on to the jutsu since they would have little to now way of knowing that the user is ‘lagging’ in their vision. The hearing, smelling and feeling are unaffected so if they rely on their other senses they could very well tell that something is off. This jutsu lasts for six posts, or until it is disrupted.

What?
C-rank Illusion genjutsu
A sound based genjutsu. Rozan throws one of his Hoissuru triggering the genjutsu. Anyone who hears the whistle of the knife is snared in the jutsu. Once snared, the target will continue to hear the whistling sound in their ears for 4 posts. With each post it grows louder, until finally on the fourth post all they can hear is the whistling sound.

Cramp
C-rank Illusion based genjutsu
A genjutsu utilizing Rozan's doton element as the trigger. To activate Rozan simple performs the needed signs while the target(s) is touching any of the stone or earth molded by his chakra. Anyone touching the trigger with feel as though that limb or extremity is cramping up severely. On first contact, the limb feels fine, just a little sore, but by the end of the second it begins to feel stiffer and a faint pain (2) pulsates with each movement. By the end of the third post the limb starts to ache with a pain of four, before finally, the pain vanishes by the end of the post. This jutsu last for four posts.

Stifling anger
C-rank status genjutsu
After flowing through the signs Rozan flips his target the bird. Anyone who spots the rude gesture is snared. They start to feel mad but they aren't just angry at Rozan, they could become angry at any and everything in their lives, depending on the situation. This anger if left unchecked might cause them to be slightly overaggressive or become sloppy in some actions. This hate filled jutsu lasts for 4 posts, each one getting them more and more riled up before stopping at the end of the fourth.

Bored
C-rank Status Genjutsu
After completing the seals, Rozan throws one of his Hoissuru. Anyone who hears the whistling knife will be snared, afterwards the target will start to feel really bored. This could cause the mind to wander away from the task at hand and potentially become lax in their behavior. The genjutsu last for four posts, with the boredom becoming more potent with each post.

Nagging Envy
C-rank Status Genjutsu
A vile genjutsu that sows the seeds of jealousy. After finishing the needed seals, the target simply must smell peppermint. Anyone who smells this trigger will become envious. It's just an annoying tug at first, the target might notice something about his teammate or someone in his life that has it better than him which causes them to feel jealous. The longer the genjutsu goes uninterrupted the more the envy grows, which could cause the victim to lose focus on the situation at hand or make simple mistakes. Lasts for 4 posts.

Batman
C-rank Illusion Genjutsu
Used for retreating, Rozan does required hand seals to trigger the genjutsu, anyone who sees the seals will see Rozan explode into a swarm of bats that then fly directly at the targets face. While the bats aren't real and don't make any noise nor make Rozan invisible, their presence does give Rozan a good chance at moving without being seen. This lasts for 3 posts unless dispelled.

Asthma Attack
B-rank Status Genjutsu
Performed by completing the hand signs and having the target smell peppermint. Once activated, the target will start to hyperventilate as if having an Asthma attack. At first, it’s just an increase in breathing, possibly due to the fight. With each post, the breathing becomes shallower and the target will feel as though they aren't getting enough air into their lungs. This continues until the fourth post, in which they feel as though little to no air is being received before vanishing at the end of the fourth post.

Rozan never dreamed too big. He didn‘t really have a fair start in life, but then who really does? His parents, civilians of the Karagata family, were killed when a storm sank their ship at sea. He was adopted by Izuku Nagano, a man with no children of his own and took his last name, leaving the Masaki name behind.

Izuku was not a pleasant man, but he provided a roof, food, and clothing for his new ward. Needless to say when the opportunity came to enroll in the Academy, Rozan took that chance. He didn‘t really make friends, and the ones he did make dropped the academy to do safer things. But he stuck with it, pouring all his effort into his training, especially his ninjutsu.

Rozan knew he wouldn’t be able to rely completely on his ninjutsu to survive, so he began to practice his taijutsu as often as possible, modifying the academy jutsu with other forms he had read about from the library. After his graduation from the academy, Izuku bought him a small apartment, basically kicking him out with a small monthly allowance to cover the cost of living until the boy could support himself. Some might see it as cold, but it suited them both just fine.

He trained for two years after graduating, every once and a while he would receive some help from some of the higher ninjas though none were permanent masters. The few times a chunin or jonin came around they helped him develop his katon jutsu, which was a very welcome break from the basics.

As a genin, he was unable to advance in rank without first pairing with another genin to complete missions and then beating that rival in combat. Rozan paired off with many, doing his best to fulfill the requirements and prove himself worthy of a promotion. Unfortunately, there were several setbacks. His genin partners never panned out well. They were killed on missions, attempted to abandon the village, and some just decided that they would rather pursue a different career path, opting out of the ninja life while they had the chance. It was a stroke of luck that he was allowed to face off against a chunin with another genin who had faced similar obstacles in order to receive his promotion. It was a difficult fight, but with their skills, they managed to prevail.

Having finally pushed himself past his limits, the once genin had passed his second exam, gaining him the rank of chunin. Another two years of practice, increasing his skills as well as obtaining a second affinity, this time for Doton. As the 16-year-old continued to pass his missions and increase his own personal renown as well as that of the Karagata family. In time, he was approached by the head of the Head Hunter Division, a group of select few who served the village from the shadows. Shiv had accepted the boy to join their ranks, and from there it was nothing but training and missions as he struggled to prove that he belonged, even if it was just for a spot on the rookie team.

That was a year ago. While most rookie members of the division worked in squads, Rozan was the first of what should have been a new batch of recruits. All the others had fallen through, failing the test given and leaving Rozan to be “The” Rookie instead of just another rookie. He was given tasks meant for at least two men, but through determination, skill, and luck, he was able to complete each mission without fail.

Now, each mission pushes him the limits of his skill, and he constantly trains, even in his down time, to make sure he was ready for the next.
