Personality: The character is very antisocial and she is extremely cold, placing very little value on human life. Her personality borders on sociopathy also called antisocial personality disorder and she is always looking to get stronger and smarter. Luxury goods hold very very little value to her if something isn't useful or practical she considers it useless and a waste of time. Normally she treats all friends as disposable pawns to be used and if they are no longer useful thrown away.

Though there is an important distinction between friends and teammates to her and while she would abandon a friend who is no longer useful, she wouldn’t do that to a teammate unless her survival was at stake then she maybe would. She has a sense of honor or a code of sorts like most of her clan and believes in a favor for a favor and it's a important priority to her to repay favors when she deems she owes someone. she is prone to lie if she thinks it will get her a favorable outcome

Shifting Raijin
An otherwise ordinary looking tanto measuring approximately 25 inches in length, the blade is capable of emitting a paralytic shock through the area struck should a deep wound be left, increasing in strength the longer the wound goes untreated the blade can also extend up to 20m and shrink back down to 25 inches

Deliverance
A lightweight rapier with a 70cm blade and ornate protective hilt, Deliverance is razor sharp, exquisitely balanced, and perfectly sized for use by one of Karagata Nozomi’s small stature. The double-edged blade is straight and thin, with a wicked point to serve as a quick and nimble thrusting weapon, but also features a thin channel inlaid up the spine of the weapon from tip to hilt. The weapon has a strength of [10].
The small channel running up the length of the blade can be used as a conduit for Chiton ninjutsu known by the wielder. The user can channel any chiton technique they know into the blade, storing it ready to unleash within an enemy whenever the sword pierces or cuts a target. The stored jutsu then transfers, at the whim of the user, directly into the body of the wounded opponent. If no chiton technique is stored within the blade, it instead passively draws out the blood of anyone it cuts, pulling a small quantity of their blood up into channel on the blade and infusing it with the user’s chakra, allowing the user to make use of that captured blood for further chiton techniques.

Armor

(Epithet; Goddess Garbs): The Megami no ishō is a wardrobe which is woven from spirit thread that is as strong as the wearer's compassion. All that is known about its origins is that a godslayer killed a divine beast to forge this into existence. Megami no ishō is a sentient, parasitic armor that feeds off the wearer's chakra to stay aware & conscious. In return for receiving its nutrients, Nozomi is granted Elemental body Reparation, allowing blows that would hinder her elemental body to be repaired. This allows Nozomi to heal 1/2 her body within 4 posts, 1/4 in 2 posts, and 1/8th (hands or smaller) per post. As it is dormant, Megami no ishō’s appearance takes to that of a gothic chique appearance with a frilled skirt that has frilled petticoats. It has shoulder pads which look like eyes that stand out about four inches from the shoulders and comes down in a medieval cut that is reminiscent of a magic-girls’ outfit. The Megami no Isho is red and black when it is dormant but when the user activates her chakra, Megami no ishō radiates teal & it blooms into a more active state. The active state allows the user to move with +1 Strength for 4 posts (block with +1 strength, attack with +1 strength, etc.) Adorning the user with spiky pauldrons that appear to have monarch wing designs & greaves that have blades up to the torso along with growing non-functional blades that rim the skirt. The garbs must be activated by the user Channeling chakra into the armor to work. The Megami no Isho takes on a different appearance for young users than it does for mature ones, and generally tries to bend its will to the user's desire.

First Ability Kekkei Genkai Shinobiyoru Byōki ((creeping sickness))
The natural kekkei genkai Nozomi was born with the Creeping Sickness is the enhanced biological immunity that is carried by her. She has an incredible advanced metabolism that makes them effectively immune to all radiation and Dokuton jutsu as well as common illness and disease and all other illness and diseases are quickly recovered from. Even has developed a natural immunity to all of poisons, tranquilizers, venoms, and toxins, even alcohol has a minimal effect on her. This overactive metabolism results in a -3 in Endurance however. This also give the user access to a concentration called poison release or in other words called dokuton
Second Ability A perversion of the Toukai clan, Chisaki's virus has mutated into a communicable disease. Upon inheriting Chisaki's virus [Nozomi] has become a mass of viral bio-organic material. Everything about their appearance is determined by them and is simply a superficial shell covering the bio-organic material within. There are no actual bones or organs within their body. Instead, [Nozomi] has a virus core that produces chakra and viral organic material. The core is the size of a human heart and is easily mistaken for a valuable jewel as it looks like a large cut and polished [Black sapphire].

[Nozomi] is able to regenerate either by absorbing infected biomass that they have previously created or by consuming the living tissue of another person wherein the virus that makes up their body will infect then assimilate the new tissue. [nozomi] being a creature made up of organic tissue without internal organs, is immune to most diseases and poisons, their own viral cells aggressive in attacking foreign material introduced into their body. However, when affected by poison, only the immediate area of exposure is affected and can be treated by ejecting the contaminated biomass. When their body is destroyed to a certain level (loss of 35-45% biomass), [Nozomi] can turn into a slug like creature( loss of all four limbs or half their body). If another Viral character attempts to assimilate [Nozomi] biomass it becomes a battle of willpower+control/2 vs willpower+control/2.
Full TransformationShow
All inheritors of this ability have a full transformation. There is only one final form possible and once a full transformation has been realized that is their only full transformation for life. As a mutation of the Toukai Virus the rules follow the same limitations: come in three types of builds: Offensive, Defensive, or Mobile. These builds are often able to be seen based on the Evolved's normal appearance, however when their viral protocol is activated it becomes far more obvious. Builds are static, and do not change, meaning once someone's Full Transformation is realized, that is their full transformation for the rest of their life. Mobile: Mobility Builds are a mixed build, used to allow the Toukai to move with ease and cover large areas. Mobility builds are usually very slim, and have things like additional limbs such as wings or tails, use vents to fly, or even the creation of things like wheels or skates, and grips to make it easier to climb.


BiomassShow
Biomass is the organic tissue that makes up [Nozomi] body. Like the original virus' ability [Nozomi] is able to transform their body utilizing biomass to make weapons and armour by channeling chakra. When chakra has been channeled and concentrated the affected body part will glow [purple] as small amounts of their biomass fuse with their chakra. While structure and body build is fixed in design and appearance while fully transformed, the weapons on their limbs are capable of changing. All transformations and attacks utilizing the virus fall under their own concentration titled Biomass jutsu. Biomass jutsu have a passive of mutation.
Mutation Passive:
The mutation passive of Biomass techniques are caused by the cancerous effects of [Nozomi’a] virus in the human body. These mutations are generally temporary with the more severe ones requiring iijutsu to heal properly. The mutation only occurs if [Nozomi] manages to get their biomass into the target's body. Viral infections take 2 post to incubate before symptoms start to show, lasting for a number of post = to the difference between the targets endurance (immune system) and [Nozomi’s] control to a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5. Each level higher gains a new symptom along with the symptoms caused by lower level infection.
  • 1-9 Strength: Infectious bleeds from body's orifices.
  • 10-19 Strength: Fever causing mild disorientation (makes it hard to focus)
  • 20-24 Strength: Purple eyes that cause mildly distorted vision (drunken vision)

  • 35+ Strength: Numerous tentacle like growths that move involuntarily (stops forming after infection ends but tentacles require iijutsu to treat)

Suiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive enveloping effect.
Passive (Enveloping)Show
Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Chiton, and advanced form of Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Chiton affinity. Chiton has an replenishing effect.
Passive (Replenishing)Show
Chiton has an replenishing effect. This means that Chiton jutsu passively repair themselves when damaged, at no additional cost to the user. The rate of repairing itself is 1/3rd the speed of the technique rounded up, so a Chiton defense that manifests at 10 speed would repair itself at 4 speed when damaged. This only works for the length of the technique, so maintaining the damage to Chiton until the jutsu expires will stop it from regrowing.
Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu:
Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu
This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy.
Dokuton:
Dokuton
A unique concentration typically only usable by Nozomi is able to use their chakra to produce unique poison’s or diseases inside their body that she can release as jutsu. She is capable of utilizing these techniques due to her inherited immunity to poisons, diseases venoms and other toxins. At default, Dokuton techniques are produced as a purple mist that can be breathed out, or released through her pores. Dokuton has a deteriorating effect, which reduces the speed in which iijutsu and regeneration works for those poisoned by the techniques. The deteriorating effect works off the following table based off the control used to perform the technique:
  • 1-14 is -1 post on regeneration speed
  • 15-24 is -2 posts on regeneration speed
  • 25-34 is -3 posts on regeneration speed
  • 35+ is -4 posts on regeneration speed
Mist Release:
Mist Release
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Mist, an extension composed of Fuuton and Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Mist. Mist has an encroaching effect. You must be a former or present Kiri shinobi and have both Suiton and Fuuton to utilize this concentration.
Passive (Encroaching)Show
Mist naturally encroaches. This causes all mist jutsu to grow over time. Mist jutsu will passively grow at 1/10th their size per post, allowing them to not only become larger but also refill areas within themselves that has been displaced. While Mist has limited offensive power, it's a supplementary superpower that can completely alter the course of a battle by manipulating the battlefield, and the people on it.
Ninjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Ninjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method.

This user is able to utilize Charge & Augment Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Charge & Augment Classification. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Channeling chakra through her body, Suzuko will build up chakra manifesting a wind tunnel from within 10 meters of her. The stream of air will follow a funnel pattern that can be manifested in a variety of shapes but not manipulated after creation to serve a variety of purposes. The length of the tunnel is up to 10 meters long and 2 meters wide. This jutsu moves at a Speed and Strength equal to [Control] but does not contain the cutting passive of Fuuton. The wind tunnel will last for 4 posts after creation. This technique was developed by Takeshi.

After performing the required hand seals or channeling chakra, the user expels a sphere of wind ranging in size from 10cm to 1 meter from their mouth. This ball of wind travels up to 15m at [Control] speed and explodes with [Control] Strength on contact with solid matter or at the end of its range expanding into a 5-meter diameter impact of cutting winds. This technique was developed by Takeshi.

Fuuton • Evasive Maneuvers

By channeling chakra to any point of their body, the user is able to summon a sudden gust of wind that will propel them with [Control] Speed in the opposite direction. Conversely, this can be used to interrupt opponents and objects, propelling them away from the user simultaneously with [Control] Strength. These bursts of wind can cover up to a 5-meter-wide area and propel both the user and the target outward for up to 10 meters. This technique was developed by Takeshi.

After forming the required hand seals the user will focus chakra into a location within 15 meters of his person. At the designated location a platform of wind will emerge at [Control] Speed with up to a 10-meter radius and up to 2 meters of depth. When a force impacts this accumulation of wind it will act as a cushion, absorbing any impact up to [Control] Strength. With an additional handseal the force can be repelled, acting as a trampoline of sorts. The platform will persist for 4 posts or until it is used to repel a physical force. After doing the needed hand seals, the user creates a small vortex of Fuuton chakra around a projectile in their hand that spins with [Control] Strength. This causes the projectile to corkscrew through the air, allowing it to travel an extra 10m and applying the Fuuton passive when thrown. This doesn't make the projectile any faster, only increases its range and ability to cut.

After forming a set of hand seals the user will focus his chakra into an area within 30 meters of himself. Activating this supplementary technique will cause winds to rise up from the selected location, covering an area of up to 30x30x30 meters in [Control] Strength and [Control] Speed winds. These winds contain no cutting properties but can still be quite dangerous and difficult to traverse through, sending anything soaring high into the sky unless they are anchored with a Strength greater than the technique. The winds can persist for up to 4 posts. This technique was developed by Takeshi.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will thrust their hands forward as a vortex of wind blasts through with [Control] Speed. The vortex's direction can be controlled. The control, however, is limited; it can only be moved in a 45-degree angle, up to three times. A hit from this vortex packs a large push back force, though the person can avoid being pushed back with more than [Control] Strength. Control of this Jutsu fades after two posts and spans an area 3m wide and up to 25m in length. Direct hits result in long, deep [Control] Strength cuts on the victim's body, covering the whole radius of the techniques point of contact. This technique was developed by Takeshi.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user coats their weapon in a vortex of wind. This extends the weapon's range by 1m while not adding anything to its weight for 5 posts. It also causes the weapon to gain an edge as sharp as your average sword. This also applies the fuuton passive with [Control] Strength on contact with an opponent.

The user will do a series of hand seals and place their hands in the air. Releasing waves of chakra out of their hands. These waves of chakra will bounce back to the user after traveling out 50 meters in the air. As the chakra returns to the user it will evoke an image in the users head of the immediate area around them, anything in the air and anything up to 5 meters in the air. These are still images, not moving images, but can give the user a good idea of what is happening if they aren’t able to see otherwise

By performing the needed hand seals and bringing their hands to their mouth, the user can release a wide blast of air. This wave of air moves outward in a cone shape at a 1:1 ratio, 1 meter away from the user being 1 meter wide and a 25m width at the end of the cone. The wind moves with [Control] Speed. This cone of wind both cuts and pushes away with [Control] strength. This blast goes out for a maximum of 25m and can be held for a maximum of 2 posts and moved side to side to cover a large area so long as the user remains stationary. This technique was developed by Takeshi.

The user performs the needed seals and concentrates chakra into a hand, forming it into a sphere of water from which the shape of a long whip extends. The whip is 2.5cm in diameter, can reach up to 10 metres, and functions like a regular whip. It is able to impact with [control] strength and envelop. Being made of suiton, the whip can only be cut by attacks with a strength greater than the user's [control]. The whip lasts for 5 posts unless dismissed earlier.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to 10 meters away. The defense is shot at [Control] Speed and has [Control] Strength and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a dense ball of water approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hands. Upon lurching forward, they will release the ball towards an opponent up to 10 meters away at [Control] Speed and Strength.

After channeling chakra into their hands the user will fire two jets of water from their hand, essentially hurling and propelling themselves in the opposite direction of their jets as if thrown by [Control] Strength.

After a short series of hand seals, the user sends Suiton chakra out into the ground beneath their feet and causes up to six 1m-diameter puddles to form on the ground around them, appearing randomly within a 10m range. These puddles have a flat, reflective surface, creating a mirror-like effect to any who look into them. The user's chakra within each puddle acts to counteract disturbances in the water, meaning splashes and waves do not disturb the mirror-like effect, instead only temporarily distorting it until the water rapidly settles back to smoothness.

After performing the correct hand seals the user expels a massive tidal wave of water 10 meters wide and nearly 5 meters tall. This wave travels forward at a [Control] Speed and Strength for up to 25 meters before losing it's steam and failing.

Created to safely incapacitate opponents, after performing the correct hand seals, if the opponent is within 25 meters and is standing a top a body of water with the user's chakra in it, the user will begin to churn their chakra causing the water to turn into a vortex and engulf the opponent, trapping them in a vortex about two meters in diameter. Once the target is inside, the user must hold the last seal and cannot use any other techniques, capable of holding this for up to five posts. In order to escape, the target must have at least [Control] strength to physically make their way out, or the user must be disrupted. Most shinobi would pass out after two posts due to a lack of oxygen. However, if a target possesses an Endurance stat higher than 10, it would require three posts for them to pass out. Should the target possess an Endurance stat above 20, it would require five posts for them to pass out, but anything higher than 30 would allow them to resist passing out altogether.

After performing the correct hand seals the user expels a massive conical water torrent that drenches an area thoroughly, capable of soaking a meter down nearly instantly for soil and like materials. The cone has a base width of 15 meters and a range of 25 meters and travels at [Control] Speed, pushing things back with [Control] Strength.

The user performs a series of hand seals before stamping a foot down onto the ground. At the point of impact, a gushing geyser will erupt with a speed of [control] and push the user upwards on its crest. The rising column of water has a strength of [control]. The geyser will grow to six metres in height and will then mushroom out in all directions horizontally with a radius of two metres, with the user standing atop it if they wish. This creates a great 25x25x25m quantity of water that gradually floods the area.

This jutsu creates a set of armor at control speed and has control strength that covers the user from head to toe. The Armor looks like the same type of armor that samurai wore. The faceplate on the armor looks like a typical oni mask. The mask still manages to provide the same range of vision someone without the mask would have while a suiton barrier prevents the user from having to sacrifice protection for visibility. The joints in the armor are covered in a suiton membrane that acts like stretchy fabric while still providing the same protection as the rest of the armor. When Nozomi transforms this armor will also cover her wings. Finally the armor enhances the suiton passive to the point that it can repair itself at control speed.

This means, for example, if they transform into something with claws, they will have claws that can physically be used. For the disguises 5 post duration, if it is damaged by a hit of 16 or more strength, the disguise "poofs" from existence. This includes collateral damage caused by striking an opponent that may occur to the disguise.

As long as the user remains still the gas will spread [20m] every post after in every direction this can’t make the jutsu bigger then 100m plus control so is normally just used to fill in gaps in the jutsu incase someone manages to remove part of it as long as the user doesn’t move the jutsu will continue to fill the room. After one [1] post, victims will begin to feel drowsy and tired, passing out after [4] posts, requiring notable physical force to wake them up. Advanced Venipuncture

After performing the needed hand seals, the user will focus on a existing pool of blood they made causing five needles from the selected pool of blood to lash out into the target, pumping the existing blood source into the target. Follow up techniques can be utilized with this jutsu to attack the opponent from the inside out.


*Impaler
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user will focus their chakra on a patch of their blood, at least a baseball in circumference, within 25m of their body. From the patch of blood 5 senbon will form, and fire in whatever direction they choose, at [Control] speed, with [Control] strength. This is most commonly used on blood they've gotten onto the enemy, firing directly into their skin.



*Bloodied
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into a location on their body. From that location a 2ft long spike of chakra will shoot out from under their skin with [Control] strength at [Control] speed. The spike is sharp, and will either recede back into the body after use, or follow up jutsu can be used with it.


*Blood Bond
C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, coating their hands in blood once complete. The next object or person the user touches with either hand will hand ropes of blood grow from the blood on their hands, wrapping around the point of contact. These 4 ropes each hold on with [Control] strength, and can stretch up to 2m from the user. The jutsu lasts for up to 5 posts unless broken.


*Infect
B-Rank Ninjutsu
After wounding a target with a blood jutsu, the user can do additional seals, causing all the blood used in the jutsu to cause the wound to force itself into the target. This only works for blood directly in contact with a wound, so if the opponent is impaled by a blood spike, and they break the spike, only the portion of the spike still in contact with them would force itself into the wound. This allows them to use jutsu to attack the opponent internally.

*Red Cell Multiplication
B-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, focusing on a wound of theirs, or blood on the ground. Once the hand seals are complete, the user will throw their arm across their body. From wherever the blood is originating from, it will grow up, forming into a wall 10m in length and 3m in height. The wall forms at [Control] speed, and strength.

*Revenge
A-Rank Ninjutsu
Once the user has gotten some of their blood inside their target, they'll do a series of hand seals, causing their blood to flow into the targets arms. With a final seal, the blood with burst out of their arms with [Control] strength, which can only be stopped if the target has higher or equal strength otherwise it will break through their skin and mutilating their arms. This leaves huge open wounds in the targets arms and can cause a huge amount of damage.

*Choke Hold
A-Rank Ninjutsu
If the user gets some of their blood on the opponent, they can do a series of hand seals to cause the blood to surge up to the opponent's neck, forming a choker around them. The blood squeezes their necks with [Control] strength. Though the jutsu has no speed, it repairs itself at 1/3rd [Control] in speed, forcing the target to repeatedly break the choker to stop it from coming back at choking them. This can be dangerous, and distracting. The choker lasts for 5 posts unless completely destroyed.

Prerequisite: Kiri-nin
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Ninja. After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 10x10x10m area. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 4 meters in any direction. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to 1/2 the user's Chakra Pool.


*Moving Mist Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will cause the mist to shift and move in whatever direction they please. This mist moves at [Control] speed, and while casting this technique the user cannot move or cast other techniques.

*Mist Anchor
D-ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user slowly moves their hand down, stabilizing the mist in the area. [Control] or lower strength fuuton jutsu will still work in the mist, but will no longer displace it, allowing the mist jutsu to be maintained easier. Additionally, the duration of the mist will be extended by 2 posts.


Fading Mist Technique
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user can control the transparency of the mist to become much more lucid or clear in a 2x2x2m area. If this is used on a blanket of mist with another's chakra within it, it requires a higher [Control] strength than the caster. This increased visibility lasts for up to 3 posts.

*Mist Bath

While inside the mist, the user will form a series of hand seals, then hold a hand forward. From their hand 5 marble sized bullets of mist will form and shoot forward through the mist at [Control] speed and strength.

*Thick Mist

While inside the mist, the user will perform the correct seals and clasp their hands to initiate the jutsu. The water will increase and substantially grow in thickness. This will make anything that enters or is within the mist experience -3 speed so long as they are inside it. This technique lasts 4 posts.

*Mist Constriction

After performing the correct handseals, the user will focus on a 3x3x3m area of mist. This mist will then become extremely dense, weighing down with [Control] strength. Anyone caught within this area with less than jutsu’s strength will be unable to move.

After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 30x30x30m area. After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers an area of up to 60x60x60m. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 2 meters in any direction, and dampens scents, weakening any advanced scent techniques, or controlled scent techniques by 2m. Additionally, sound is dampened as well, which can make it more difficult to communicate plans through the mist without advanced hearing techniques. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to the user's 1/2 Chakra Pool.

Mist Breathing
B-Rank Ninjutsu
While inside the mist, the user will perform the correct seals and clasp their hands to initiate the jutsu. In response, the whole mist will become outstandingly thick with water. The opponent and anyone inside the mist will be able to move normally, but their breathing space will be limited and choked with water. This causes them to lose 3 points of endurance for every post they spend in the mist, to a total of -9 on the third post. This jutsu lasts for 9 posts.

After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers an area of up to 100x100x100m. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 1 meter in any direction, and dampens scents, weakening any advanced scent techniques, or controlled scent techniques by 4m. Additionally, sound is dampened as well, which can make it more difficult to communicate plans through the mist without advanced hearing techniques. Those without advanced hearing techniques won't be able to hear anything that's not within 5meters of them, while advanced hearing is limited to 10m. Additionally, the mist is saturated in chakra, which makes it impossible for sensors outside the mist to sense who is within it. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to the user's 1/2 Chakra pool.

Heavy Mist

While inside the mist, the user will perform the correct seals and clasp their hands to initiate the jutsu. The water will increase and substantially grow in thickness. Having been trained to resist all manner of pain and torture both Nozomi’s mental tolerance and her pain receptors have been numbed and conditioned to block out pain, allowing her to easily surpass the threshold of most shinobi. She can withstand critical lacerations, burns, fractures, bludgeoning and electrocution without even flinching. This allows her to continue to fight and push through such sensations without impairing her focus. The drawback to such resistance is that she can very easily underestimate how badly she is injured which could lead to potentially fatal consequences. Becoming finely attuned with his sense of touch and even his ability to hear low frequencies Shinji had developed the ability to feel vibrations extremely acutely. He can detect the slightest movements within a 15-meter radius of himself through solid surfaces, 25 meters if standing on water or within mist or rain and a 10-meter radius from the air itself. From this he can detect the size anything moving around him and their direction as well as approximate weight. This is only effective on moving targets.

After taking the opponent's side either offensively or after evading an attack, the practitioner draws a quick, firm slash across the opponent's side, such as their oblique, rib cage, or arm. The attack is intended to both injure and startle the opponent, often used to disrupt an opponent's attack or sequence of attacks with the severity of the damage. A unique attack within Yoshin, this particular technique is meant to dig as deeply into the opponent and create cuts as wide as possible, many times slashing into bones to cause as much long term damage as possible. The depth and width of the cut can also cause serious blood loss over time. Opponents with an Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank can limit the amount of damage this technique causes.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Forgoing the typical practice of aiming one's blows to do the most critical damage possible, the practitioner instead lashes out at the opponent with a quick snapping slash or thrust. If the attack lands, the practitioner curves and angles the edge of their blade along the cut, making a shallower, irregular cut. While these cuts rarely cause any serious damage on their own, the nature of the cut not only make them difficult to mend or stitch, they also contribute to significant blood loss over time and are incredibly painful for the opponent. This can make moving and executing techniques more difficult for an opponent hit by this technique unless they have an Endurance equal to or higher than the practitioner's Speed.

Aiming to hinder the opponent's mobility, the practitioner launches a quick snapping slash or thrust at the side of one of the opponent's knees, damaging the tendon and causing the muscles in the joint to flare up. Aside from causing significant pain, an opponent hit by this technique will not be able to fully support their weight on the targeted leg, hindering their mobility and creating additional openings for the practitioner to exploit unless they have an Endurance equal to or higher than the practitioner's Speed.



*[Yoshin • Cripple the Paw]
C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Moving in close to the opponent, the practitioner launches a series of quick, snapping slashes and thrusts to the opponent's hands, causing deep lacerations. These cuts damage the tendons in the opponent's hands, interfering with their dexterity. These cuts cover sensitive areas between the fingers, knuckle joints, or even potentially under fingernails. While the damage caused by this technique is not life-threatening, it imposes a persisting -3 Endurance penalty on the opponent, as well as making it incredibly painful, if not impossible, for the opponent to wield a weapon with their hand or hands. This penalty can be lifted if the opponent receives medical attention.

A technique to disarm opponents, the practitioner launches a snapping slash or thrust at the opponent's forearm, severing several key tendons in the forearm. The damage caused to the muscles and tendons in the forearm by this technique can cause an opponent to drop whatever they are holding. Aside from being disarmed and causing significant pain, this technique also imposes a persisting -3 Strength penalty on the opponent due to the damage the muscles have sustained. This penalty can be lifted if the opponent receives medical attention.

Dropping low to the ground and hooking their blade around the back of an opponent's ankle, the practitioner draws a heavy slash against the ankle's tendon, immediately causing a jolt of intense pain. The pain causes even the slightest step to send shocks of pain through the nerve. Aside from causing significant pain, this technique also imposes a persisting -3 Speed penalty on the opponent due to being unable to place weight upon the foot. This penalty can be lifted if the opponent receives medical attention.

Useful as a counterattack or as an attack all on its own, the practitioner momentarily torques the muscles in their arms before unleashing a violent flurry of slashes and thrusts. Aiming for various major veins and arteries on the body, this technique can be difficult to completely defend against as it targets multiple vastly different areas of the opponent’s body in the span of a single attack. Even one of these attacks landing can penetrate deep into the opponent’s flesh, puncturing or ripping open a major artery or vein, quickly leading to life-threatening blood loss unless the opponent has a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank than this technique. Multiple hits scored by this technique can cause an opponent to bleed out in a manner of minutes unless they seek immediate medical attention.

A Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite(s): *[Yoshin • Field Dressing].
Using their intimate knowledge of the human anatomy to their advantage, the practitioner will attack an opponent on a seemingly innocuous part of their body, such as a pinpoint slash or thrust to the hand or the top of the thigh, aiming for a highly sensitive nerve point in that area of the opponent's body. The cut or slash itself does almost no damage to the opponent's flesh, but as the tip or edge of the blade makes contact, the practitioner will twist and put pressure on the nerve point, sending a violent shock through the opponent's body. Opponents with a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank will be able to resist any adverse affects from this technique aside from the pain. Otherwise, the opponent is suddenly and immediately paralyzed, interrupting any action they were presently executing and instantaneously freezing their muscles. This paralysis lasts for three posts.

After preforming the necessary hand seals the user will then place his palm against a target. If the target is imbued with the power of a spirit their hand will visibly flare up with Maroon chakra.

*Shizumeru • [Shackles of Authority]
C-rank Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After performing a set of hand seals, the user focuses chakra towards their hand. A chain made of Maroon chakra will shoot from their palm towards the target at [Control] speed, up to 20 meters away. If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such being, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 10, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target, they will drain away -1 Mastery from hosts or -1 Strength from Spirits until broken free of.

Pre-Requisite: Sensory Concentration
After performing the needed hand seals, the user focuses chakra to their eyes, causing the Maroon chakra to flare up around their eyes. This works similar to a doujutsu, but with no physical change to the eye itself, allowing the user to see the chakra of spirits and spirit related objects/people as an aura of Maroon. While useful for a quick glance, it can be used up to [Chakra Pool]/5 posts, before needing to be refreshed.

C-rank Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After performing the needed hand seals and focusing chakra into their hand, the user places their hand on the head of a Spirit host, or on the object containing a spirit. This allows them to speak directly to the spirit in a telepathic link.

C-rank Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After doing the needed hand seals, the user will create a 10 meter cubed barrier within 15 meters of their location at [Control] Speed with [Control] Strength. This barrier is created of pure Maroon chakra and will only stop things that are related to spirits, normally jinchuuriki. As a result, those that are stopped by the barrier are unable to make their way through unless they can break it. Those untainted by spirits are able to pass through the barrier at their leisure. This barrier lasts for 4 posts.

Shizumeru • Mute
C-Ranked Tenkujutsu (Nin)
A technique developed for use with Jinchuuriki, after performing the necessary handseals the user places their hand on the head of the host, releasing a pulse of chakra working to create a mental ward preventing host and spirit from communicating in any fashion for the next four posts should the user's Control be equal to or greater than the target's Mastery

Shizumeru • Heavenly Protection
B-Ranked Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After performing the necessary hand seals the user forms a solid dome of maroon chakra around them with a height and diameter of ten meters, defending against jutsu originating from a spirit or host with a strength of [Control], causing any attacks that don't break through to rebound towards their source at half of their original strength and speed. This barrier lasts for six posts or until broken.

*Shizumeru • [Deny the Master]
A-rank Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After doing the needed hand seals, the user will point their finger towards a target and fire off a beam of pure Maroon chakra. This beam of chakra has a diameter of 1 inch and flies at [Control] Speed, up to 60 meters away. While unable to move during the firing of the technique, the user is able to control the direction of the beam, allowing them to move in any direction they desire to make sure contact is achieved. If the beam hits a spiritual host who is in a form higher than 0, this will cause a drop of -6 Mastery or if it hits a spirit will cause a drop of -6 Strength for 5 posts

Nozomi was the daughter of a rich merchant from star country and Karagata Shinjiro but soon after birth her birth mother was killed by Chisaki and then she took the baby and she shared some of her biomass with Nozomi which caused her body to rapidly age to 21 putting a newborn in the body of a adult. Chisaki would then care for her as her mother for a while for the first year. During this time she was taught how to change her appearance so that people wouldn’t confuse her and took the form of a 5 year old.

After the first year and she was capable of walking and moving on her own and caring for herself. Chisaki also was teaching her discipline and how to fight and chakra control until she had matured enough for the academy. She would be enrolled in the second academy by Chisaki. While she was at the academy each year she would gradually age her appearance up by a year. While in the academy she started to learn quickly and when it was time for graduation she would go into the forest and set up some traps and poisons ahead of time to weaken her opponents or deter them from approaching her position. Then at the right moment she would go in for the kill with kunai. By the end of the trial she had the heads of 2 classmates and 2 criminals who tried to attack her. She was then named a genin and had graduated her class four years later. By now her appearance was that of a 10 year old.
