Hyuga Jisai General Information
PersonalityGeneral: Jisai is a rather kind and considerate youth. His primary focus is upon helping others and making sure they are okay, then taking care of himself. He is selfless and will always put the needs of others before his own, because that's just the kind of person he is. He loves socializing and he is rather good at making jokes. He is kind to others even if they do not return his kindness. He has a very even temper, but when he is angered it tends to leave more than a few people hurt from his inevitable war path. All in all he is a caregiver, with a heart big enough to show love to all.
Hopes/Dreams: Jisai wants to protect those weaker than him, as well as represent his village well. Because of this, he not only dreams of being a great medical-nin but also of becoming a Sannin or even Hokage.
Fears: He fears losing those dearest to him.
Combat Mentality: In battle, Jisai focuses upon taking care of his teammates first and foremost. If all of his teammates are incapacitated or he is alone, he will witch his tactics to taking out his enemies as quickly and as humanely as possible. When angered during battle, he seems to gain a grim determination, vowing to decimate his offender.
AppearancePhysical Appearance: Jisai is a very effeminate youth. He has a slight frame, though his limbs are sturdy and he appears to have some semblance of muscle on his body. He has pale skin, making it extremely apparent when he is flushed due to embarrassment or something else. He has soft, almond shaped eyes framed by lush eyelashes and nestled below perfectly sculpted eyebrows. His eyes are the classic white of the Hyuuga clan, due to his Byakugan dojutsu. His deep raven black tresses are exceedingly long for even a male of his clan, falling down his back to brush his thighs lightly. His hair is often styled with braids and two long bangs framing either side of the male's face.
Notable Features: Due to his heritage, Jisai possesses the featureless white eyes characteristic of the Byakugan dojutsu.
Clothing & Accessories: Jisai absolutely loves to represent his clan and village well, and as such he always dresses with elegance and grace. He normally wears a long, sleeveless shirt that reaches around his ankles, this shirt closely resembles a qípáo dress. This shirt is a light crème color and bears black silk stitching along the trim. Upon the back of the shirt is an Ouroboros embroidered in black silk with silver accents. He also wears black biking shorts that end just above his knees and a grey utility belt with several pouches for his equipment. He wears an eggshell colored flak jacket with the crest of the Hyuga family embroidered in black silk stitching upon the back of it. This jacket possesses many pockets for easy equipment storage. Jisai wears his forehead protector tied around his left bicep as well as a fishnet half sleeve around his left forearm. Upon his right hand he wears a fingerless leather glove with the symbol of Konoha displayed on the back of his hand. Jisai has also taken to wearing jewelry, such as earrings, and he also has his septum pierced, though he doesn't where his piercing in the presence of family for fear of retribution over this little act of rebellion.
History
A Gentle WaltzShow
Born to Hizana and Hiyonu Hyuuga, Jisai was raised within a loving and caring home. He was taught to carry the Hyuuga name and symbol with pride, but not arrogance. He was taught that everyone, no matter how twisted, deserved kindness. This was because his mother thought that, even though someone may appear evil, they could still hold some measure of light in their heart. Because of this he received a majority of his loving personality from his mother. As he grew, he showed some interest in learning herbs and medicine as well as ways to treat wounds, and his parents encouraged this behavior. More often than not, he would bring home injured strays and nurse them back to his health, much to his mother's surprise and his father's chagrin. All in all, they loved the person that their son was becoming and wouldn't have done anything to change it.

As he entered the academy, Jisai studied medical techniques more than anything. He studied the taijutsu aspect thoroughly before moving on to the Ninjutsu ones. He found the art fascinating. He was a bit worried when he turned eleven and still had not awakened his Byakugan, however. He had been waiting patiently over the past few years, telling himself over and over that it could happen anywhere between the ages of eight and eleven. But it appeared to him that the small window he had was closing fast. He did his best to try and awaken it, but days past. Then those days turned into months and those months a year, and he was twelve all of a sudden. And still without a Byakugan. He graduated to Genin and was placed into a team, giving up all hopes of ever unlocking his family's legacy.

As a genin he trained and trained, working on his chakra control as well as his other skills. Medical Ninjutsu required the most chakra control of any art, as anything could go wrong with too much or too little chakra being used to effect the body. One day as he was practicing with his control, he found that his eyes had awoken. He had gained the Byakugan. When he told his parents they were ecstatic and upon his thirteenth birthday not two weeks later, he had his Rite of Passage. He had studied the elders thoroughly and found that there was one woman, a healer, who had aided the village when it was ravaged by sickness. He decided that she was the elder he wanted to follow, he wanted to help his home as much as she did whilst she lived. At his Rite, when he was asked the elder he would follow he said it proudly. Some remarked that no one had decided to follow that elder in quite some time, and that it was a welcomed change. He was glad. Jisai trained his skills over the next few years and when the chunin exams were held, his team entered. They displayed perfect unison and teamwork and passed with flying colors. Now as a Chunin, Jisai has aspired to become a renowned medical ninja, so he could help those in need.

SpecializationNinjutsu Specialist
Having devoted their lives to mastering the arts of Ninjutsu, this shinobi is classified as a Ninjutsu Specialist. Ninjutsu specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to Ninjutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.

As a Ninjutsu Specialist, Jisai is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats can only be Ninjutsu, Speed, Control and Instinct.
Abilities[2/3] Byakugan Doujutsu
One of the most famed doujutsu in the world, Byakugan is the bloodline limit of the Hyuuga Clan. When active, the clan member gains 360 degree vision and Penetrative vision, allowing the Hyuuga clan to see the Tenketsu of their enemies. Their telescopic vision can be activated via jutsu. As such, the Byakugan is capable of ability channeling, allowing the Hyuuga to activate their Doujutsu techniques without hand seals. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings.

Prolonged usage of the Byakugan is strenuous and requires a high level of endurance. The maximum operating time a user can utilize their Byakugan at a time is equal to their stamina stat divided by 4 rounded down, to a minimum of one post. Upon reaching the max duration, the stress of using their Byakugan to it’s limit causes a cooldown period of 1/2 of the duration time, to a minimum of one post. During this cooldown period, the Byakugan cannot be activated and attempting to do so will cause physical pain. Duration is based off total posts where the Byakugan is activated, meaning users can turn it on and off to have a shorter cooldown.
Creation Rebirth
An ability of Jisai's that requires expert chakra control. Jisai passively redirects a small portion of his chakra back into his body's cells, causing an accelerated regeneration rate for himself. Because this ability is always active it incurs a -5 Stamina penalty upon Jisai, this ability also follows the standard Regeneration Rules.

Minor Wounds:

Minor Wounds refers to injuries sustained that are little more than scratches or bruises to the skin. These types of wounds have little impact on a person beyond minor bleeding and discomfort. This also includes first degree burns. If left alone over a period of time, the body would have been able to heal them on their own with no medical attention.

Minor wounds may cover an area no larger than two inches / five centimetres in length/radius.
2 posts per wound1 post per wound1/2 post per wound
Moderate Wounds:

Moderate Wounds are injuries done to a person which are deep gouges, cuts and abrasions as well as bruising of deep tissue and damage to muscular systems that are not severe enough to totally prevent movement. They also include second degree burns. If left alone over a period of time, the body would require medical attention for proper healing of these wounds, even if the body could manage them on its own.

Moderate wounds may cover an area no larger than 5 inches / 13 centimetres in length/radius, and no more than two inches/ 5 centimetres deep.
3 posts per wound2 posts per wound1 post per wound
Extensive Injuries:

Extensive Injuries are much more severe than Moderate Wounds. These injuries involve the immobilization of limbs through severed tendons, fractured bones, large cuts and deep stab wounds. They also include third degree burns. These are wounds which have a possibility of severely impacting on a person for their whole life, possibly even killing them, if they do not receive medical attention.

Extensive Injuries may cover an area no larger than 10 inches / 25 centimetres in length/radius, and no more than 5 inches/ 13 centimetres deep.

D-Rank
*[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

C-Rank
*[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: User's averaged Instinct and Control stats must be 10 or above
A useful, but particularly taxing technique, the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique] is performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works only on C-Rank or lower poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

*[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
Formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], *[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure] extends upon the antidote created in the aforementioned technique. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the C-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

B-Rank
*[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Perhaps one of the most dangerous and revered Iijutsu honed by medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel] is no precision instrument. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will begin to focus an ample amount of chakra into his/her hands. Once charged with chakra, the user will attempt to place his/her hands on the target. If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate internal wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.
FuuinjutsuShow

D-Rank
*Fuuinjutsu • Tool Storage
D-Rank Storage Fuuinjutsu
After drawing a seal formula on a surface, appropriate in size to the weapon being sealed but no larger than 3x9 inches, the user forms the needed hand seals then may place as many of that singular object into the scroll as desired. When done, the user performs another set of hand seals and touches the seal closing it off as the seal condenses to the shape of the object stored. This seal is the only known sealing applications that allows depth storage and unfortunately this cannot be done at larger sizes. Tools can only be released at a maximum of 10 at a time, and are released with zero force.

*Fuuinjutsu • Explosive Tag
D-Rank Force Fuuinjutsu
After drawing an 2x5 inch seal formula on a surface the user forms the needed hand seals then touches the seal, arming it with their chakra. Upon being kai'd, the tag releases it's stored energy as a D-Rank Explosion of concussive force outward from itself.

*Fuuinjutsu • Barrier Trap
D-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
After placing four exploding tags in a 10 meter radius, the user draws a line connecting each of the tags. When kai'd, all the tags are set off simultaneously.

C-Rank
*Fuuinjutsu • Four Seal Barrier Formation
C-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
After drawing 4 approximately 2x5 inch surfaces, the user forms a set of hand seals arming the tags. When finished, they will place the tags into a square formation up to 15x15 meters in size. After setting the seals in their desired locations, the user may kai any one of the seals at anytime to activate the jutsu, causing a barrier the size of the formation to pop up around the area in-between at a speed of 8. The barrier has a strength of 12.

*Fuuinjutsu • Link
C-Rank Augment Fuuinjutsu
By placing a small seal behind the ear and on the inside of the lip, then performing a short set of hand seals, the user creates an audio link between themselves and any targets they personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channeling chakra into the seal allows effected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals.

B-Rank
*Fuuinjutsu • Iron Binding Seal
B-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu
Prerequisite: *Four Seal Barrier Formation
After drawing a seal formula on a surface 2 meters diameter in size, the seal is then placed in the center of a Four Seal Barrier Formation. The user then forms the needed hand seals and touches the seal with their hand arming it. If anything trips the barrier, it will trigger this seal formula to grow and shoot off of it's surface at a speed of 20 in a 10 meter radius. If the seals happen to catch anything, the seals will sprawl onto it locking it down and still at a strength of 20. Unfortunately, after three posts the seal runs out of energy and fades allowing the target to move once more.
NinpouShow

D-Rank
~Byakugan: Telescopic Vision
D Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 10 Control
By channeling a small amount of chakra to the Hyuuga's Byakugan, the clan member uses their doujutsu to zoom in like a telescope, allowing them to see much farther away. In doing so, the Hyuuga member is able to see up to 250 meters away as though they were mere feet away. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings. This jutsu can be maintained as long as the Hyuuga channels chakra to their eyes.
JyuukenShow
Jyuuken
Jyuuken, also known as ‘Gentle Fist’ is the NinTaijutsu style the Hyuuga Clan has become notorious for. It’s moves appear like a graceful dance to the naked eye, though some of these moves can be quite deadly. Most strikes are aimed to close the tenketsu of the target’s body, limiting their jutsu use and damaging their chakra network.
Requires [Upper Body] and [Deft Hands]
D-Rank
~Jyuuken :: Palm Dance of Divination
D Rank NinTaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 6 Control
One of the fundamental techniques of the style, the user will channel chakra into their palms. They will then quickly strike the opponent in an attempt to damage their tenketsu. This is normally used in conjunction with other techniques. The gathered chakra can be maintained for three posts before dissipating away.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs, Thirty-Two Palms of the Hand
D Rank NinTaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: ~Jyuuken :: Palm Dance of Divination, 6 Control
Used in melee range, the clan member will shoot short bursts of chakra from their fingertips while striking the opponent's tenketsu 2 times, then 2 times again, then 4 times, 8 times, and finally 16 times, totalling 32 strikes. The chakra damage forcefully closes the 32 tenketsu struck, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent in that area and limiting their ability to use jutsu. This prevents the opponent from using some ninjutsu and genjutsu, D-rank and lower, causes mild pain, and hinders the opponent's chakra control. The penalty will only last for two full posts.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs, Air Palm
D Rank NinTaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 6 Control
After channeling chakra throughout their body, the Hyuuga will thrust their palm outward, releasing a high-speed palm thrust. A spiraling, compressed shell of chakra is formed and bursts outward in the direction the palm is facing. It travels at a speed of 5, hits with a strength of 5, and travels out up to five meters. If the shell hits the opponent, they will be knocked back 5 meters unless they have a strength of 5 or higher.

C-Rank
~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand
C Rank NinTaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: ~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs, Thirty-Two Palms of the Hand, 15 Control, 10 Instinct
Used in melee range, the clan member will shoot short bursts of chakra from their fingertips while striking the opponent's tenketsu 2 times, then 2 more times, 4 times, 8 times, 16 times, and finally 32 times making a total of 64 strikes. The chakra damage forcefully closes the 64 tenketsu struck, stopping chakra flow of the opponent in that area and limiting their ability to use ninjutsu and genjutsu. This prevents the opponent from using some jutsu, C-rank and lower, causes the target some moderate pain, and inhibits their chakra control (-3 control), making useable techniques cost the user more chakra than usual. The interruption of the opponents’ chakra will last for four full posts.

~Jyuuken :: Twin Lion Fists
C Rank NinTaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 15 Control, 10 Instinct
By channeling chakra to their hands, the user forms two large lion-shaped shrouds of chakra around their hands. This technique is made to supplement their physical attacks, and as a result increases their strength by 6 at the cost of lowering their control by 6. Successfully striking the opponent while this technique is active knocks them back 1 meter for ever 2 points of difference between their strength and the Hyuuga's. This technique lasts for up to three posts.
