Physical Features:
  • Face/head: For the most part Tenzin looks rather young for his age. No scars on his face, but well known for his turquoise colored eyes and spikey white hair. When he was younger, the boy would have it a little longer than he should, now being older the man has his hair a little shorter. It spikes out of his headband and only goes over the leaf headband a little bit in some sections.
  • Body: A classic tall and muscular build. Tenzin's body has been slightly war torn and naturally hardened over the years due to training and incognito missions. He poses a few scars across his body, all small in size. These scars don't go larger than 5 inches in length. A result of combat.
  • Notable Features: He is known for his silvery hair. He has had it since he was born and it is a common trait for a family member with the last name of Hatake. Tenzin is also well known for his bright turquoise eyes.
Clothing/Accessories: Tenzin wears black ninja boots that expose his toes, which goes up to the top of his shins. He wears somewhat baggy blue ninja pants and a white shirt that stops a little bit before his wrist. At the ends of the sleeves, it is actually red. He wears a green ninja combat piece that is very similar to the green vests Jounin and higher wear. There is a green shoulder guard that also protects the side and back of his neck. Along with a black headband on his forehead. Coming down from his hips, come two small protectors that protect the sides of his thighs. Although they don't protect much of him yet and aren't as sturdy as they could be.


Personality:
  • General:
    Tenzin can be rather unpredictable. He has the capability of being kind and compassionate one moment; then cold and calculated the next. In most situations the young shinobi does not show his true emotions. With his emotions buried, Tenzin appears as a serious individual. When the shinobi is fully comfortable he can be rather endearing. His care for his own future and the village leaves him to also care for those that reflect his own values. Only in drastic situations will his emotions be visible. With that being said, Tenzin isn't a monster. He enjoys all life and appreciated what is surrounded by him in Konoha. Although Tenzin sympathizes with smaller villages, the shinobi's heart is for Konoha.

    Over the course of Tenzin's career his overall outlook on life has changed. A once eager and promising professor has altered. After the war, Tenzin realized that he wasn't as strong as he wanted to be. With new goals in mind, the shinobi simply hungers to learn more and increase his power. Other than his ambition, Tenzin is a rather curious shinobi. When he hears something interesting or something that intrigues him, he dives deeper to understand. His actions will always benefit the Leaf, but who says they can't further Tenzin as well?
  • Hopes/Dreams: The young shinobi has shifted his dreams. Once he wanted to pursue a mastery of elemental jutsu, but his dreams have gone further. He wants to be as powerful as possible and willing to accept the consequences.
  • Fears: His deep and true fear is simply not being strong enough. He wants to one day be unstoppable.
  • Combat Mentality: Cold and Calculated. Tenzin likes to analyze his opponent by seeing how and why someone would strike. With Tenzin's understanding of ninjutsu, he is able to test certain limits of his opponent and analyze how they counter it. Then depending how they counter certain attacks, Tenzin would use his wide knowledge ninjutsu to take down his opponents. Using his knowledge, he focuses on what the opponent uses and counters it with its natural opposition. Due to his rigorous training, Tenzin has a lot of Chakra. With that, he likes to overwhelm his opponents if the chips are down.

The Cursed Fang:
A blade passed down through the Hatake family. An heirloom that has been given to each head of the household. The sheath is black with gold melted all along it in a sporadic pattern. The blade itself is black with golden letters along the blunt end of the blade. Along the sharp end, lays a very dark violet color that would be easier to notice with the sun. The blade comes at 40" with the handle coming at 8". In the middle between the blade and the handle is a simple black circular habaki. The handle itself is white, but has a violet cloth weaved in a pattern to cover most of the handle. The blade is located on the left hip.

-A-Rank Effect: [Iijutsu • Chaotic Mental Collision]
This charged chakra will be used in an attempt to disrupt the target's nervous system through contact with the blade's lightning technique. If the user is able to connect the lightning technique with the opponent's body, the chakra will be released into it. As this chakra interacts with the foe's nervous system over the course of three (3) posts, it will begin to sever the brain's communication with the rest of the body. During the first post, motor skills such as walking, talking and moving one's hands will be delayed by several seconds. During the second post, the target will begin to lose control over movement in his/her body as the action delay grows worse. By the third post, all motor skills will cease and the target will be rendered immobile. This complete immobility lasts for two (2) posts.
-A-Rank Technique: Anti-Regen Strike
When the blade makes contact with the target and breaks skin, the target's white blood cells don't go to the wound to help heal the wound. Instead it sends a message to the body to send out the red blood cells while also telling the body to hold off on sending out the white blood cells. This causes continuous bleeding, regardless of the size of the cut. This rejects all form of regen and requires iijutsu in order to heal the wound.
-B-Rank Technique: Fuinjutsu engraved handle; Return. By channeling chakra to the user's hand, they are able to return the blade to their hand. The speed of the handle returning to the hand is dictated by the blade's speed stat.

Tenzin has a small family. He has a father and his mother died after giving birth to his sister when he was 11. However, Tenzin was in a relatively known family. The Hatake family is very small, but they are well known for being intelligent shinobi with silver hair. Tenzin's father helped him out while he was in the Ninja Academy. The father would help Tenzin learn ninjutsu and trained him to be one of the top students of the class. When Tenzin was 11, he mother gave birth to his sister. However, Tenzin's mother died after child birth which left Tenzin's father to retire as a ninja so that he could take care of the child.

As a Genin, Tenzin always had a crush on his squadmate. She was part of the Hyuuga clan, so it was rather forbidden for them to be romantically in the first place. Tenzin always kept a place in his heart for her, but had to put her to the side so that he could achieve becoming a better shinobi. After years of training as a genin, Tenzin was ready to take the chuunin exams.

The chuunin exams proved that Tenzin was a rather impressive shinobi. He was able to show off all of his ninjutsu capabilities by utilizing four different kinds of elemental nature ninjutsu. He easily passed the chuunin exams and proved to be a powerful shinobi. With Tenzin's capability of understanding and utilizing the five main chakra natures, he used most of his chuunin career learning how to master all of them. As a chuunin, he spent more time training and reading rather than doing missions. Slowly this lead him to a path of having great understanding of ninjutsu. He became so familiar with the elemental ninjutsus, that he was able to figure out what each nature ninjutsu hand styles were.

Tenzin noticed that most of his comrades were moving towards a combat based role. Even his father was itching to go back into the field. Tenzin's sister was starting at the ninja academy and Tenzin's father wanted to do missions again, so Tenzin decided to take the role as a teacher. With his promotion to special jounin, Tenzin decided to temporarily take upon the teaching role for Konohagakure no Sato. With this role Tenzin hopes to help guide his sister, the future shinobi of the leaf, and to increase his power as well. For the most part Tenzin is content with teaching and staying within the walls, but he is not opposed to doing missions every once in a while. He has even considered joining the Anbu so that he could do a few side missions. With several years as a sensei under his belt, Tenzin is excited to see where his life will go.

After spending several years as a teacher, Tenzin had been given an offer for a new path. Upon joining the ranks of the Anbu Black Ops, Tenzin was tasked with various missions. However, his most prized mission so far was taking over the Dragon Country with his leader Yoru. After the success of that Mission, Tenzin had been appointed to Captain and the leader of the Root Organization. His plan is to progress his medical career while also leading the youth and Anbu. Doing this Tenzin plans to protect Konoha through the shadows. He wants to further his knowledge on the jutsu and kekkei genkai of the world.

With the war over and Tenzin being older as well, he is looking towards the future on what is next in the world.

Abilities and Concentrations
Abilities
First AbilityProdigy: Tenzin has trained and proven himself over the years. Because of that, Tenzin has gained the ability to use two additional concentrations.

Grudge Fear
Tenzin has done extensive research on the body and tested the limits. Overtime he has used those experiments and expanded research upon himself. After years of expanding the limits of his body he has developed a technique that would break those limits. This technique has transformed his body into a sort of ragdoll, removing all of his organs save his heart and sensory organs (Eyes, Ears, tongue, nerves, nose) and replacing his insides with thick black threads called tendrils. This ability works as an elemental body modification with his heart being his core. Though he can still feel the sensation of touch through his nerves, pain has also all but left Tenzin, his nerves having been damaged severely due to the transformation. Due to this transformation, Tenzin's aura/chakra has changed dramatically. The chakra itself is black in color and when sensed, it gives a sickly feeling to the stomach.
How It Works: The black tendrils are what make up the majority of the insides within Tenzin. The movement of the Tendrils are dictated like any other jutsu. For Tendrils to be moved on their own, chakra would need to be involved. The [Control] stat would dictate the strength and speed. On the other side, if the Tendrills were to be utilized as an extension, for example like a whip, then the limp tendril would move based on two factors: Tenzin's movements and his [Strength]/[Speed] stats.

Definitions:

Tendrils - Are several black threads mixed into creating a Tendril. These things are all throughout the body of Tenzin. The threads themselves have a limit of reach based on the jutsu rank attached. For example, a D-Rank jutsu would be a shorter reach than a B-Rank Jutsu.

Body - Tenzin's body, simply put, has been hollowed out. With access points throughout the skin makes utilizing the threads/tendrils and other related techniques more possible.

Organic Core - Since the body is hollow, it would need a core. The core is a heart. However, since an organic heart is the source for the body to live, he can utilize any heart that he obtains.

Masked Ones - Masked ones are on paper Henchmen. Stitched into the back of Tenzin, they can be released at any point. These Henchmen type creatures are made up entirely of Threads/Tendrils. Their mask is to differentiate between them. Their cores are human hearts. Although these beings are experiments made out of shinobi, they have a combined chakra link of their previous life and Tenzin's. This leaves them with the same chakra signature as Tenzin. Because the Masked ones are created part from their previous body and part with Tenzin’s chakra, this allows him to utilize Kinesis with the Elemental Justu to Tenzin’s limit.

Masked ones are augmented recreations from their real life counter parts. They were once ninja, samurai, or any person of skill. Tenzin uses his medical experience to remove the heart and merge the organic tissue with tendrils like the ones residing in Tenzin. When these people are deconstructed and then reconstructed into Masked Ones, they are created into all new beings. Commendable, trainable, organic living beings that follow the same rules as Henchmen. In order for these Masked Ones to be created, Tenzin must acquire and adequate body and remove the heart as the base of the new body. Each and every Masked one must be created from someone/something.

Due to the nature of the Masked Ones, they are also potential candidates for replacements. If Tenzin, for some reason is struck in the heart. A Masked One can sacrifice itself and merge its heart with Tenzin’s new found body. This comes at the cost of losing the Masked One all together.

Mastery Stat - The Mastery stat does two things. Treated like gates, each level in the mastery stat allows Tenzin to unlock a companion slot. When unlocked, Tenzin can acquire a heart and create a Masked One to reside within him. Maxed slots = 5. The secondary utility of the Mastery Stat is the stat changes.

A body taken apart and put back together. The second part to the Grudge Fear transformation is the body that Tenzin now resides in. Open pores and healable skin, this body is made up entirely of black threads, otherwise called tendrils. The core to this body is the heart that is surrounded by these Tendrils. Hearts can be replaced with others, including Masked Ones, that are stitched within him. Once a Masked One is sacrificed for a heart, it generates a new core for Tenzin and destroys that Masked one. Due to this, the body follows the same rules as an E-Body.

Ninjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Ninjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method.
Iijutsu:
Iijutsu
This concentration allows for the user to user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.
Sensory:
Sensor
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.

The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Medicine:
The fundamental skill of [Medicine] describes the user’s mental and physical ability to perform traditional and mainstream medicinal practices. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Close Quarters Combat:
The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiency to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body, for example but not limited to, advanced kicks, grapples, advanced punches, etc.
Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focusing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Stealth:
The fundamental skill of [Stealth] describes the user’s proficiency in remaining silent, unseen and unnoticed as they go about tasks. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Sword Weapons:
The fundamental skill of [Sword Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with swords and sword-like weapons such as knives, daggers, sword-breakers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a 1 meter diameter ball of loose dirt in front of them, launching it off up to 10 meters away at [Control] strength and speed. Upon impact the ball of loose dirt breaks apart forming a vision-impairing cloud of dirt with a 5 meter radius.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a solid stone wall up to 5 meters away from them at [Control] speed. The wall has [Control] strength and is 3x3x1 meters large.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will tap their foot on the ground charging a 25 meter radius around their foot with explosive chakra. This is armed at [Control] speed. For the next three posts if anyone other than the user steps on the area it will explode with at a [Control] Strength explosion.

By channeling doton chakra into their arm, the user will form rock from their shoulder downward, encasing their forearm and hand in rough and simplistic layered plates of stone. The stone passes over the hand on the back-side but leaves the palm-side uncovered allowing full dexterity of the hand for seals. This essentially resembles a manica, which is a segmented armor that spans the length of the arm. The armor has [Control] strength and speed.

After performing the correct hand seals the user places their palm on the ground, channelling chakra into it and increasing the density of the earth beneath them in a 25 meter radius around them. This earth is extra resilient to digging and takes strength stat equal to [Control] in order to even dent. Falling on this section of ground without a proper landing could also potentially increase damage.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals and holding the last one, the user will stomp their foot on the ground, releasing their chakra in it and causing it to tremor violently for one post. The tremors radiate out from the user in a 25 meter radius, knocking down anyone standing on the ground without a stability taijutsu technique of a rank equal to [Control]. Lasts as long as the last seal is held, for up to 3 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a stone spike directly in front of them roughly 1.5 meter long and 1/2 meter in diameter at it's thickest point before launching the spike forward up to 25 meters away at [Control] strength and speed.

After performing the correct hand seals or channeling the chakra properly the user will stomp their foot onto the earth they are standing on. The chakra would flow through up to 30m radius around the user. By doing this, the user infuses their chakra with doton to have control over the ground. The residual effect of doing this causes minor changes to the terrain below the user. The speed of the jutsu is dictated by the [Control] Stat. The chakra lingers within the earth for 10 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a monolithic solid stone wall up to 15 meters away from them at a speed of [Control]. The wall has a strength of [Control] and is 7x7x2 meters large, curving moderately concave to the user.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a series of walls in front of them at [Control] Speed, closing the top off. This maze covers a 7mx7mx3m area and the walls have an endurance of [Control] Strength.

After performing the correct hand seals the user places their palms on any earthen ground, channeling chakra into it allowing them to lower or raise any 5x5 meter segment of the ground within 40 meters at [Control] speed and strength. The maximum distance the segment can be lowered or raised is 40 meters. The user must keep their palms on the ground during the course of the jutsu. If they remove their palms at any time, the jutsu will end and they will not be able to raise or lower it any further without redoing the technique.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a nondescript 2x1x2 meter jaw complete with a dense row of spiked teeth. They will then launch the head at a target for up to 40 meters traveling at [Control] speed. During the course of it's travel at any time the user can perform an additional hand seal, causing the jaw of spiked teeth to close shut, clamping and impaling whatever is within it at [Control] strength.

After performing the correct hand seals or channeling the chakra properly, the user focuses on collecting doton to their hands. With earth covering their hands, the user has a protective armor that has a strength based on the [Control] Stat. When formed the user can send them at a speed dictated by the [Control] stat and go up to 30m each. When launched, the hands are open. When connecting with something physical, they will lock together in an attempt to lock an opponents body parts to something physical. Based on the way they connect, they can connect hands or legs together, or even connect on hand to another object if the opponent was close to a wall or a post (not limited too).

After performing the correct hand seals and holding the final seal the user will form a dragons head directly in front of them. So long as they hold the seal they will be able to rotate the head and fire up to 20 meter long stone spears, one at a time, up to 65 meters away from the mouth of the dragon. The spikes fire at [Control] speed and hit with [Control] strength. While using this technique the user has to stay immobile and any movement will cancel the technique.

After using chakra channeling or the proper hand signs, Katon is flowed into the fingertips of the right and left hands. The fingertips act like a lighter flint. When the user aims and snaps their finger a fire explosion would appear at a speed dictated by [Control] and can go up to 60m. When the spark hits a solid surface it explodes into a 5mx5mx5m flame with a strength based on [Control]. When the jutsu is activated, the user can snap their fingers up to 10 times before having to reactivate the jutsu.

Anything caught in the wave will become ignited instantly. Following this move, the user will then forcefully remove their hands from the ground and fling them to the sky, shooting fireballs into the air which will then reign down over the same radius at [Control] speed, and impact with [Control] Strength. The epicenter of both techniques will remain untouched by the flames, as the user is there.

On impact the buds expand and bloom into full flowers, spewing fire around the immediate area.

This blast goes out for a maximum of 25m if it doesn't hit anything, where it will dissipate into the surrounding air.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will thrust their hands forward as a vortex of wind blasts through with [Control] Speed. The vortex's direction can be controlled. The control, however, is limited; it can only be moved in a 45 degree angle, up to three times. A hit from this vortex packs a large push back force, though the person can avoid being pushed back with more than [Control] Strength. Control of this Jutsu fades after two posts and spans an area 3m wide and up to 25m in length. Direct hits result in long but shallow cuts on the victim's body, covering the whole radius of the techniques point of contact, no deeper than half an inch.

This technique lasts for 4 posts.

Winds would push through towards the area in the direction that the user would be aiming at. These winds take up a 30m radius and cover the area with the user's chakra infused Fuuton. The speed and strength of the initial jutsu is dictated by the [Control] Stat. Although the jutsu itself lasts for one post, the chakra infused Fuuton lingers within the 30m radius for 5 posts.

Should they be struck in the last 20m, it will only apply [Control/2] Strength.

Anything that tries to pass through the winds will be sliced viciously with [Control] Strength blades of wind as sharp as katana blades. This technique lasts for 4 posts, unless released earlier.

After channeling or performing the proper hand seals, the user creates spiraling currents around his body up to 60m. These currents appear at a speed dictated by the user's [Control Stat]. As long as the user's [Control] stat is 5 points higher than the [Strength] stat of the projectile sent, the wind currents can take in projectiles, tangible objects, and jutsu. If the wind current takes in any of the previous stated, the user can cut off sections of the wind current in order to send back what was sent to them at an equal or higher speed based on the [Control Stat], however the user cannot increase the strength of the repelled projectile. The current lasts for [Control/4] unless dispelled by the user.

After weaving the necessary hand seals or channeling chakra, the user focused their chakra to their mouth. A wind film covers their nose and mouth and almost has a spiraling movement to it. The fuuton around their mouth acts as a filter and replaces carbon dioxide and harmful gasses into oxygen. The effectiveness of this technique can only work with the same jutsu or lower when trying to filter out harmful gasses or poisons. This technique appears at a speed dictated by the [Control Stat] and lasts for [Control/4] posts.

The user focuses their chakra through channeling or weaves the mandatory hand signs to initiate the jutsu. Within the palm of one hand, the user will focus their chakra with Fuuton spiraling within it. The wind spirals in a way that creates a shuriken the size of 3x3x3m. The user then would throw it at a speed of [Control] up to 50m. When the shuriken makes contact, it will explode into a 15x15x15 spiraling sphere ripping at a speed and strength dictated by the [Control] Stat.

There is a 2m radius around the user that would be the “eye of the storm.” If struck by this Jutsu the victims will face blades of wind that strike with [Control] Strength and can leave wounds and deep cuts. This Jutsu covers an area of 65m in all directions for 3 posts.

Once the user has performed the required hand seals, it is recommended that they take a deep breath. This is because their fuuton chakra will visibly surge outward to cover an area of 65m in all directions around their person. While this does not create a vaccuum or remove all the air, it does push specifically all of the oxygen out of the area and keeps it that way for 4 posts, though the duration can be extended if the final hand seal is held. Note that extending the duration will incur additional chakra costs. This technique causes all who remain within this area to lose 5 Endurance per post that they do not escape it. If they reach 0 Endurance, they will black out. The Endurance regenerates at a rate of 5 per post that they are outside of this technique's effect.

S-Rank Ninjutsu *Fuuton • Dragon's Deadly Descent

After performing the correct hand seals the user will create a serpentine dragon of wind approximately 40m long and 20m in diameter. This dragon will move at [Control] Speed according to the user's will for 3 posts. While it does not have a hard skin, anything which it passes over will be exposed to incredibly strong blades of wind constantly roaring within it, which strike rapidly with [Control] Strength. These roaring blades of wind not only constantly sound like the intimidating roar of a dragon, but are sharp enough to cut through steel. The user cannot move while controlling the dragon, nor can they cast any other techniques. The dragon may only move up to 80 meters away from the user.

After performing the correct hand seals, the caster of this technique will coat a single one of their hands in a large amount of fuuton chakra. They will then have 2 posts to touch the chest of their target. It must be the chest that they touch. Once they do so, the fuuton chakra will pass through the target's body and transform the air in their lungs into blades, which will then puncture the target's lungs with [Control] Strength. This can almost definitely lead to the death of an opponent who is not treated almost immediately after being struck.

Once it comes into contact with something or reaches the end of its trajectory, it will explode with [Control] Strength.

This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

They will then be able to fire up to three total bullet sized balls of concentrated lightning from their fingertips. These bullets will travel at [Control] speed, but will not have any physical force. Instead, they will apply light electrical burns similar to a sun burn and will apply Raiton's shocking effect.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will seep Raiton chakra in an area around them with a 25m diameter. This will produce an electric current on the ground in this area visible as crackling lightning on the surface. Any other than the user who step into this zone will have the shocking effect applied and their legs will sustain [Control] Strength shocks. This current lasts 3 posts, while it ends immediately if the user leaves the area.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user emits a wave of electricity from their palm in a single direction. This is produced as a 10m wide line which extends 2m into the air and travels up to 25m from the user at [Control] Speed. The wave will apply the shocking effect and reduce the speed of any living thing it strikes by 3 Speed for 3 posts by electrically interfering with the brain's nervous signals.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user creates an orb of lightning the size of a basketball slightly above their head. They are then able to direct the orb at [Control] Speed at their will, however they may not move while doing this. This orb last a maximum of 4 posts, and may be self destructed at any moment in their lifespan at the user's will.

The strength of the electricity throughout the surface is dictated by the [Control] stat as well. This shroud of electricity lasts for 10 posts unless dissipated by the user.

The user of this technique will gather a concentrated amount of Raiton in their hand after they perform the hand seals for this technique. The lightning causes a sound similar to thousands of birds chirping over the top of each other while it is in existence. The user will then dash at full speed toward a target and attempt to thrust their hand into their target's body using their strength and momentum. The lightning then jumps from the user's arm into the opponent's body where it ravages the insides with a [Control] Strength surge of Raiton chakra.

The user will first perform the correct hand seals, and then fire a cone of lightning which begins at 5m wide closest to them and then 40m wide at the furthest point. The cone extends 40m from the user's body at [Control] Speed. This cascade of lightning roars tremendously loud, and strikes all caught within it at [Control] Strength.

The user will first perform the correct hand seals before releasing a basketball sized orb of lightning 15m into the air. The orb will then cascade sheets of lightning down in the shape of a dome over the caster, with a 40m radius. It comes into being at [Control] speed, and is able to redirect hits of up to [Control] strength in a downward direction. These sheets of lightning also serve as a visual obscurity. This technique lasts for up to 3 posts depending on the user's discretion.

With an exterior electric shroud over the user's body, it has the same passive effect of Raiton when making contact with an opponent. This comes at a cost of -5 for Control and -4 for Will Power. After performing the hand seals similar to that of the Thousand Birds technique, the user will begin to spark with various bolts of electricity. This will then strike with [Control] strength and apply third degree electrical burns to those it hits. The user cannot cast any other techniques while this technique is active.

Created to safely incapacitate opponents, after performing the correct hand seals, if the opponent is within 25 meters and is standing a top a body of water with the user's chakra in it, the user will begin to churn their chakra causing the water to turn into a vortex and engulf the opponent, trapping them in a vortex about two meters in diameter. Once the target is inside, the user must hold the last seal and cannot use any other techniques, capable of holding this for up to five posts. In order to escape, the target must have at least [Control] strength to physically make their way out, or the user must be disrupted. Most shinobi would pass out after two posts due to a lack of oxygen. However, if a target possesses an Endurance stat higher than 10, it would require three posts for them to pass out. Should the target possess an Endurance stat above 20, it would require five posts for them to pass out, but anything higher than 30 would allow them to resist passing out altogether.

One can resist being pulled into the ball if they have a strength higher than [Control]. The trapped targets will spin with the sphere and may become nauseated and dizzy from the disorientation. The technique lasts for a total of 4 posts before bursting.

The wall has the ability to deflect things with [Control] Strength, but even if something break through, the walls thick nature makes traversing through the water fully troublesome. The wall lasts up to three posts unless dispelled earlier by the user or destroyed.

During the course of it's travel, the user may alter the course of the dragon three times, allowing it to complete a U-turn per alteration.

The user would form their hands in a finger gun position. The user can shoot up to 15 times before needing to re-do the jutsu. Once the hand signs are complete, the user has up to 10 posts to use the technique.

With the right hand signs or chakra channeling, the user would release suiton from their back. At a speed dictated by the [Control] Stat, the user forms 6 large tentacles up to 8 meters in diameter that could expand up to 30 meters in length. The speed of the Tentacles moving and strength of the tentacles is also dictated by the [Control] Stat. If the tentacles are successful in enveloping their opponent, the user would be able to trap them within the water tentacles. A technique meant to apprehend a small group of people. These Tentacles last [Control/4] or until the user dispels the jutsu.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will create a pressurized blade of water in their hand. The blade is approximately 1/2 meter wide and 2 meters tall, resembling a larger sword. The pressurized blade of water has [Control] Strength and may fire half-meter long blades of water with [Control] Speed and Strength. It lasts for 4 posts or until destroyed.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will hold their hand out to a body of water. The water begins to swirl around and form into 5 3-meter long sharks similar to Great Whites. The sharks will swarm towards opponent's who stand on the body of water with [Control] Speed and ravage them with [Control] Strength. These sharks last for 5 posts before dispersing back into water.

After coiling around the target, the chakra will cause the object to harden to [Control] Strength. After 4 posts the chakra will run out and the bind will break.

This technique's true advantage is that the disguise is given physical substance. This means, for example, if they transform into something with claws, they will have claws that can physically be used. For the disguises 5 post duration, if it is damaged by a hit of more than [Control] Strength, the disguise "poofs" from existence. This includes collateral damage caused by striking an opponent that may occur to the disguise.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will imbue an item with their chakra that is no larger than a basketball. The next thing to touch the object within 3 posts will feel the chakra lurch off the object, surging into their body and overwhelming them. For those with less than [Control] Strength they will find themselves immobile for the next 5 posts. If the target that touches the object has [Control] or higher Strength, they will find themselves unaffected.

After the user has channeled a massive amount of chakra into the palm of their hand, the user releases the massive amount completely raw without any form of manipulation, releasing a blast of chakra outward from their hand in a 40 meter long, 10 meter diameter cone at [Control] Speed and Strength. Though seemingly simple, this technique can be coupled with loose objects in the air or thrown by the other hand, such as shuriken or a variety of different materials, to launch them at the techniques strength.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will cause their hair to rapidly grow and cocoon their body for protection. The hair does this with [Control] Speed, and when done, will have formed thick layers of rigid hair to protect the user with [Control] Strength. Upon completely cocooning the user, the hair disconnects from the user's hair, leaving it at it's original length.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will begin to emit chakra to their hands. At a speed of [Control] a handle made out of chakra will form at 6 inches and then a katana like blade will expel at a length of 3'6''. The chakra itself will glow and have a flowing look to it and the sword itself acts exactly as a normal sword. When the jutsu is formed, the blade can be controlled. Whether the user controls the blade to come back to his/her hands or if the sword expelled forward, would be up to the user. The sword would move at a speed dictated by the control stat of the user. The blade will have a strength of [Control] and last for 5 posts unless it is dispelled.

After performing the correct hand seals, Tenzin will have his pointer finger out and his thumb up as if he was shooting a finger gun. By aiming with his finger and sending his thumb down, Tenzin can shoot a condensed orb (1" in diameter) of chakra from his fingertip. It travels at a speed of [Control] and with a strength of [Control]. It can travel up to 15m. The technique only has one shot or stops after 5 posts.

The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for Chakra Pool, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

After channeling chakra into their body, the user enhances their movement to attack or retreat suddenly, the ninja almost instantly moves up to 65 meters on the ground in a single straight direction. While doing this, the ninja cannot move through anything or anyone, nor can they supplement it with an attack of any kind. After the quick movement has stopped, there is a brief pause where the user must recover from the movement. Even though it's not a full teleportation, this jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportation's a character can use in a single thread.

Once the user has used the correct hand signs or channeled their chakra, their chakra expels chakra from their body. The chakra takes the shape Infuses the natural elements surrounding them. Moving at a speed of [Control] up to a radius of 50m from the user. When the chakra latches on to a natural element, it molds with the surrounding elements that don't have chakra in it (Earth, Air, Water, etc.). When released, this technique lasts for [4/Control] Posts. By connecting to an element, Tenzin can freely manipulate it utilizing Open Kinesis.

The user can determine who has more chakra strength than others, allowing them to pick out possible risks. This technique is not very reliable as a determining factor, however.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and focus on one source of chakra they can sense. If they, or the chakra source, moves out of range, the user will lose track of them.

This jutsu is an extension of [Beyond Senses]. With this jutsu initiated, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 25 meters. A general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at up to 75 meters away. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

This simple technique is utilized by medical-nin in place of traditional thermometers, although it is not as accurate. After forming a single handseal and focusing chakra into an object in his/her hand, the user can place it within the mouth (or rear) of the patient. If the patient's temperature is above normal body temperature, the chakra within the object will clump together near the top of it, while if the body temperature is below average, the chakra will form much lower down on the object. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

When real latex gloves are not on hand, the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Gloves] technique comes in quite handy. After forming a single handseal, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands to form a thin layer of chakra around them. This chakra will help to protect other objects against the bacteria on the user's hands if sterilization is not an option before beginning a procedure. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

E-Ranked Ninjutsu
Not unlike the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Gloves] technique, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Mask] shines when the real deal is not on hand. After forming a single handseal, the user will focus chakra into the area around his/her mouth and nose to form a thin layer of chakra around them. This chakra will help to keep the user from breathing bacteria onto a patient during procedures. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.


D-Ranked Iijutsu

*[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

*[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Typically used to make the autopsy process smoother, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique separates the skin of the corpse from the underlying muscle. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will slowly move them over the desired area, usually holding them about an inch away from the body itself. As the chakra is channeled through the flesh, it will slowly sink to the final layer of the skin and begin to form a new layer between the skin and the muscle beneath. After this layer has fully formed, the chakra will stay there for four (4) posts, allowing the user to easily separate the flesh and muscle. This non-combat technique cannot be used on living beings as the postmortem physiology is different from that of a living creature.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

*[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
A simple yet vital medical technique, the *[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single hand seal. While not as effective at stopping bleeding as the [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] technique, they hold on much better in the case that strenuous movement is necessary.


C-Ranked Iijutsu

*[Iijutsu • False Death]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 5 Iijutsu
This simple ninjutsu is comprised of the user's knowledge of the human body and the ability to mask all vital signs. By focusing chakra throughout the body to preserve its function while in this state, the user can appear to be dead as long as they have chakra to spare. This act can seem very realistic to the untrained opponent, but is foiled by sensor techniques, certain doujutsu and jutsu, and the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] technique.

*[Iijutsu • Numbing]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

*[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 5 Iijutsu
Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Generation]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Often utilized by medical-nin to heal small, superficial wounds or for producing excess skin to use in skin grafts, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique has its number of uses. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel it into a small area of skin cells on the patient's body. This chakra will force the skin cells to multiply at an ample rate by confusing this area of the body into its reconstruction stage that is achieved during slumber. As this is a type of regeneration, users must keep in mind that each cell draws from nutrients in the patient's body, and as such, too much can cause serious harm. In order to regenerate medium-sized areas of superficial wounds, it takes one (1) post of concentration. Areas smaller than this take considerably less time. In the case that the skin sample is separate from the body, the cells can be multiplied more quickly than they could be otherwise. These types of samples are generally use for skin grafts. The *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique can be held for four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A useful, but particularly taxing technique, the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique] is performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works only on C-Rank or lower poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

*[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
Formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], *[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure] extends upon the antidote created in the aforementioned technique. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the C-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Removal Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
In the event that a foreign object gets lodged into a patient's body, such as the point of shuriken or a senbon, the *[Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be utilized to retrieve it. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them on either side of the wound in question. From here, the medical-nin will carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues by channeling chakra into them, coaxing the foreign object to the surface of the wound in order to extract it. Users of this technique are advised to analyze the severity of the wound beforehand, as more complex wounds will take longer than the one (1) post of concentration needed to extract most objects from superficial to moderate wounds. This technique should be used in conjunction with a tissue regeneration technique or the *[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]. The *[Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be held for a maximum of four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Cleanse Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
In the event that creating an antidote is not possible, users of this technique can still help their patient fight off toxins, infections and other foreign bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. As this chakra flows into the body, the leukocytes will react to its presence and begin to multiply rapidly. This influx of white blood cells takes one (1) post of concentration to create. Over the course of five (5) posts, the new and old leukocytes are able to fight off poisons that are C-Rank and below that have entered the body. During these final five posts, the medical-nin does not need to continuously focus chakra into the patient. It will take care of itself at this point.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Mask]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
This particularly disturbing technique is typically utilized by medical-nin operating covertly. After obtaining a dead body, the user will use the *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique to carefully remove the facial skin from the underlying tissue. Once this has been done, the user will begin to focus channel chakra into the separated skin before applying it to his/her face. As this chakra makes contact with the user's skin, the skin cells will bond, creating a seamless mask. This new face remains stable for up to thirty (30) total posts before it will begin to rot. This technique does not remove facial wounds or rot from the face in question, it only allows the user to bind it to his/her own face.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
A step up in the ability to treat burns, *[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to medium-sized areas of first degree and second degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small-sized areas of third degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than third degree.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A simple technique that requires its users to sacrifice a little to save a life, the*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique] does exactly what its name suggests. To prepare for this procedure, the user must make a small incision into the patient's body and follow by opening a vein. Once the vein has been open, the user will begin to channel chakra into it. Over the course of one (1) post, the patient's blood will gain density and stabilize itself. Users of this technique must be aware that their own blood will dilute over the duration of this technique, as it is essentially transferring blood from their bodies to the patient's. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without severe repercussions for the user.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Fracture Technique]
C-Ranked Nintaijutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel]
Once the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel] has been activated, users may choose to use this jutsu as an alternative to the aforementioned technique's usual action. When in close range, the user will attempt to jab his/her charged hand at the opponent, seeking to connect with a bone. If successful, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body as a sharp, precise burst to the area of contact, causing the bone to fracture. If this area is struck again in the same spot, the bone will inevitably break. This technique does not harm anything but the bone—not even the skin—and is dispelled after three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made. However, since both hands are charged, the user has two chances with this technique per use (one per hand).


B-Ranked Iijutsu

*[Iijutsu • Skin Irritation]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
One of the few offensive techniques found within the spectrum of Iijutsu, *[Iijutsu • Skin Irritation] is utilized in close quarters by medical-nin. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will wait until the opponent is close enough to make bodily contact. Once this happens, the user will attempt to touch the opponent on an open area of flesh. The moment contact is made, the chakra in the hand(s) that made contact will be forcibly channeled into the opponent's body and begin to irritate the skin. In the first post after making contact, large, itchy, red hives will erupt in the area of contact. During the second post after contact, they will spread throughout that entire limb or body part. In the final post of its spreading duration, it covers the entirety of the opponent's body and the itching lasts an additional three (3) posts after this is completed. Although the itching stops, the hives will remain tender (like a sunburn) until medical attention is received.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Heal]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment]
Yet another step up in the ability to treat burns, *[Iijutsu • Burn Heal] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to large-sized areas of first degree and second degree burns it's fairly quick to do. For medium-sized areas of third degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. Lastly, for small areas of fourth degree burns, it also takes one (1) post of concentration due to the very delicate nature of this type of burn.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Perhaps one of the most dangerous and revered Iijutsu honed by medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Scalpel] is no precision instrument. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will begin to focus an ample amount of chakra into his/her hands. Once charged with chakra, the user will attempt to place his/her hands on the target. If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate internal wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.

*[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
Just as its basic form, the *[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique] is a useful, but particularly taxing Iijutsu performed on poisoned patients. Like its predecessor, this jutsu has been formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique]. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the *[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the B-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Paralysis Removal]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
This handy technique is used in cases where patients have suffered temporary paralysis somewhere throughout their bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will apply them to the affected area and begin to channel chakra through the muscle tissue. As this chakra interacts with the temporarily lame muscle tissue, it will restore natural mobility to the area. Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Although simple to explain, the *[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique] requires both skill and patience in order to mend the fractured or broken bones of patients. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until canceled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.


A-Ranked Iijutsu

*[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 20 Iijutsu
One of the almighty and most highly coveted abilities of medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm] technique allows its users to heal wounds quickly and efficiently. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them over the wound in question and begin to channel chakra through it. As the chakra interacts with the cells and tissues in the area, the wound will begin to regenerate and heal over until there's no remnant of it ever being there. Of course, this is not done in the blink of an eye. To heal small-to-moderate wounds, it takes very little time, while large wounds take one (1) post of concentration to mend, and mortal wounds take a total of two (2) posts to fully mend. This technique lasts for four (4) posts, but due to its chakra-extensive nature, users are not advised to treat multiple large wounds in a single use.

*[Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Intermediate Antidote Technique]
A jutsu similar to its predecessors, the *[Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique] is a useful, but particularly taxing Iijutsu performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. Much like those before it, this jutsu has been formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique]. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the *[Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the A-Rank or lower poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Bond]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
A disturbing, advanced Iijutsu born from the *[Iijutsu • Skin Mask] technique, *[Iijutsu • Skin Bond] works to weld two people together using their flesh. When in close range, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands and attempt to make contact with the two targets. If contact is made and the opponents are within a close enough proximity to one another that their flesh is touching, the user is able to flow chakra through that area to cause the skin to bond. Unless the affected targets cut themselves free or have surgery to separate their bodies, they will remain like this permanently. However, this technique is not entirely combat-oriented. In the event that a skin graft must be performed and the tools to complete one are not on hand, this jutsu may easily take their places. This technique lasts for four (4) posts or until contact is made.

*[Iijutsu • Healing Resuscitation Regeneration]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Requires five medical-nin to complete; only the lead medical-nin needs this jutsu.
Used to heal even the most maimed patients, the *[Iijutsu • Healing Resuscitation Regeneration] technique is performed by a group of medical-nin. After the rites of the procedure have been marked and the patient has been placed at its center, four medical-nin will take their places in each of the four corners, and the lead medical-nin will be positioned at the head. Once this is set up, the user of this technique will use a hair from the patient's body to begin to procedure. This hair will be placed onto the damaged area, and once the chakra begins to flow into it, cell and tissue reconstruction will begin immediately. This technique will be held for the duration of two (2) posts, and in this time, all wounds ranging from small to mortal can be healed no matter how dire they are. However, if they are so dire that the patient is on the verge of death, the time this technique takes to set up and mend such wounds will likely be too long to save the patient before s/he succumbs to his/her wounds.

*[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
An advanced technique that requires both quick reflexes and prediction, the *[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction] technique is highly formidable due to its effects. In the event that the user is aware that they will be hit in a specific place, s/he may attempt to focus chakra into that area before the strike connects. If successful, any damage to the damaged area will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, small fracture, or a small-to-moderate cut. These wounds can take up to one (1) post to heal fully depending on their size and severity, where fractures and moderate wounds would take the entire post. However, during this regeneration process, users are not rendered immobile and can continue to fight while their wounds regenerate. This technique can only be used a maximum of three (3) times per thread.

*[Iijutsu • Chaotic Mental Collision
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Must have Raiton
Utilizing electricity to work, the *[Iijutsu • Chaotic Mental Collision technique is a highly dangerous Iijutsu. To begin, the user will focus regular chakra into his/her hands moments prior to electrifying it with Raiton chakra. This charged chakra will be used in an attempt to disrupt the target's nervous system through close-range contact with the user's hand. If the user is able to connect the flat of his/her palm with the opponent's body, the chakra will be released into it. As this chakra interacts with the foe's nervous system over the course of three (3) posts, it will begin to sever the brain's communication with the rest of the body. During the first post, motor skills such as walking, talking and moving one's hands will be delayed by several seconds. During the second post, the target will begin to lose control over movement in his/her body as the action delay grows worse. By the third post, all motor skills will cease and the target will be rendered immobile. This complete immobility lasts for two (2) posts.


S-Ranked Iijutsu

*[Iijutsu • Master Antidote Technique]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Expert Antidote Technique]
The highest ranking technique in its line, the *[Iijutsu • Master Antidote Technique] is a useful, but particularly taxing Iijutsu performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works all poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

The legend of its kind, this jutsu has been formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Master Antidote Technique]. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the Master Antidote Technique, the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the S-Rank or lower poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which is permanent. This permanent immunity only applies to A-Rank and lower liquid poisons.

The user channels chakra to their hands and places it on a body that has been killed. By channeling chakra and raiton throughout the body of a dead living being, the user can utilize this technique to use the body as a clone. The chakra connects to the chakra points and flows throughout the body; where the raiton connects to the muscles and nerves to allow the clone to move. They also form a ball of chakra that controls all of it referred to as the chakra heart. By completing this jutsu the body can move on its own, controlled by the user. It follows the same rules as the clone technique and can be destroyed when the chakra heart is destroyed. The location of the chakra heart is mentioned when the jutsu is completed.

This allows the user to separate soft tissues with a brief touch, and, in the case of surgery, allows the user to cut only what needs to be cut, in exactly the way it needs to be cut, ensuring that the user may remove, heal, or focus on only the tissue in question.

Because of this, until the implantation is complete, the user dedicates one point of stamina to this technique, loading the organ with chakra at the start of every day until the implantation procedure. This may also be used to prevent necrosis in live patients.

As most low-rank medics are incapable of regenerating tissue or cells, some learn to do a makeshift, shoddy version. By performing a variant of the clone jutsu on a patient's wounds, they are able to make a small amount of their tissue over a wounded area to perform a makeshift sort of healing for them. This is capable of "healing" any visible wound which effects only a singular layer of tissue (A burn, for instance, could have skin placed copied over it instead of regenerated, reducing the risk of infection and giving the body a chance to heal naturally with less scarring.) This tissue, without proper supplement, will die in three posts. However, being living tissue, if the skin is properly supplied with chakra or a blood supply (and other things the tissue in question may need to be kept alive), it may be kept going indefinitely. Note that this can only clone singular layers of tissues, and not more complex things such as organs or bodies.

After forming the needed hand seals, the user of this technique is able to introduce a set amount of a given organic substance to a patient and to allow their immune system to respond naturally. Through a 3000 word topic, the user will slowly introduce tissue to their chosen target, allowing them to receive it without risk of rejection. This technique is also used to acclimate the patient to bloodline limits, and prevent them from going out of control while the patient attempts to gain skill with them. By using the tissue patch and removal techniques to stop a Bloodline if it shows signs of going out of control in a patient.

While performing surgery on a patient, the user is able to put chakra within the tissues surrounding the area on which the medical ninja shall be operating. Doing this makes the tissues slightly sturdier and more malleable as well, providing them with a small amount of give before they break and also increasing the amount of pressure they can take before breaking. This technique merely helps minimize the risk of injury to the patient during surgery.

B-Ranked Iijutsu
After forming the necessary hand seals and focusing chakra on a willing patient, the user is able to heavily sedate them. This sedation technique is used to perform deeply invasive surgeries on patients, preventing them from moving while under and also keeping them deeply asleep. This technique lasts for up to ten posts, and must be reinforced on the eighth post after performing this technique, or else the patient will wake up at the end of the tenth post. If a patient wakes up during the procedure, they will find themselves, depending on their personality, mentally scarred from the intense amount of pain the surgery causes, and their vitals will go insane while they are awake, markedly hard to control. Depending on the surgery and the patient's reaction, the stress could cause death. Note that this jutsu requires steady focus and proper supplementation of chakra to perform. If a patient were unwilling to receive the chakra, they could merely disrupt their own chakra flow in any way, and the technique would be interrupted and canceled.

After placing an organ or a tissue into it's proper place in a patient's body, be it a replacement or an implantation, the user is able to hold their hands over the tissue or organ in question, and connect the various other tissues in the patients body where it needs to be connected. Blood vessels, connective tissues, muscles, etc. will all be correctly hooked up to the organ in question, ensuring that once implanted, it will stay nourished and protected as if it were the body's own. (Note that this does not provide protection against the body's own natural defenses, I.E. the immune system)

Prerequisite: Mystical Healing Palm Technique; 35 control
Using this technique, the user is able to speed along the healing process by precisely focusing on small clusters of cells, triggering mitosis and allowing tissues to heal more quickly as a result. This lessens the chances of infection, scarring, and opening of the wound, while also repairing damaged tissue in a transplanted organ or the surrounding area. This technique requires three posts to finish, but if this is used post-op, the patient may wake up from the sedation jutsu after the first post of this technique without the severity of trauma they would otherwise have felt (though pain will still occur.)

The simplest implantation procedure of all, the user culminates all their knowledge of medical ninjutsu into one technique, becoming able to perform an Eye Transplant, potentially transferring a Doujutsu into a willing patient. Because the eye is easily accessible, removed, and replaced, this is the simplest of the Transplantation techniques. After all the necessary precautions are taken, the user will begin by removing an eye from the patient in question to create a spot for the eye to be implanted. They will then soften the orbital of the eye to make it more pliable, allowing them to place the eye within the socket. Following that, they will perform the actual placement, and then finally connect the tissues to the proper places, making sure that the ocular nerve is in the correct spot. The whole process, if things go smoothly, should take around twelve posts or so.

After all of the preparations have been made on a given patient, The user of this technique is able to actually perform the operation, culminating all of their learned jutsu into one final event through which the patient in question will gain a chance to become much stronger than they were before. By combining all of the techniques they have thus far learned with their own medical skill, the user is actually able to implant organs inside of willing patients, giving them organ-based Kekke Genkai such as that of the Kaguya, or the Chikai.

The most precise form of implantation, the user is able to implant cells with a particular chakra element into a patient, giving that patient the elemental chakra in question. Implanting the cells of a Yugeton user, for instance, would grant a patient use of the Steam Element. Naturally, the patient would have to practice with this skill in order to use it's respective techniques, and their elements need to correspond to the element implanted. A patient who receives Steam Element, for instance, would require Water and Fire element, or one of the elements in question without a second element at all, before the Combination element may be implanted. If the latter is the case, if the patient attempts to acquire a third element, it must be the other part of the combination (Beginning with Suiton, having Yugeton implanted, and then obtaining Katon as their third element, for instance.)

Rather an alteration on an already existing jutsu than a whole new technique in itself, a medical ninja is able to use this technique to keep himself conscious and clear while sedated. S/He will be able to perform the procedures on himself, but it will be with a -2 to his/her wit, because the user is not able to completely avoid feeling groggy while under anesthetic. If the user's wit is above 9 when this technique is used, it will only drop by one point, as the user's ability to maintain clarity is improved to that extent. The user's taijutsu, however, will drop by 3 while this technique is used, as control of the limbs and more precise extremities (such as the fingers) becomes more challenging. Some pain from the procedure will still go through and be felt, but it will be only a painful annoyance, not detracting from their medical capabilities. The user is able to move while under the influence of this technique, but is unable to travel. Even walking is not achievable without losing concentration and interrupting the jutsu.

Culminating all of their knowledge of the human body and medical expertise into one point, the user will be able to perform transplants on themselves, potentially giving themselves a Kekke Genkai. The user of this technique performs everything themselves or else with limited help, including pre-operational work such as reducing the body's inhibitor levels, maintaining the sedation on themselves during the procedure, monitoring their vitals, and of course, the act of implantation itself, connecting tissue to tissue and organ to body. The time this procedure takes is dependent entirely on what is being implanted, but because the doctor is impeded by being the patient, it generally takes longer than the procedure normally would when the doctor was not also the patient.

Waterfall Country's samurai are the creators of Yoshin, a style of Kenjutsu honing one's precision to strike more precisely than any needle or arrow at the enemy's inherent weaknesses. The human body is full of natural weak spots and vulnerabilities, and Yoshin takes full advantage of those weaknesses in combat with calculated, precise, intelligent strikes and thrusts to cripple and cut down their opponent. Common joints, unseen nerve endings and nerve clusters, critical tendons and muscle groups, and even vital organs are all fair game to the users of Yoshin. The precision required for this style causes most users of its techniques to prefer short blades such as kodachi and wakizashi, often with serrated edges to maximize damage on the blade exiting the wound, though katana can still be used with this style.

This allows the practitioner to accurately target those areas even in the heat of combat.

After taking the opponent's side either offensively or after evading an attack, the practitioner draws a quick, firm slash across the opponent's side, such as their oblique, rib cage, or arm. The attack is intended to both injure and startle the opponent, often used to disrupt an opponent's attack or sequence of attacks with the severity of the damage. A unique attack within Yoshin, this particular technique is meant to dig as deeply into the opponent and create cuts as wide as possible, many times slashing into bones to cause as much long term damage as possible. The depth and width of the cut can also cause serious blood loss over time. Opponents with an Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank can limit the amount of damage this technique causes.

Forgoing the typical practice of aiming one's blows to do the most critical damage possible, the practitioner instead lashes out at the opponent with a quick snapping slash or thrust. If the attack lands, the practitioner curves and angles the edge of their blade along the cut, making a shallower, irregular cut. While these cuts rarely cause any serious damage on their own, the nature of the cut not only make them difficult to mend or stitch, they also contribute to significant blood loss over time and are incredibly painful for the opponent. This can make moving and executing techniques more difficult for an opponent hit by this technique unless they have an Endurance equal to or higher than the practitioner's Speed.

Aiming to hinder the opponent's mobility, the practitioner launches a quick snapping slash or thrust at the side of one of the opponent's knees, damaging the tendon and causing the muscles in the joint to flare up. Aside from causing significant pain, an opponent hit by this technique will not be able to fully support their weight on the targeted leg, hindering their mobility and creating additional openings for the practitioner to exploit unless they have an Endurance equal to or higher than the practitioner's Speed.

Looking to cause the opponent as much pain as possible with minimal energy or effort, the practitioner launches a quickly snapping thrust meant to slip through the ribcage and lightly cut the outside of one of the opponent's lungs. Aside from causing significant pain, an opponent hit by this technique will have difficulty breathing, causing future techniques they use to take up more Endurance due to oxygen deprivation.

A technique to disarm opponents, the practitioner launches a snapping slash or thrust at the opponent's forearm, severing several key tendons in the forearm. The damage caused to the muscles and tendons in the forearm by this technique can cause an opponent to drop whatever they are holding. Aside from being disarmed and causing significant pain, this technique also imposes a persisting -3 Strength penalty on the opponent due to the damage the muscles have sustained. This penalty can be lifted if the opponent receives medical attention.

Moving in close to the opponent, the practitioner launches a series of quick, snapping slashes and thrusts to the opponent's hands, causing deep lacerations. These cuts damage the tendons in the opponent's hands, interfering with their dexterity. These cuts cover sensitive areas between the fingers, knuckle joints, or even potentially under fingernails. While the damage caused by this technique is not life-threatening, it imposes a persisting -3 Endurance penalty on the opponent, as well as making it incredibly painful, if not impossible, for the opponent to wield a weapon with their hand or hands. This penalty can be lifted if the opponent receives medical attention.

Useful as a counterattack or as an attack all on its own, the practitioner momentarily torques the muscles in their arms before unleashing a violent flurry of slashes and thrusts. Aiming for various major veins and arteries on the body, this technique can be difficult to completely defend against as it targets multiple vastly different areas of the opponent’s body in the span of a single attack. Even one of these attacks landing can penetrate deep into the opponent’s flesh, puncturing or ripping open a major artery or vein, quickly leading to life-threatening blood loss unless the opponent has a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank than this technique. Multiple hits scored by this technique can cause an opponent to bleed out in a manner of minutes unless they seek immediate medical attention.

A-Ranked Kenjutsu

A Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite(s): *[Yoshin • Field Dressing].
Using their intimate knowledge of the human anatomy to their advantage, the practitioner will attack an opponent on a seemingly innocuous part of their body, such as a pinpoint slash or thrust to the hand or the top of the thigh, aiming for a highly sensitive nerve point in that area of the opponent's body. The cut or slash itself does almost no damage to the opponent's flesh, but as the tip or edge of the blade makes contact, the practitioner will twist and put pressure on the nerve point, sending a violent shock through the opponent's body. Opponents with a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank will be able to resist any adverse affects from this technique aside from the pain. Otherwise, the opponent is suddenly and immediately paralyzed, interrupting any action they were presently executing and instantaneously freezing their muscles. This paralysis lasts for three posts.

Practitioners are ultimately capable of using this way of advancing on their opponent to control the tempo of the battle and move it where they desire, causing interruption to opponent defensive stances.

Inspired by the Flying Swallow styled boxing of the Sarutobi's family, when an opponent lunges or charges forward, the practitioner will pivot on the foot matching the forward foot of their opponent and spin in the opposite direction. Depending on the speed performed, this causes the opponent to miss the practitioner, who then uses the momentum from the pivot to deliver a powerful hook to the opponent, intending to blind side them with intense power.

Drawing it's inspiration from the flurry of kicks of Konoha's Gouken, [url=http://i.imgur.com/qT3Hxlj.gifv]this combination[/url] uses continued rotating motions made by the user to give them buoyancy, allowing them to keep moving upward with their opponent as they move into gradually higher positioned strikes. Starting from a low crouch, the practitioner will spinning their body to deliver a swift sweep at the opponents feet aiming to at least upset their balance. They will then lunge off of their planted leg, rising upward and spinning back round with the sweeping leg to deliver a kick to the opponents gut. If this connects, they will immediately push off their opponent while simultaneously bringing their opposite knee into the opponents chin sending them airborne slightly, though gravity will quickly pulls the opponent back towards the ground. From here, the user will end the combination by spinning themselves into a heel drop from their other leg that strikes the opponent on the head and drives them into the ground.

Inspired by the Flying Swallow styled boxing of the Sarutobi's family, the practitioner has trained themselves to squares their feet a shoulder length apart and throws punches by crossing over the lead hand. This can be alternated as the user steps forward like a second-nature, allowing the user to cross over the opposite hand each time to create a chain of ferocious punches, while still keeping the other arm free to jab or guard. This way of delivering punches allows the user to overpower opponents who closely match their own strength.

Inspired by the Jyuuken of the Hyuuga, the practitioner drops low then lunges in with an upward palm-strike at the opponents Solar Plexus, delivered with full force, moving their entire body into it and pushing up with their leg. If the opponent has less [Endurance] than the practitioner's [Strength], they will have the breath knocked out of them, causing them to have difficulty breathing for the next 3 posts. If the opponent also has less [Strength] than the practitioner, they will also be launched into the air at a rate of 1 meter per stat difference in the practitioners favor. If the opponent has at least 10 less [Strength] than the practitioner, this causes internal damage to their lungs which can be severely debilitating and potentially fatal.

Drawing it's inspiration from Konoha's famed Ochiba style and infusing it with the palm strikes of Jyuuken, the practitioner steps to the side and pivots at the last possible moment of an opponents strike. This positions themselves behind the opponents arm. With both palms open and a few inches apart, facing opposite direction, the opponent will jam their palms into the opponents arm striking their radial nerve and their funny bone with immense force. If an opponent has less [Strength] than the practitioner their arm will usually collapse and their hand will open, dropping whatever they were holding in the process. If an opponent has at least 5 less [Strength] than the practitioner their forearm bone will fracture and their elbow will dislocate.

Humans follow patterns and in combat this is no exception, ranging from taijutsu to hand seals. Patterns already being easier to remember, Tenzin, has worked hard at actively committing whatever he sees to his short-term memory. This allows him to remember things such as the beginning torque to a kick or a hand seal pattern after seeing it once, so that he can recognize the technique if used later in a battle, giving him an advantage in anticipating his opponents next action and effectively making an opponent’s consecutive usage of a technique a liability.

The only limit to the speed of which Tenzin control his body, via rapid acceleration or assimilation, is the speed in which his mind can physically send the impulse to his body to do so. With Tenzin's high body control, he has trained and honed his mind and body to be as one, capable of reacting near the speed of thought in terms of controlling himself. This allows him to create interesting attacks by rapidly changing his movement patterns while fighting.

Inspired by the Jyuuken of the Hyuuga, the practitioner drops to a low crouch raising one palm out directly in front of their head, the other palm held near their chest facing upward. From this still stance the user seemingly moves barely, but delivers sudden, explosive bursts capable of causing bruising at a minimum. Focused on a single-opponent and freeing all else from their mind, the user will rocket forward and jam their upper palm into the opponents Kidney, their lower into the Greater Sciatic nerve of the opponents leg. With almost no lag time they will reverse their hands and strike the opposite Kidney and Greater Sciatic never, shocking the opponent and causing their legs to go weak as the practitioner then lurches upwards and forwards striking the stomach, bladder, solar plexus, and sternum in a rapid succession. This will cause the opponent to lose their breath, fly into the air, and may cause them to lose control over their bladder and stomach. The shock of these strikes alone creates a large opening for the user to then advance forward, continuing their assault with 8 more strikes, along the arms and legs. If the practitioner has a [Strength] greater than the opponent's [Endurance], the opponent will find these strikes paralyze their arms and legs temporarily for 3 posts.

Inspired by the water-like dancing movements of the Hyuuga, Tenzin has engrained staying pliant against force into his very essence. Through his knowledge of CQC, his perception, and acrobatic abilities he moves such that he is light on the balls of his feet or heels, always able to move and redirect force that his body is subjected to, such that he can ensure that he stays on his feet and is not toppled, flipped, tripped, or knocked back. Even if he is to lose his footing on the ground, Tenzin can redirect himself to stick a stable landing.

Soft Paws is a bare-handed deflection technique and is used against bladed weapons. At this level, the practitioner is able to read the angles of the attacks to place the flat of their hand against the flat of the blade and push it away without getting cut by the weapon. However, prolonged use of this technique will cause the practitioner to suffer bruises on their hands.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Soft Paws
After using Soft Paws to slap a blade away, the practitioner will continue moving forwards while jutting out their elbow. The momentum from the target's original attack that was slapped away, coupled with the sudden defenselessness of the target after having their attack deflected, makes for a powerful counter-attack. The elbow can be aimed anywhere on the torso and above, but is usually aimed at the target's face.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Whenever a bladed weapon is coming towards the practitioner, they can slam their palm against the top of the blade, pushing it downwards. This can either cause the sword to miss or, if the practitioner's Strength is equal to or higher than the Strength of the attack, can force the sword into the ground. This technique only works on blades that aren't double-edged.

After using Down Paw to drive the opponent’s blade downward or into the ground, the practitioner will rush forward and ram their shoulder into the opponent, driving them back and away from their weapon or even taking the weapon from them outright.

Whenever in a situation where they can't avoid being struck, the practitioner will slightly shift their body. This slight movement allows them to cause the incoming attack to miss any vital organs and cause as little damage as possible.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Useful for dealing with an opponent using a short weapon, such as a kunai, knife, or dagger, the practitioner waits for the opponent to attack. Taking advantage of the small size of the weapon, the practitioner then aims a slap or a punch at the opponent's fingers, aiming to simultaneously push the weapon off its trajectory and damage or even crush the opponent's fingers.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The practitioner will sidestep a weapon attack against them and attempt to disarm the opponent. They will grab and pull the weapon on a safe or dull spot before simultaneously slamming the other palm into the opponent's wrist. If the opponent has a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank than this technique, they can resist being disarmed. Otherwise, the weapon is ripped from the opponent's grasp and their hand is knocked away. Their wrist will swell from the impact, making handling weapons in that hand difficult if the wrist isn't outright broken due to the practitioner having a higher Strength than the opponent.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
By observing a weapon's movement through the air and having a deep understanding of weaponry in general, the practitioner is capable of predicting a weapon's trajectory. This technique is especially effective when the practitioner saw the actual moment the weapon was launched, as seeing the movement of the weapon wielder provides crucial information. If they didn't see the weapon being launched, they can still predict the trajectory to a smaller degree but are incapable of accounting for high-level taijutsu that may be applied to the weapon attack.

The counter-balanced Discipline to Outside Dodge. Having mastered this Discipline, when the practitioner is actively using Skitter Step while in close-quarters combat, their body instinctively dodges to the inside of an attack which keeps them centered on their opponent's torso. These dodges are only successful if their Speed is greater than the Speed of the attack

The counter-balanced Discipline to Inside Dodge. Having mastered this Discipline, when the practitioner is actively using Skitter Step while in close-quarters combat, their body instinctively dodges to the outside of an attack which forces them to be constantly moving around their opponent. These dodges are only successful if their Speed is greater than the Speed of the attack.

The counter-balanced discipline to Reject. When faced with an extended limb, may it be an arm or leg, a master of this discipline will always reach to capture the extended limb with one hand, typically aiming for the most distal portion of the limb. This gives them an opportunity to control their opponent.

C-Ranked Taijutsu

*[Skitter Step • Senses Open]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
The main jutsu of the Skitter Step, the practitioner takes a moment to focus their bodies, then releases it. While in this stance, the practitioner's sensory input is increased, allowing them to receive more information quickly. This Stance grants a +2 in Strength and a +4 in Speed but a -3 in Willpower and -3 in Control. This Stance will remain in effect until deactivated by [Stop]. Practitioners of this technique will find themselves fidgeting and constantly moving, which can make it difficult for the practitioner to use this style in a stealthy manner.

Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
The practitioner brings their leg up and outward, kicking to the front or to either side. If any version of the Senses Open technique is active, the practitioner is able to instead kick in almost any direction by instinct, even allowing them to turn on their heel and kick behind them.

Having extensive experience with Deft Hands the user is able to manipulate a kunai within their hands and perform hand seals at full speed, without having to put down the kunai at any point.

Utilizing this maneuver, the user is able to quickly draw a kunai from its holster. This is done by placing their finger through the lip of the holder and into the ring of the pommel, flicking it up and out quickly, having the kunai in the user’s hand within an instant.

*Ochiba • Oaken Defense
D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
A technique that specializes in fighting Samurai and equalizing the battle field. The user will wait for their target to attack, and will quickly counter this by sliding the blade of their kunai onto the opponent's blade. The user will quickly move in towards their opponent while also sliding their kunai closer and closer to the opponent's hilt. This will force the angle of their blade to be raised and leaves the opponent wide open for attack.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 10 Speed
A technique that relies highly on speed, the user will attempt to slap away any incoming melee strikes or projectiles with their kunai. The average of the user's speed and strength needs to be higher than the strength the projectile was thrown at, using the momentum of their own speed to deflect the strike.

The hallmark of Iaido is its practitioners abilities to launch an attack even when their swords are sheathed. This Discipline represents the practitioner's capacity to consistently execute a sword draw and slash all in one movement by gripping the edge of the scabbard and pulling the scabbard slightly forward before drawing the sword. This Discipline enables the practitioner to immediately draw their sword and attack at the start of combat.
