  • Face/head: Blond Hair and Black eyes with a pretty average face. His hair is down to about his chest. He usually wears it in a ponytail. His face is more on the roundish side of things. He has a small hard to notice scar but ifor you look closely at his neck then you can see it.
  • Body: he has long arms and he's 50/50 abdomen leg ratio

Clothing/Accessories: A blue Konohagakure headband and his Chunin flak Jacket over a Blue Undershirt. He wears black pants with two pouches one on his leg and on on his back. He wears brown steel toe boots and long socks. He also loves to wear sunglasses but only when the sun is out.
Personality:
  • General:He's generally a nice a careful person who hangs out with his friend but when it comes to his father or friends he's usually pretty riled up if their attacked or mentioned in a negative way. He does have a tendency to over sleep or put important stuff behind less important stuff.
  • Hopes/Dreams:To be stronger than the Hokage and become the number 1 ninja in the village
  • Fears: Bears because of running into what he thought was a bear killing someone but it was just a play rehearsal
  • Combat Mentality:He likeslashes to take a risky approach and charge in to test the opponent reactions and see their Taijutsu skills he then will fight them accordingly with Ninjutsu if they seem to be a stronger Taijutsu fighter or with Taijutsu if they're weak in Taijutsu.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.

Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the strength of the technique.

Suiton:
Suiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive enveloping effect.

Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets.
Katon:
Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.

Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength of the technique

Sankaton is an incorporeal element that comes in the form of a fine red haze, that exudes warmth, and has the ability to erode. Anything physical that comes in contact with Sankaton is eaten by the energy, which consumes the Sankaton. This gives Sankaton incredibly powerful offensive and defensive capabilities. Sankaton jutsu are notoriously draining, and are known to push the user to the absolute limit. Sankaton jutsu are limited in size by their control prerequisite, which can make them difficult to use effectively. Sankaton is unaffected by energy based elements, and the two simply pass through them. This makes Sankaton's strength, and it's weakness non-matter based elements.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a copy of themselves out of Raiton chakra. The clone will be able to move with the stats labelled below, while also exploding with the force of a single exploding tag upon death (which also applies the raiton passive effect). The clone will only last for 3 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat a weapon they are holding in Raiton electricity for 5 posts. This causes the shock effect to be produced on any contact with a target, while also granting blunt weapons the ability to cut through skin to produce shallow wounds. This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will channel Raiton chakra to two of their fingers. They will then be able to fire up to three total bullet sized balls of concentrated lightning from their fingertips. These bullets will travel at 5 speed, but will not have any physical force. Instead, they will apply light electrical burns similar to a sun burn and will apply Raiton's shocking effect.

C-ranked Raiton Jutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will seep Raiton chakra in an area around them with a 20m diameter. The user's Raiton techniques will travel 5 points faster when they travel through this zone for 3 posts. This technique ends the moment the user leaves this area. They also return to normal speed upon leaving the area. This technique does not apply the shocking effect.

*Raiton • Sky Spear
C-ranked Raiton Jutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a two meter long rod of lightning in their hand. They are then able to launch it at 15 speed in a single direction. Upon contact the spear will explode with the force of a single explosive tag and apply the Raiton shocking effect. If it has not been launched by the end of the second post it will dissipate.

B-ranked Raiton Jutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, a beam of lightning will erupt from the user's hand. The lightning will travel 50m at 20 speed and explode with the force of 4 explosive tags on contact, while applying the Raiton shocking effect throughout the explosion's area.

After performing the correct hand seals the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling out a cone that is up to five meters long and three meters wide at it's base. The cone travels at a speed of 6 and pushes with a strength of 4.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will exhale a small jet of flame directly in front of them. The ball lights up the surrounding area in a 5 meter radius and has a durability of 5. Unless destroyed, it will stay locked in it's location for 5 posts before fading.

By channeling katon chakra into a metal weapon or blade, the user will cause it to grow hotter and cover the blade in flames. The imbued weapon will be able to carve through defenses of 5 or less strength with ease.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user draws in a deep breath before exhaling a thin stream of flames up to 15 meters away at a speed of 10. Either at 15 meters, or if the stream makes impact with anything, the stream will erupt into a spherical C-Rank explosion, scattering flames all over everything within a 5 meter radius from the point of impact.

*Suiton • Water Shuriken
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a shuriken of water that can be thrown approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hand. When kai'd, this shuriken explodes with a force equal to a D-Rank explosion and covers the immediate area in water. If not consumed, this technique lasts for three posts.

*Suiton • Defensive Barrier
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to five meters away. The defense is shot at a speed of 5 and has a strength of 5 and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

*Suiton • Propel Leap
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra into their hands the user will fire two jets of water from their hand, essentially hurling and propelling themselves in the opposite direction of their jets as if thrown by a strength of 5. Can be used once to throw themselves with 5 strength.

D-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja covers a small projectile in Sankaton chakra. Whenever the projectile hits a target, the sankaton will strike first, eroding the material it strikes, essentially increasing the power of the kunai by 5 strength.

*[Annihilation: Introduction]
D-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a .5x.5x.5m diameter film of pure Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The film can then be moved around and controlled within a 5m area of the user, weakening the strength of anything that passes through it by 5 strength, and causing anything smaller than the film to completely disappear.

*[Corrosion Clone]
D-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja creates a clone up to 5 feet away from the user. This clone is unable to interact with the environment. However, whenever it comes in contact with any type of weapon, attack, or person, it 'explodes' into a mass of Sankaton chakra, that attaches itself to any metallic objects, that creates a thin mist. The mist covered a 5x5x5m area, but is widely distributed, which lessens the damage it does, but causes light burns to anyone who passes through it.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja gathers Sankaton chakra in their mouth, creating a blob of rust. After spitting it out, it grows to a .5x.5.x5 meter diameter ball that travels at a speed of 5, up to 20 yards away, reducing anything it strikes with 5 strength.

Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a 1x1x1m diameter block of Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The block can be controlled and moved freely within 5m of the user. Whenever this ball comes in contact with any physical substance, it eats and corrodes the substance, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only equal to the volume of the ball, where it hit, otherwise reducing it's strength by 10.

When fighting in close quarters it becomes difficult to generate energy for full powered strikes. Practitioners have learned how to explode force from every muscle with minimal energy wasted and space needed. Every strike done by the practitioner has the potential to be at full strength, so long as they have at least one inch of movement.

In this technique, the user builds momentum and speed in order to bridge the gap between themselves and a distanced target. After covering an appropriate distance, the user then lets loose a form of distraction, like a thrown object, in order to misdirect the target's attention. The user then leaps with their momentum, delivering a strong kick to bridge the rest of the distance.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Because distances tend to become the problem in most taijutsu, the practitioner will advance with every strike. This creates a tempo of advancement that is designed to wear down their opponent through ever pressing strikes, giving little chance for escape or recovery.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
An attack that is slow to wind up but powerful in execution. The adept tenses every muscle in their shoulders and arms while twisting their core for a powerful strike. For the 1/4 post they spend winding up they're treated as having a -6 speed. However, when the strike is released it comes nearly instantly and at a +6 strength.

An often difficult attack to accomplish but good for setting up a string of further attacks. The user will sweep low, attempting to kick their target's feet from beneath them. Before they fall, a second kick will attempt to launch them airborne a number of meters equal to the difference in the practitioner's strength from their target.

B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Requiring a full post of charge time the user tenses their entire body in preparation, becoming immobile. During this time they will look for their direct path and position themselves with their elbow pointed forward. At the end of the post they will release all of this pent up energy with extreme force, leaping nearly instantaneously a number of yards equal to their strength. If their strength is high enough this can punch through obstacles on their path and create extreme damage to opponents who are hit by it. Often used as an opening attack and cannot be done more than twice per thread.


History

Hugo was born in Konohagakure and has lived their his whole life. During a conflict his grandpa was killed just a few days before he was born his dad would always tell stories of his grandpa but his favorite stories were about his father who was a well trained medical ninja who saved many lives. Even though he didn't want to become a medical ninja himself. So during his time in the a Academy his dad taught him Raiton Jutsu. Since he was already at a high level he trained in Taijutsu with his father who didn't know any styles, so he asked his Academy teacher to teach him the strong fist style. He learned it and after 5 years at the Academy he aced the advancement test and became a Genin.


When he became a Genin Hugo still only had an Affinity for Raiton Chakra. So, he tried learning more with his master who was skilled with katon chakra. He struggled but after a year he finally got an Affinity for and him and it was a great help for his team especially when they were attacked by a group of bandits his great fireball helped his Jounin Sensei take out a few. Then when his Sensei finally let the take the Chunin Hugo led his team to Chunin.


A few weeks before he became Chunin Hugo Dad was hospitalized on a mission to capture find a missing-nin and the week before the exams his father past away to the fatal injury. Hugo was saddened by his father's death and since it was a Konohagakure missing nin that took his father's life he knew that he should try to strive to be strong enough to defeat the missing ninja who took his father's life. So he made it his goal to become the strongest ninja in Konohagakure even stronger than the Hokage. So he asked his Sensei to teach him some more chakra styles. He was able to learn Suiton chakra fairly easily (a little harder to learn than Raiton though) He also learned Sankaton with a friend who was having it taught to him by his dad. After training for half a year he took his first Chunin mission and it was a easy success he soon took his second mission to escort a man to  a nearby village and it didn't require much.  He still trains regularly and is finding mission to do.
