Konoha is surrounded by a large spanning Mokuton forest that measures at least 20 miles, and stretches similarly in height reaching up to 10 miles tall with roots similarly buried as deep in the ground. These trees help shroud and cover Konoha's position from the air and ground, requiring before hand knowledge of the path to get in and out of Konoha. This information is kept with Chuunin and above and shifts daily. This usually requires an escort to leave and enter the village that has knowledge of the path for the day. These Mokuton trees form a 50 Strength barrier to would be attackers.

Due to being surrounded by an expansive mokuton tree maze barrier, Konoha also has a sensory barrier up in the form of Mokuton empathy, in which they're capable of detecting those walking within a mile of the forest or inside. This empathetic sensory can be used to detect unknown chakra signatures that aren't current Konoha ninja or approved guests.

Konoha Flak Jacket
20 Strength Flak Jacket that covers the chest region. It has an earthy green hue to it, and has Konoha symbol embroidered on the front with a whirlpool symbol on the back in honor of their alliance with Whirlpool. It also features six scroll pockets on each breast side, and has a zipper down the middle for easy wearing. How its armored is its laced with ceramic plates beneath fabric and padding that are capable of sustaining significant force, and helpful for keeping the body safe from shrapnel or projectiles.
White Light Chakra Sabre - 3 RyoShow
White Light Chakra Sabre A simple tanto blade with a brown leather wrapped handle, and the end has a kunai like ring. The ring is to assist with Ochiba like techniques giving Konoha shinobi a more sword like weapon with kunai characteristics. The tanto has measurements of an 11-inch blade and 8.6-inch hilt. This tanto has a special property in that when swung it leaves a trail of white light behind it for a brief second.

Radio w/ Ear Piece A small black rectangular box that can be mounted anywhere on the person for easy access. This radio is imbued with the Link fuuinjutsu allowing anyone with a similar radio to then sync together and communicate as if they had done the seal themselves. This allows people to associate radios and disassociate radios at will. With the press of a button they’ll be able to transmit their audio and simultaneously receive it. This radio also comes with a ear piece if the user wishes to keep their communications private.

By performing the necessary hand seals, the user will then touch their target’s ear and on the lips, this creates an audio link between themselves and any targets they personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channeling chakra into the seal allows affected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals. The act of speaking charges negligent chakra.

Chaff Grenade (Contributes to explosive limit)
A special grenade cooked up in Konoha’s labs, much akin to its parentage flash tags and explosive tags. This instead is a small handheld cylindrical tube that is filled with dense smoke packed full of chakra acting as a visibility hinderance and sensory hinderance. Allowing a user to make a quick getaway or give a brief moment for a surprise attack. This grenade blocks sight to within 2 meters, and provides C-rank sensory blocking with a smoke range of 20 meters.
Chakra Dagger - 44 RyoShow
Chakra Dagger This dagger acts like a brass knuckle with individual finger holes. Instead of a blunt surface for harder punches like traditional brass knuckles, it favors a bladed edge that runs along the brass knuckle portion and into the blade part. The blade is zig-zagged to give it more of an edge in its attacks. The knuckle duster portion of the dagger is approximately 4.5-inches long, and the blade portion is approximately 7-inches long. The unique twist of these blades is when chakra is funneled through it can extend the length of its reach up to 1-meter in length, and allow the user to imbue in it an elemental passive at [Control] strength or use pure ninpou if desired.

By channeling chakra into an existing shuriken in the user's hand they can enlarge it, changing its shape into a fuma shuriken. With a poof of smoke the shuriken takes on the form of a fuma shuriken, cuts like a fuma shuriken, and can be thrown like one as well. Lasts for 4 posts.

The user will channel chakra into a projectile as they throw it. Then the projectile will emit a puff of smoke that reveals a cloud of that projectile in a [Control]m^3 area moving at the same speed and strength. These projectiles cut just as sharp as the weapon thrown, and disappear after they've hit a target.

The user begins to channel chakra to his hand as a blue ball of spinning rotating chakra appears in their hand no larger than the size of a basketball (0.5m in diameter). The Rasengan is a concentrated ball of fast rotating chakra in the palm of one's hand. Using pure chakra, the spinning ball of chakra hits up to a strength of [Control] that sends the target spiraling off 100 meters. The user is also capable of throwing the technique if they so choose.

After performing the correct hand seals the user proceeds to create a number of clones of themselves (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the users Chakra Pool). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own, be given complex commands, caught in genjutsu, and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for Chakra Pool, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

A simple, yet effective strike. Often used in correlation with Ochiba • Oaken Defense, however not required. The user simply needs to be up close, they will swing their kunai in a horizontal motion towards their opponent's rib cage, aiming for the intercostal space between the ribs and damaging any organ behind it. The user will then turn the kunai, breaking their opponents ribs.

A technique developed by Shinobi to neutralize Samurai. Taking advantage of the exposable nature of a weapon such as a kunai, when an opponent strikes using a bladed weapon the user will move backwards and run their own blade along the length of their opponents blade, likely blunting both of their weapons. This is done at such at such high speed and in a fluid motion, the opponent will of often not realise it has happened.

[i]Prerequisite:[/i] 35 Speed
When an opponent strikes, with a bladed weapon such as a katana or a similar type of bladed weapon. The user will use high precision and speed, to follow the opponents strike moving their own body safely out of the way and will slip the pommel over and down the length of the opponents blade, using their own momentum against them and pull backwards, often snapping the blade in two.

In this technique, the user builds momentum and speed in order to bridge the gap between themselves and a distanced target. After covering an appropriate distance, the user then lets loose a form of distraction, like a thrown object, in order to misdirect the target's attention. The user then leaps with their momentum, delivering a strong kick to bridge the rest of the distance.

A combination attack started by the user unleashing a powerful kick to the side of their opponent. They will then place themselves behind the target and unleash a quick flurry of punches before kicking another side and repeating the process. This process can keep going ad infinitum or until the practitioner disengages.

Requiring a full post of charge time the user tenses their entire body in preparation, becoming immobile. During this time they will look for their direct path and position themselves with their fist pointed forward. At the end of the post they will release all of this pent up energy with extreme force, leaping nearly instantaneously a number of meters equal to their strength. This counts as a teleportation and cannot be done more than twice per thread.

An attack meant to be used against multiple targets. By tensing every single muscle in the body the user can release a sweeping kick that disrupts the air around their leg. As the kick is unleashed it creates a wave of compressed air that moves outwards from them with Speed and Strength equal to 3/4 the user's Strength in a wide cone-like line. This line travels for 1/2 the user's strength in meters and grows just as wide at the end.

Name of Outpost: Waypoint Senju
Location of Outpost: Northwestern 25a
Intent of Outpost: Border Monitoring - This outpost monitors the northern border of central Fire Country. Its sensory capabilities span out in critical spots that otherwise cannot be seen by the outpost, and act as a first warning system to central Konoha and greater Fire Country. It also acts as the first line of defense in the event of a northern border attack. The outpost consists of forts built into the large trees hollowing them out almost entirely, and utilizing the natural flora fauna as a natural camouflage to help hide the outpost.

With the realized idea of a tree sensory field, this outpost is centered in a large tree house managed by the Senju with deep encompassing roots that spread out along the northern border and deep underground in a 10 mile radius. This sensory gives great detail and sensory perception of those crossing the border into Fire Country. This acts similarly through empathetic sensory with roots buried deep in the ground sensing for miles apart across the border.
(2) Second Outpost - Waypoint YamanakaShow
Name of Outpost: Waypoint Yamanaka
Location of Outpost: Southeastern 25a
Intent of Outpost: Border Monitoring - This outpost monitors the southern and oceanic borders of south central Fire Country. Its sensory capabilities span the entirety of the coast and joining land mass to act as a first warning system to central Konoha and greater Fire Country. It also acts as a supplementary first line of defense to the samurai stationed along the border. The outpost is built into the side of a mountain with large Senju grown roots that span across the land to the border edges, and somewhat into the edge of the sea to detect any coming and goings of large military forces. Being burrowed into a mountain with a forest thicket entrance like the other outpost hides itself among natural camouflage to appropriately defend itself.

Location of Outpost: Northern 25b
Intent of Outpost: Border Monitoring - This outpost is among a span of trees on the northern side of 25b, it too is embedded in large hollowed out trees to hide itself among natural camouflage. Due to the spread out nature of the other defenses this one relies on regular patrols along the northern border paired up with Fire Country Samurai, the shinobi are tied to a squad they lead. Each shinobi stationed here rather than having sensory capabilities is more of a focused fighter shinobi, capable of laying down heavy damage, and triggering an alert to the larger Fort Natsuki with a larger shinobi and samurai presence.

(4) Secondary Base - Fort NatsukiShow
Name of Base: Fort Natsuki
Location of Base: Northern 25c
Intent of Base: Large Military Barracks and Emergency Teleportation Escape - This Fort is a large towering structure approximately 3/4ths the size of homeland Konoha. This secondary base acts as an emergency landing pad for all citizens and shinobi should mainland Konoha ever to undergo another tragedy like during the war. With a sufficient land mass to hold a large number of civilians it also holds quite the underground city that can house a large number of people, making plenty of room for rebuild or temporary housing during events. This creates a two layer city structure in which all citizens of Konoha could be potentially housed in times of an emergency or rebuilding the village if necessary.

Laying here is a large teleportation anchor that has a sister anchor within the Headquarters for Konohagakure no Sato. This anchor acts as a teleportation recipient for anyone on the other side of this seal. This seal acts as a one way passage from Konoha to Fort Natsuki as an emergency evacuation center if the village were to ever come under attack or threat of destruction. It would be used to evacuate all the citizenry and then shinobi in an emergency. For any reason at all if a special signal is sent through the anchor, the head Jounin stationed at Fort Natsuki is capable of closing the seal preventing any new teleportees.
