Physical Features:
  • Hair: Thick taupe-brown locks of hair rest slightly above Kazuhiro’s shoulders. It is reasonably well kept, occasionally sitting slightly out of place atop the Genin’s head and its ends often find themselves drifting over the boy’s eyes.
  • Eyes: The most striking features of the young genin's face, though cliché are his eyes, though not quite for the same reason as most. Kazuhiro, much like the overwhelming majority of those within the Hyuuga clan, holds no clear pupil or iris colour; instead his eyes are an extremely light grey set onto white - the standard and unsurprising manifestation of his kekkei genkai.
  • Body: Kazuhiro stands ever so slightly shorter than the average height for his age - though this is barely noticeable. His build is rather athletic, not unusual for his age and the activities associated with shinobi life.
  • Notable Features: The most, and only, notable feature that the young Hyuuga possesses is his kekkei genkai. His byakugan.
Clothing/Accessories: Kazuhiro does not particularly pride himself on his appearances, opting to rather remain rather plain in his fashion choices. He only tends to wear one consistent outfit at his age, simply consisting of a short-sleeved hoodie and dark-grey trousers. A lighter grey shade resides horizontally on the mid section of his hoodie, either side of a thin metallic zip; the sleeves of his outer layer extends town to roughly an inch above the elbow and holds a deep blue hue. Covering his forearms and wrists are two tight armwraps that provide at least some protection for the lad - though it is minimal at best.

Personality:
  • General: Kazuhiro is a generally nice and approachable young fellow, he tends to be neither overbearing or distant in day to day life and strikes a happy medium of healthy behaviours for a newly anointed teenager. He can, however, be very thoughtful - often to the point of inaction; too concerned with the ends, the Hyuuga boy occasionally forgets the means. Though this comes with its positives too.

    Kazuhiro is extremely attentive and aware, preferring to know everything he can about his surroundings or situation before acting. Such a preference in knowledge is a benefit to situations where caution is to be observed, however it can lead to an essence of paranoia and a lack of trust in others. Though this lack of trust is not intentional, Kazuhiro recognises the potential failures that can result from his trait, and in turn can become frustrated when his concerns begin to press further onto his mind. Especially in social situations. This often results in a lack of long term friendships for the boy, the combination of his desire for social outreach and his low levels of trust does not tend to keep people close.

    The only point at which one could say his inactive thoughtfulness reaches an end is in conversation. Kazuhiro speaks his mind, though not in any effort to upset or frustrate others - instead the boy sees no point in mincing his words and would prefer it if others didn’t too.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Personal ambition would be one way of describing the main goal of the shinobi’s life. His desires revolve around not only growing into a capable ninja, but also building a name for himself - something to stretch on beyond his own village and even his country. There have been many stories of shinobi with talents that extend far beyond most, they have names for themselves… titles. One day Hirohito would not only like to be known by his birth name, or his clan name, but rather something awe inspiring.
  • Fears: Among other standard fears, such as death, loss, and failure; Kazuhiro largest fear rests in a concept - the fear of being forgotten. The young Hyuuga wants to make a name for himself through accomplishments and feats - to be forgotten by history he would have to have failed in that regard. To amount to nothing is the worst outcome that Kazuhiro can imagine for his life.
  • Combat Mentality: Kazuhiro is an observant combatant, primarily thanks to his personality as well as his dojutsu. His reliance on his dojutsu is rather heavy for the genin, with the majority of his techniques branching from the secret arts taught by his clan. On occasion he will employ the use of a few ninjutsu or genjutsu, though this is a rare occurrence as the boy would prefer to continue his pursuit of perfecting his clan’s art.

    A close quarters fighter at heart, Kazuhiro has little in the way of ranged capabilities - but with his desire for precise strikes guided by his byakugan, ranged attacks would do him few favours at this stage of his training. The goal upon entering combat for Kazuhiro is to swiftly and precisely strike his target - in an effort to disable them as soon as possible.

First Ability
Byakugan:
Byakugan Doujutsu
One of the most famed doujutsu in the world, Byakugan is the bloodline limit of the Hyuuga Clan. When active, the clan member gains 360 degree vision and Penetrative vision, allowing the Hyuuga clan to see the Tenketsu of their enemies. Their telescopic vision can be activated via jutsu. As such, the Byakugan is capable of ability channeling, allowing the Hyuuga to activate their Doujutsu techniques without hand seals. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings.

Prolonged usage of the Byakugan is strenuous and requires a high level of endurance. The maximum operating time a user can utilize their Byakugan at a time is equal to their Chakra Pool stat divided by 4 rounded down, to a minimum of one post. Upon reaching the max duration, the stress of using their Byakugan to it’s limit causes a cooldown period of 1/2 of the duration time, to a minimum of one post. During this cooldown period, the Byakugan cannot be activated and attempting to do so will cause physical pain. Duration is based off total posts where the Byakugan is activated, meaning users can turn it on and off to have a shorter cooldown.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has a cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.
Taijutsu
Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Close Quarters Combat:
The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiency to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body, for example but not limited to, advanced kicks, grapples, advanced punches, etc.

This user has learn to use physical sensations to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to physical touch the target, or touch them with objects to capture their targets in genjutsu.

~Byakugan: Telescopic Vision
D Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling a small amount of chakra to the Hyuuga's Byakugan, the clan member uses their doujutsu to zoom in like a telescope, allowing them to see much farther away. In doing so, the Hyuuga member is able to see up to 250 meters away as though they were mere feet away. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings. This jutsu can be maintained as long as the Hyuuga channels chakra to their eyes.

D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the required hand seals, the user expels a basket ball sized ball of wind from their mouth. This ball of wind travels up to 10m at [Control] speed, and explodes with [Control] Strength on contact with solid matter or at the end of its range.

Fuuton • Wind Skating
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

Jyuuken
Jyuuken, also known as ‘Gentle Fist’ is the NinTaijutsu style the Hyuuga Clan has become notorious for. It’s moves appear like a graceful dance to the naked eye, though some of these moves can be quite deadly. Most strikes are aimed to close the tenketsu of the target’s body, limiting their jutsu use and damaging their chakra network.

~Jyuuken :: Palm Dance of Divination
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
The fundamental basis of Jyuuken, the user will focus chakra into their hands. For three posts the user is able to inject the chakra within the opponent’s body upon successful contact, dealing damage to the internal structures of the body rather than the external. This has a painful effect on the muscles and blood vessels within the body, causing bruising at the touch.


~Jyuuken :: Palm Guard of Divination
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will guard a strike to them. If this strike is empowered by Ninjutsu of D-rank or lower, it will guard against the effects by the user bursting their own chakra into it. Otherwise the chakra will enter the opponent’s striking appendage and damage their chakra system, causing them to lose 1 control for 4 posts.

~Jyuuken :: White Haze Dance
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will strike harder than usually performed in Jyuuken. While normally the softest touch is enough to inject the chakra to damage the internal structures of the body, this technique is designed to accompany the user's attack with a blast of chakra, throwing those with a [Strength] less than the user's [Control] back 10 meters through the air.

~Jyuuken :: White Haze Dagger
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their hand, the user will skillfully dodge an incoming strike performed with an arm. The user will then strike the place where the bicep and triceps meet on that arm, injecting their chakra between the muscles for a painful effect. The body will then have its strength reduced by 1 for 4 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Twin Striking Palm
D-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Often used as a finishing strike, the user will charge chakra through their palms before they deliver the blow. They will then strike with one palm inverted over the other into the opponent’s abdomen. The chakra that is injected directly into the opponent’s solar plexus causes significant pain and stands a very large chance of winding the opponent providing their [Strength] does not exceed the user’s [Control]-5.

~Jyuuken :: Pricking Lock
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Used as a method of immobilizing an opponent, the user will charge chakra into their hands before wrapping their free hand around their opponent's arms locking it in place before striking with the charged hand injecting it with chakra straight into the tenketsu temporarily locking their opponent's arm into that position. This move can be resisted if the opponent has more [Control] than the user. This arm lock lasts for 3 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Void Palm Strike
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra into their palm, the user will thrust their palm toward a target. This technique extends the range of their palm thrust by firing off a shell of chakra in the direction of the palm thrust, moving a speed and strength equal to the user’s [Control] moving up to 25 meters.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs Heavenly Rotation
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra through all the Tenketsu in their body, the user will begin to spin rapidly on the spot. This will cause an orb of chakra to expand from their body at [Control] speed, pushing away incoming projectiles, ninjutsu and people with [Control] strength. This technique can last a total of 2 posts, and the orb expands a maximum of 5 meters.

~Jyuuken :: Twin Lion Fists
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
After channelling chakra through their palms, the user covers their palms in casings resembling two roaring lions. For the next four posts, whenever the user strikes an opponent the lions will strike also, closing tenketsu points to cause -3 control for up to 6 posts.

~Jyuuken :: Eight Divination Signs 32 Palms of the Hand
C-rank Nintaijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Byakugan Active
The weakest form of Jyuuken’s Ougi, this technique combines a sharp mental image with precise strikes. The user first envisions the symbol of the eight trigrams on the ground beneath them to gauge the distance between themselves and the target with the aid of the Byakugan. The master of this technique then channels chakra into their hands and dashes in to engage with the opponent. Using their calculations and precise strikes, the user will then swiftly perform a combination of blows equalling 32 in number; each blow closing a tenketsu point. This technique causes widespread damage to internal tissues, resulting in a lot of pain and damage to the body; while the closed tenketsu reduces the target’s Control by 3 for 6 posts.

D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, any victim that sees the user preforming the hand seals will be induced under the genjutsu. This causes the target to begin to smell rotting flesh and decaying bodies. The jutsu can cause nausea and vomiting from the target, depending on how sensitive their sense of smell is. The smell of the dead can also cause some mental stress on the target. This genjutsu lasts for three (3) posts.

Kazuhiro was born to two shinobi into the prominent Hyuuga clan, his family stretching rather far within Konohagakure. His specific clan of birth afforded him many luxuries in his early childhood; he lived comfortably amongst his family members, their expertise and facilities allowed for regimented training - both before and after academy hours. Despite this, his performance always rested around average in comparison to his classmates. Average would be the term that best defined his progress, his ability, and his future prospects.

After only recently graduating, Kazuhiro remained solitary to train with his family who deemed him unready to begin missions outside of their own territory. But, after much more practice and dedication, the boy managed to just about persuade his elders that how was his time to make his mark, time for him to become a fully fledged shinobi.
